It had been way too long between cleanings. But the hygienist was awesome and did a fabulous job! The facility is really nice and everything looks brand new. Really great dentist office!

My experience and my 5 year old boy have been great.For my kid 4 fix cavities, he didn’t cry and was treated well and kind.For me i had a deep cleaning and 2 wisdom tooth extracted, and wasn’t a bad experience. 🙌

The front desk staff is very helpful and kind! ....I’ve known Donna for years by coming in & appts and she never fails to put a smile on my face, such a great individual and caring to me and my kids, the “newer” gals in the front are nice too.Joana has a great attitude as well & always has a smile on her face! My daughter was feeling sick, fewer, body aches and my husband called and they refused to reschedule without a fee because the dentist policy is that you need to pay for same day cancelation but we are in the middle of the pandemic and my daughter wake up feeling sick!!!!! They did to us making sick people go to their office means they only care for money no for the employees or others patients! I also called and they rude receptionist was like that’s the policy you need to pay if you don’t show up no matter what ! !!!! Covid spreader place they did it today to me I bet they do it to everyone! No safety !

I went to 7 Hills Dental for a root canal and crown procedure and both visits were pleasent. The Dr. Did an excellent job! She was thorough, informative, friendly,and very professional( her whole staff was as well). And the place was clean. They put Netflix on for me and time flew by. Got my wisdom teeth pulled and honestly didn’t feel it so much doctor was great and so is the staff. I hate going to the dentist but they are amazing to beginning till end definitely 10 out of 10

I‘ve always had severe anxiety going to the dentist (even as an adult), and everyone that I have had working on my teeth at 7 Hill, have been so kind and patient.-They check your temperature at front desk, and have you fill out a COVID form (basically a symptom check off)-They supply you hand sanitizer to use as they call you to take you into the back to the rooms.-They wear masks, as well as full face shields, and use gloves while working on your teeth.

I’m always nervous about the dentist but they always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They’re great.

I absolutely love this dentistry! Dr. Naik is so patient and caring and makes me feel so comfortable. She does amazing work and leaves you with a wonderful smile! Joana, her assistant, is very loving and understanding and I adore her! Also the other staff are warm and caring and Isaiah, who works the front desk, is my absolute favorite person in the world. He cares about the patients and has interest in how we feel. Ive been to a few dentistry but they dont compare to 7hills dentistry. I feel like Im home when I go like they are family because thats how they make you feel!

7 Hills Dental is awesome! My kids love going to the dentist now and even request to visit before their check ups. The staff are friendly and have made my kids feel comfortable. A friend of ours, Dean highly recommeded you for our adult son whose dentist tried 2-3 times to fill a deep cavity, my son has anxiety and never had a problem with filling cavities but this tooth #30 he just cant take the pain no matter how much novacain is given. Do you offer nitrous oxide? Thanks for your time.

I have three children with developmental delays. To me is very important how people treat them. Im very pleased and appreciative of the treatment theyve received in this clinic.

2 years ago I was having problems with a tooth I had not been to a dentist in over 6 years due to anxiety someone told me to try this place so I sucked it up and called they took great care of me talked me through everything even told me why I was having the problems i was I needed a lot of dental work done as I had neglected my own teeth by not going to the dentist so I had to go every week sometimes 2x a week to fix everything they took great care of me I felt like part of the family by the time the dentist fixed me I’ve been going regularly since still having some mouth problems but not nearly as bad I totally recommend them they are always so nice to me and my family when they follow me to my appointments

I love coming here She always treats me nice is very gentle and makes sure Im comfortable at all times Ive brought my family members here who hate going to the dentist but after seeing her have made the exception of coming back she is the best in the area! I get great cleanings have had my wisdom teeth removed without going under anesthetics extremely painless highly recommend

Omg i have had bad experiences in the seeing dentists. But today I broke free of that fear. 7 hill dental did such a great job. My hygienist name was LANA and she did a very good job. So for anyone who has had a bad experience break free and go to 7 hill dental.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Naik since she took over from Dr. Thibault. I have been very satisfied with all of the work she has done, which includes crowns on two implants. When I had an emergency, Dr. Naik was able to get me in right away. The entire staff from the front office to the dental hygienists are friendly and professional. The new office is bright and inviting, and handicapped accessible.

The people at Seven Hills treat you like family. I have had many dentists over the years but Dr. Naik and her staff are the best. Not only is she incredibly skilled,she is gentle and will tell you everything youll ever need to know. I am always impressed by how they are always getting new equipment to use. Their office is a one stop shop and can do basically everything I ever need and its been a lot cosmetic,crowns, root canals, fillings and extractions. Also you will have a TV to watch to distract you from any proceedures. I can honestly say that I know Im in good hands when Im there.

WORST customer service EVER!! Avoid this place if you can! I received a call the day BEFORE my two kids appointments asking if they could be moved from 5pm and 5:30pm to 3pm and 3:15pm I told the woman on the phone I would ask my daughter and call back I called back and left TWO messages saying they could not come earlier due too work circumstance that they will be at their scheduled appointments. The day of the appointment they call at 3:30pm saying that my kids should be there for their appointments. I proceeded to say you must not have listened to BOTH of the messages that I left because I said they couldn’t come in earlier. The VERY rude receptionist on the other end said well we are closed at 5pm I said well I have had the appointment for MONTHS and they literally call the day before to move it because all of a sudden they close at 5pm!! All she could offer was to reschedule a appointment my kids have had for MONTHS!!! Extremely RUDE and very poor customer service! They clearly will not be in business long with how unorganized they are! I already found a new dentist for my kids!

Doctor Naik answered my phone call and because I did not give a 24hr notice she decides she wants to be rude and hang up on my face. So I called back gave her a piece of my mind as well as her rude staff. I really do hope they close her buisness she doesnt deserve to be in this field with an attitude like this. This is not professional, and shes dealing with clients that had been there for years with Dr. Watson and here she comes with her rude stank behavior and wants to act like a two year old. Hopefully with all her bad reviews people take their buisness somewhere else. I will also be filing a complaint with the board of health.

Incredibly rude people. I called to ask them about a computer they returned to Amazon, and they hung up on me. Just hung up.
