The man that helped me was extremely polite & helpful. The cost was half as expensive as other places such as Jiffy Lube etc. they were also extremely quick & thorough, even letting me know of other things I might need to come back in for in the future. I highly recommend this place!! I will now always bring my car to them.

This was my first time visiting a Louetta Automotive, and I was impressed. The oil change cost about half of what I’ve been paying at another chain. The costs for repairs/maintenance were discussed with me for approval before work was done. And all staff from the managers, to the techs, to the guy who drove me home in the shuttle were really friendly and nice.

Brake issue at the end of day. Called the shop and was able to get in, be seen immediately and out within an hour and a half. Great professionalism and service. Thanks guys!

Thankful for the quick service and friendly demeanor of the crew. Id heard ticking sounds coming from my engine for a little bit now and decided to take my car in to get it looked at. The guys here were very thorough but didnt find anything wrong and waived the diagnostic fee. They offered me the shuttle service and I declined but luckily they didnt even keep me waiting long.

My Girlfriend went for an inspection $25. She left and went to work and they call with a quote for $840!!! Claming she needed 3 new tires (which she didnt) to pass inspection. And thats with BUY 1 TIRE GET 3 FREE! Thats $271/TIRE!!! If she had not called me she would have paid it! Sad how they try to take advantage of Women they assume dont know any better.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! I called hours before to see about getting a car inspection and was told that as long as I got there before 5:30 it would be fine. It took me a 30 minute drive and I got off work early just to make sure I didn’t get there later than time allowed for the guy to give me some BS excuse that sounded like a made up story......Thanks for the inconvenience

The new manager, Al Prince, was very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. Had a good experience and have been a loyal customer since 2005.

Customer service was very friendly but they was they charged me was not, went in for a a/c check they did inform me that I have a leak, but couldn’t find the leak due to engine being to dirty, so they charged me 145 to charge the a/c up.....they did tell me it was going to leak back and and to bring it back, but my issue was if you knew it was going to leak out so quick why leave? Why not keep the car there until you found where it’s leaking from? Why even charge me when your going to recharge me another 145 when your didn’t find the leak ? A/c leaked out before I left the parking lot wasn’t no point in going back when they couldn’t even find the leak in the first place....friendly people but didn’t like they way they handled the pay when they didn’t do anything

Why put Goodyear signs outside if you are not a Goodyear. Wont honor another Goodyear tire warranty and alignment. There is no need to advertise Goodyear all over your store if your not a Goodyear. If you say you sell Goodyear then let them know inside not falsely advertising outside as being a Goodyear.

Customer since 2012. Got an unusually high estimate and left shop to think it over. The following day the engine light is on. I cannot say it is their fault, but I have had it serviced here only for 8 years. After popping the hood I found bolts loose all over the place and some missing, and the engine cover was unsecured. I was shocked. Youd like to think you get what you pay for... in this case I can assure you that after spending tens of thousands of dollars at this shop that was not the case for me. Disappointing.

Awesome work cleaning up others mistakes on Christmas Eve

Quick service and attentive staff make for a nice experience. The only issue I have is that the front lot is on a fairly steep ramp, so low vehicles will have trouble there. Definitely not a location for a low slung sports car, but for most, the shop is excellent.

My friend who knows not much about cars took a car in here and said the starter was bad. They were going to charge $1500 to replace a perfectly good starter and hadnt actually found the real problem. I convinced them to take it ro Franks who charged then $500 including towing and he actually fixed it.

They were great got me in at 6 to check my car out for my brakes and brake flush. I already knew I needed an alignment as well. They got my car back did the inspection and said my brakes were fine. I went with the alignment and flush. They completed both before 730 pm which was after hours for them. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The guys here are always incredibly friendly, starting from when you call to make an appointment to when you drive off the lot. We go here to get our vehicle serviced. Nice people work here. I like the waiting area because I feel comfortable in there and its clean. Employees help answer any questions you have and very patient. They are not PUSHY into you buying anything. They educate you on why you need a certain item or thing. But if you dont have the money they tell you when is the soonest you should change it. Over all 5 stars

I just went and had my motorcycle inspected. The staff was friendly and help full. The waiting room is nice with coffee, water, couches, and television. They asked me if I wanted to pull my own bike in and I did. It was fast service, I was in an out of there. Great motorcycle inspection service.

My husband and I have been customers of Louetta Automotive for many years and every time we go there, we are happily greeted by polite, wonderful employees. They let you know periodically how things are going with your car and give you the estimated time they believe the job will be done. On some occasions, they have taken us to our home while the car is being fixed and then come to get us. I appreciate the kindness I feel when I am there. I appreciated the honesty that comes from each of the employees. The service was fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly. Pricing was fair and the process is fast. The only exception I have to this location was that they were trying to overcharge me for my break repair and suggest things I didnt actually need after getting multiple opinions.

