I was having severe jaw pain and needed to be seen immediately. Since my dentist had retired I just google searched emergency dentists and I found Dental Solutions. I called and told them I was in severe pain and they told me to come right in! The Dr. was wonderful and explained the problem after taking xrays. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Staff for Ortho is incompetent and insensitive. They have no idea what the concept of Customer Service is. Management for Ortho is no better, I expected better problem solving skills when it comes to a disagreement between staff and the customer. Staff and Management need to be taught how to handle customers (especially upset ones) so things dont escalate. I do not recommend Dental Solutions, my orthodontist however is amazing. Not sure why he was relocated mid treatment to this company which is an hour away from me.

My First time there. I liked it. The dentist was nice an welcoming.He also made me feel a little less worried. I like that the dental played music while the dentist was working my teeth. She was also nice and welcoming. It helped calm me.

The staff take their time to listen to your concerns and they address them which is awesome my only recommendation is for the X-ray tech to explain to patients the process and what to expect before starting the X-rays. I found the process very uncomfortable and without prior experience of mouth X-rays I became confused. All in all she’s a good tech and does her job well too! Thanks to the team!

This place is great! The staff is great at what they do and are totally relatable. Whenever Im getting anything done the time always seems to fly by. The Kellys in reception are super sweet and always helpful when life happens.

I put off going to the dentist for 10 years and I was super nervous to enter this office. Luckily, As soon as I walked in I was put at ease! Everyone is super kind and professional. Even when I told them how long it had been since a visit they just said “well we’re glad you’re here with us today”. I had to get a filling and they were able to do it right then so I didn’t have to come back multiple times. Came back the next week for a cleaning and had another wonderful experience. For someone who dreads the dentist this place was a godsend. I’ve already made my next cleaning appointment for February! Wonderful place!

I called in with a dental emergency and Kellie was able to get me seen quickly. I personally have a fear of the dentist and procedures, however, the friendly and calming atmosphere helped put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendliness and prompt help of the office staff. I was taken back quickly and within 10 minutes Dr, Cao and Jen were reviewing the options with me. I was able to get the procedure done that day and it was painless. This has been, by far, the best dental experience Ive ever had since I started coming here. Everyone is so detail-oriented and willing to help. The Kellys up front always work extremely hard to make it convenient for my work schedule to come in, and its impossible to walk past their desk without them brightening up my day. They also really know their stuff when it comes to payment and insurance and will take the time to explain everything to you. Shannon is fantastic. She works quickly and painlessly, and never forgets to check if Im following the dentists instructions. Most of all, this place cares and will spend time with you. They never give cookie-cutter instructions; they will learn your habits/dietary preferences and come up with a personalized treatment plan. I cant ever see myself changing dentists after coming here.

Dental Solutions is awesome. They have been doing my moms teeth for awhile now and I enjoy Reese, Nicole, Kellie and Dr. Can takes such good care of my mom. Even when a number of my moms friends unexpectedly showed up at the dental office to chit chat, the office personnel didnt get upset and you know that mature women can talk. Cant thank this office enough for their flexibility and commitment to service! I had to have a followup procedure and had scheduled an appointment and my work schedule interfered. The front office staff and Dr. Cao and his team told me not to worry, whenever I could get there, they would fit me in, and thats exactly what they did. No wonder my smile is so big and bright!!

I had a major issue with a cap that repeatedly kept falling out, my old dentist just wanted to keep gluing it back in. Dr. Cao immediately said we need to replace it, as my previous dentist did an inadequate job creating it in the first place. He was very knowledgeable, professional, great bedside manner, efficient and considerate of my dental anxieties. My old dentist also instructed me to just buy Whiting strips, as having my second child caused my teeth to weaken and stain easily. I dont like to use them due to immense sensitivity. Shannon was who cleaned my teeth and Wow, not only was she quick and professional but my teeth havent looked this great in years! Definitely recommend!

I have been going to see Dr Blumenthal and his Staff for 3 years. I took my mother to have a bottom implant done. The process took several weeks but was done to provide her the maximum comfort during the process. The final result was AMAZING! She is so happy that she is now in the process of having the upper done. Thanks to Dr Blumenthal, Kelly and the rest of the staff at Dental Solutions!!!

