I have been a customer for years and I love how my nails look. It was really hard to find someone who does short and natural nails. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the shop really needs to be cleaned. There’s a thin film of dust coating most surfaces. It’s like they wipe off the stations weekly or something and there’s cobwebs all over the signage. A good deep cleaning to freshen it up would work wonders.
Chi did very poor nails, cheap, rushed, thick and now 4 nails broke in less than 2 weeks. I over tipped.
Great customer service and they do such an amazing job. The shop is clean and they are fast .
The lady who did my eyebrows was so gentle and didnt rush . Will come back for a pedicure 😌

Chi always does an excellent job on my nailS. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and have always for me in even when I walk in without an appointment. Highly recommend this salon.
I have had better service but today did not meet my expectations.The first lady that did my nails did not concentrate on doing her job because she was too busy making personal phone calls. I counted 5 calls where I had to wait for her to finish her personal issue before she could go back to doing my nails. The process could easily been completed in 40 minutes at the most and it took an hour and 15 minutes.Then, another lady did my pedicure who talked non stop to the lady that did my nails. Work took another hour.That is just rude to be concentrated on personal issues or other things rather than providing quality and efficient service.The owner is a nice lady and usually provides good customer service.I hope she reads this review so she can do something about it.Very dissapointed today.
The only one I was going to that place was Kathy that sis my nails but the guy that does hair is as rude as it can get! I can’t believe he’s still working there! He does the worst on your hair. I will never go back to that horrible place

I have been a customer of Kim and Matt since 2007 and have never had any problems with them. They are great and very friendly. Vi does the best pedicures:-) I would definitely recommend them.

I love it here. I came a month or so ago. Got a new set. Now I need a refill but I refuse to go elsewhere. Took me a lifetime to find this place. I love the guy here that did my nails. Will only go to him :) HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!
I am super disappointed with this salon. One week ago on a Thursday evening I went up and had my toes painted and my nails painted with a shellac color that is supposed to last for approximately 3 weeks. One week from that day 2 of my nails were peeling and chipping. I went in and told the girls who do nails and they just said I should have come in sooner to have it fixed. I wound up getting a whole new color and paying full price for it. I asked for a sparkly coral color so the girl said she had the perfect color and started to apply the paint. She was also in such a hurry that she took no time to make sure each nail was covered with polish completely. And I wasnt sure about the color because it looked more orange than coral but I thought maybe in different lighting it would look different and better. The next morning I was still not happy and called the salon and spoke to the owner, a woman, and told her I wasnt happy with the color and that it was more orange than I had wanted. She was the one who had picked the color anyway. I also reminded her that I was the one who had to come back after one week to get my shellac nails redone and I asked if I could get a color change free of charge. Her reply was, No. I simply said, OK and hung up because I knew that was a possibly. However, I will never go back to this salon. I also now regret not speaking up sooner and before I left. But that is my passive aggressive personality. I just hoped it would grow on me.
Wait time depending on what day you visit.Surely on weekends they are busy but do try to tend to as many Clients as possible.Techs do try to follow Cients instructions.Cleanliness can definitely be improved.

Im glad I read these reviews before going here. I hate they cheated Rebecca and her daughter out of her money. That was way too much for nothing. I wont be going here so they can mess me up. Yuck disgusting people to do that lady like that.

They do remarkable pedicures but I do wish they talked English to each other. Kind of awkward when you don’t know what’s being said.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Very rude and unprofessional staff who talk over you. They staff chat with each other continuously without focusing on the customer. I didnt like the way my nails came out. I wont be returning here anymore.
I have always been a satisfied customer of Instyle Nails & Hair salon on Treashwig for 3yrs until last week! I WILL NEVER RETURN to this nail/hair salon after what they did to me and my daughters hair. Not to mention that my daughters hair was messed up TWICE! AND my hair turned a greenish brassy color and Matt wanted me to let him fix my hair again!? Why would I take a 2nd chance after we both just returned TWICE!? As a paying customer I expect to get what I paid for JUST AS ANYONE ELSE WOULD and THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! Now they were like family but the minute I said I wanted my money back or at least refund on one of us, thats when the true colors came out. The owner Kim called me after hearing how UPSET I WAS & said she was truly sorry she kept apologizing and she said she would refund the $230 for my daughter’s hair. Kim said she was refunding it because it was the right thing to do! She told me to come in the next day because it was late and plus she was off that day. So I returned the next day, she motioned for me to step outside so we could talk. She asked me to explain again what happened. Kim started to say that her husband was angry because I would not give him a chance to fix my hair it was only going to take 10 minutes. DO YOU BLAME ME?? I first let Matt do my hair about 2mnths ago and it was absolutely perfect however as for what happened this 2nd time I have NO CLUE! I was very upset and rightfully so because I paid $400 not including tip within 2 DAYS AND STILL wasnt getting the color we paid for! So when Kim the owner called and apologized and gave me her word she would refund me the $230 for my daughters hair I was relieved. I felt like they really did value their customers plus I was not ONE TO EVER COMPLAIN even at times my nails were not done right or when my daughter had to return to redo her nails I never said a thing because I knew things happen. So when I arrived last Friday to collect my refund, she kept saying her husband Matt was very angry because I did not give him a chance to correct my hair and that the supplies they used on our hair was $80 and the hours he spent on us, well they would just lose out on and she could only refund me $150. I told Kim my husband was very angry as well and rightfully so, because WE DONT HAVE $400 TO THROW AWAY! I was getting the not her problem attitude...... At first I was not happy but then I realized that $150 was better than nothing because these people were like family to me or at least I thought they were. I hand her my debit card to swipe and refund it back on the card. Then she said that the machine wouldnt let her because the batch from that day had closed. And said sorry hunny I cant do the refund. She said the machine did not have the refund option. I asked why not cash since it was debit not credit that I had paid & she said no hunny I cannot because I have to pay taxes on that! Do you understand? What do you mean you have to pay taxes on a cash refund??? She became perturbed with me raised her voice a bit and said she didnt have time to play and I said nor do I! Then she asked how about a gift certificate for my nails and feet since I am going to need to get them done assuming I would be coming back, REALLY!!? I said you gave me your word! I have lost out on $400 not to mention an ADDITIONAL $200 to get both our hairs FIXED! She was getting upset because I didnt understand how giving me the cash back would cost her in taxes. I knew this was going nowhere and things could escalate if I didnt take the gift certificate. And me being the pushover type, allowing others to run over me went ahead and accepted the gift certificate. I EVEN APOLOGIZED for this whole mess (which I shouldn’t have) and told her I didnt want to be on bad terms and hugged her. I walked away crying because I knew I had just been done very wrong and it was AN EXPENSIVE AND PAINFUL LESSON! Shame on me for believing her. Where I come from all you have is your word. Its called Integrity This is not how you treat good paying loyal customers.
The woman who did my nails tried to steal my phone. I was looking for it and asked my aunt to call it and it was in her pocket. Then she tried to laugh it off and say she had no idea how it got in her pocket.

Its not okay when you walk in at 6:20 while the open sign is still on and they dont close until 7 (and you sit there for 10 minutes) for them to just decide oh we are sorry we close at 6:30 you come back NO I WONT BE COMING BACK. Stick to the damn schedule.So pissed off.

Horrible horrible service, very unprofessional, I told them a what all I wanted & they just did what they wanted to & when I told them about it they got loud, she didnt want to fix my nail, the man stormed out to smoke a cigarette & even called the cops & when the cops got there she tried to get professional & lied some more I would NOT recommend this horrible place !
