I absolutely highly recommend them. I just moved to the area in January & I must say I chose the right place to care for myself & family. Pedicures and manicures are a must. Its tranquility clean as well as an awesome atmosphere with a smile from your greeter once you walk through the doors. You wont be disappointed.

I’ve been to other salons and they would hurt me and the nails wouldn’t look good and I wasn’t happy. Tried this place and it was amazing. Didn’t hurt me and price was really good. Will definitely be coming back.

Didnt like a design that was given to me so I was honest about it and the nail tech had attitude with me and was not wanting to accept a tip. I apologize to her but cant believe this is how they treat their customers. Im not gonna pay for something I dont like and felt she was made cause design was chosen by her not me. Its sad cause I loved this place but I never felt so embarrassed in my life.

I had a very good experience, the owner and staff are very nice. Love my pedicure and I did what is call the dip for my nail and I love it my nails feed good. The place is very clean. I will be back.

My daughter and I went in for the first time to have our eye brows done. Very happy with the results! We plan to go back for mani-pedis soon. Pricing is resonance with a welcoming staff.

My daughter and I both got gel polish on our fingers and toes, no manicure no pedicure just polish change. Cost $90 plus tip! That evening, my daughters nails started peeling. By the next day, hers were gone. Mine started lifting on Wednesday. I called and they said come back. My daughter went back and had him do a full set of acrylics instead. He took $5 off for the inconvenience and charged her $35! Then told her to tell her mom to come back and he will fix them! There is no way I will go back there. Fix your mistakes and don’t charge the person. No integrity at all!

I had a weird experience here. The nail tech Amy was rude to me at the beginning of my appoint. Arguing with me about what design I wanted. After simplifying my request she then proceeds to tell a customer she does not offer dip services after I had just asked her for dip services and she said she would. I appreciate her being open and informing me she doesn’t like to provide this service but it still made me nervous as this was my very first time there and I wasn’t sure if she didn’t like it because she couldn’t do the service right or if it’s because she just doesn’t like to do it. I got my nails done on Friday 8/14/20. My nails are chipped and breaking off 4 days later which is Tuesday 8/18/20. I have never had this happen before and to top it all off these are my birthday nails. ( GIRLS YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS) Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment due to unprofessional service.

I took my husband there for his first ever pedi! Everything was clean, the pedicures were amazing and the staff was awesome. Highly recommend!

In town from Chicago and wanted to treat my friend to a birthday pedi. Iwas very impressed with Van and his attention to detail. The shop was clean and open on a Sunday. My pedi is perfect! After being locked up for almost a year due to COVID, what a wonderful treat to receive such a great pedicure. Great place. Nice people. However, the person that did my nails i feel like rushed to get it done. Also a little more expensive than other places. To get a mini deluxe i usually pay $35, here it $40 but u get that hot wax stuff so that is why it is a little more. I got gel as well so all together it was $55. Good place though!

The people who work there are rude! Their only saving grace was they were open on a Sunday! I asked for a marble effect on my nails and the guy couldn’t do it so he asked the lady and she got annoyed and told me they didn’t do that kind of stuff, started speaking in their language and stomped off. I paid extra for gel polish and it hasn’t been a week yet and the gel is coming off normally it lasts longer than the acrylic nails which are also popping up already. While I was there 2 other people came to get their nails fixed because they didn’t even last a week either. And the workers were rude to them as well.I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back either !

First time coming to this salon, everyone was so friendly! It was so clean and organized when I walked in. Would recommend to anyone! I had Van and he was amazing, he listened to exactly what I wanted.

Great customer service with friendly family and employees

We went for my daughters birthday, Jenny did our nails. The staff was so friendly!! And the volcano pedicure is amazing, I highly recommend it. Im not sure if it was the polish or what but my nails look awful after sleeping overnight. The matte green is all streaky. And my daughters gel polish peeled off on the 3rd day. It cost 105 for my pedi and nails, and 80 for my daughters pedi and nails. I dont feel as it was worth that. The experience was great, and Jenny was a blast to talk to.