Had my first visit yesterday. Wasn’t sure what to expect, so I didn’t set my expectations very high. I got a next-day appointment (scheduled online myself) and there were no cars in front of the office when I pulled up. I thought those two things were a sure sign that I was going to walk into a nightmare of a place. As soon as I walked through the door, I was cheerily greeted by 4 or 5 employees sitting at the front desk. I have my first name only and said I was there for a 4:00 appointment. They immediately knew who I was and had everything ready for me. I had completed the majority of my paperwork online when I scheduled my appointment, so al I had to do when I got there was sign the HIPPA form and review the info I entered online. They called me to the back as soon as I handed the forms back in. Everyone that I came in contact with was absolutely amazing! From the woman who did my x-rays to the dental hygienist to the dentist, I was so impressed. I went in yesterday for a tooth that I needed checked due to a crown falling off. They gave me all the pricing info upfront and gave me honest opinions and options. I made another appointment today to go back for a cleaning, and everything was just a great the second time around. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

I just want to say that me and my family have been going to this location for several years now and they are AWESOME. They have very friendly staff who help you with any questions they are very flexible and the work they do is fantastic. I had 2 root canals done same time and never felt anything. Dr. Yao kept things light and made me feel very comfortable.

My hygienist, Grace, is very personable and extremely thorough. Front desk much better staff than before.

Ive been going to dental solutions for years and have always had a good experience! As someone who is afraid of dentists, it is a relief to have a few dentists that are gentle!! The front desk staff is always polite and helpful with scheduling also. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes which is also a plus!!

Super friendly staff. Very helpful with answering all my dental questions over the phone before I came in for my appointment. Once I got to the office I knew i was in good hands. Doctor Cao took great care of me and helped get me out of pain. I had a painless root canal which I then got a crown on. Everything was explained to me from the fees to the procedure prior starting. I would highly recommend this office to anyone from dentalphobic people to people who have no problem going to,the dentist.

Grace is the best dental hygienist to have worked on me. The facility has the latest technology, and the dentist and administrative staff are skilled and very affable. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

They tried to get extra money out of me. I went to get my teeth cleaned (the standard preventative cleaning) and they check my teeth and everything before cleaning. At that point they claimed I had gingivitis and they werent allowed, by law, to do a normal cleaning. They would have to do a deep cleaning which was putting some gel/liquid for gingivitis and that would cost a little over $800. The fact that they WOULDNT do a normal cleaning to my teeth seemed a little strange. I declined the $800 service and never went back. Fast forward a year (bad, I know) and I go to a different dentist office for a cleaning. The dental tech goes through my exam and....then clean my teeth!! They never said anything about needing some deep cleaning or saying my teeth couldnt be cleaned!! Im glad that I didnt let myself get ripped off by this office!(EDIT: @Dental Solutions of Stoney Creek - my first name in your system should be Carl.

Dr. Yao and Dr. Edward Yao were extremely competent and informative. They also make you feel comfortable while they work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs extensive work. They removed an old bridge and are making a new one but you don’t go home with no teeth. Temporary one are made on the spot and the permanent are in 2 weeks.Nicole was incredible! She is the tech that assisted the dentists. She is caring and genial and fun. She is also pretty and happy to see you!Dr. Yao is funny and happy. Answers all you questions no matter how dumb.

The office staff was amazing. I cracked my tooth and was able to schedule an appointment the following morning to have the tooth removed. Meet with Dr. Cao to discuss the situation and procedures to have the tooth remove. Operation was painless and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I agree with the prior review. Because of insurance changes I was forced to leave the greatest dentist and settle for this one. The office staff DONT have a clue, the dentist is cold and mechanical. However, the hygienists are great (reason for the 3 stars). Its only about the $, not the patient. DO NOT GO HERE.

First time there, took my son in for a check up. They stated that parents were not allowed back with children. I said I was not comfortable with that as he was only eight. You cant trust anyone anymore these days. Red headed desk woman proceeded to tell me that it was time to let him go. That he was old enough. I asked her if she had children and she said no. So how could she possibly know when Its time to do what? She continues to try and put me down as a parent until thankfully the dentist said it was OK if I stood with him. She had to get in the last word though and says next time I wont be allowed back. Well next time I go somewhere else. Totally disgusted with that place.

Reasonably priced, reception staff knows nothing about whats going on. You have to talk to a tech or the dentist for a real answer. Went to them for a full upper plate and even after a refit/relining, it still does not fit right. So, what started out as reasonable has gotten more expensive every time I go. I have to go back for another refit, but, I am NOT overly optimistic. Nice enough techs and dentists, but, by the 21st century, an upper plate should be a slam dunk, not a consistent issue.

