After experiencing sensitivity for months and 5+ years since my last dental visit, I decided to try this location. The staff was incredibly friendly, calming, and informative. Dr. Crowe and her assistant listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and were extremely kind and honest. I highly highly recommend seeing her if you are like me and experience a lot of anxiety at the dentist.

Went for a basic cleaning and left with a very sore mouth and bleeding gums. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life the woman was very heavy handed and stabbed me in my gums multiple times with the tools she was using. I’m not gonna say the office as a whole is bad maybe it was just my person but this experience was a no for me.

First time client and will definitely return. The service was amazing. The facility is clean, spacious and welcoming. They took proper COVID protocols which made me feel comfortable. Kelly did my x-rays and cleaning. She was so nice and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me throughout the entire process. I plan to bring the whole family here. I went here today for my first visit to the dentist in several years and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and knowledgeable. They didn’t mind that I had a million questions. For the first time, I’m actually excited to go back to the dentist. Also, Gina is amazing!! I was there for quite a bit of time today and I saw her give such an amazing level of care to each patient she came in contact with.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY TRY TO SELL YOU SERVICES. I was a new patient there and without a hygienist or doctor even SEEING me, the assistant told me I needed a descaling - which is a procedure for people with tartar buildup under the gum line. Its expensive, invasive, insurance doesnt cover it, and it involves numbing and several appointments. I was suspicious because I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and no one has ever mentioned that before. I declined, and the front desk tried to tell me if I didnt get it done, my insurance wouldnt cover the crown I needed. I called my insurance company and they basically told me I was being scammed and not to go back. I got TWO second opinions about the descaling, and both dentists told me my teeth hardly even needed a cleaning! They are selling services people dont need. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I went to Dental Solutions In Springfield about a year ago & had a dental exam it hurt like hell for one the lady was digging in my gums & told me that I needed a deep cleaning & that i basically had early signs of gingivitis! They told me my treatment would cost me close to $600 & I have a very good High option plan for dental! Anyway i felt off about this place then covid hit so I never went back! I recently went to Smile Exchanges had Xrays done etc & they told me i most certainly didnt need a deep clean that my teeth are in pretty good condition! The exam was so painless i had to ask the hygienist if he was poking my gums bc i didnt feel anything! AMAZING! After the experience i had at the other place! Came back for a cleaning and to fill two cavities & just TOP TIER SERVICE the doctors and all the staff are so nice & attentive they make u feel as comfortable as possible & the place is super clean & nice! This will be my forever dentist... oh yea & i only came out of pocket $20 bucks!!! Thank god for them I was being scammed out my money at the other place... Thank you smile exchange :)

Welfare clinic poor customer service. Paid for cosmetic dentist who told me he has HOLLYWOOD CLIENTS and he used to run his own cometic pratice. Was super skeptical but put $1183.00 DEPOSIT. go back and ofcourse walked in a general dentist and was told the cosmetic one had left. Complete waste of a month being sold a lie

Professional, friendly attentive service. The receptionists were both nice. All the dental assistants were very kind and helpful. Dr Perry was professional, efficient and effective. The visit was nice but office was very busy due to Covid. The hygienist was very helpful. Very down to earth and full of information Everyone was running around trying to put out fires. Such quick and convenient appointments, my whole family are patients at this location. Cleanings and fillings are done quickly that you can have it done on a lunch break. Parking is convenient as well.

Firstly, I must say how terrified I am of the dentist. Like “take a Valium before I go” frightened. Everyone was very calming and caring and understanding. I was impressed with their COVID-19 protocols - professional without making you feel like you had the “cooties. I had some serious dental issues going on and not having health insurance led to the decline of my dental health. The doctor was very calming and explained my situation so I could make the best decision for me. They also have a loyalty plan which helped me figure out my payments - currently unemployed due to COVID. I left feeling “relieved” that I can get back on top of my dental health again. I always have a good experience at Smile Exchange. My husband and I have been going there for 3 years now since we purchased our house. I do miss Dr. Niedelman but I like the doctor I see now as well (Dr. Crow). The hygienists and dental assistants and receptionists are all very nice and helpful too.

