DO NOT GO HERE MY NAILS LOOK HORRIBLE. I got home and the clearcoat is chipping and turning my fingers black the the nails themselves are so lumpy and some arent even straight.

I was looking for a new nail spot and I found it! It place is nice and clean. Beautiful chairs! The gentleman that did my gel manicure was awesome, my nails were not presentable and he did an amazing job. Pedicure looks great too, love the color I picked out this time.I really recommend this place.I will be coming back for my next pedicure.

My daughter-in-law, granddaughter and I all went in for pedicures and had a wonderful experience. It was my granddaughters first pedicure and she was a little bit nervous but they made her feel very comfortable and she loved it! Leo did a great job with my pedicure. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here more than a handful of times. And every time the do an amazing job! I usually get acrylics and they do an amazing job! i have very short and difficult nails, but they never fail to make them look exactly like I want! Definition my go to place!

Pretty hit and miss. Make sure you know who you have do your nails. Ive had good experience and bad. All depends whose doing it. My last experience was decent. Good job on nails and dead skin removal but the massage part was lacking. My moms experience was terrible. The lady stabbed her toe and tried to hide it and put alcohol on it and kept doing that making it sting really bad and she was bleeding good. Her foot is now swollen the day after to where shes having to soak it and keep it iced. Cant really put pressure on it. Shes in a lot of discomfort and will not return here.

The atmosphere of this place was beautiful & the establishment was clean! As soon as I checked in for my appointment I was offered a beverage, which was lovely. Definitely coming back!

After soaking for almost 20 minutes, the salon worker stopped with utensils, but left. I asked if she was coming back, to be told she was finishing another customer. She came back, sat down, then left again to work on someone else. At this point, I also left. No, I didn’t have an appointment, yes, they were busy, but that was rude. My time is important, too. When I asked how long it would be upon entering, I would have appreciated an honest answer.

This was the worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten at this place. I only got a hand/arm massage after my nails were polished and I made a comment about the massage. I told the lady that did mine toe nails that a piece of extra nail needed to be cut out and she didnt do it. I did not get polish on my toenails and brought my own polish for my finers. Price went up, quality went down. Ull be looking elsewhere

Literally the worst pedicure and SNS iv ever gotten. So messy, so rushed. My nails are uneven, there is color everywhere, and I didn’t get a manicure after asking 3 times. The girl who did my nails insisted that she gave me a manicure and was trying to charge me for it, but she did not even cut my cuticles. Never coming back.

This nail place is seriously awesome! The best nail place I have encountered! My nails turned out absolutely perfect! I took my baby girl and they did a fantastic job with her too... Stephanie is the bomb bot com! My shape is perfect, length is perfect, colors are perfect.

Steven is wonderful! He does a great job on my nails and carries on a fun and informative conversation! I used to go to a different salon in spring hill but once I found Steven that has changed!

We made a last second decision to come here and were immediately able to get our nails done. The two ladies were so amazing and did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend this nail salon. They do wonderful nail art and have great customer service. We will be back!

I got my nails done for a Father/Daughter dance and the beach. Amy did them and did a fabulous job! Worth the $16! Also, I didn’t feel ignored which has happened before at other salons. Btw, I made an appt (called ahead of time, 2 days before) and was immediately sat down to get the whole treatment.

I havent been back to Luxys to get my nails done in probably 8 or 9 years...not bc I had a bad experience but I didnt get the wow factor. Yesterday, I decided to take the chance and go back to try again. Let me tell you! Kenny is so amazing! He kept a conversation going with me the whole time. I got my nails done for engagement photos, and he asked questions and seemed genuinely interested. Funny and personable guy! Will definitely not wait another 8 years to come back. Thanks, Kenny!

Stopped in Luxy Nails just to try it out, we all got three pedicures and I can not complain! All three employees attending my party of 3 were amazing, they were kind and gentle always asking if we needed anything and were on top with the services, definitely recommend all the way

Steven did a great job on my nails. The shop is clean and beautiful. Fast friendly service. My only issue is there is no price list posted anywhere in the shop. Seem like an opportunity for price gouging.

