If you are wanting a skin fade, Joni is by far the person that you want to see here. I moved to this area about a year ago and I have had my haircut by pretty much everyone at sports clips and I can tell you without a doubt she is the person you want to schedule with.I felt really horrible last time I was there, the fade that I got from someone else was so bad that I had to just had to say something. Luckily Joni was available and she was able to fix it.Thank you Joni!

I just moved to the area, have heard sports clips mentioned a few times so I thought I’d check it out. The last hair cut I got was about $15 and I usually tip $5 pretty normal experience...I found sport clips to be much more expensive but figured it would be worth the price and the wait.I got a haircut faster and sloppier than I did in the military and this one included a head massage... 😐Belinda was my stylist, she seemed in a rush not sure if she was having a bad day. Didn’t want to be rude so I just paid and that was that.Hair grows back... 🤷‍♂️*** UPDATE***Ok so I came back for a second round and had Maureen do an amazing job! She was friendly and came out exactly how I asked!

Sport clips is great, staff is friendly and I like the hot towel. I do not like there online check-in. Says there is no wait and then you show up to find a line of people In front of you. You also should be able to pic a time. When you check in it just gives you a time with in a half hour to be there.

Some stylists are amazing... Others not so much!3 kids all seen by different people. 2 great cuts and 1 that was worse than my at home covid cut lolI was shocked to say the least.Just be careful who you get as they are not all created equally.

I called and ask if the had any opening and she said that they g if she walk and it would be a 40 minute wait. I get there have a seat not one person said anything to me 3 people walk in after me and got seated before me so i left don’t recommend them to anyone

Wait time was quick but right as i got started she asked what i wanted i specifically told her 2 times too fade it not to shave it and she does a 1 the whole side of my head then i say i want it cut on top a little long and to keep it long and she just cuts it all off. will not be coming here again. she went quick and didn’t seemed like she cared.

Great staff and good haircuts. They are understaffed though, and that really should be rectified. The wait times have gotten overly long. For a few months they were closed on Sundays entirely due to staffing issues. The wait time issue wouldnt be an issue really if it werent for the spotty online check in system. Gotta dock them one star for that. Sometimes it doesnt work at all, half the time it reports a 20 minute wait time and you get there and wait an hour. Ive ended up going to the Lake Stevens location multiple times for this very reason. Same quality of haircut, but better staffed, more consistent wait times, and a more functional online check in system.

One of the more popular guys hair cut and styling. They gave an amazing app that tells you the wait times and any deals going on at the time. Their location are very convenient and they have a very clean as well as super friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in getting a great hair cut and style and especially for the guys that like having a cut lady cut and massage your hair and scalp.

I absolutely loved this place!! Have been looking for a place that wouldnt hack off too much hair (previous experience), they absolutely did a perfect job, the stylists demeanor and professionalism was great, she even gave me tips on how to keep up with my bangs!! Awesome!!

I never make reviews but the women who cut my hair really jacked it up. The only reason for the 1 stars is the shampoo and scalp massage. I had 6inch long hair when i went in. I wanted a simple fade and the top left longer. I left with a buzz cut on the sides and 2 inches left on top. That took me 8 months to grow out. She missed behind one of my ears completely. Did not even trim neck hair what so ever. I could I have hacked myself up better in the mirror.

Awesome customer service. My son loves coming in for a haircut. We especially love Whitney! Roman is also awesome and would recommend :)Suggestion: I dont think gum should be allowed for employees. Or at least make a closed mouth chewing rule. My son is extremely sensative to the loud popping.

Ive been coming here for a long time. After today I will never be back. Disgusting slow. Maybe if there was a stylist at each station it would have been quicker. An hour and 20 minutes is the longest Ive ever waited for a haircut, so Im expecting it to be the best one Ive ever had. If not, you guys will be covering the overpriced haircut for me. Who opens at 11 on the weekend? It used to be good, the last couple times have blown my mind though. Still waiting for my haircut wasting my day away

This place is always busy and their time estimates are usually off by a long shot. At my last visit I waited 45 minutes longer than what was posted when I arrived. I usually get a decent hair cut here. The Sport Clips in Lake Stevens is much quicker.

