Abby was amazing!!! These came out great! Ive only been here once before, I had my nails done else where and they needed to be fixed and I came here and wow!

Ive been here several times now. The nails look great when you leave. Im always happy with them. The issue is that the acrylic they use is way too strong. It winds up breaking my actual nails underneath, which is incredibly painful. Theyre impossible to get off. Today, I went in to have mine removed. I was expecting an acetone soak it maybe they would file them down, which is the safest way to take off acrylics without damaging your nail/nail bed. Instead, they pried them off with a plastic nail tip. It took an hour and it was excruciating. My nails are now damaged beyond repair and it will be months before theyre grown back out. I kept telling the nail tech that he was hurting me, but at no point did he choose a different technique. When I asked him to please just file them instead, he filed them and then continued to tear them off with the plastic nail tip again. I paid and left, but unfortunately will have to find a new nail salon. My fingers are raw and sore.The shop is also not the cleanest or well maintained, but Im willing to overlook that as long as the tools are sanitized and the nails look good. They cram as many people as possible into a very small space and there is garbage and clutter everywhere.Use this salon at your own risk. I hate giving negative reviews but this place does not care about the health of your hands and nails.

Popped in on Monday afternoon and got really lucky with a great nail tech... I believe there are many here... very nice staff! 😍my neighbor recommended the shop as I was looking for a new nail place being new to the area... Im OCD and fussy with my nails (I warned my tech lol... but also tip very well 😉)...and my nail guy Lo was patient and accommodating! Im delighted I dont have to drive to New Tampa for my nail appointments any longer! Yaaay!😎👍👍

$65 and the acrylic falls off after 7 days. Revoked 5 star review

I got my nails done and there is spots where they were not painted some of the painted portions look lumpy

Had a nail pop on Sunday, late in the day. I called them and they fit me in right away. Not to mention, but they always do a great job. Thank you so much!

Love touché nails! have gone here for 4 years and they are always courteous and professional. even during the covid-19 pandemic they have you wash your hands as soon as you enter the building and wear a mask. will always recommend this place!

I like my nails but it took so long to do them it took like 2 hours when I could go to my local nail salon and get them done in like 45 minutes. It took so long and I was with my friend getting them done, there are so many bubbles and it is so annoying but the glitter that she used is not like the picture but it is still really pretty. The people did not speak good English only one lady spoke English. Just like how I said longer and she almost did shorter. Over all I guess they did a good job but do NOT recommend for acrylics.

My daughter and I are new to Spring Hill. I posted on the next door app asking for a nail salon that was not too expensive but did a great job, where the workers spoken English and lastly that they wouldnt disappoint. Well Touche came recommended by 15 people on the app, so we went. We are so please and happy. Price was just right, service was good, movie to TV was perfect and the clientele was fun to chat with. Definitely have at least 2 new customers. Thank you so much !!

They do a nice job. A little pricy. Clean facilities. Lots of choices for nail color. Options for gel, dip and acrylic. Wax services available as well.

Loved this salon. Everyone makes you feel at home and treat you very well. Ask me how my water is for my pedi and always asking me if I wanted anything to drink. Have man selections when it comes to colors :) recommend to everyone!

Very good services and prices except this last time I went they dropped my utensils on floor where nails were clipped and dead skin was and did not get a clean sterile pair to use on me but instead used the same pair from floorOther than that they are my go to salon and will continue to go here :)

Awful place! Very dirty; roaches, dust everywhere, unclean sink area and my fingers now have cuts all over them. I felt sorry for the manager/owner.

So I say specifically I do not want the sns powder on my nails, they insisted it would look better I repeatedly said No, its ok, I just want polish, the 4 times Ive gotten powder it makes my nails peel, soft, and just break. I do not like it. So after I see him dipping my nails in powder I assumed it was for the hombre design I wanted or something (I really didnt question it cause I just KNEW it was Not sns😏). Anyway when he was done we started talking about why I dont like Sns and he says, Well this is whats on your nails.... Im like 🤨 WHAT didnt I tell you I didnt want it?????? He said the other girl told him something different. Oh dont worry it looks good. But I didnt want that....😟 He charged me still for it and I gave him a$5 tip but just like I was worried about they messed my real nails up. So I wanted to share cause it is extremely frustrating when you clearly say something n its ignored. Now Im here biting the chips off my nails to get them Off.....smh soothing...but 😡

Worst nail salon in Spring Hill, FL. I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes for a pedicure and a fill in. I The boy who set up the water, made the water extremely hot, burnt my foot, not only for me, but 3 other clients as well.My acrylic nails are thick and lifting after 6 days. I will not recommend my worst enemy to go this this horrible nail salonI was told they were reputable, they were so wrong. What a waste ofy time and $$$$$. 😠

I hate when you ask questions about pricing expecially if they offer you something different to come up and at the end charge you a different amount..I had to pay an additional $8 I wasnt expecting. Even that the problem was provoked by the technician they didnt make an exemption. In top of that one of the lady said I asked for it. I only asked for a French designed not white tip. Shame on you guys! She said pay it, you dont have to come back..OF COURSE I WONT.
