Christina is amazing! Was able to schedule an appt an hour before I came in. Was greeted right away with a friendly face. Me and my sister were taken care of right away. Customer service made me feel really welcome. Just wish I was told more in detail of fees that were added. These are acrylic starting at $40 and total came out to $65 plus tip. But still overall happy with the experience because of excellent customer service. Very comfortable and clean atmosphere. Excited to try the eyelash extension services!

I went today at 1:00, call in (did not have appointment) they said ok to come in no wait. I waited like 15 mins for a pedicure which was so worth it because Helen did such a good job (she said it’d be $45), so friendly, gentle, and good pedicure. When it came down to the manicure I asked for a French manicure, the lady started doing powder which ok I figured she had a plan, she over used product, my nails where so uneven and thick . Like super wide . I asked a couple times to have them thinned out, she sat me in another chair and another lady fixed my nails, later one another lady came and helped along (3 ladies at this time), they finished off but they were still wide from the first placement. I got up and when I paid the lady who originally started doing my nails charged me $110!!! I was lost at where did it go over priced ? I paid, I did not complain just because I felt bad at the whole situation, but I am not content with the outcome . I tipped and everything. Just wish things would’ve turned out different at the fact that they over charged me for this. There is powder literally on my cuticles. ( I already RE-SHAPED, on my own) . Btw I got out at 4:30 literally 1.5hr on my nails.

It’s decent not all that great. Paid $33 for a manicure with gel. The ladies seemed annoyed when we arrived. The lady doing my sisters pedi was rude the whole time.

I got a manicure and I am extremely disappointed with it. The nails are ugly and sloppy. The lady was very harsh with my hands and was very careless.

My daughter gave me a Venus gift card. The nee owner refuses to honor it. She wanted Me to call the previous owner. This is the new owners issue not mine. They took money from her and refused to honor their gift cards.

I went to get a nail set with color white.The simplest nail set and didnt even come out right, very un even and very wide and not even the right size. Everything was horrible and took her 3 hours for a simple set. I would have had her redo them. I was already on a time crunch. Very disappointed wont be back!! $80 wasted not even worth the money!

My daughter and I visited Venus Nail Salon for the 1st time I had my natural nails painted with the shellac and only last less then 24 hours all then paint was off each nail by day three. My daughter werent any better her full set of shellac fake nails with the white tip broke off the very next day and a 2nd nail the day after. Less then a week all her nails had broken off. She was bleeding when they put her nails on from the machine hitting her skin. This was her first experience and regrets having her nails done. The photos were taken within 24 hours. We walked out paying 85.00 and it was not even worth it. The woman who did my daughter nail was rude. The woman I had was really sweet.

This was my 3rd visit to this nail shop. And unlike the first 2 visits this one was NOT GOOD at all!!! The nail tech cut my wifes thumb while removing the old nails. But that wasnt completely the problem, for we are well aware that things happen. The problem, however, was her reaction. She first denied cutting her thumb and then got load with me when i inquired about what happened. Never did she apologize nor did she offer a consoling solution to resolve the problem! She continued to have a horrible attitude while still removing the old nails. Not sure of what she was saying in her native language, but i could definitely tell by her body language that she was clearly upset and was not having a good day, resulting to her unprofessional workmanship in the field of her choice! Not sure if we will return again!!!!

Today was mothers day....I went to get my nails done only... Decided to treat my self the whole way...Yeah.... I got cut like 6 different times... The worst one is my pinky... Cant move it without the cut opening... Any time i have to wash my hnds it stings... I asked for arcrylic on my two big toes... I tell her its not even so many times i get frustrated...

I’m a guy and I’m glad I came with my friends. I got my toe nails cut and the rest was a foot massage. Omg. The lady Elaine gave me the best foot massage ever. It last atleast 25 mins. I would recommend asking for her. She says she not there on Wednesday. So come any other day if you want the best foot massage in Houston.

Ive been taking my daughter and gf here for years and my gf recommends Trihn as she always does a great job. They go above and beyond in their safety measures during this is pandemic which is awesome as theyve always been a clean place, but be sure to bring a mask or you wont be allowed in for services.

I will NEVER come here again. The experience was not satisfying and the work was ugly. I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and if she wasn’t able to do it she could have been HONEST and I would have picked something else.

They turned out great and the lady was really nice I had Sydney. I just didn’t like that the place with her nail station was cluttered with random things.

Ive been going to this nail salon for years and always have Judy do my full set, pedicure, and eyebrows! I moved to Stafford, TX 5 months ago and still make a trip down to this nail salon once or twice a month to see her and get my nails done. Everyone is so nice and it is a clean establishment. Im always very relaxed and satisfied with the results!

