Absolutely the very best nails thank you Louanne and Tim I love them and my nail art

Went there yesterday while my kids and husband played at the trampoline park. I havent had my nails done in years so I said why not and walked over. I got in pretty fast and my nail tec was really nice and did a fast job, that should have been my first que and I should have looked at them better, my fault.... I didnt notice till we got home and I looked really good at my nails that they were very uneven on the sides, I got coffin shape and baby boomer with glitter, and you can see where she didnt blend the white and pink well at all so you could see the line of the white where she had stopped it on most of my nails! They also look a week old since she didnt not go all the way down by my cuticle line so theyll need filled in a week which is ridiculous. Didnt tend to nor cut off my cuticles at all either, I did that myself when I got home which is why there is some cuts on some fingers. Lol. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this salon again.

2 of My nails broke while I was sleeping and they kept breaking after. I finally made it back there a week later and the owner said he would give me a new set for half price!?? I was like no I want my money back and he was rude and mean never go there I suggest L.A. nail across the street they are polite and do excellent work they just happened to be booked that day just my luck

WILL NOT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN. I asked for a full set full length with no color because they always do a horrible job, its always uneven and splotchy. Their full set usually runs me about $40 to $45 They decided this time to charge me $60... WHY? The first lady didnt even know what she was doing so I got moved to the second woman but when I proceeded to ask why 60 they said because she spent 2 hours (1 hour and 15 minutes) on it and it was full length. Since when do they start working by the hour? The man who owns the place was extremely unprofessional and also had horrible customer service the woman who did my nails started towards the back and never came out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When I was directed to the chair by one of the operators, she sat me down to soak my feet. After 30 minutes, the water was cold (I felt sick later), a different operator reluctant gave me an okay pedicure. She was not very nice. I noticed that the other customers were well attend after. I was the only Black person in there and the only one being ignored. Needless to say, I will not go back to Not So Happy nails, and Im sure they dont care!

Awful place. Nasty people. Down the road is LA Nails -- a wonderful place.DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!

I LOVE this salon. I have been going to them for years! They do a phenomenal job. I always get pink & white acrylics! Tim is my preferred tech & i NEVER leave disappointed. (im extremely picky too, LOL) His wife also does a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable & always as friendly as can be! Also, very clean to ensure your safety (which is very needed & appreciated) even though you cant please everyone, they always try to! Highly recommend to all who hasnt gave them a try! I would give them 10 stars if i could!!!

This is my 4th visit. The nail techs are so sweet. They have a wide variety of colors and services to choose from. Its always crowded so please make an appt during the earlier part of the week.

Tim is an amazing guy. I love the way he does my nails he is very mindful of the cuticle area and my skin. Even thou its hard to understand them at times I found that everyone at Nails So Haply are very good at their jobs and really put forth the effort to make their clients happy. I wont lie like every business they have ups and downs like the waiting time can be a little long.

Service was quick and by far one of the most pleasant salons I’ve ever been to. They have a great selection on polish and you can sit back and relax while your nails are being done without worrying that they’re going to be messed up. Definitely my go to salon now 😊Update 2/14/19Still creating amazing masterpieces. Seriously you have to check this place out

I don’t usually get pedicures, but my girlfriend took me. Needless to say it was life changing. The place was really clean and they made nice arrangements for Covid-19. Highly recommend this place!

Nails kept lifting a week after getting them done. The nail tech made my fingers bleed on the side and burned my fingers with the dremmel. Kept telling her I wanted coffin shaped but she didnt listen. I found a new salon in Spring Hill (Century Nails) and they do a beautiful job.

I’ve been going here for 3 years. It was the only place I had actually gone to in this area, so I wasn’t sure what to Compare it too. When they were busy I tried two other places and I noticed that no salon has the variety of Nail colors & nail powders that they do. My nails also always last way longer when I go to Nail So Happy. The owners are great, always ask for them. The owner also does my eyebrows and I love how she does them. Sometimes the wait can be long, but honestly that’s with any nail salon.

Tim Always has my best interest in mind when I come to him with my odd color choices. If it wont look good he will tell you and help figure out a solution.

This was by far the best nail salon experience I have ever had! They took me before my appointment, were very accommodating, the salon is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and everyone in here is so nice! You’ll feel so welcomed! I have found my forever nail salon! Pang was absolutely amazing, she did a full set and they came out perfect! Diana did my pedicure and French tips on my toes and she was fabulous!! I would recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for more of an upscale, clean, and inviting Salon!

