I am super disappointed with my experience here.this is the second time i have showed them an inspiration picture & i did not end up with what i asked for, AT ALL. when he was doing my nails, i realized quickly that the index finger was much more of a bright red than the photo i showed. so i asked if we could do a more brownish color and apologized profusely (i have terrible anxiety, so asking him to fix it was already a big deal to me) he seemed very annoyed and didn’t give me the option to pick a new color, he just went and picked one that was hardly a darker red. he asked how i liked them, and i told him they were better but still not the brownish color i had asked for. he said more coats would help; they did not. he did not care that i was leaving with nails i didn’t love or even like.i went in today to get them fixed because i paid 50$ for them, yet just hated looking at them. they charged me another 8 dollars to fix it. i’m so frustrated because i made it very clear the first time that i was not happy with what i ended up with, then got charged when i decided to just come back later for someone new. this is not the first time this has happened, they just don’t seem to care. oh well, just wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Been going here for a while and they usually do a really good job on my nails. Ive done gel, acrylic, and dip with them. Dip is my favorite and lasts the longest for me. Very good quality nails. My biggest complaint is that they are terrible at massages and like to rush through that part of the manicure and pedicure every time.

Used to come here all the time. I have attempted three times as of recently to get my nails filled. First time was walk in, I waited a half hour to be taken back, 2nd time I figured Id make an appointment, nope, doesnt matter. Waited another half hour after my appointment time, was offered a 5 dollar coupon for my inconvenience. Had to reschedule again, chose not to, whats the point?! Was given excuse after axcuse. Third time I came in to try yet again, oh it will be a couple minutes they said. I waited 15 minutes and left. I do not recommend anymore! Find another! Did I mention 3 of the nails are cracked as well. Just dont.

First time coming in, and very disappointed with my experience. I came in with my sister to get a full set and a pedicure for a wedding I was in less than a week later. The pedicure, although somewhat rough was fine and looks great. My acrylics however didn’t even last the 4 days to the wedding before the first 2 popped off and I had to re-glue them on so that I could at least have them for the wedding. Now, 9 days since they were done, not a single nail is left on my hands. Every single nail popped off. I could understand if they had broken off as I’m somewhat rough with my hands, but they popped off my nails like cheap nails you buy from the store.

It was my first time visiting Unique Nails and I couldn’t be happier. Such a relaxing environment and both nail techs did such a great job! I will definitely be coming back.

Great experience, comfortable pedicure chairs, they do a great job on paint and will always fix it for you if you mess it up when you get to your car!however, its not apparent that they sterilize their tools, and they definitely could be a bit more aware of germ theory and contamination... just something to be mindful of (for instance, using hands that had been doing the feet thing, to dip into a communal bucket of lotion/scrub) but i will still be back, even with all that.

My nails look great but my mom’s looks so terrible that this review is getting one star. They chopped her acrylics off without asking and made them super short. When my mom was trying to tell them know they just went ahead and did it anyway. The underside looks horrendous and is super chunky and disgusting. I have never seen such a horrible nail job honestly I can’t believe they let her leave like that. Leave like that. If you look at the photos it is literally appalling. Honestly to mine look great but it isn’t the color I picked out they picked random colors for me as well. My mind is kind of blown

I went in for a shellac manicure. Was sat down and brought practically hundreds of color options. About one minute later the tech came over and asked for my hands. I had to explain that I hadn’t even picked a color yet, which he seemed confused by. I had looked through maybe a tenth of what I was brought. He rushed through everything, and he was answering the phone constantly via his headset. He did my cuticles and that was pretty much it. My hands look just as beat up after my manicure as they did before. He put one pump of lotion on each of my hands...gee thanks. Theres paint all over my skin, he never got under my nails, and my nails aren’t even painted completely despite specifically pointing it out to him. Sloppy, rushed and just not at all a pleasant experience.

Im picky of salons. This salon has been the only salon Ive stuck with. Good prices. They do a great job. Theyre respectful. Def recommend coming to this salon!