I had a great experience at Louetta Automotive. They worked with my warranty company so I didnt have to deal with any of the stress. They had a shuttle service take me home and pick me up and they kept me informed. They let me know I had two tires that needed replaced but to save me money referred me to discount tire. They even saw when I pulled up and turned my car on and had the air running so it wasnt hot. Thank you Louetta Automotive for the best experience I have had when it comes to auto repairs.

They were great! They explained everything well, had a shuttle service that made things convenient, and had a comfortable waiting room. All pricing was explained well and I was told how much it was going to be before they did anything so I wasnt hit with a huge unexpected bill.

I began using Louetta Automotive in 2016 and have used them several times for several cars. The staff are polite and helpful; the facility is clean with a nice waiting area; I have not felt pressured into unneeded services. The do good follow-up as well.

Needed to have a complicated situation diagnosed where my check engine light came on intermittently and threw multiple codes *along with the host of other issues with the car*. Checked it out for no charge and told me exactly what the issue was. Rather than insist I replace my cars computer they recommended I bring it to the dealer to get specialized testing done to make sure it is worth investing in a new computer. They were honest, and quickly diagnosed my issue and I would recommend them to anyone!

Original post: The staff is great. They give a free ride if youre in a tight spot and sometimes they will even run your codes for free to diagnose the problem. Tim is really passionate about what he does. Edit: changing rating from 5 star to 2 stars. Annoyed by their policy to force you to bring your vehicle in to get pricing. Multiple times theyve left me in a tight spot now when I originally praised them for doing the exact opposite. A mechanic can get sales without pressuring people (under the guise of customer services or liability). Took my truck to a different mechanic for fuel pump and now will go somewhere else for brakes. I wanted pads only, and specified that twice today. They made me bring it in anyway for pricing. Told me $250 to do flush and resurface rotars. I only wanted pads. Theyve lost me as a customer because theyve forced me to come in multiple times and every time, they overcharge and constantly try to upsell.

They were very good keeping us informed about needed repairs and had the vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Their shop and waiting area are spotless..

I had to go back for some warranty repair work and the manager was very accommodating. They replaced a lot of the parts without any hassle or charge. As usual the waiting area is very clean and everyone is very nice.

I went here because I like to support the local community. My service engine light came on of my ford f-150. It took from Friday to Monday to get it looked at. The light is now off. My truck is kind of a collector piece is a 2000 year model supercharged and intercooled and only has about 5000 miles on it. When I got it back it rode like a sack of potatoes because the compressor for the air shocks wire had been disconnected. The service man said there was an issue with the four wheel drive and I should check it. I took it to a transmission shop and now it is going to cost me $2000 to fix that. The transmission shop mechanic said someone stood on the gas real hard which caused the planetary bearing to go out and the yoke damaged as well. Lesson is do not take a collector truck to a place you are not sure of. Obviously I will not be going here again.

I have used them for oil changes and routine maintenance issues. They have exceeded my expectations each time. They dont mind giving you a ride to work or home and come back to pick you up when your car is ready. They replaced a tail light for free without me even asking. Great place!

I would not waste your time at Louetta Automotive, realize they are more expensive than the franchise store. I had them look at my 4runner for a noise in the rear end, they quoted me 2k to repair, i paid it... Still made the same noise, had the manager ride with me and he was acted like he did not hear it... Other shops noticed and told me they could have replace the whole thing for that cost.. I ended selling the car and the buyer notice, when it was all said and done, i gave them $2100... The only reason i gave them a 1 star rating was because the shop was very nice and clean, but if you price quote them you will find the toyota dealership is cheaper, dont waste your time....

We have 4 vehicles and Rick has always helped us out at this location. He has always been helpful in explaining the details of the problem with the car, telling me what has to be done and what does not have to be done to get back on the road, and some items have been done without charge. They are always professional and understanding when I am unable to pay for some items which are just extras and not necessary to get back on the road. Not pushy at all, but informative and detailed in their recommendations. I like that I can drop off the vehicle and they immediately have someone to drive me home so I do not have to wait until repairs are completed so it is not a day wasted. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends.

Im shocked by the bad reviews and comments. Louetta Automotive are the only mechanic shops I trust. They are friendly, kind, and truly take the time to explain everything. They have coupons for almost everything (oil change, inspection, etc). The wait room is comfortable and spacious. Good quality isnt cheap and cheap quality isnt good. Lets face it having a car is expensive. Id rather pay the extra money and know my car is being well taken care of.

Beware of this place. I stopped by there this morning to have brake kit installed on my truck. No inspection need, just throw on pads and rotors that I already have bought. They dont do that though. Any shop that insists on performing inspections and only using their part is surely trying to scam you on their services. I wont be going back here for any future maintenance needs.