I am terrified of the dentist but Im trying to be an adult and find a dentist before my next emergency. I went to Smile Exchange for an initial new patient check up and I am so excited. Everyone was SO nice, the hygienist immediately calmed my nerves and joked with me and then Dr. Crow introduced herself and was so delightful. She started by asking why I was there and actually talking to me about my dental experiences. She did my exam and explained everything and basically explained why all my previous dentist had done/said what they did because they never did.Already scheduled a cleaning and filling. Highly recommend.

I am have a fear with the dentists to the point my anxiety levels are so high I cant breath. I still do have the fear but since Ive been going here my fear isnt as bad as it was. They make you feel like your at home between the music they play and then talking to you every step of the way or comforts me. Even my kids go here now. I cant thank them enough for everything they do for me when I go. Have a lot of respect for the team that works there. I will not go anywhere else.

I am not happy that I called the dentist that I cancelled that appointment for Dec 23, 2019. They charged me $85.00 for missing appointments when I called last October. Dirty money. When I got Bill last Sept that the bill was zero. They kept deducting $100 automatic for Nov and Dec, 2019. Total $287.00. I will never go back to Exchange smile location in Springfield again. It is my nightmare. I will return to my old dentist in another location. I had no problem with my bill at old dentist company for 10 years.

Dr. Neidelman and her staff is amazing. The receptionist, the dental assistants are is patient and courteous. There are no hidden costs. The dentist and business manager put together a dental plan that is comfortable, meets all your needs and was broken in steps to make my tooth extractions, dental implants and dentures affordable. I am 66 years old. If Dr Neidelman was my dentist years ago I would not have needed dentures because she is kind, gentle and pain free. I would have taken better care of my teeth with her help. I WAS SO SCARED OF DENTAL WORK PRIOR TO DR NEIDELMAN! God bless her!

Was seen right on time, cleaning was not painful or uncomfortable at all, all staff were friendly and courteous, and I was even given a single rose upon leaving as it was Valentine’s Day. Was super easy to schedule an appointment online and complete all my new patient paperwork before getting there too.

It was my daughters first experience at the dentist just as she turned three years old. The whole experience was great! The hygienist showed her all of her tools and made my daughter feel at ease. She even got a toy after the appointment for doing so well! The whole appointment was super quick, no wait at all, and we are all set for our next cleanings in May.

However there isnt enough experienced dentists there, when there is an issue outside of a cavity you will be sent to another dentist. Which mean you will be charged more money... The American dream right? I am not angry with my service here but they could be better if they didnt need to out source major work! They will probably get better but not for me because I am caught in the wave of them learning. I will tell people to visit this place because your experience may not be my experience. However, if it is then; if enough people complain then they will have no choice but to get better. By the way this is the second time Ive had to to go to another dentist to get something done because smile exchange could not get the job done! This has been the most detailed dental experience that I have ever had! They use new technology to do your xrays that are super fast and they make you part of the experience by answering all of your questions. They work with your budget and give you a detailed printed explanation of your treatment plan. This was all on the first visit! They receptionist are super nice and the rest of the staff are amazing! I had a appointment with Dr. Crow it went well at first and everyone in the office was really nice and attentive them my appointment spiraled down I made my appointment for a extraction, during my visit she expressed her concerns of what else I needed done and had the financing staff come to give me options a a payment plan for on going services that I would need, I agreed to look over the plan but needed the extraction done today to start because the tooth was bothering me. From my understanding even if I hadn’t agreed to have the other services done on today she was going to extract the tooth and we’d work on getting everything else done in the future. As I sat and waited the financial lady came back in and explained. That Dr. Crow was busy and that she did not have time to do the extraction! WOW BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! What did I make the appointment for and why did I cancel my daily duties with expectations of having my tooth pulled at my appointment. I then was asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment REALLY! So I asked what she had available and they said 4:00 later today or tomorrow some town! She came highly recommended! I left feeling frustrated and let down!

This was my 2 daughters ages 2 and 10, first appointment at Smile Exchange and I must say I had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff were very helpful, kind and caring towards my children. It was my oldest daughter first time getting a procedure done which included her to get a local anesthetic. One of the dentist assistance asked if she wanted to hold her hand through the process in which she did and it made her feel soo much more comfortable. It was my youngest first dentist appointment and although she put up a fight they continued to try to make her feel as comfortable as possible. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