Shaping wasnt the best but when I mentioned corrections my tech happily obliged and fixed my issues, and offered a useful opinion on color choice! Ut also felt luxurious because she did got towel/lotion/massage/etc. I also got my eyebrows waxed, it was pretty quick and easy but more detail oriented than Ive ever had before, especially for $10!!

It was super clean, staff was really nice, and they take their time on making sure your nails look good.

Tony is my technician he’s always fantastic, he does an amazing job on my nails. My husband even loves them, and his pedicures are phenomenal. Always nice, he’s always polite, he’s always happy. Their prices are very reasonable, they’re not over priced like other salons.

I visited this salon today for the first time and I was very impressed. Henry took care of my nails so well! He took his time to make sure that the shape of my nails was to my exact liking and he made them look flawless! I had been to a nail salon only once before and I am so happy that I didnt walk out of this location feeling disappointed like the last.

I feel like I got my moneys worth with my pedicure. They have more options than many other places Ive visited in Fort Collins.

Not the worst, not great. Polish did not cover to the edges of all nails, top coat is visibly not covering all the nail, massage gave my legs bruises. Felt very rushed, technician would not let me pay after nails drying, which I did NOT like. Wont be returning.

This is the most amazing nail salon Ive been to, by far!! Everything is so clean and pristine! My nail tech was so gentle and was such a perfectionist! My shellac manicure stayed on for over three weeks which is huge for me, considering how fast my nails grow and how hard I am on my nails. They only use the top quality products and it shows. I will not be going to another nail salon as long as they are open. I LOVE this salon!!!

Unique was an excellent experience to enjoy with my family. The staff was friendly and skillful. The massage chairs felt amazing while getting a pedicure and my girls nails look awesome. We will be coming here regularly!

One of the few places in Fort Collins that offers dip powder nails! Pricing is the best Ive found and they offer ombre styles which I love love love. (Picture attached after two weeks, though it doesnt do them justice.)The shop is clean and comfortable and they were so kind as to accept me as a walk-in even right before closing time. Im so grateful to have this place near my work and will absolutely be back again!

Unique was recommended to me by a coworker & I’m so glad I tried it! The staff is very friendly and highly skilled. It is always a treat to get a mani/pedi but even more so since Covid. This establishment is so careful to follow precautions & has gone above and beyond to keep staff & patrons as safe as possible.

Henry is amazing! He gave me exactly what I asked for, even though it was a little crazy. I needed it for a specific costume and he nailed it (haha!). The friendliest nail place Ive ever been to. Everyone was very engaging and interested and it didnt have that noxious chemical smell a lot of places have.

Took 2 and a half hours to get a basic manicure pedicure on my regular nails (no acrylics). I had an appointment 2:15 and was seated at 2:30 which isnt horrible but the process took two hours for both the manicure and pedicure. I had to cancel the appointment I made after the nail salon because it took so long. On top of that, the manicure was subpar--nothing worth waiting 2 hours for. Theres lots of nail salons in Fort Collins, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Went to get a pedicure and my nails done with my sister and mom the gentle doing mine and my moms nails cut our fingers many times with nail filer. When asked to fix guys gave us many attitudes. When my sister had left and paid they tried saying we owed for my sister. Definitely wont be going there again nor do i recommend this place.

I cannot recommend them enough! Ive tried out several nail salons & this is my favorite by far! I found them a year ago after another salon gave me the worst manicure ever ever ever. & they got me right in & made them beautiful! I come about every 3 weeks-thats how long my acrylic nails last before needing a fill. Ive done dip but my go to is acrylic! They are quick, do a great job & are so so nice. Ive had every single nail tech there & they all do amazing & are so nice. They even do nail art for an extremely affordable price. Unique Nail Salon & Spa is amazing! Love love love.

Ask for Louis or Henry for manicures, and Tammy or Nina or Angelique for pedicures. The others do a poor job, but these people are okay.

Vicky and Tony gave my daughter and I a pedi/mani. They were very patient (so many options to choose) and the outcome was perfect! Super clean salon. Next time we are in Ft. Collins (live in Cheyenne) we will definitely be back!

