Talk about experience this place speaks for itself excellent customer service not to mention the incredible team that fixed our vehicle you would never know that we had any kind of accident there was just one detail that was left an I called them mentioned it an of course an appointment was scheduled for the following business day an as soon I arrived with the vehicle it was taken in almost immediately an just like that the car was just as good as new. I was referred here by an associate of mines. Anytime i have had my vehicle repaired here they did an almost exceptional job. Never an excellent job, good job, etc. However, they will charge you just about the same amount as the dealership (or not to far off) minus the quality of work the dealership will perform on your vehicle. Also some of the work they said they did, Im pretty sure they did not do because i still have problems with everything Tinos fixed.If you want your vehicle fixed and to get your moneys worth go to the dealership or elsewhere.

Best shop in Houston and the surrounding areas. Tinos team is extremely efficient in getting your car fixed. His prices are good and the quality is there. You dont have to worry about him trying to up sell you on parts you dont need. He may make suggestions, but doesnt pressure you into fixing something that doesnt need repair right away. Honest shop which is extremely hard to find these days. My only regret is not using him for the last 21 years Ive lived in Houston.

Tinos feels like home. Usually 3 kinds of people scare the hell out of me . Taxi cab drivers ( back in the day ), car mechanics and dentists. This place takes away all fears. The prices are reasonable. The service is on time . And if you have a complaint about a service on your car they take care of it for free. Whether its Tino the owner or Jacob ( whom I met), its an amazing, warm greeting and sense of comfort when you bring your car or truck here.

I had heard good things about Tino from my sister so was happy to take my new cash car to him to get some repairs done. I knew that something must be wrong with the suspension because the alignment was terribly off but that was it. Tino gave me a long list of issues that totaled to around $2500. I was devastated, that was nearly what I had paid for the car! The repairs included front upper control arms, brake pads on all four tires, rotors, an oil leak, the power steering pump and the serpentine belt all needed to be replaced. there may have been a few more things that I forgot. They never would send me a professional quote of the repairs needed and the price even though I asked several times. Well in the end, my boyfriend decided we should take my car to his mechanic just to get a second opinion. When I told Tino, he got very defensive and made me feel terrible for trying to go somewhere else and even used profanity over the phone. I felt terrible and wanted to just forget it and let him do it but thank God my boyfriend was even more adamant that we take it somewhere else. Well, it turned out that the serpentine belt was brand new already, the power steering pump was fine- a hose had been pulled loose and it was leaking (I wonder who did that?), the rotors were fine and only one control arm had a problem. my boyfriends mechanic saved me over $1000! I am so disappointed that Tino showed himself to be dishonest. I really wanted to believe he was a good guy but he has lost my trust forever. If you take your car to him, make him show you every part that he says is bad and how. But I recommend you just find someone else.

Awesome. Moved back to Houston on a Saturday Realized ac wasnt working well anymore. Folks diagnosed and corrected for an extremely minimal amount on a Sunday to boot! 6 stars if it was an option

I thought Tino was a nice guy he did a good job on my o2 Spencer and brakes but then I went to him for my my AC and I spent over900$ to get it mixed and to still is not working I went back to him and told him several times I spent 3 days off sitting for hours at his shop and he did not fix it as gevsaid he would I am so mad I will near go back to him I cant get my $ back u lost it he ripped off a single mother

Very reasonable price! Work was completed quickly and service was friendly. Only took a Star away because I didnt receive a diagnostic. Maybe it was because i came so late in the evening, but I was still a little disappointed about that. But all in all, Id definitely go back

Great service all around. Tino is a stand up guy and honest in his dealings. The parking lot is a little crowded but he and his techs are well worth a little maneuvering to park in there.

Tino’s is hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to. He gives a fair price, does a great job, and is genuinely a great guy.Our a/c went out on a trip down to Houston and he fixed it on the spot, promised that if something was still wrong after the a/c line was flushed, he would take the price we paid off the next service!AND to top it all off, one of the guys in the shop had cake for his birthday and Tino brought out slices for everyone in the lobby.Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Very disappointed. They fixed a problem on my car for me in the past and there was no problem. I come in today with my car for my headlights and tail lights to be fixed because they still wouldn’t work after I changed the bulb. And they didn’t fix the problems at all. In fact, Tino himself lied and said he fixed my headlights but he couldn’t fix my tail lights. I check my headlights when I get home .... not fixed. I probably won’t get my money back. I will not be returning.

Do not buy any vehicles from this place. Those vehicles are mostly with mechanical problems usually trade in from customers that cant afford to fix them.

I went in because my power window on my BMW was not operable, I was told I needed a new window regulator, the cost would be $342; I went less than 2 miles away and it was not the regulator it was the rear window clip which was 8 bucks and 95 dollars to install...be careful with this place! Thanking God, he directed me to where I needed to go...

He can diagnose the technical suff when other shops cant. Tino can replace engines too. They can do almost everything.

Lazy! when I pay for something to be taken care of, I expect it to be taken care of at a timely manner, which was not the case at this place. I had to take care of it myself since They havent had time Very disappointed and probably going to be taken a loss money wise, since Im not expecting them to give me the money back.
