I really like this place. This was the second windshield I’ve had replaced by them. They’re super nice and had a loaner vehicle big enough for car seats. With the condition of Michigan roads, I’m certain I’ll be back. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with A2 auto glass. My 2014 Subaru Forester had a big ol crack in it and it needed to be replaced. I called A2 because I wanted to give my money to a local business. I got super lucky/they were super prepared and had the windshield I needed in stock. I was able to book an appointment the day after I called and they got it fixed in less than the two hours they promised. I even got a loner car of theirs so I could drive back to work for a bit. The loner car experience was super duper easy and stress-free. In the end the fix was only about $340, way less than other stores and what Google said it might be. Would highly recommend!

Had a windshield replaced under warranty here and I am satisfied with the work. A2 was prompt about scheduling and completed the work in the morning for an after lunch pickup. Unfortunately, the replacement windshield had a minor crack at the edge that I noticed, but A2 immediately fit me into their schedule and provided a loaner car during the replacement. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Good to have a local place care about doing the job right until the customer is satisfied! Great overall.

I have been there twice in the past two weeks. One, to replace windshield, and no sooner got it done and a truck went by, threw up a stone a chipped the new windshield. Went right in to have it taken care of. The staff couldnt have been better. The girls in the front office are awesome. Will certainly do more business there if the need arises.

If you want to be treated like family use this company. They replaced my windshield and accidently broke a cowling lock. They replaced the cowling without issue and everyone is super friendly. I am in aviation and attention to detail is extremely important to me.

I appreciated the honesty of the employees. We were quoted $650 by a dealer to replace a Sideview mirror. The employees told me to order an after market mirror for $40. Problem solved. I would highly recommend A2 for all your auto glass needs.

Initial review (not long term yet).So let me start off by how friendly the staff is. They were very friendly and energetic over the phone and in person. I called around noon for a windshield replacement on my truck. Now 99% of the time an auto glass company will have to schedule you for the next day as they may not have your particular glass on hand. She was able to get my glass there THAT DAY. This was a big deal for me because my schedule is very tight. As soon as I walked in the door she greeted me by name (she remembered my truck details) which is very personable. She immediately handed me keys to a complimentary loaner vehicle, no questions asked. I had nowhere else to be so I chose to wait. Their chairs are very comfortable; Lots of Keurig coffee choices and they will even converse with you while you wait. Even when your vehicle is done they tell you to wait an hour so that the adhesive sets correctly before you drive it. I appreciated his. If you’re going to do something, do it right. That’s what they do. Thank you.

A rock hit the windshield of my car on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. I brought it in on the following Tuesday morning and work was complete by the afternoon. Great and friendly service, and I highly recommend for your windshield needs!

Tune in this is a long one-Went in on a Friday for a windshield replacement. Pretty straight forward. Got a call 4 hours later to pick it up. When I get there she mentions how their technician scratched my car and I should bring my car back to them on Monday. Here’s the thing, I needed to trade it in on Monday so this set me back a whole week because of my schedule.They gave me a loaner car, a Hyundai Sonata that has breaks that kick in late and jolt you to a stop even when you’re slowly breaking. Super scary. Didn’t trust the kids to ride in it with me, so that was another bump in my schedule. I also had a final on campus that Tuesday so I had to use the pay lot.They had my car until Wednesday fixing the scratch. Manager called me on Tuesday with an update, had to ask where they took it to be painted etc. There’s not much she can do besides apologize at this point.The morning of Wednesday it snowed, they had a broken brush in the trunk as an ice scraper. That was fun. #sarcasticfontFinally got it back and there are black blobs on the windshield near the sun shade portion. No mention of why this was, at this point I’m not able to have them keep the vehicle any longer.They decided to give me a gift receipt to a restaurant I’ve never heard of. Now I, a vegetarian, have a gift receipt to a steakhouse I’ll never use. Guess its the thought that counts but I would have liked a full gas tank instead. Very angry and frustrated on this whole predicament but I’m glad to be done with the mess of a situation.

I decided to go to A2 when my dealership recommended them. Very friendly on the phone, I made a appointment to get my windshield from them, they offered a loaner car since it was going to take around 3 hours. The loaner was a gold minivan that was filthy dirty. When I went to put up my vehicle I thought I should let them know that the van needed to be cleaned, well that backfired on me, the employees decided to argue with me instead of apologizing. They basically told me I was a liar. I could not believe how unprofessional they were.... with this pandemic going on, every loaner vehicle should be wiped out and disinfected. Also they left mud in my vehicle, why can’t people pay attention to detail and clean up their messes. Very disappointed with the customer service anI will let my dealership know how I was treated.

Just proceed with caution! Good people work here, except for when the work they did doesn’t hold up to the customer expectations or did not fix the issue. The manager denied the fact that they worked on my car until her coworkers remembered the repair they did. I’m certainly not going back here unless I absolutely have no other option.

Best auto glass installer! I have had issues with previous installers poor quality glass and workmanship. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Communication before repair, help with insurance, and after care. Everything went so well! Highly recommended!

What a wonderful group of people!!! Having a 2016 Mazda, I made a mistake on the options, and they arrived with the wrong windshield...completely my fault. The repair guys were super about it, and are coming back later today. The ladies in the office are the nicest and most courteous! Very satisfied with my windshield replacement. My quote included everything (taxes, old windshield recycling, etc) unlike their competitors (they should point it out on their quote, IMHO). They were also 20% cheaper. Real espresso coffee and free WiFi in a cozy waiting area. They had some loaners available. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They replaced my windshield in 2 hours, which was the time we agreed on (I had an appointment after that, so it was important for me).