This is normally my go to place. Ive been to others around the area so that I can see how it compares and I always find myself back here. However, the past couple times I get a pedicure, its like the person is just checking off the boxes. Rushing. The process of shaping and cleaning up my nails was so.. light.. barely anything.. does that make sense? The leg massage was only in one place. The foot massage was so minimal. Like 30 seconds each foot. The hot stones were warm at best. And only at the initial touch. I got the unique pedicure, a 55 minute, $50 service.The staff is great. I love this nail salon. But the service has not been what it could be and has been..

One of my favorite nail salons . The atmosphere is very relaxing.The staff is wonderful. Compared to other salons, the communication here is a lot easier. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to make a conversation if you want it. I never feel rush when I come. Even when they get busy and there might be a slight wait, they do not rush.The are a what you would find in any other salon but the variety of services . For instance, they provide several different types of pedicures that include hot stone massages, different mud mask for the legs, different salt scrubs, and etc...The quality of the work is great.Even when I come in . The comfort level is great.Its worth coming in for sure and letting them work their magic.***************

I never leave reviews but I felt like I had to for this place. I went in to get a full set and paid on the high end for solar/powder nails. Not only are my nails extra thick but almost each finger was bleeding at the cuticle because the technician was overzealous with the tools. The tech didn’t seem to “notice” but I could see that my fingers were bleeding even through the glass. My fingers burned so bad after we were done that I cried in my car. I wish I would of had the courage to ask for a refund because these types of nails are expensive and it’s heartbreaking to of paid for this service.

Got the jelly pedicure and it was amazing! I had an appointment and when I walked in we were greeting with a friendly greeting and were told to pick our color. The immediately had chairs available for us and we sat down. There were a few other people in the shop so they started on one of us and told us that they would be with us as soon as possible. This was no problem and I really appreciated the kindness and them letting me know. The technicians were nice and did great work on my feet. They were not very chatty and provided a nice relaxing experience. We were also offered drinks while in our chair and that was nice as well. Ive never been loyal to a nail salon in my life, until now. Unique Nail Salon & Spa has been my go to for over a year. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they take their customer service seriously. The owner treats me better than all of my exes and even some of my friends.

I instantly fell in love with this place. Adorably decorated and the staff is really sweet. A true spa experience; youll definitely feel relaxed at the end of the visit. Id definitely return in a heartbeat, as well as recommend this salon to others.

Went to get a pedicure with my mom. Her pedicure turned out pretty good but mine was rushed and looked like I did it myself. They were not trimmed evenly and the color was rather sloppily applied. Probably won’t be coming back sadly as I’ve had several subpar pedicures here over the years.

This place is my go to when I need my nails done. They are super nice and helpful and have a million color options which is always great. They are upfront about there prices and are really good at letting you know and making you aware of how much you will be paying. Its nothing fancy but still a really nice place to go to and they do a great job with acrylics especially.

I lady that did my manicure repeated cut my fingers. They hurt so bad it’s hard to work. I also had a facial wax and received a couple minor burns to my face. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience today with Sue. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and escorted to a seat. I was then introduced to Sue who would be my technician for the SNS duo with tip that I wanted to have done. They had a huge selection of colors to choose from which I really appreciated. Sue was very gentle while cleaning up my nail and throughout the dip powder process. She is extremely kind and very easy to talk to. I am so glad that I tried this salon today and will definitely be back.

Very quick to get in. I called ahead and they put me on the list. When i got there, thought they were busy, my call-in gave me priority. My toes look great, and my feet and legs feel awesome. The shooting music along with the massage made me want to fall asleep. So relaxing! 💤😁

So many gel colors to choose from! Great service - the ladies were friendly and gentle. Happy with both services but especially the pedicure which was possibly the best pedicure I have ever had! Crooked nails every time

I went in for a quick pedi and left with my new nail tech! I had Andy (he said it was his first day there) and man, are they lucky to have him! He was so nice! We had a great conversation and my little feet are in tip top shape for Miami! He did such an excellent job! I will definitely call ahead next time to request Andy! He was so genuine and said I better have lots of pictures and stories to share with him next time!

