They are always friendly, professional, and attentive. The deluxe mani and pedi are awesome.

I have been going to NB Nails since I was 13 years old! I love them, they always remember me and make me feel like family. Greatly priced and great employees. I live in Conroe now and still ONLY let MB Nails do my eyebrows and nails, period.

I absolutely love this place!! they have gotten a new staff recently, and they are so sweet! the lady that did my nails accidentally nicked me with the drill- no blood and i didn’t even notice- and she apologized at least 10 different times. if you have an issue with your service, the manager will fix it free of charge! costs me $55 for a dip mani after tip- cheapest in mont belvieu from my experience!

Can never use my gift card I have tried on several different occasions they are always short staffed!! Plus who gives a gift card that has a 6 month expiration date. It should be good for a year! Especially in this COVID time. Never ever going to give this place my business.

Do not waste you time or money here. Paid 50$ for dip nails and left with dip powder all over my hands stained and cut up skin. Had to go to a second salon to get them fixed nails were misshaped and so thick.

I guess, for the price, it was pretty good. They have a smaller dip color selection that Ive seen in other places and their technique seems a bit less sophisticated. My mani color doesnt match my pedi. It changed from gray to a blue green once she applied the sparkle on top. The dip and basic pedi was $65. It wouldve been another $5 if Id had her cut my cuticles.

Ive been coming here for years. Staff is great, they remember you and your likes and dislikes. I highly recommend it!!

My favorite pedicure place! The volcano pedicure is awesome. Very reasonable price and they do a great job. Pedicures last forever!

The staff is wonderful in both skill and personality. The shop is clean and bright. They are ideally located and are very reasonably priced.

Owner argued with me after I explained that the pedicurist assured me that my toes were dry ad she put my sandles on therefore I wanted toes redone. It took him forever to match the color. I asked him why dont you let me pick the color so you can redo all my toes because they weren’t done professionally. He started to laugh at my request to have all toes redone. He said I messed them up. I said, I wanted my money and her tip back. He said, oh no, I can’t return your money. So I picked the polish and told him redo all toes. I was embarrassed 😞 and he should’ve been understanding. No apologies whatsoever.

I enjoy the staff! They are very reasonably priced and my pedicure polish lasts at least a week longer than 3 other places Ive been to.

I am new to the area and have tried several nail salons in the area this is the best one.

Very poor service and my feet looked horrible. And the man argued with us and it looked like we paid for nothing. Don’t waster your time or money.

Best nail tech I have ever had

I went to MB Nails by Kroger Gleannloch, spring Cypress/champion Forrest.The lady did a wonderful job and was so polite that I went back and asked for her again. This time I was unhappy with one nail and texted her one day after and heres her response!! So me not happy with one nail caused her not to be able to help me anymore??LADY:Today my day off ....so you can come to the nail shop right now,,, and ask Maria help to fix your nail... I just called the nail shop and ask Marie to help me .....I tried to do the best I can for you but you still unhappy so Im sorry I cannot take care of you next time....sorry about that....