I feel like this used to be the place to go. Im walking in on a Tuesday mid afternoon when I didnt think it would be busy. They arent, but I have been sitting in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes without so much as an Ill be right with you. Not the cleanest place either? I dont know, it maybe it was an off day for them. If I get invited by a friend I MIGHT consider coming back.

I love getting my pedicure here with Helen. Shes amazing but I got a full set with Lisa and I didnt like it.. she filed my nails too narrow and they werent even on the edges. I told her about it and she just said just go wash your hands, which I thought it was very rude. Never again getting my nails done with her

I gave two stars cause the lady who did my nails was very nice. But there is no reason why my gel polish was peeling the same day.. I had to go back in and get it fixed and another started peeling soon after i left the second time.. And my nails all popped off less than a week later.. It wasnt worth the money i paid and I dont suggest you go here.... The quality of work sucks...

I have been to this salon many times. There were a few things that made me question it, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This last time was really the last straw. One time they used a paint brush to brush off the nail dust. Another time they used hair scissors to cut my solar nails down. This past time was for my birthday and my friends wanted to pay for my pedicure. They did not get that 2 people were splitting my bill of $23. It ended up my friend paid extra and they refused to give it back. They are very unprofessional. I will NEVER go back again!

I have tried this nail salon before and had to leave because the wait is extremely long. So Im back and I waited 10-15 minutes to get called back to the pedicure station, once Im get called back to my chair Im still waiting.... with no water... siding sideways...waiting. I will have waiting longer than it take to get the pedicure. Clear your schedule for the whole day cause this looks like it will take hours to get a simple pedicure. Even after writing this review I have yet to be helped, offered water or asked what nail color I want. Will never be coming back here.

I used to love coming to this place, but the last two times I had terrible experiences. In the past, I was never pressured to upgrade services, which was great, as I’m a natural kind of girl, and don’t like to put hard toxins on my nails, like shellac. Dipping powder also tears my nailbeds up, so I stick to long-wear nail polish. These last two times the women pretended to not understand what I was asking for and kept pressing for me to get shellac, in a very insistent manner. This made the exchange super uncomfortable as I continued to say I just wanted regular polish. I asked for a specific opi color that I have had in the past but my technician kept pretending as if she did not understand. Finally after the manicure (and before painting), she asked one last time if I wanted shellac which I again said no to. She then went to the back and brought the color I had been asking for. I was floored! She knew what I was referring to the whole time! I’m not sure if there is a change in management or what’s going on but to suddenly start feeling pressured to spend more is upsetting and disappointing to say the least. I will not be back now, unfortunately.

Received a gift certificate to try this place. I went twice and never got the first pedicure. Each time I waited an hour, and was skipped the first time, I walked out. Second time I waited in water for an hour and 15 minutes, no one ever got close to ready for me. Not the cleanest place I have ever been in, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I even gave someone my gift certificate, just so I could leave and not go back!

You know those nail salons that reek of chemicals, where the smell hits you even before you open the door? Venus is NOT one those. The ladies are very nice, all genuinely greeting you. They know my moms name, Im working on going enough so we have the same familiarity.They do a really good job w both manis and pedis, backing off from their upselling to higher packages after the second no thank you. The prices are excellent and one could easily justify the slight price bump for a more luxe service, tho even the lower tier services for a mani/pedi are fab.I recommend going first thing in the morning on the weekends. I went at 10am on a weekend and I enjoyed immediate and fast service.

My first few times here were great. My husband was with me and he ended up getting his first pedicure. The next few visits he went with me and all was pretty good. My nails when I went home I noticed a few that were not file straight. I let them know from the beginning I use to be a manicurist. I would end up filing them when I got home. We spent a lot of money in here, because we would both get the most expensive pedicures. The lady who runs it even talked my husband into having me get the micro blading done. Honestly I really didnt want it done. Im glad that I didnt get it done. I was going every two weeks for my refill along with Shellac. My husband is a truck driver and comes in at different times, so I had been going in by myself. Everytime I went in without him the lady who runs the place would ask me where is your husband. When I finally got a girl I liked doing my nails one day she was busy. I told her I had no problem waiting. The lady runs it made me go with someone else even though I wanted to wait. The last straw was I went in on my birthday with my friend to get a pedicure and my nails done. Again we got the most expensive pedicure and was not the same as what I had before and wasnt worth what I paid for it. Im a big girl and their chairs are not the best for larger people. The lady who manages went and got a wooden chair from the waiting area. I was trying to scoot it closer to the desk and she yells at me. I was all hunched over and not comfortable because I couldnt get close enough. I was humiliated and felt down graded. I was treated differently when my husband wasnt with me I got poor service. Im sorry but thats just wrong. When I was a manicurist I pampered everyone of my customers.

