I needed a haircut bad on Saturday night and they were the only place that stayed open til 7 so I rushed over and was seated right away with sweet Elizabeth I believe it was, who took my awful, grown out hair helmet, with bangs I cut myself, and gave me a cute style, for $25Love the sports theme too, great place for a sports buff to get their haircut! I have been coming to Sport Clips since they came to Chasewood plaza. I’ve met a lot of hair stylist even ones that had to come help from other stores. I had one bad experience with a hair stylist whom was a manager several years ago. She made my hairline very dominant and noticeable. As a younger person I had a unnatural hairline going down my head because of her. She no longer works there now. I also appreciate the Jupiter Sport clips because I have been to many others in the area.But tonight I decided to walk out after waiting 15 minutes. Why? Because someone has an online appointment and gets ahead of me. Why do I waste my time sitting in a store patiently waiting. To only have someone skip me. Fix your system or don’t have your stylist cherry pick clients. I was only coming tonight because I had a coupon but I don’t think I will be using it now

Great place for a guy to get his haircut. Great people. Great service. You get to watch sports while getting your hair cut. Cant beat it. You have to get the MVP with the wash and hot towel. Very relaxing.

Alyssa was professional and safe while cutting my hair. It is the first hair cut I had since Covid 19 so I was a little apprehensive about it. I have been going here for 3 years. Until recently, I managed to keep the same stylist. It has had a revolving door for the past 6 months with their stylists. I wont be going back after the haircut I just got, I seriously could have done better myself.

I regularly visit this shop and always get good service. Most recently, Helen ORourke cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She cut it exactly the way I like it. She was super friendly too! I will request her at each future visit.

First let me say I walked in and set a 6:00 appt at a nearby competitive business. The stylist taking the appointment didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered with a haircut at the end of the day. When I returned at 5:50 the competitive business door was locked. I then walked Into SportClips and was met with a welcoming smile who asked me to sign in and whether I had an appointment or not. Alyssa I think was her name. My wait was said to be 30 min. At 6:05 the competitive salon stylist opened her shop, probably wondering where I was. Given the difference in attitudes of the people, I went with my gut and decided to wait longer at SportClips due to my positive first impression of the friendly faces and the unique atmosphere. Eventually Alyssa cut my hair and did a superb job. I felt like I received Ritz Carlton customer service. Kudos to Alyssa for bringing positive energy to the SportClips brand. The atmosphere, the sports experience, and of course the haircut, was a bargain. I won’t forget my free haircut either!!

Went to sports clips with my son for a haircut, They were serviced by Crystal, she was amazing she did an excellent job on their cuts and we were in and out of there in no time. She has gained us as loyal customers.

After using the iPad to check in this past Monday and seeing a wait time of 118 minutes I was discouraged and nearly left, but I thought that could not be accurate. I looked at how many people were waiting and it was only four so I stuck around and I am thoroughly happy that I did. After about a 35 minute wait, IZZY called me up and asked me what I was interested in. Once in his chair, he asked if it was my first visit. He explained all the services they offer and had me intrigued with the double play. Then he started on my hair: a 2 to 3 fade and scissor trim on top, leaving length. For some barbers its just hair, but for IZZY you can tell its a craft...an art even. This kid genuinely cares about his clients & their hair, more so than I even do! Everything went super smoothly and I left extremely pleased and might even be back! He was personable and extremely professional. Thanks IZZY & management you need to give him a raise! Hes valuable asset to your company!

I called 55 mins. before closing to get a haircut and to be considerate as Ive heard most places stop taking appointments one hour before closing. I was told it would be okay. Since Ive gone once before and made an appointment online and couldnt because the online wont allow me too. I walk in and wait, as I see employees look at me as they call others to get haircuts, I then notice people coming in 10 - 15 mins. before closing and signed in. I then speak to an associate about me not signing as I didnt see a sign to sign-in and explain my situation to her. She says Im sorry and cant do anything about it. I was like, dont you ask people to sign in especially if you they came in to make sure they know what to do and not to assume. Also, it would be like welcoming customers to their store. I guess customer service has lost its place in doing business these days. I hope this review catches peoples attention on how customers get treated. Lets see how the summer does for them when they want the locals to come in during the summer.

