My husband and I have been coming in for a few months now for manicure and pedicure. This week we are travelling in California and decided to get manipedis in Southern California and all we could think of was how much we missed Emily and Yuri!!! They are so careful, and do a great job!!!

Emily and Yuri are both fantastic technicians. This place is also very clean and inviting!

Will definitely go back again! Nail technician Christine did my manicure. She was very professional and precise. Good variety of shellac polishes to choose from and great customer service.

My first time getting a manicure or pedicure in the US and I was intimidated at first! We went for the deluxe version which included a massage chair and foot bath and a bit of massage along with our nails. I liked pretty much everything that was done and the color and shape of my nails look beautiful, so satisfied. Thank you Tracy/Emily who were so kind to redo nails I accidentally messed up at the end 😜 appreciated everything!

I love this nail salon. My boyfriend and I were seen for pedicures and manicures yesterday. They do such a good job! I was thoroughly impressed. They take their time but are quick at the same time - if that makes any sense? Spent the perfect amount of time on every task. Trimmed and filed my nails/cuticles SO well. Polish was done absolutely perfectly. Stayed inside the lines of my nails so well. It looks very professionally done. The massages were amazing - I thought I was in heaven and they really took their time. They use these wonderful hot towels to steam and clean your skin. Everything was perfect. This was my first time, but I will be coming back for sure. I gave them a big fat tip to show my love. If youre on the fence, just go. Theyre awesome.

Apollo used to be my go to place for my nails, but this time I didnt enjoy my time there. I got Shellac for my hands and toes, and they started chipping a week after, everytime I got Shellac, they lasted longer than a month without chipping. But this time my hands and toes started chipping within a week or so. I also didnt like that they do your both hands on the same side, making me have to sit uncomfortably to let them reach my other hand.

Came home with a wounded toe nail. The place is oversubscribed and staff is doing their job in a hurry. Please go somewhere else!

I came here to be in a relaxing spa environment. The salon is very spacious and relaxing, so this need was met. However, the nail tech (Sue) doing my pedicure rushed through the entire pedicure and manicure and although she did a good paint job, I can’t help but feel really disappointed that I’m out $90 for a rushed Mani Pedi. The massage portion was especially mediocre and disappointing with light awkward rubbing vs actual relaxing massaging (see uploaded video). I’d also like to mention that the nail tech stopped mid massage on one leg to rush putting on the acetone/foil to remove my shellac. She then threw a towel on my lap and used the metal cuticle pusher to remove my polish while getting flakes all over my clothes (keep in mind this was all mid massage/pedicure). In my opinion this was incredibly tacky and made me very annoyed. This was very uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. She then proceeded with my massage and instead of using lotion she drenched my legs in a mixture of mostly oil and lotion and it felt so weird. My manicure was even worse with less than 60 seconds of “massaging” for both arms and completely opted out of lotion and used oil instead (odd). I ended up putting lotion on myself after being told my time was up. My biggest pet peeve is being rushed and that is my actual deciding factor in not returning and feeling obligated to leave this review. I’d also like to mention that the salon was especially slow and there were like five nail techs lounging around, so i don’t understand why Sue felt the need to rush me out. I most likely won’t be returning but the actual paint job was nice if that’s all you’re interested in and if you don’t mind the expensive prices.

Went to get my nails done for a wedding and Apollo Nails did not disappoint. I received the shellac mani-pedi, and the women who treated me were kind, considerate, and provided really excellent customer service. There were loads of colors to choose from, in both regular nail polish and in shellac, so that was really nice; and the foot and hand massage that came with the service made me feel like all my stress was melting away. I tend to keep my nails really short, and the nail technicians made sure to ask me what kind of shape and form I’d be most comfortable with, and paused towards the end of the shellac process to confirm if the color was what I expected, and to see if I wanted another coat. It’s the little things that matter, and I was really happy to have tried the place. Totally plan to go back regularly as it gets warmer here in Seattle.

The ladies here are wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional. The mani/pedi is reasonably priced and I received the best foot and hand massages ever from a nail salon.

Shellac usually lasts me 2+ weeks. After shellac manicure here it looks very grown out after 1 week because they leave a gap between the cuticle and polish. Not going back.

