Love getting my nails done here. They are always beautiful. Price is not outrageous like other salons.

Best nail bar in my opinion. All staff are lovely and really try their best to give you the best experience. 10/10 nails everytime. Waiting time is never too long with the amount of staff and capacity they have at all times. Always asking questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. Wouldnt even think to go anywhere else.

I have been in several times and I have a wonderful experience every time. Ryan did my nails today and was extremely friendly and helpful. I think I laugh every time I go, all the staff and so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this salon!!

I went in to get a fill-in from my previous acrylics that were done by someone else.I was extremely pleased with the way my nails came out and have had tons of compliments already on them. The lady tech took her time and definitely tried to get my nails as close to the picture that I shown as possible. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I found this place while in the area and they were able to squeeze me in for a powder dip. It was the first time here but already felt in love with them. My nails were shaped perfect, my cuticles were trimmed well and the color was absolutely beautiful! Price was very affordable! Highly recommend!

I went to get my nails done with my mom, and the lady that did my mom’s nails didn’t do a great job. My mother told the lady that she has sensitive nails and asked her politely to be careful, but the lady was aggressive with the drill that was used. The technique during the SNS process was sloppy, the nails came out lumpy and uneven.

My tech is seriously just down right amazing! You would think with all the service she offers, there would be some short comings... NOPE! I got a full set, gel pedi done today and knocked each service.

No matter when I make my appointment its always messed up or never kept. I have given this place lots of business but Im done. Evidently they have enough customers that they do not care if they lose some. Looks like Ill be finding a new shop. This is horrible customer service.

AMAZING!!!! I went there for acrylic nails and they were affordable and the design was only a dollar or two.

They didnt use sanitize tools, they took from there draw not out of sanitized package. The place smelled like someone was smoking. Got gel on nails, had better was ok. It was 1st time there, new to area and ill go someplace else next time.

I got acrylics and they turned out amazing. They had amazing service and Amanda was so nice.

Newer to the area and still looking for a nail place. This is definitely not it. The guy at the first station (owner or manager possibly) was not very nice and seemed interested in money mostly. Upon pointing out his work was sloppy, he pretended it was my skin.Argumentative, unprofessional, money hungry, and just plain rude.

Went in for 3 pedicures and a fill. I do fills every 2 weeks in TX. I was told that they would not do fills and would only do a new set. I spent almost $200 in one visit and think it is very unprofessional to not offer fills in order to make a few more bucks.

Lobby was dusty and had lots of cob webs. I was never introduced or spoken to by manacurist. Typical nail salon.

I went in with a pretty easy nail design that I wanted, a French manicure with a slanted tip that was pink instead of white. The nail tech I had did not have much experience with this I’m assuming because she went to go ask another nail tech. They were absolutely no help. They advertise way more complicated designs then the one I asked for. I am not happy with my experience at all. I left with nothing on my nails because no one was willing to step up and help the nail tech I had. I have been here numerous times and thought it was my new regular place. I will not be back if they can’t do something that simple.

My experience with Noire Nail Bar is so amazing! I’ve been here twice now, both times they were very professional, did a more than fantastic job on my nails, pay high attention to detail, so needless to say. I won’t be going anywhere else but here to be getting my nails done. I highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t been with them before!

I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, both with gel polish. I don’t know if every employee at this salon is as great as Kristine, but she did an amazing job! Attention to detail, took her time, and actually seemed like she cared about her work! Not to mention the salon itself was cute:) I would highly recommend.

Kristin is so sweet, she hand drew my design and took her time to make sure it was perfect. Will be going back!

Got a pedicure with my sister in laws and let’s just say I was not happy with it one foot was great the other wasn’t even worked on like he forgot. I kept saying get this heal and unfortunately after 3 times repeating myself I gave up. Toe nail wasn’t even painted all the way 🧐🤨 so unfortunately I paid $42 for a bad pedicure and of course I tipped $10.Good thing is I got my nails done after the pedicure and I was happy with them however $65 for nails is a bit high for what I got, plus a $10 tip for that.I’m pretty sure I won’t go back.

I love this nail spa. If they cant do your desired nail style here you wont find anywhere else in town that does! My ombre manicures never disappoint and my pedicures are always thorough and relaxing. Oh and the dipping powder color selection is ENDLESS ! There was even a nice lady in there who can do marble designs with DIPPING POWDER so amazing and artistic group of people! Service is great too.

Dont believe the bad reviews! Christine does my nails every time and she is an angel. Class, good customer service, and friendly. This is the best place in town. Holly was able to do my sisters nails at the same time to save us some time and they were beautiful!

Had a really great experience. This was my first pedicure and it was awesome, I felt like they really cared about each individual. They took their time and I will definitely be a return customer. I also got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish, the gentleman that did my nails did a really amazing job made sure that each nail was perfect. The entire staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I will for sure be a return customer!

