Very uncomfortable experience. Was referred by another body shop that I had used for years, Johnny Bangs. Middle section of my dash had fallen. Old car and plastic clips under dash brittle and breaking. Finished job was mediocre at best and when I questioned some things the owner, Bob, flew off the handle, and accused me of not appreciating his work. He said he really didnt want to do the job because it was going to be hard and that the $500 he charged me was a special price because I was referred by Johnny Bangs. He also said nobody else would probably tackle the job and I could take the car with me if I didnt want him to do the job. I asked him to calm down, that I was just asking questions not being accusatory. He was rude, mean spirited and quite honestly frightening. Perhaps his customers dont ask questions, I do. I am not a mean person, but I am an assertive woman who does ask questions, especially before I spend $500. Additionally, I am now left with an ash tray that wont close (I dont smoke), which looks rather tacky. I asked him if he would want to drive his car with the ashtray open all the time and he said I wouldnt drive this damn car. Never once did I raise my voice or curse at him and yet he felt it was okay for him to do so toward me. I do need a new car, but now is not the right time to purchase one and I certainly could not drive it with the middle section of my dash falling out. I wont be using his service again. He has excellent reviews, and I wish I could have given him one, but I cannot.

I had taken my classic cars to other locations in Spring before I found Bobs...why didnt I know about Bob years ago?He has fixed MULTIPLE issues left/overlooked by other shops. There is a pretty quick turnaround and prices are very fair.

Went there a little while ago to get work done on my Bronco and was told that they dont do work on trucks like that only to see a Bronco in their lot a few weeks later.

We have been loyal customers for more than 20 years. Bob’s lead mechanic, Jessie, can find and fix the most difficult problems. Right. The first time. His body shop guy is an artist. He has repaired both aluminum and steel body parts for us. I recently took my car to the NISSAN DEALER for a recall where I was told that I had 5 unrelated issues that needed to be addressed for a total of $2400. One issue I was told was significant and a safety concern (lower left arm bushing was missing). I was offered a free rental for the 3 days. I declined and took my car to Bobs (which I have been doing for over 10 years) and asked for his opinion. Other than dirty battery terminals and a slight leak of a head gasket, there was nothing that needed to be done. Bob said the head gasket showed sight seepage but not dripping and I cleaned my own terminals. Bob saved me from a $2400 fraud. In all my years going to Bobs he has handled his business with complete integrity. Thank you Bob and Jesse

Long over due to write this review. Bob has to be one of the kindest men I have met. He is very professional and knowledgeable and his mechanics and body guys are as well. I have had several vehicles over the years that they have worked on for me and the service is always a pleasant experience. Bob and his team are honest.Many people say this about their mechanic, but prior to this we dropped off a car that we knew exactly what the problem was (1 wheel bearing) and just said that we heard a noise. He diagnosed it accurately, charged and explained everything perfectly. I did tell him that it was 100 more than I thought, and he showed me the wheel bearings he uses which arent the cheaper ones, but in his experience they are a superior part.The mechanics there often will drive the customer to their home while the car is being worked on. The guys Ive spoken to have been there a long time, and happy.They totally earned our trust and future service.

This shop is truly the last of a dying breed. They do things right, make sure they are right and are fair and up front with prices. On top of this, they dont take the express lightly. My last repair was dropped at 4pm on a Tuesday, they had it diagnosed by 4:30 and they called at 8:15am the next morning saying it was done. Ive found a trusted shop and will stick with them!