I got my nail done by Hannah . She is incredible amazing !!!!!! My hand was dry that day she even offer me her lotion. I was late for an hour and she still able to take good care of me and stayed overtime . She did not even rushed one bit. It was my 2nd time by her, and I will come back for more !! I would totally recommend this shop !!!!!!!!!!

Ive used the same Nail Tech for 3 years now. Shes on time with her appointments. And does excellent work.

The people are friendly. I have had a good experience and one so so. The last pedicure was so hurried and seemed she was upset I could not be up sold. The finished product was also sub par and I need to go back for an extra top coat. The color is already chipping.

I went in for an overlay, just acrylic over my real nail. One color. I was charged $50 for an over lay and a terrible job. The shape was bad and 2 were crooked. The customer service isnt great for that price I could have gone to NOA and got a free mimosa for cheaper.

Judy, Cindy and Anne have been the three women who have worked on my nails and eyebrows and my mom and a friend ONLY trust these three. they are so nice and Judy does nails so perfect, they arent crocked and they are perfectly shaped the way you want. I wouldnt recommend any other workers but these three.

My favorite nail tech disappointed me deeply during my last visit. I walked in for a nail refill and walked out with knubs.. NO nails at all. My tech was just off in spirit, dismissive of everything I requested, insisted that I choose her options, and just frustrated me to the point of walking out.. It was so weird and I really enjoyed her and Venus. The turnover is frequent, so difficult to keep the same tech, too.

Horrible. Although they advertise a spa pedicure for $18, they said that is just the basic. So I paid $29, to get callus removal, hot towels, and massage. It was all done very quickly. The hot towels were placed on me for one minute - max.The only time I was spoken to was to ask the type of pedicure and to get payment. The entire time they talked between themselves. She was constantly looking at her coworker while filing and scrubbing my caluses. How very rude for a service industry. Please remember we are the customer and treat us like you value our business. You should at least concentrate on what you are doing and address us as a person.

The first time I came I was ignored so I walked out and they came chasing after me. Although it took a long time my pedicure, nails, and eyebrows were amazing. The second time I made an appointment on the Thursday before I came on Saturday. I walked in and said I had an appointment with Ann whom I made the appointment with on the phone. She tells me she has appointments however so did I. Then they seat me in one of the pedicure chairs and commence to repeatedly tell me that they had appointments with other people and I continued to respond I have an appointment too, still everyone looks confused. After almost 30 minutes Im so mad I could cry - they are still telling me that they have to help others who have an appointment at 11am although my appointments was at 10:45 and I came at 10:30am. I thought I found my place but I cant deal with this every other weekend.

Please dont go here this place is the worst. I walk in at 5:30 she ask what I need, when I tell her she said ok and take a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting she asked could I come back tomorrow cause they close at 5 and they already have two people ahead of me. I ask why she did not say that when I first walked in and she tell me the guy hands are tired and he wants to go home. Really..... I get up and leave and she starts to talk about me as I walk out. They are so rude please dont support this place.

I am not happy at all. I always go to the nails salon across the street from them but they were too busy and I forgot to make an appointment so I came here and did a manicure woth no polish and a shellac pedicure with white tip. My white tip shellac pedicure can usually last 1-2 months. Where as here it didn’t even last a week. 2 days After i got my nails done my nails chipped off. Both of my pinky toe nails came off completely. I felt my $53 went straight down the drain.

*update* I went back and got everything fixed!! Cindy fixed my nails and my toenail that I wasnt feeling too much.*I tried to give this place a second try. The first time I went and got a full set I was CUT UP by the lady while she was filing with the electric tool, I had a cut on at least 4 fingers. I dont recall who did them then. Today I go and its almost an hour before closing but they are still accepting people so I say Ill just get my nails done and I can come get my feet done tomorrow. But of course not, they want that money now, so I end up getting both. Cindy does my nails, I get coffin shaped nails that are not smooth, thin and uneven at the tips.. just overall mediocre. So Im anazalying them the whole time Im getting my feet done. And I mention what I dont like and cindy files the tips and adds more top coat. Of course nail polish makes it look a little better, but the foundation isnt solid. Cindy was very nice but she should have took her time. My friend gets her nails done by her often.I paid for a $30 pedicure that I felt was no different than the $20 pedicure I always get. She almost skipped out on the massaging of the feet she tried to skip out on the second coat, and seemed irritated when I asked for her to fix things. (Cindy didnt do my pedicure someone else did). Overall Im definitely not satisfied and pissed I wasted 60 bucks to only end up getting these redone somewhere else.
