The lady at the desk was soo unpleasant its imperative to leave multiple 1 star reviews since there will be no reparations for the disgusting behavior of the woman at the front.. you have multiple bad reviews with no disciplinary action.. 🤯

I took my daughter here and she is afraid of dentists. She has had a bad experience in the past. They were amazing with her, explained everything they were going to do before doing it. If you have a fear of dentists rest assured this is a great place to go.

Waited 2 months for a dental appointment. Then you guys cancelled it and told me the next one would be in four months. I’m blown away by how much you suck and how horrible OHP insurance is.

Terrible service! Took my son a week ago and my daughter today. Worst dentist experience ever! Will defiantly not be going back there again. Extremely do not recommend this place. Specially for kids!

I was seen for an emergency visit during the Covid-19 scare. When I arrived at the office, I was incredibly nervous but the staff immediately eased my worries. The dentist was gentle & kind. During my procedure while experiencing a bit of discomfort, he calmed me down and was very compassionate towards me. I was very pleased with the care I recieved & I would definitely return to this location, because of the AMAZING staff.

Very nice staff, always on time, and thorough. I feel well-cared for when Im there. They always take the time to answer my numerous questions. Bottom line, great spot for routine check-ups.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is very nice and courteous, the hygienist, the doctor, the assistants, and the front desk. Theyre always there to help you in any way. Im not sure why the low rates of others reviews, but what I do assure is that they have great customer service and I would recommend anyone to be seen there. This place is wonderful and have a very friendly environment.

The most friendly staff, its so relaxing to be there. Very accommodating and went over the top to help me understand care credit and such.

Worst office I have ever been to. I have never been in so much pain, sat in there waiting room for 2 hours with no acknowledgement or remorse from staff. I would have been better going to the hospital and actually getting help. I will never ever be back! Switching immediately. The lady in the front has absolutely no empathy at all.

Nice people but i stopped going because every time I go they say I need to come back for something, and when I come back they have no idea what they said they were going to do. also 2 times I was given an appointment, I even had a card they gave me with the time on it. and when I got there they had zero record of my appointment. frustrating place. they were very nice though

The cleaning was acceptable. I think the dentist and hygienist are knowledgeable. However, the billing was not. I paid, and paid and keep getting more bills almost 6 months after the cleaning. I had scheduled a cleaning for 6 months out. When I did not receive a reminder call, I called them. i got a recording that they were on vacation. (a three week one). I was not impressed with the office staff. I will be switching if I can.

Dentist and Hygienist and Tech Team and Office Staff are wonderful. They get me in and out promptly. We live in West Springfield, worth the little distance to a good dentist.

Seriously the worst company Ive ever been too. Tried billing me when Im double covered with insurance. Then gave me someone elses prescriptions instead of mine on accident. Then told me I should of had a root canal in July instead of a filling. When theyre the one who did the filling. Then today Ive been calling since 12:30 and its 3:30 and they havent answered any of my calls. Or returned my messages. I need to reschedule my appointment but they wont get back to me or answer the phone their in the office. And the Dr seemed rude when I was there on Tuesday.

Great staff. Good experience.The dentist is very nice and accommodating, he give me some tips and advice on how to take care of my teeth. I love to recommend to anyone.

I have been there quite a few times and every time the service was top notch Megan made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail every question or concern that I had. I would highly recommend cris dental to anyone!

Im not impressed at all with the ladies here. Very rude and snobbish. Its taken me quite a long time to even get into the dentist. They painted a cavity of mine that was hurting that was 6 mo ago. Still waiting to get it fixed. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible service, charged for services not preformed. We are switching dentists now and it has taken a dozen calls and stopping in trying to get our films. They have not emails us or new dentist. I had to ask the better business bureau to intervene. This seems nuts to me. I just cant imagine treating people this way. Be warry of this business.

Started going there in 2015. The Cleaning was fine. I needed a crown. Dr put one on without a root canal. He said you dont always need one. I was like ok. A month later I got an abscess. I then had to go get a root canal. They had to drill through the $500 crown I had just paid for. The guy that did the root canal told me that i needed to go back to crisdental and have them redo the crown because there was decay all over. They tried to make me pay for the second crown even though it was their fault. They charged my insu but not the out of pocket. Then my husbands filling broke apart and they put in. Some other work they did was done wrong. We went to smiles dental and they are amazing.

Been comin to CrisDental for years, love the staff theyre friendly and efficient. Megan is an angel, I couldnt ask for more!

I had my wisdom tooth pulled, he missed pulling a few times, it was a few hours ago my tooth was pulled and my stiches have come out. I have to go to the e. R tomorow to have them put back in. Annoying

WORST experience with this company,I scheduled my appointment few months ago,very hardly I found baby siting for my son,drop him at her house,I was almost over their,just 10mints before I recived a call from the lady,she said,you need to reschedule your appointment,frustrating.im going to out of state tomorrow early morning for two months,I need it today,I have few more issues with this horrible company!!so I would not recommend this place,