I took my son to get a haircut yesterday and it was horrible. He has really wavy hair so I understand that it can be difficult to cut, but the back of his head was uneven and the top was barely trimmed. His hair looks horrible. Definitely not happy with the job that was done.

I needed a new place to get a haircut after 22 years with the same barber (my whole life). Found sports clips down here and was nervous but gave it a shot. Ever since my first trip there they are always very welcoming and professional. Know exactly what I want through their computer system and do a great job no matter who it is. Wont be going anywhere else.

I always keep a five o’clock shadow beard and when she asked me if I wanted it faded she instead shaved it down on both sides 2”. Hair is uneven and choppy. I would not recommend at all.

Extremely friendly staff, cool environment and great haircut. Would definitely recommend to friends, family etc. My only suggestion is the ability to make an appointment. Can be hit/miss on the wait which is tough if you are on a schedule. Otherwise, high five for everything.

Sarah cuts my hair regularly and is awesome at whatever you need! If you have not tried Sport Clips you are seriously missing out. Use Sarah she is amazing

We were told 45 minutes wait at 11:36 am when we checked in via called ahead and is 1:02 pm and we are still waiting!!!Our names have been on the board showing 5 minutes waiting for the last 35 minutes!!!We left after our appointment time was pushed back 5 and 10 minutes on the board.I have my son with Autism with me and we waited patiently until we cannot!

Just came in to get a trim 10 minutes to 5 and she tells me their closed.Ask her what time they close and she said 5 I tell her its not even 5 yet!she says well they close at 5 and not doing any more hair cuts.So I just came in for a trim and it shouldnt take that long.I guess theses young girls dont like to make money and doesnt understand business!I will definitely not come back here!I guess they work by the clock!

Honestly, I wish that I could give them a 0/5. Kara, my barber, utterly messed up my hair and was completely off from the hair cut that I showed her which had INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO IT and yet she failed. As a barber working at a supposed high class barbershop, the hair cut with the instructions on how to do it shouldve been like drawing within the lines of a picture in a drawing book. Before I left, Kara watched me leave laughing at me and I didnt give it a second thought until I compared the monstrosity of a haircut to the actual master piece that I showed her. As stated on the Sports Clips website it says Stylists who know mens hairstyles from the classic haircut to cutting edge, we have the expertise and experience to create the perfect look for you. I really do feel scammed of the $26 I spent only to have my day and upcoming days, weeks, and months to be ruined. Just to top it off, I got the hair cut that was completely ruined, the day before the first day of school and I was utterly embarrassed throughout the whole day and that destroyed my confidence. If you still plan on getting a haircut from this joke of a place then DO NOT get a haircut from Kara. Edit: Check my photos for proof.

Girls are so nice, but its hard to find someone who can just do exactly what you ask. I dont trust the ticket with the cut info so I have to tell them how to cut my kids hair every. Single. Time.

This was my first experience at Sport Clips and although it was free for having given blood, they still gave me the full blown VIP treatment. I knew the fade I was asking for was not easy, and Zoe nailed it perfectly without one complaint! Great experience!

Very nice ladies always working there. But, the owner needs to spend some money on hired help. The place is short staffed with no greeter to check you in. The barbers have to stop in the middle of a cut to check you in and the process of checking you in is very non-private. Anyone sitting in the waiting area, which is about one foot away, is going to know your name, email address, and hair cutting history.

Jessica was AMAZING with my kids! I have 3 young girls, yes GIRLS...and they always enjoy their experience at Sport Clips and having Jessica pamper them!!

I saw that Zoe and Brooke had people waiting for them and I had put next available...It said Kevin D 12 min estimated wait..NO PROBLEM..As I waited it finally showed me ON DECK..great....about that time some guy comes in and gives the girl a sob story that the app didnt work for him and she proceeded to put him ahead of me...I was 3 to 4 mins On Deck...now I am 18 mins estimated wait...I walked over and told her I couldnt do it on the app either and I had patiently waited my turn...SHE COULDVE CARED LESS..it was not Zoe or Brooke but the other young lady that I really shouldve gotten her name.. Thursday the 3rd of Jan...634pm ish or so....Austin got his hair done while Kevin went over to Suoer Cuts and got a fantastic hair cut $5 cheaper...and certainly much friendlier with better communication skills than the girl at Sport Clups on Indiantown Rd JupiterManager .. go ahead and respond, would love to hear from you!!