Great service and friendly staff. I had Crystal as my nail technician and she did a wonderful job. She even managed to match the gel color on my hands to regular polish by combining two. I was very impressed. This location does get pretty busy so try to schedule an appointment ahead of time if possible.

I love getting my nails done here but make an appointment. I’ve been pleased with getting my mani’s and pedi’s here, I wish they had one on the Eastside :) They can accommodate groups too which is helpful for the wedding party. I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. The ladies there are sweet and very good at their jobs. I have come here as an individual and also with an entire bridal party in a group - they did an awesome job taking care of my entire groups services (even as we all got different ones) and even brought us champagne and snacks. it was super cute.their polish work is excellent, never had any issues here and they were even able to remove some dip nails that were extremely stubborn without damaging my nails. Ill definitely keep coming here!

Pros: Cute space, no appointment necessary and they got me in right away. CONS: Extremely overpriced for the value. You can get a regular pedicure anywhere else for nearly half the price. Their regular polish pedicures start at $40, plus more $ if you need previous color removal, and then the lowest tip amount prompted for a debit card was $18%. Wasn’t offered a beverage like I noticed others were, nothing special about the pedicure/massage/treatments, rushed to pay and leave 2 minutes after the nail tech finished my pedi leaving no time to make sure it was fully dry. To top it off, polish already chipped after 2 days. Overall not worth the $$ at all.

Fantastic pedicure, the best part is the long and focused massage which nearly puts you to sleep it’s so relaxing!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I waited about 2 minutes after checking in for my waxing service. It was scheduled to take an hour but she was finished in 30! And she did a great job. I will definitely be back. For parking I used the Safeway lot next door.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. Should have posted a review sooner. Apollo is everything you want a nail salon to be. They always do a quality job. The space is open and clean. The prices are fair. You don’t feel rushed or like they take too long. They’re often busy for good reason! Be sure to book an appointment.

Ive tried many nail salons in Seattle but this is by far my favorite. The location is great, next to many coffee shops and restaurants for before or after nails. The quality is fantastic, Ive had many different technicians and havent been disappointed with any of them. Some even suggest certain colors when youre not sure and can help pick out good combinations if you want a two tone look. They have a rewards program which I definitely take advantage of. They arent super chatty which is great when youre wanting to catch up with a friend or just relax in peace. Highly recommend!

It was my first time here— I went to pamper myself for my birthday. I was serviced by the nail technician Gigi. First impression: “this place is gorgeous and relaxing.” The front desk staff where kind and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and full of a nice array of magazines— I looked at a wedding magazine and got great tips for my planning my own wedding. I was seen in a timely fashion for my appt. Gigi provided professional and high quality service. It is worth noting that it was the end of the day, but she still invested in making the experience a wonderful one. I looked around and saw smiling, clearly relaxed customers. I love how my nails came out and will definitely go again— hoping to work with Gigi— but my impression is that all these ladies work exceptionally hard and are incredible at their jobs. That is to say, I’d happily be serviced by any of the technicians who work at Apollo. To add: I appreciated the ‘safe space’ sticker on the front door. Lasting impression: quality nails, sensible prices, expert service, and a luxurious experience! You are worth knowing this level of pampering!

This place just opened 3 weeks ago, and is a hidden gem! I found them through a Gilt deal and Im so glad I did. The experience was affordable for a super cute nail art gel manicure, and the space felt very spa-like and relaxing. They also give you rose to sip on while they do your nails, and everyone who works there is very kind.

Had a wonderful experience at Apollo Nail Spa. It was a last minute decision and got a same day appointment. Great selection of colors and the service was very good. I really liked my shellac manicure. excellent job! I will returning for sure

My experience at Apollo was awful. My nails were cut too short, one of my cuticles was cut, and the polish job looked super cheap. Was hoping for a relaxing pedicure but that was impossible with the woman pounding the sides of my legs for the “massage” portion. At $36, I’d rather pay an extra $5 and go somewhere else worthwhile. Do not come here.

Every time I come here, it doesn’t matter who does my nails, the service is always exceptional- the staff who work there are so kind, easy to talk to and good at what they do. I have been to several nail salons in the area and though I’ve never had a really bad experience, Apollo Nails is always superior by a sizable scale. If I set an appointment and show up early they usually service me on time or just a few minutes before my appointment is supposed to begin- it is also easy to set a walk in appointment, usually same day within a timely matter. The place is always immaculate and it seems that everyone is typically in a good mood. It’s a little bit more expensive than other places but not by much and worth it. There’s a reason this place is always poppin’.