Unique Nails is one of the few nails salon that is open till 5 so I decided to see if I can squeeze myself in before my trip the next day. I called them and the girl on the phone was super SWEET, she told me that she would be more than happy to wait for me (even though they were almost closing). I know that it is rude to hold someone back after their work hours so I told them that Ill just do a pedicure. However, the told me that I can get my nails done also and I dont need to feel apologetic at all. They were smiling the whole time and even told me that they have nothing to do at home anyway so they are happy to stay late. They really took their time on me and did a FANTASTIC job. Im in love with my toes and hands. I just wanna say that I really appreciate their time and effort.These people are hard working and amazing. They always put their customers problems as a priority. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been going here for about a year now. This is a large nail salon. Nothing fancy. But their prices are great, they offer free water and soda, and one of the widest ranges of colors Ive ever seen. They have quite a few pedicure treatments to choose from. And my nail tech, Sue, does a great job on my nails and pedicures. Ill keep going here.

The manager was nice, but my nail tech was horrible he didnt speak any English and when I asked for a matte drying topcoat he said I had to do gel he charged me an extra $10 I ended up having to go buy a drying Matte topcoat and apply it myself to get what I wanted not happy.d

Really liked this place! Went today and got my gel nails removed and got stiletto acrylic nails done. I cant recall who did my nails but everyone in the salon was very courteous. The receptionist was very kind and polite as well. My nails took a while longer than expected but then again I did come at a later hour and asked for something rather complex. But I get so many compliments.

Its always hard to find a nail salon when you move to a new city! After reading reviews I decided to give this place a go. I got a hot stone pedi & a gel manicure. I had destroyed my nails so they were pretty short and the nail tech didnt have much to work with. But she made them look great and my pedicure was great! Will definitely be going back.

Being new to the community, I Yelped for a place that was highly rated for gel nail polish because I do not like the toxic smelling fumes from acrylic nail places. Girl is not only skilled in manicures and pedicures, she is like the lovely neighbor you dreamed of living by. Do you need clothing alterations or floral arrangements? She does that too. Girl is awesome, and I am so happy to be one of her many clients.💖

Normally when Ive gone in I have had great service. This time it was very disappointing. I had an appointment with Vicki and they claimed she couldnt because she was behind schedule and that they had someone else who was just as good. He didnt scrub much my calluses off and then veryshort massage especially since I paid for$50.00. Then left to do someone else, had someone else paint my toenail. They usually help putting my shoes not this time. Service was terrible. Dont know if Ill come back. Dont bother making an appointment.

The staff was so sweet and even though I was still a little confused along the way, they were super patient with me. I did not get the name of the woman that did my nails but she did a wonderful job and because of her, I absolutely have to go back! Ill have to say thank you again :-)

Beautiful job and great price but not the best at customer service. They wouldnt let us sit by each other and it was my mom and sister and I going for her wedding nails together. The other time we have been there they messed up my moms nails and blamed her for the color she picked being the reason why they didnt like it.

I will not be returning to this place. It was my first time here and my last. My daughter and I went to get Mani/ pedis. The lady that was helping my seven yr old moved her to the nail drying station with out saying anything to me as I looked a way for a second and she was gone. This is absolutely unacceptable. To top it off I just noticed that I am missing nail polish off my newly painted toes. This place is not the cleanest.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to get a set of acrylics. They got me in right away and were nice. The gentleman than did my nails cut 8 of my fingers and made the 8 bleed. He spent an hour and a half on my nails. After leaving my nails looked pretty good except all the blood from him cutting me. I can not complain about how the acrylic looked. A week later my left ring finger hurt terribly. I had no choice but to pull the acrylic off and find that my real nail was horrible infected. I am now on antibiotics to clear up the infection. I am sure the infection happened when he cut that finger and attempted to clean up the blood. None of his tools were clean. I am never going back here.

The manicure and pedicure were fine, but we ended up accidentally getting more services than we wanted, spending double what was expected. It is difficult to understand them and I wish I had more clearly communicated this and that and that is all - nothing else

I’ve been coming here for pedicures for the last 4 years. They have always been very nice. However, my last three pedicures have been awful. The person rushed through everything, barely touched heel and toe skin, uneven nails, and polish on my cuticles. So disappointed.They need to retrain their newer technicians.