I had such an AMAZING experience with A2 Auto Glass Repair. The woman on the phone was so helpful and kind. They gave me the lowest quote on a new windshield I was paying for out of pocket. They even came to my apartment the next day while I was at work to replace the windshield, NEXT DAY! They did a great clean job and locked my doors after they were done. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful! They took the extra time to shop around to make sure they were getting the most cost effective replacement parts to keep their price down. By far the lowest quote I got! The service was extremely quick and they did a great job, you cant even tell my windshield was replaced. On top of all that, they gave me a loner car at no charge even though my insurance didnt cover it!! Not only did they get the job done well and quickly, they made sure I wasnt without transportation. Very happy with my windshield! A2 Auto glass had my windshield ready the day after I called. It only took them 2 hours to replace and they lent me a car free of charge while I waited for mine. Fast service and nice people, but I was quoted a price $100 cheaper over the phone twice before coming in, and then at the end of my windshield replacement was surprised to hear that the price was significantly more than what I had been told it would be. They dropped some off the price when I asked them about it, but they werent able to match what I had been quoted - not sure why that happened, but Id definitely triple check the price ahead of time because I wasnt pleased by the surprise.

Phenomenal customer service! I just had my rear windscreen replaced after it had been destroyed in an act of vandalism. Upon request, they utilized original BMW factory components for the repair, and the workmanship appears to be acceptable. I was provided a complimentary loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, (which took just over an hour) allowing me to go about my day unhindered. All of my questions were answered via phone or email within minutes of my query, and all of our exchanges were exceedingly pleasant. Highly recommended!

Done quickly. Kind reception. Technical staff offered explanation for leak inside, which had been connected with rubber damage caused by rust. They offered me an free leak remedy, in case of reoccurence. While assured me that the applied glue will greatly reduce chance of rekeakage.

Fast friendly service. I had my sunroof replaced and I was in and out in less than an hour. The only problem was they did not adjust the glass and the sunroof did not sit flush so I had to adjust it myself at home.

I had my windshield replaced at my home. The crew arrived when expected and completed the job very quickly. The windshield looked great! The next day, however, my rear-view mirror fell off (probably because it was 95 degrees out at the time). That said, I brought it in to their shop and they fixed it in just a few minutes. No problems since!Ill definitely give them a call next time I have any glass issues!

My passenger window was blown out on my way to work and I had a replacement installed before I left for home the same day! On-site installment was a plus, friendly associates, and a timely job well done. Had to pay out of pocket but $$ not bad for the quality of service and convenience.I would recommend them for any basic job in a time crunch.

Ill say that they have a friendly staff, great service, and cheap prices. Unfortunately, however, they did a terrible job replacing my windshield, which overshadows any other positives. After the rubber seal popped out on their first try, their second try (which they very nicely immediately offered to do at no charge) resulted in an obviously misaligned placement that the mechanic refused to acknowledge when I brought it up before driving away. At this point I dont trust them to work on my car and would rather eat the cost of a replacement somewhere else than have them try again.

Last week my sunroof flew off of my Ford Escape! I took my car to A2Auto. It turned out to be a Federal recall, so A2 couldnt help me. They could have just said, sorry and sent me on my way..........but .no, they found a shop that could help - gave me directions; wrote up my insurance claim info so I didnt have to repeat the process. It seems trivial perhaps, but in the long run - IT IS the little things that count.I have no doubt that if they are this meticulous about the little things, they will be fantastic for the big jobs. GREAT SERVICE! Took my VW Tiguan for a windshield replacement. At pickup, they informed me that there was a slight scuff in the new windshield that they hadnt noticed until it was installed. Even before I saw it, they offered to order a new windshield or to knock off a substantial amount off my deductible. Although the scratch was barely noticeable, I opted for a new windshield and they were more than happy to comply. Nice to find professionals who let you know about a problem before the customer sees it and are willing to do whatever necessary to make it right.

I have heard of A2 from others. My business with them was pleasant and fast. They were able fix my front windshield with no problems. I would reccomend them.

Simply put: Look elsewhere for auto glass repair/replacement.I have a new windshield that is safe enough to drive with and it doesnt have a large crack in it, but the rest of the experience was so terrible.I left my car in my driveway for an at home windshield replacement (which come to find out A2 themselves claimed they cant do as good of a job on the off site repairs- but they dont tell customers that upfront of course) I came home later that evening and noticed a new dent over the front wheel well of my car, along with a urethane mess all over the hood and dash of my car and two broken ends of the cowl panel. My car was NOT locked as I had requested and there were no instructions or paperwork as to what time of day they were there or how long to leave the tape on or when its safe to wash the vehicle. I called A2 auto glass and brought the car by and they said there is no way they could have caused the dent, theyve never had that happen before.I brought the car to another auto glass replacement company and a body shop for a second and third opinion- who both said its plausible this dent came from initial windshield replacement. The other auto glass company inspected the windshield for safety and said the right side of the urethane is sloppy and sticking out and the windshield was set lower than the previous one so that you could see a line across the top from where the previously windshield sat, so it is indeed safe- but sloppy.Overall, A2 auto glass has been miserable to deal with, from the new dent in the side of my car, to the sloppy windshield repair, and the last straw was an offensive email from them about the whole ordeal. Never going back or recommending A2. Go with a big box store instead.