Y far the best nail salon Ive found In Spring Hill and Ive been looking for a long time. I got extensions and a dip manicure and my technician did a perfect job. I called the next day because I wanted the extensions shortened as I had never had them

Just got pedicure. Nancy did a very thorough job. She was busy when I got there and busy as soon as she was done with me. She did take the time to do it right. She was attentive to make sure she was not too rough. The price was $28, which seems very reasonable.My wife got a pedicure and manicure with polish on all nails. John did a very thorough job. He did a great job shaping her nails and applying lacquer polish on her toes and gel polish on her finger nails the price was $61, which seems very reasonable. We did not have an appointment and they got us in as soon as they could. We will go back.2nd trip 12/28; Another great pedicure for me. Wife had another great manicure and pedicure with polish.

Been here a few times. My nails usually break or pop off and end up looking terrible by the time I need a full. Decided to give them one more try today . Waited longer than 20 minutes with no drink offer or anything. Picked out my nail color and then they took all the nail colors so I couldnt find the one I picked because they just grabbed them. Finally walked out after they started waiting on the two girls who came in after me. I will be going elsewhere. They lost a good tipper and good customer today. I do not recomend.

Ive been going for 3 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience, my nails always look AMAZING, and the staff are WONDERFUL! I do not understand all of these negative reviews. Some are even comical. If you need a drink, ask for one. If you are missing money, look in your car. If they dont talk to you enough, bring some headphones. Geez Louise! Its a nail salon! A place of business.

I had a great experience at Luxy Nails Salon!! The woman spent about 45 minutes for my gel mani/pedi!!! She making sure its perfect and I was comfortable. Great gel mani/pedi, I recommend her highly!!! Shes very sweet & mindful of customers comfort! All the staff is very friendly. I look forward to comming back soon!! Love feeling pampered!!!

I was so excited to get my nails done again because I love having acrylics. I got them put on and I had no problems, I even got them filled once. However, when I decided that I needed to take them off because I didn’t have the money to keep getting them done, I discovered that I now have a fungus under one of my nails. After reading other reviews, I’ve concluded that this place is obviously not sanitary and will never get my business again.

My nails are always pretty elaborate and detailed and he pulled them off flawlessly and with so much patience. They came out exactly how I wanted them to, absolutely beautiful!

They’re always busy so give yourself plenty of time. No acknowledgement when walking in or when leaving.It took awhile for a lady to come over and start my pedicure. The lady didn’t talk to me so I was actually able to relax and enjoy my pedicure.However, the massage chair wasn’t working properly. They don’t have a large selection of regular nail polish to choose from. $28 for a pedicure which is a decent price. Just wish I could find a place where it’s not extremely busy, there’s abundance about of polish to choose from, and the massage chairs actually work..

Both my friend and I went and got our nails done and they screwed up our nails. Called to get a refund but they don’t do refunds and only do credit. I defiantly won’t be going here again.

Waited an hour with my feet in the water. No warning that they were understaffed and no warning that the wait time was long. I walked out without any service and wet feet. No one offered to make amends by a discount or gift card.

Steven is the only one I go too. He does a wonderful job. And makes me laugh.

They do take their time; but its because they want your nails to be RIGHT. No half jobs done. One girl smudged one nail before she left and Owner took the time to fix it . She said that good nails were her best business card; and she is right . I live 45 minutes away and WILL make the drive.

No Good! 1st time visit made an appointment. Hurt me and thumb bleeding during pink and white. Did not apologize, said I make it clean. Broke my toe nail to the quick. No offer for a drink and other people drinking water and wine. Never again! 2 hours...

Very disappointed in the customer service. My daughter received the worst manicure I’ve ever seen. She asked to remove SNS & have a manicure. No soak in warm water, no lotion, no massage. She wanted her nails short & the lady didn’t like that. I went in to talk with the manager & that led me nowhere. We will happily take our business elsewhere. The woman who did my daughters nails seemed completely put out and acted like shed rather be anywhere else. She was rude and huffy the whole 4 minutes my daughter sat there to get her nails painted. We get to the counter and she says its $5 and I pull out my card bc I dont have cash on me, and she rudely says Really? Its only $5, you dont have that? Then rolled her eyes and huffed as she ran my card THEN as shes running it says, You sure you dont want me to clean up your eyebrows? They need it, really? ............why do people continue to come places like this? They dont even pay attention to whoever is in their chair, they just talk to each other over your head in another language. Ridiculous and rude. First and last time.

