Just had a pedicure today with my mom, and we both loved the experience! They were professional, communicated well, and even gave us a complimentary soda. Loved the results and good price. I’d highly recommend!

Awful job with my shellac nails. Very sloppy work. The technician was too rushed. Place is old and in need of renovations. Isn’t a great selection of colors. They were out of two different colors I wanted. Will not return

Out of all the salons Ive been to having Vietnamese workers, this salon impresses me with their commination to the customers and other workers. Yes, most arent fluent, but they can still understand you, and are trying. They all are so kind, and really do put a lot of effort to make you comfortable (such as serving drinks and asking if you need anything). I went for a Medicare, and had such a nice conversation with one of the workers, and I am impressed by their talents in nails. I highly suggest this salon for the nail treatments, and also just a way to socialize with the workers or even to relax. 5/5 and would become a loyal customer in a heartbeat.

I came here for a manicure, to fix two of my nails that had been poorly done by the previous salon I went to. I used to go to Mod for years so I went there thinking they would be the best option. The first tech didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for and when I told her I wanted a new set she got angry and went to get someone else. The woman who came to help was very rude, she scolded me for having broken nails when it wasn’t even my fault they were in such bad shape. I was pretty upset by her tone and overall demeanor during the removal process. She acted like she didn’t know what acrylic nails were and then yelled what they called them at me. She almost seemed reluctant to do my service. The entire time she was gluing my “tips” on the original tech and the one working on me were standing there talking about me, making it very obvious. Once she was finished gluing and filing my nails she let the original woman do the actual powder. Well that ended up taking TWO AND A HALF HOURS. The end result was beautiful and then right at the end, she filed them and ruined all of her hard work? I left with my nails looking horrible but I literally did not have another two hours to waste at the nail salon, for one manicure. There was no other customers in there, everyone else who worked there was just sitting around on their phones. I will never come back, I advise everyone to stay away from this salon. Something is not right here.

I found this spa when trying to meet my sister halfway a year ago and I haven’t stopped using them!! I love them. I use Tom for my pedicures always!!

It took almost two hours to complete a shellac pedicure. Went to have a manicure as well, but with the lack of efficiency and other staff literally sitting around -there was one other customer in there- I left because I didn’t have another two hours to waste. I won’t be back.The pedicure seemed and felt like the guys’ first time. Absolutely upset that I wasted so much time there and without completing services.

By far, the nicest nail salon of any one I have ever been. The owners daughter, I forget her name, did my nails. She spent all the effort making sure they were perfect! We talked a lot olabout the importance of customer service, something Ive never expected to hear in a nail salon. They were great. I got my nails too long for work, my error, and I went back a week later to get them shortened....they did so for free. Seriously, I will be traveling an hour to go here every time I want my nails done. Kudos!Update:Im so sad to say my more recent experience really disappointed me. Im pretty sure today will be the last day I come here. I got a girl this time that I wont name but shes newer and she tries, she just pays no attention to detail- doesnt know how to smooth nails out or evenly cut. I tried to help her notice the mistakes but without outright being blunt and saying it looks terrible, there was really no way to tell her without creating a scene, and I dont like scenes. I came in the last time and, aside from my nails just looking bad, two days later they started breaking. I called to set up an appointment to get them fixed. I asked not to be placed with the same person that did my nails. Well, I walk in today and the owners son ask we why Im there, I explain and he calls her name to come fix my nails. I said to him shes really the one that messed up my nails, not sure if I want to use her again, and he just nods and carries on. Im not sure if he ignored me or just didnt understand but once again I got my nails done by this same person. Once again I dont like them. This time they wont break because they are extremely thick. Just like last time (hard to see in the pics) but the whole surface of the nail is bumpy. It looks like play dough on my fingers. Im not sure why it would make sense to anyone at the salon to place the person that complained about the nails with the person that did them but that decision really should have been thought through... especially after I brought it up. This was my favorite nail salon. I spent too much time out of my day today (2 hours of travel and 2 hours for my nails- 8 hours total between the days) and the other day to be so dissatisfied. I really dont like to complain but this was pretty upsetting. I wont blame the girl because they really need to be checking the work their employees are doing to be sure its acceptable.

I walked in for a mani/pedi. They started the mani massage chair. I had to tell the gentleman to put water in the foot tub. Two customers came in after me and they started working on them before completing my service. I decided to leave after waiting and having my feet shrivel in cold water. Never again.

I called at 5:30pm on a Thursday to see if they had any availability for a dip powder manicure. They told me to come in at 6:15pm. I got there and the tech was just finishing up with another customer. They were efficient as I picked out the color I wanted before getting to the table. The tech was fast and good but a bit sloppy. I always go to mod nails as other places charge more for a dip powder manicure.

Best nail salon in town! Their nails last at least 3 weeks. For me, my nails grow so fast, thats as long as I can go. The nails dont lift, chip or break. Its amazing! And their customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice. The place is clean and sanitary, also.

I went in to get fake nails which comes with a 2 week warranty. My nails began falling off too soon. I went in and they completely redid them change of color. They are beautiful. Thank you Alexandra:)

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure went fine but the manicure didn’t go so well. I asked for a refill and I ended up with uneven nails. My thumbs were round and when the others were square. My pinky was lumpy and wasn’t even a full nail on it. My nail was chipped and while I was washing my hands she had already left so I couldn’t tell her. Then I went home and within 30 minutes I got the chipped part caught on fabric and broke a piece of the polish off. This is usually my goto place and I send everyone here but I’m not pleased at all with today.

The people are very nice and professional. They assisted me as soon as I got there. I would definitely recommend going there!!!

I had some damaged construction working nails and hands. Came here for a repair and had a mind melting great wrist and hand massage with an awesome nail job that was worthy of a hand model. I didnt expect either; just a repair. GUYS!!! Slip in here and book a session with Julie. She will make your hands and wrists look and feel magnificent. Ladies, make your guy go here, you both will love the results. I didnt feel awkward, the staff is proffesional, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

I had a great experience today at Mod Nails......everyone there is so nice and so good! Amy did a fantastic job on my shellac pedicure! I also decided to do the eyebrow microblading and upper eyelid liner while I was there..... first time ever to have microblading done so I was a bit concerned.....Julie couldn’t have done a better job! And for those of you that fear it will be painful...... if I can do it you can! It really wasn’t bad at all .... only took about 45 minutes ( I think?!?) nonetheless it was waaay easier than I thought it would be. That’s why I decided to do the upper eye liner at the same time!!! The liner took a little longer but even less pain than the eyebrows! So thrilled with the outcome..... Julie was wonderful.... I wish my hand was that steady!

I gave this place a meh because a) pedicure chairs were super uncomfortable, b) it is more expensive than other salons in the area, c) they did an okay job on my pedicure and shellac manicure, and d) they took a long time. Bonuses: owner has a fun personality and it is super convenient to my house. Id go back, but only for a manicure to avoid the pedicure chairs.

EVERY time I go somewhere else, either do to my schedule, because it is closer or because Mod is closed on Tuesday 😢 I MAKE A BIG BIG mistake! My nails come out HORRIBLE, I dont get what I asked for, I have even had them come RIGHT OFF the following day😖 this has been my GO TO place for YEARS now! I NEVER recommend anyone else!!!
