This is one of the best salons I’ve been to in quite a while. I never felt like a burden. I got the vibe that they truly want to make you happy. Also no pressure to get more services. I will certainly be going back again and again.

My eleven year old daughter prefers this spa over any other. We love their sweet spirits and friendly customer service. We never have to wait and the technicians are great at what they do!!

I’m new to the Spring area & was hoping to find a great nail shop and I did! Nancy has done my pedicures the 2 times I’ve been here and she is great! Andy done my nails & I’ve been pleased with them as well. I’m very particular about my nails and I have no complaints.

When I went they had me waiting for a very long time, but I don’t mind that. What did upset me was when they deliberately gave service to others and ignored me. I checked in, was seated, and was waiting for my turn when a woman came in and asked for the waiting time. They sat her down immediately and started working on her. Which made me upset but I didn’t say anything, then when they finally came around to me the lady was rude and said she didn’t want to do the design I wanted. Which is fine, but her rudeness was not. Would not recommend.

I was in town babysitting my grandson and needed a pedicure. When I googled this spa the reviews were good, so I decided to try them and I am pleased with my pedicure!!!

This place is highly qualitative and use professional products!!!! Not cheap products that break and peel. And the pedicures do the job.....not half do it. 5 stars indeed!!!

Everyone was very nice and sociable. My nails and toes are bomb! Thought my nail lady back home had the juice, but Viva definitely has it. When I know I’m coming to visit Texas I will not get my nails done at home. I will wait until I touchdown here.

I ONLY go here to get my nails done! Mai is amazing and a perfectionist. I am a nurse and wash my hands at least 50 plus times a day. I’ve NEVER had any tips come off or had any problems at all that weren’t my fault. She even makes them look natural and thin, not fat. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and care about your experience. They are Very reasonably priced! ❤️❤️

Sorry this may be lengthy, but if you really want to know about this place it’s worth the read!! For a Saturday afternoon this place was not packed at all, which was a plus for me as I left two salons in close proximity prior to arriving here due to the atmosphere/wait (one of which I regularly go to while I’m in town). This was my first time here & ‘Viva’ made an amazing first impression on me. I’m definitely making a switch to making this my regular salon! Dolly did my pedicure & started my shellac manicure (which I’ll get into later). Dolly was super professional & gentle with me. [Back story: personally when I go to nail salons, it’s not relaxing. I typically feel on edge because my techs are rough or move too fast, but she was very delicate & detail oriented which I really appreciated.] She started on my shellac manicure, but then was called over to do a design for another customer; thus Andy finished my manicure.[The color I chose was glittery clear color, if you know about glitter nail colors you probably know that the ratio of glitter to polish can be on the lower side.] With that being said.. Andy attempted to give me more of the glitter by caking the polish on. I immediately got anxious because the nails began to look very thick & chunky. I was hoping by the end of the process it would even out, but it didn’t.. then when he asked me what I thought.. I told him that they were too thick for me; I also pointed out that the polish did not come down on the sides of my nails.[Back story: typically I’m one of those people who’s very compliant & even though it’s my money, I rarely give feedback about my nails if I don’t like them, I’ll just go home & fix it.. but I COULD NOT walk out of there like that.] Andy explained that in order to have the glittery look it needed to be applied in that fashion, however I explained that I would much rather have less glitter for a thinner look. Andy received my feedback & began the process of taking the shellac off. [If you get shellac you know this was a process!!]Andy was SUPER professional in the way he responded. He kept a positive attitude & there weren’t any side comments (IYKYK). He seemed determined to give me exactly what I asked for! I really appreciated the hospitality because it’s hard for me to give feedback to techs because when you do, typically their demeanor changes & you begin to feel like a bother but that wasn’t the case here! He took his time & I actually got to know a bit about him during that time.All that this to say, that my experience was phenomenal! I was there long enough to see them disinfect after each client which was comforting in these times. Both Dolly & Andy took their time with me & handled me gently which overall made this experience very pleasant. Would highly recommend to family & friends!! Thank you guys!