2 days after pedicure both big toes had no polish on them. Go back that day they fixed them. Next day all other toes have no polish. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experiences here...last time I paid for what I thought to be a manicure, only to get my nails filed a bit with a quick run through on my nails with the trimming device...NO warm sudsy water to soak my hands, NO REAL time spent going over each nail to clip dead skin and NO lotion whatsoever...maybe manicures have changed...my husband received a pedicure here and came out with 2 spots on his feet that were bleeding because of too much filing after he told the girl multi times that she was filing too hard...and the prices are a bit high especially for not getting quality service...LASTLY, why are there 8 televisions blasting?!? How relaxing is that?!? Not at all...spas should have nice music and not televisions blasting...ugh!

Im new to the area and decided to give Luxy Nails a try after being disappointed with another salon. Debbie was AMAZING! She listened carefully to what I wanted and took excellent care of me. I have been back several times and my mom now comes with me.

DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE!!! DO NOT!! Im the type of person who gets on Google to view the reviews before selecting a place to have my nails done. I also check their Facebook page too, if they have one!!! Well after i got to luxy, it was going to be a while before they would have a tech ready to do my nails, so I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I NEVER GET PEDICURES because I LOVE MY FEET. I have heard so many horror stories that I never get pedicures I just do my own. Literally its been 8 YEARS since I had a pedicure!!! I was getting my hair done last night and we were talking about pedicures. I got to talking about how the last time I got my nails done I got one. My hair dresser inquired as to where I got them done at. I said Luxy. She said omg dont tell me that, Ive had so many clients come in and tell me horror stories about they getting foot fungus. SO tonight after i get home and get the kids in bed, I took off my polish (because I was kinda afraid and just wanted to make sure I REALLY LOVE MY FEET). Well guess what!!!!!! I HAVE A FOOT FUNGUS!!!! I called my mom crying because I LOVE MY FEET AND HAVR NEVER EVER EVER EVER HAD ANY TYPE KIND SHAPE OR SIZE OF FOOT FUNGUS!!!! She told me to soak my feet in Listerine (which I am doing right now!!!! At 1AM.) So again, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GET A PEDICURE FROM LUXY!!!! PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FEET DONT!!!!

Dirty business impolite employees non professional atmosphere. They burned my nails with their drills and the equipment was never cleaned, the pedicure was even more painful because the woman wasnt paying any attention to me and she had nails and was pinching my toes until it felt like she was gonna break the skin. The Mani n pedi was filed and painted crooked and looked like a 10 year old had done them so I wont be going back. It just amazed me that I sat there for a total of a little over 2 hours and nobody ever spoke a word to me but they would stand around and talk to each other n not pay attention to what they were doing the whole time I was there...and is it just me or do yall ever get the impression that theyre talking about you especially if youve asked for something to be done specifically???

Do not get your nails done here EVER.My daughter had her nails done a week ago and they look horrible. The lady was really rough with her and left her with horrible looking nails. I toke her today to a different salon and the first thing the lady said was they look terrible and asked where she got them done.If I could leave no stars I would.Prices are outrageous

I would never go back. I never saw him clean the instruments, he cut my cuticle and I was bleeding and he continued anyways, he was impatient and rude to my friend and myself. Nails look fine but now Im worried about an infection.

I have now been to luxy nails twice, and both times I have been completely satisfied! The nail techs are friendly enough. If you go on the weekend be prepared to wait a while. The SNS manicure is amazing!! 4 weeks with no chipping is awesome. My nails looked and felt wonderful. My mother opted for a pedicure. She liked the experience, and wiuld definitely return.

I will NEVER go here again for so many reasons. They don’t listen to how you want your nails done they do it their own way and it turns out horrible. The lady I just had made me bleed by clipping the skin under my finger nails too much. She was very impatient and it wasn’t busy she acted like it was just a job she had to get done. No care and definitely no professionality.

I was here last night. I will say that my pedicure was wonderful. But my nails! I got the SNS with tips. The technician didnt really know what she was doing. She had to re-do tips, re-do SNS, she hurt my cuticles many times by over filing and burned my nails with the shaper. And the end result? Nails eith curves and dips in them. Ive spent a lot of time today filing them to try to make them more normal. I used tolove this place. Not know. I will not be back!

So, I went in today for a basic fill in. I wont get into all of the details, after being burned by the drill, one finger bleeding, and crooked nails... Lets just say that I will never go back again, and do not recommend this place to anyone. I also had a brow wax while there, and the lady was on her phone the entire time with Medicare and was also horrible.