This is my not my regular nail salon but I was in the area and it was my cousins birthday so I stopped in to get us both a pedicure. It ended up being $110 for gel pink and white which they weren’t pink at all and for $55 each,not worth it! My salon charges $40 for real pink and white gel. I’ll never make the mistake of going here again.

Steven did an amazing job with my pedicure, even took care of my ingrowns pretty painlessly! Much nicer inside than a lot of places. BRING CASH to tip though! They let me get away with tipping on card because it was my first visit, but I was informed usually they do not.

Pedicure is very poor. Ive been to many other places were they do much thorough work. Left with dry skin still on my feet and poor nail trimming. They didn’t even clean under the nails. Prices were priced competitively but did not deliver. He best experience was the massage chair and its the same one they have at any place.

I was taken here as a surprise for my birthday. The wait was a bit long after being seated at the pedicure chairs we waited over thirty mins for someone to talk to us about what we wanted. Hey its busy we understood. Now here comes the fun part. My nail tech seemed irritated. Me being me I joke and seem to get her to lighten up a bit (come to find out the busy day has taken its toll on her attitude). She did great with the leg pamper but terrible on the toes. Now from a distance you wouldnt exactly notice, but for a 35.00 pedicure you expect to get what you paid for. Well when you look closely you can see a streaks in the polish,where clearly another coat was needed. The nails had a couple jagged spots where they were not filed just clipped. Things you would have to be touching and looking close to notice. Personally I think for that kind of money a closer eye should be payed attention. Two bottles of polish and a file, (only three bucks) I managed to make them look like they left a nail salon. The leg pamper was nice but not worth 35.00. I personally think she would have done better if the place was not so poorly staffed, thats the only reason they got two stars instead of one.

Reviewing my bank account and seeing I was over charged the amount that was placed for tip. It’s an extra $5 more than what I said to do. I’m not going to call and fuss over it but I will leave this review for others to know that that’s shady as heck and will never return for business. Based on other reviews and other nail salons out there, which this was my first trip, I’d never go back. It wasn’t impressive very below average to begin with, I’m sure they needed that extra $ more than I do.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have had a few different nail shapes and they always come out so beautiful and long lasting. They have a great selection on polish and are very accommodating. Steven always does my pedi and it is always on point.

Been getting my nails done for 4 years by Tim, hes amazing! And his wife tattooed my eyebrows and did an awesome job!

ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!! HAD TO UT ATLEAST ONE TO POST....... I will never go back to this place again! Went there for a mother daughter day and my little one waited in the kids pedicure chair for 45 minutes before anyone even came over (shouldve left then) but I waited patiently and then I had to wait an hour for them to even start my full set. The lady starts my nails then stops and goes and starts someone elses nails as I sit there confused. I have never been to a nail salon that the tech starts the job then just gets up and goes to work on someone elses nails. Take my advice and dont waste your time or money here. They ruined a good mother daughter bonding day.

The best nail shop! Jenn is dam good at doing lashes and nails. Clean nice shop and cheap prices. Very friendly and professional with over 700 colors of polish to choose from. I drive all the way from Crystal River Florida just for this nail shop. I am extremely satisfied with this nail salon.

Best place to get eyebrows done . They dont wax them too thin, they shape them perfectly. Ive never had an issue ! And they do it fast!

Moving from NYC I tried a few places in Spring Hill. Here the prices are comparable and fair and I love the owners, they do the best nails. My first pedicure was by a young kid who honestly didnt look old enough to be licensed and it waa bad, he made my feet bleed. I went back because 1. It was very clean and 2. My nails were amazing. I was pleased to see he was no longer there. For pedicures I prefer Steve and Diana. For nails definitely ask for Tim or his wife. Its always busy and the wait on weekends is long but its worth it.

They got me in even though i showed up at close and were very nice about taking me in. I will be going back tomorrow for a pedicure. Very friendly and welcoming!!

My mom and I found Nails So Happy a couple years ago desperately trying to find a salon that doesnt rush through your manicure. Not only are they the cleanest shop in Spring Hill, the whole staff is very friendly. Awesome atmosphere I cannot wait to take my gals here when they visit FL! I trust Tim to experiment with my SNS gel dip and will keep supporting their business! Thank you to the whole staff and Nails So Happy!