Seeing there was a new nail salon in the area, I went in the day before a trip I was taking. The manicurist who was going to be doing my nails, a full set of acrylics, did not tell me her name, ask for mine, or any greeting even after I tried having conversation. What if I really liked her work and wanted to come back to use her? This wasnt the case, but...I as asked the shape which I described and she immediately said that coffin is what I wanted when I knew this wasnt the case so I continued to explain the shape I wanted and she okay-ed it.After my acrylics were on, abruptly she left the salon with a few other people there, not evening letting me know. The person working the front desk then came over and painted my nails very quickly saying the original manicurist needed to leave now. It was the fastest I have ever had my nails painted with shellac. They were fairly transparent and the free edge of my nail wasnt sealed with the polish causing wear promptly after having them done.After leaving my nails were uneven finger by finger and comparing hand to hand. Large sections on the sides of my nails were unpainted.Will not be returning.

Excellent nail salon. Been going there since they opened. I have broken a nail two or three times (my fault, not theirs) and they have gotten me in quickly and taken care of it. I would definitely recommend.

Holly did an amazing job on my ombre nails!! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be returning and would refer to anyone wanting beautiful nails and a glass of wine!!

I get an SNS manicure every 3 weeks in Berry Farms. Happened to be in Spring Hill and thought I would try this place. The lady doing my nails didn’t greet me or ask if I would like a drink. I had to soak my hands in a bag of acetone to take my existing polish off. She nicked my fingers with her drill 4 times, making 2 bleed! Not even an I’m sorry. After the powder was on, she went over my nails with the drill so much only a thin layer of color remained. And it cost $5 more than I normally pay. Very disappointed! Will not be back!

They were fantastic, very relaxing environment, very detailed oriented, and would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the way my nails looked. they looked so clean and classy and were exactly what i wanted - but it’s been a week, it was a fresh NEW set & i have not gotten my nails done in almost a year. And they just popped off... i would get it if i was being rough and they came off - but i was putting on makeup... and pop.... there goes my nail. another nail came off while i was washing my dog, and another nail came off while i was folding laundry. i had an very extremely SHORT tip; so it let me know it wasn’t done correctly what so ever and the quality of products they use is CHEAP. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME, absolutely ridiculous considering the price they cost and it was a FRESH NEW set. NO new set should ever come off that easily.

I go at least every 2 weeks and I get great service every time. Love this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We walked in the entryway at 7:10, they close at 7:30. We wanted a simple pedicure which would not have take 4 hours. I cannot comprehend how these people just pushed us out and didn’t even give us an explanation other than “we’re closed” not closing but CLOSED. There were already at least 3 customers. It is not fair or right for a business to treat us in such a rude manner. We were willing to spend our hard earned cash on beautiful nails. We even gave this place a chance. This was our FIRST experience here and I will NEVER EVER bring any of my money or friends here. Period. Don’t waste your time like we did.

Still amazed. I went into Noire on Sunday, I have been going every two to three weeks since they opened. I arrived at 3:45, the sign says they close at 5:00. Everyone had a client and there was ONE person waiting. A young man asked what I wanted and told me it would be an hour wait, I replied that was fine and went on to choose my nail color. Another man approached me and said again it would be an hour wait and then it would be closing time. I asked if he meant that I could not be seen and he replied yes, sorry.If I had arrived even 30 minutes prior to closing I could have understood that, everyone wants to go home when it is time but it was and hour and 15 minutes prior and only one client waiting. I have been in there several times and clients show up at closing time and they are still seen. I even asked about it once and they said never turn customer away.So, even though I was a regular, even though it was not anywhere near time to close and even though I have never tipped less that $10.00 I was sent away. There are nail spas on every corner, needless to say I will find another one to spend my money at.

Awful overall. My sister and I went and neither of us were satisfied. They didn’t speak to us at all, she filed my skin to get access nail polish off and before we finished she oiled (not lotion) my hands so much I could barely pick up my phone to leave, the oil was all over my ring which she purposely rubbed oil into my ring and told me it looked pretty now. My sister got a glitter nail and it looks like a child did it. The women next to me was unhappy as well. With so much competition in Spring Hill I assumed they would be so much better. $30 for gel polish only, I will not be going back.