Dr. Blumenthal gets to the point and gets the job done. My first time visiting the hygienist Maria and couldn’t be more pleased, not only with my treatment and care but with her demeanor. After seeing my last hygienist for 12 years at a previous Dental Solutions office, I thought for sure no one could compare and I was pleasantly surprised. You get the treatment you need and are told the truth. I will never go anywhere else.

Very pleasant and accommodating with your appointments) switches up your financial agreementAt their wim without informing you. Get your financial agreement in writing and stick to it until complete. I went here for probably about 15 or more years. As a child (12 years old)I needed a root canal due to a very bad cavity we didnt have insurance to get filled. They performed the procedure (a very painful and traumatic one). I just changed dentist offices and found out that via a simple x-ray that my root canal was done incorrectly and clearly not by a specialist. They informed me that the root wasnt filled completely and now theres a void and most likely some sort of build up plus they used a very outdated crown. I now have to get the procedure done again. My new dentist made a valid comment that this isnt something that forms overnight but years and years. So the people who read the x-rays here do not know how to clearly read them or else this would have been acknowledged and fixed. Instead Im sure they would have let this go until it cost me money to have them fix. Im frustrated this even happened but glad Im no longer their patient so no more issues like this occur.

I had a terrible experience at this dental office. When I walked into this office for the first time as a new patient, I was barely even greeted or welcomed. Dr. Cao was very timid and dull and avoided eye contact. He probed my teeth for maybe 30 seconds, if that, and told me he didn’t see any cavities, then disappeared. He had no personality at all, barely even introduced himself and seemed very inexperienced. Next, Grace, the very dull dental hygienist introduced herself and said they were going to “take some measurements to see what kind of cleaning I would need.” I thought that seemed sketchy as I have never been told that before. She probed my gums and told me I had “advanced periodontal disease which will lead to bone loss.” I was told that I needed an advanced scaling of my teeth and that they would have to numb my gums and insert some sort of antibiotic “perio science” gel beneath the gum line. When I asked for an explanation of what was going on, all I got was blank stares and an attitude from the dental hygienist as if I was bothering her by asking questions. I asked what the recommended procedure would cost since all I came in for that day was a routine cleaning that would have been covered by my insurance. They brought me an estimate for several hundred dollars. I felt as if they were trying to rush me along and nickel and dime me. I was very skeptical of the staff as well as the “diagnosis” and decided not to proceed. I asked to speak with the doctor again and asked him if they could do a routine cleaning for me and I could come back for the other things if I chose to do so once I did some research. He told me they could not do a routine cleaning for me at that time and walked me to the door. My appointment at this dental office was nothing but an INCONVENIENT WASTE OF MY TIME. I left, called a different dental office and scheduled an appointment for later that day. I was back at Stoney Creek within an hour to pick up my records which were not ready for me despite me calling ahead and specifically asking them to have everything ready. The receptionists did their part but the dental hygienist seemed very nervous and incompetent and took a very long time to type up her notes. Thanks to her, I was inconvenienced once again. I went to another dentist hours later, where they probed my teeth, reassured me that I was just fine, and proceeded with my routine cleaning! The recommendations made at Stony Creek Dental Solutions were absolutley unnecessary. This place is a scam and they are ripping people off! The staff lied to me and tried to take advantage of me as a new patient. I am so happy I did not fall into their trap. I DO NOT TRUST anyone at this office. My other dentist confirmed that the recommendations they made were not necessary. All they care about is the money at this office and that is not the kind of dentist I want to go to. The least negative part of my experience there was dealing with the front desk. They seemed like the most competent people there and I did not have any issues with them directly. However, my overall experience there was still very poor thanks to the doctor and the dental hygienist. I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if that was an option, but 1 Star was the lowest option available. You couldn’t pay me to go back there. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE!

I have been going there for years. The staff are so nice, they make pulling teeth a pleasant experience.

They did around $ 2000 worth of work and my mouth hurt more for 3 months after then they did before I went. Not only that the crown they loosey put in was too big. It shifts now when I floss and cuts the floss in half. Its very frustrating. I even went back within a week and they told me that it wasnt loose and that I shouldnt feel pain even tho I did. They went n took x-rays n just told me there was nothing wrong. When to me there was a lot wrong. Since then this cap is still putting pressure on other teeth and cause pain on those teeth. Not only that they charged me 99$ for them to tell me my mouth was fine. Im still paying it off and I have more issues then when I went. Im not rich so I would have rather them pull the tooth then to go through the pain of them drilling my tooth to nothing just to make it look pretty. I regret ever Goin here.