So I had my hair cut at this location on March 11th and I am ver dissatisfied. I asked for a fohawk which she did but she made the middle short and the sides long plus messed up big time on the line of separation (hard part). To top that off she went against my growth pattern and now the sides look like Ruffles potato chips. When you guys reopen I expect it fixed or a refund. The way she cut it the hair cut didnt even last a week so now I have to cut the top myself

If I could go 0 stars I would. I tried taking my 3 year old here, we waited for 30 minutes and by the time it was finally our turn, the lady did absolutely nothing to help console my son and was very quick to tell me with an attitude that she can’t cut his hair if he won’t calm down. Not the kind of customer service I expect when I’m taking my already scared son to get his hair cut.

Went in with my husband while we were running errands on his only day off this week. Checked in at 1pm for a haircut, with the understanding that I could take up to an hour and 30 mins for his cut. We waited 2 hours before it was time for his cut. They took a gentlemen back ahead of my husband whose name was not on this list. One of the ladies that seemed to be there just to clean up and fold laundry ended up taking clients back, after bsing with her coworkers for an hour! This experience was completely disrespectful of our time.

This place is really awesome. The staff are nice and friendly, you can watch sports in the TV while youre waiting and while youre getting your hair cut, and you can to relax in a massage chair with a hot towel and a head massage. Feel like Im getting spoiled. Only thing is a couple times my hair cut looked a little awkward. Just depends on who you get I guess.

Second time seeing Angel and she has done a fantastic job both times, and is very personable. The prices are high but the experiance is worth it, at least for my stylist. Angel cut my wifes hair as well and she loved it 😊

It was a Ford warranty rental, but they did a wonderful job. They picked me up and took me back over there to Marysville Ford.

If youre looking for anything better than a buzz cut I wouldnt recommend this place. Used to be good, but it looks like theyve recently hired some new stylists who have no idea what theyre doing and gave me the single worst haircut Ive ever had. I will never be getting a haircut from this place again.

Sport clips does very well at taking care of customer just not timely enough at this location usually a very long wait tends to be understaffed or not efficient enough, had better luck at the lake Stevens location

This location is the worst. Came twice and the customer service is terrible. Rude people. They wont see any walk in not even one and a half hour prior to closing. Just terrible experience overall. Oh and the haircuts, not good.

They do know how to cut mens hair. They dont seem to be experienced at styling it. The full treatment does take a while but, they are friendly and quick if you want a simple mens haircut.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. My hair was about 3 inches long when I went in and I asked her to take about half of it off. She started on the sides with the clippers that I assumed had the correct attachment. Well to shorten the story, I think I got the only cut she learned in haircut school, a Trump cut.Shaved sides and lopsided on top

Upon check in I was told there was a 50 minute wait. I decided I could handle that. After waiting 47 minutes, my wait time (on their board) was down to 11 minutes and I was third on the list. I looked away for just 1 minute and I had gone from 3rd to 4th and my wait time increased to 33 minutes.Sorry, Sport Clips. You just lost a customer. Understaffed for as busy as they are. I will not be back.

I like the haircuts there but the wait times way to long. I went in there on a Monday morning at 930 when they open at 9 and had an hour and a half wait time. What’s really frustrating is when there is only 2 people even working!! Very close to being done going there and finding somewhere else. I don’t recommend this place unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Seems like the management is terrible

For $28 for a mens haircut this is the service i got - PLEASE READ - 4 women on counter - without greeting me they tell me to self-serve check-in.I go in, take a seat, no hello, just straight to haircut....no conversation from haircutter.I mentioned about my experience at check-in (one could have stepped up to help and check me in). Her response was, it is good that YOU learned to check yourself in, cause we are very busy really?While getting hair washed, water goes down my back. She says thats what the towel on my neck and it does that. Ok guys....thisnis not my 1st haicut. I am on my 40s.Meanwhile. She has been sniffling, coughing and snorting mucus while in wash room. I got grossed out and told her that she should not be there and stopped her from finishing my grooming - I was disgusted.Her reply stated that if she didnt work, she would not get paid.OMG....this is her America - not mine.Horrible service.

I dont know why I keep coming here but I do. It doesnt matter what time of the day it, you always have a minimum of an hour wait and the staff is so slow and does not care that theres loads of people in the waiting area. Im not sure if theyre short staffed or what but theres always only like 2 people working and like 15 people waiting. Nobody wants to wait over an hour to get their hair cut and theres no appointments. Hate it