I went in for first time around 5:30 on a Sat evening. Seems like a great time to go, no wait. I was out pretty quickly and prices are comparable with other nail salons in area.

Way too expensive...

Upon walking in, very nice and clean. But that is where the pleasantries end. They was no one in, however it took several minutes before someone even acknowledged me. As I was about to walk out someone came to help. She was nice but when I informed them what services I wanted (a full set) no one seemed to want to help. A lady finally took me. No conversation and very rough. I asked her if she could do ombré nails and even showed a picture of how I wanted it. She stated she could. After almost 2 hrs the outcome wasn’t even close to what I asked for. When she asked me if I liked it, I told her no but she continued anyways. So disappointed. Will never return and will drive the 20 minutes to my regular salon from now on.

My husband and I shared a Valentines Day Couple Mani Pedi...The technicians are the best snd the atmosphere is relaxing....an awesome experience. We will definitely return..

First and last experience! Horrible service and my nail is broken underneath the acrylic. I originally came in to have one nail repaired. Instead of soaking the broken nail off, he drilled it off. When i flinched, he just insisted that I hold still. He then placed a new tip on my nail that wasn’t evenly filled and it still have pieces of the original nail on it. I stopped him immediately and asked him not to continue. Asked him to soak off the tip he glued on and he said no. Next time I’ll wait for my original nail tech and won’t try anything new. Beware of the tech that sits in chair 6. Very rude and horrible customer service.

I love my nails. I got exactly what I asked for. They didnt talk a lot, and the design cost a little more than what I am used to paying, but I got exactly what I wanted.

First, they talked me into a full set when I wanted a refill, second one of the men there told me that the shape I wanted was for old women. Dont nail shame me, bro!!!! I told the woman that I wanted my nails thick, she then applies the thinnest layer of solar powder I have ever seen. I told her yet again that I want my nails thick.she told me that it was more natural looking to get them thin, to which I replied, I dont care about how natural it looks, I want what I want. she then places another thin layer of powder on my nails. At that point I had been there for 2 hours and had a hungry husband waiting for me at home, so I left unhappy. On top of that I have a ton of dried powder stuck to my fingers from her sloppy work. She didnt speak English so the bro who nail shamed me acted as a translator. If I could give zero stars I would, what a piss poor experience. Ill stick to noa nail lounge from now on.

Mya is the absolute best with nails and Tina with pedicures, they does very good nails infact my shellac could seriously go a month if I’d let it. Theirs plenty of salons to choose from in our area but The service, cleanliness and attention to detail is what keeps me the happy returning customer that I am. Love everyone at viva give them a shot you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly, I used to like this place, but after one of the old men did my nails, well..let’s just say I won’t be visiting them anymore. The man (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) did a horrible job on my nails. I went last week on Thursday, he took forever with my nails, to be more specific, he took about an hour and 15 minutes with em, he kept on making mistakes and tried to blame it on me. But moving on, hasn’t even been more than a week but ny nails started falling off for the most ridiculous reasons! This had never happened before. They also overcharge you, you end up paying about $50 for just simple powder-colored nails that are actually better somewhere else for just half the price at other places, and trust me, they wouldn’t look as different than these and would last longer. I totally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a good nail spa, and at a fair price.

I went last week for a mani and pedi. The very next day my polish was peeling off, not chipping, but peeling. I have the polish peels in a baggie to show the manager. My cuticles are a mess, they are in worse shape than before I went. I have made several calls requesting to speak to the manager. I wanted to request the manicure be redone or refunded. I never get a call back and when I ask who I am speaking to, they hang up and then dont answer the phone when I call back. The waxing area is against health code... the girl put the same wooden stick back into the wax after using it. This should NEVER be reused, it should be disposed of each time it is used. The salon is just beautiful, so this is a real shame.

Ive been going to this shop since they opened and I havent had a bad experience yet! Ive worked with almost everyone in there if my regular techs arent available and they are all very good!