I dont get pedicures very often but felt that the service I received was good. My feet looked and felt good when all was said and done. The woman (Daisy) who gave me the pedi was very friendly and I enjoyed a nice conversation with her. Most salons Ive been too dont talk to you. It was a good experience.

I had my eyebrows tattoo there I paid 200 dollar and you cant even tell the lady wanted to change me 100 dollars againg to touch it up againg. Wont be going there again and will not recommend them and the staff is not very friendly.

Diana is awesome she has given me a pedicure in the past and everytime she does a fantastic job Just love her. Make sure you have her do your nails and feet

They are a little more expensive than I usually pay, but it was well worth it. They spent about 15 minutes just massaging my feet and legs and it was wonderful. I will be going back, probably a little more often than I used to do in Pasco County.

Diana is remarkable!!! Owners are greedy!! You dont make appointments if you cant work by them. I had a 10:30 am appt. Not serviced till 12!!! Two hours of my day spent to just have nail polish removed! Ridiculous! Place is filthy!!!!

My nails always look so nice. Have not had problems RE: lifting, bacteria or the such, and I have stubborn nails that like to lift! Friendly, clean environment. Walk ins welcome, I prefer to call and make an appointment. Pedicures and other services available also, I highly recommend.

Takes for forever for them to start and if you want to feel like your in a sardine can in the waiting area, this is the place to go! Make sure you bring your own chair, so you can at least wait outside or in your car ;)

Kim did a excellent job! She was responsive when I walked in and got me right in for a pedicure. She kept checking on me throughout, the pedicure was very good and she was sweet. Excellent customer experience!

The workers here are artists who take pride in their work, are always clean, professional, friendly, and fairly priced. My favorite nail technician is Timmothy, he is a perfectionist with very good style and my nails always come out absolutely perfect.

Went in for a Mani Pedi, two hours in my pedicure was done and looked horrible. The decals on my toes were uneven and for some reason the technician had painted my toe nails in square shapes instead of just painting my entire nail. I then had to sit and wait for another technician for my hands while multiple women who had just gotten there were seen immediately, so I just paid for my pedicure and walked out ($60 for the $35 organic pedicure, Im assuming the extra was for gel polish and the 8 small crooked stars that the technician applied?)

Great service, good prices, friendly workers. Only downer is they seem to go through employees every few months. Other than that, never had one complaint.

My daughter got a refill and lifted in a week and I got a refill a was cracked the same day.Update: got nails repair by owner but was not able to design my nails because she did not know. I pay for a service and got something cheaper. In top of it all they were talking about me not knowing I have a translator telling me what they say. I recommend to get it on your phone ladies. Never going back!!!!

I have lived here since 2003 and been to many other salons before finding NAILS SO HAPPY and since then I have NO DESIRE to go anywhere else EVER AGAIN .LouAnn also has also done my Eyebrow tattooing and is MATICULOUS to make sure they are done PERFECTLY and that they look as natural as possible. One of the absolute worst nail salons in Spring Hill, been there multiple times each ending in broken nails in the first week and recently went for a manicure and the guy left my station to take another customer and completely forgot about me and also today had to wait 45 minutes for a pedicure watching the workers take other customers who were clearly regulars that came in after me. Not worth a single penny of mine

It dont understand why there are so many negative reviews, if you dont like people speaking another language, its their right to do so, then put on headphones, if you dont like the color why walk away instead of giving them an opportunity to fix it or you think its too expensive then you should ask the price before you sit down dont write negative reviews to hurt people. These reviews should be of the art of nails in a clean salon not the complaining and whining of people that have to wait and not get their way. My review is about Tim and Loan the owners that are perfectionists and hardworking. They are open 7 days a week and this salon is always busy. Loan has been my nail artist for 5 yrs and I never had a problem with her or my nails falling off or colors not being true. Shes always friendly never seen her or Tim being rude to customers. They always have great advice to the colors I choose or the length I want. So before you go elsewhere give this salon a try you will be glad you did.

Very disappointed! My nails looked horrible. My husband looked at them and said they look terrible. The staff were not friendly. They talked to each other in there language and never even tried to talk to me. Horrible experience! I would never go back

Good experience, little pricey but very clean and excellent job.

Took my daughter and her friend. her friends tech dumped the color all over her hands, spilled the clear coat and did a very bad paint job. my daughters tech burned her finger with the machine, didnt cut the nails to the same lengths and the shapes are not rounded like they wanted. we will never go there again