I stopped by to get some old chipped shellac taken off while out on errands. After removing the shellac, the wowan proceeded to file the tops of my nails. I understand a small amount of buffing before applying new shellac, but this was a straight up nail file, and I was not getting any polish today. Im 99% sure this is its a huge no-no. My bare nails look terrible.

Got a pedicure here and it was wonderful! I would recommend making an appointment because they are often booked up. Great customer service and ambience.

Well-priced services, esp. for the neighborhood. I first went in for a pedicure, and was impressed with the comfortable but not crowded space -- the massage spa chairs are top of the line. Good experiences with all the nail technicians, last time I got a shellac manicure and it lasted 3 weeks. Ive also been in several times now for the fantastic bikini wax. I love this addition to my neighborhood!

This is my favorite nail and waxing place. Apollo is the place I have waxed my eyebrows ant not broken out in a horrible rash. Waxing room is super clean.I get schelic nails here and they are always perfect. The goals are nice and friendly.The nail tools are well sanitized. Pedicure chairs are comfortable and clean.Good selection of colors

Very busy very popular place on the weekends. Suggest making reservation well in advance. Tools are sterilized and cleaning, technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant.

I enjoyed my manicure here but the real surprise was how long it lasted. Ive actually never had a manicure last longer than three days without a chip - this was the first place that managed it, even through multiple dish washings. Im impressed.

They are so friendly here and did such a great job on my nails!

Let me tell you why this is the place to go if you want a great nail experience. The spa is very clean and, if youre like me and appearance matters, is very trendy. The massage chairs are in really good shape (no wear or tear on them) and offer a pretty good back massage. Another thing I like is they offer paraffin treatments, which gives my hands and feet an extra boost of moisture! The manicurist Ive seen have all done a really good job. The person Id highly recommend is Tina. She is very friendly and has great attention to detail. Sometimes when my nails are painted I have a line on the outer parts of the nail because the manicurist didnt layer the second coat over the entire nail. Ive never had that with Tina. She takes her time and appreciates the art of painting nails. For as long as I live in Seattle, Ill always come here for my mani/pedi.

My wife dragged me along for a foot massage and pedicure. For someone who usually cuts my toenails with the kitchen scissors this was intimidating at first, but I loved the experience. My toe nails have never been so neat. ( no nail varnish though 😄 )

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am so disappointed. I made an appointment for a gel manicure. I currently have the SNS dip powder grown out on my nails. I knew they didnt do SNS powder, and was fine getting gel. I have had my SNS powder taken off by Apollo Queen Anne before, and received a gel manicure without a problem. This time, to my surprise, the technicans told me there was a policy change and that they cant remove SNS powder anymore. It apparently takes them too long and most of their technicans dont have enough experience to remove it. So they refused my service. I came all the way from Lynnwood to get a manicure here with my mom. This used to be my favorite salon. I dont think I will be able to return after this. I am very upset and disappointed in their lack of customer service surrounding this issue.

Great place for shellac manicures, they even offer champagne or wine and do group specials if you book ahead! I also like that you can book onlineand my manicure always lasts longer than other places Ive been to.

This was an extremely disappointing experience for a bridal group. I recommended this place because Ive been going there for about a year. The group had a reservation with money deposited for 2 hours on Saturday, 8/30. Two hours was blocked for 10-12 people. Part of the group came at 3:00, the other part were running late so called. When they arrived at 4 (remember we had 2 hours booked) they were told that not only could they not accommodate them (they had given away all of the 4:00 spots) but they were keeping a very sizable deposit because they lost money! Very angry--they lost a good customer in me and many other potential clients as well. Shame on them!!

I normally dont do this bad I had a bad experience at apollo. Not only did they not do my nail color correct but they cut my toenails to short that it stings. There was still polish left on my feet that was not wiped off.

Nice nail service but a truly awful waxing experience. If you get any in-grown hair after their bikini wax, know, it is not you, it is them. They have no idea what they are doing:overheated wax, economizing on top bikini using cheaper wax with strips, pulling hair out in all kinds of directions not respecting the growth. So using them fo wax is a highway to issues.