They the best very professional I love my nails

I was in town visiting family from out of state in early November, and because they needed me to come to town earlier than planned, I missed my nail appt with my usual tech of several years. I needed a pink/white fill, and my thumb nail fixed because I broke it and it was much shorter than the rest of my nails. This was one of the closest shops and I figured it would suffice for one appointment.For starters: a polite woman told me a tech would be right with me, and when she turned around to tell him, he looked annoyed and walked out towards the back somewhere. She turned around and smiled and said it would be just a minute. He returned after (obviously) smoking a cigarette, reeking of smoke and confused about what he should do to my nails.I should’ve been weary when the pink/white ombré required so much discussion between the male tech and the woman who seemed to be in charge. I already had an existing pink/white ombré- so I said just like this, while pointing to my fingers. I explained as basically a pink and white fill, just have the colors fade into each other instead of the French manicure look with sharp lines.I have rounded almond nails, he asked if they should stay the same, I said yes. Then he filed my nails pointy. Again, I was letting much of it go because this was a one-time appointment. When he continued to ask the main woman questions, she came over to do the fill, since she had just finished with her client. The price was around $60 for a fill. That seemed expensive to me, but again, it was only once so I let it go.The nails weren’t remarkable, it was what I found when I went home. I realized after I left that at no point had I been instructed to wash my hands- not after filing or anything. I made an appt with my tech earlier than my standard 2 weeks, to get them to look more my usual style. Underneath the acrylic, a few of my my nails were starting to turn green. My nail tech stated the acrylic was probably improperly applied and there were cracks/gaps that trapped moisture. I’m around 6-7 weeks out and thanks to my tech treating my nails, the green areas didn’t spread, but it’s been a slow process of waiting for them to grow out. They’re now close to my fingertips, so I’ll be able to clip them off and have my tech sculpt new nails for me (she doesn’t use fake glued tips). Be very wary of this salon. Always great service here from everyone. Their pedicures are some of the best I’ve ever had; they never rush you through the massage portion which is the part we come in for, right?!I’m typically pretty boring when it comes to trying something new. Always black gel polish or French manicure on my fingers and toes, but for some reason I was feeling a little edgy yesterday when I went in to get a mani/pedi. I asked my nail tech, Christine, if she could do something a little festive for the 4th holiday coming up next week. I was expecting her to add a couple stars to one finger or something. Nope, she googled 4th of July nails and pulled up a pretty complex pic and asked if I’d like to try it. Um....sure!To truly appreciate the work this really took, you have to understand that everything in the pics was done with red, white, blue and pink colored acrylics. Only the white stars on my two fingers were “drawn” on with white nail polish. The rest of it is truly a work of art, and since it’s all acrylic, VERY durable which is important because I spend many hours each week during the summer in the pool and wanted something I knew would last and not deteriorate after a day or two of lounging in pool chemicals which work a lot like nail polish remover on regular polish when your hands and/or toes are submerged for long periods of time.Needless to say, I felt her work deserved some well-deserved public appreciation. 😉If you’re feeling a little “edgy” or just a little festive, I highly recommend you stop by Noire and see Christine. Also, make sure your tip reflects the labor she puts into creating a truly unique piece of art to accessorize your holiday outfit.

I got the SNS with acrylic tips and they look horrific, he filed them so then they started breaking off the day after, most of mine are so crooked and my hands were stained . horrible .

I went to this nail salon for a year and the past couple weeks the service has really became poor!! I will NEVER go back and would not recommend them.

I have been three times now and they are very friendly and they took their time on my nails and I appreciated the fact that it wasn’t rushed. Very clean as well.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon since moving to Spring Hill last year and I’ve been very disappointed. Noire the Nail Bar is the first nail salon that met all my expectations! Beautiful nails, great customer service, relaxing/classy atmosphere and a large selection of both SNS and gel polishes. I’ve been twice now and I’m confident in saying I’ve found my perminant go-to salon.

Very unimpressed by this shop. My powder cracked after a few days. The customer service was horrible and the staff was rude! Never Again!

My cuticles were sliced open on both thumbs from the nail tech’s inability to properly sculpt an acrylic nail with a nail drill. Sloppiest acrylic fill I’ve ever seen and the gel polish was awful as well. I had to go to another nail salon and pay more money to get them corrected and repolished. My new nail tech couldn’t believe how horrible they looked either for how much I spent on them. Save yourself the pain ( and $$$) and go elsewhere!

I have visited Noire the Nail Bar three times. The first two times I walked in and have gotten a mani and pedi everytime. This last time I set an appointment with the girl that I love doing my nails. She is amazing. Never hurts my cuticles and always makes my current nail dreams a reality. I absolutely love the pedicure as well. Everytime I go I get to pick out which scent I want them to use. Smells fantastic everytime. This salon is also very clean. They open new equipment in front of you everytime. The best mani and pedi experience that I have had in years. I already have my next appointment.

Went this last Sunday afternoon for a deluxe pedicure and the gal that did me, cut into raw flesh around two nails but the real pain comes from the raw skin on my heels which as of this morning (Tuesday) is still quite painful. And I have a high pain tolerance! She was so rough and it was like she was trying to take my skin off the bone. It was painful and awful. Will never go there again!