I went to another salon on the area and they did a horrible job. I came here to try them out and the guy did an amazing job! He listened to everything I did and did NOT want, he made sure to ask every step of the way if I liked it or wanted it different.. LOVE my nails! A+++ (I got a beautiful full set ombré done)

I’m very pleased with how my nails turned out! My only comment is that my boyfriend was going to get a pedicure and was forgotten about so decided not to.

Vann is fantastic. However if his sister is there you have to put up with foul language the whole time. Not very professional.

Wouldnt be surprised if I got an infection walking into the place. Dirt in the basins for my feet. Never saw any cleaning their tools. Sat there for an hour with no one helping until we started complaining. Took walk-ins prior to coming to help.

I got my nails done around Valentine’s Day. I was going away for my anniversary trip and was a walk in. When I was getting my nails done, the nail tech was having the drummer heat up too much and I constantly had to pull away because it was burning me. I also had to go through multiple nail designs because she couldn’t do the ones I asked for and Amy was too busy that day (I get it I was a walk in).. my nails all were lifting within 5 days and all came off so I called in. They told me I could go back to the lady who burned me for 1/2 price or go to Amy, the owner, who I’ve had before and loved, for full price even though their policy is 1 week. I tried pointing out that they said their nail policy is one week(7 days) and it hadn’t even been 5, but they kept repeating I could go to Amy for full price or the other nail tech and I’d still have to pay out of pocket. I am very upset as I had gone to organic before they moved and when Amy was pregnant and had much better service.

My lovely daughter surprised me with a trip here for pedicures, just to cheer me up and wow did she ever. It had such a relaxing atmosphere, the owners were fantastic! The husband did my pedicure and it was one of the best Ive ever had! The service was wonderful and we had the best time, I will definitely return. The pricing is reasonable and worth every penny, I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Like many other posters on here I have been to several salons in spring Hill. I have never walked out loving my nails .I saw this salon had wonderful reviews and decided to take a chance today . I was a walk In and didnt know they prefer appointments, but fortunately Amy had some time and was able to take me with a very little wait. She was awesome! Friendly conversation and she totally understood what I was looking for. My nails look amazing! I get the coffin shape and every other salon makes them look horrid. She shaped them beautifully and I couldnt be happier! I would highly recommend this nail salon to everyone! I have finally found a place that I will absolutely return to! Thank you!!

I have gone to many nail salons in the Spring Hill area many of them have been disappointments. Today I decided to try Organic Nail Spa. It was by far the best choice I made. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the owner Mai. I explained what I wanted to have done and was brought right back. Offered a beverage and shown the different levels of pedicures that have. Was given time to decide. The place was very clean and organized. It was by far the best choice I made. They took their time with my Manicure and Pedicure. I received the organic pedicure. Well worth it my feet have never felt so amazing.I would recommend this place to anyone who want great work and a friendly atmosphere. I will be returning again.

Terrible. I scheduled an appointment a week prior to my arrival to spring Hill.Place w hard to find as it it going through some kind of renovation. Found it, got there on time and the person who was to do my main/ pedi was running late and another person had called out. They took me and the job felt very rushed. Instruments were not in sterile plastic bags, due to renovations the place looked like a dump, not relaxing with loud videos on the TV, hardly a spa like experience. Oh and the nail tech managed to cut my finger! To top it off they billed me 25 for a no show the very next day! I called and told them I was there (duh) but the tech was not. Ssaid they would take off the 25.Well I just got my credit card bill and there it is, a 25 no show fee! Save your money and go anywhere but here.

Got my nails done on oct 2 and had to go back the next day cause everything was lifting and cracking they said they couldn’t do them that they close in a hour to come back Wednesday well today is Wednesday just left there 2 hours ago and again they are lifting they will not refund me money and keep saying it’s not there fault I’ve never had such poor customer service and someone that doesn’t take responsibility for their poor workman ship I highly recommend not giving your business to this establishment (and it’s the owner that’s doing them 😂🤣 that’s the biggest joke ever)

FINALLY found someone that can do my nails right. She cares about every little detail. They came out perfect!

Came in and it was empty. They said I needed to make an appointment because they were busy. I made an appointment for the next day. 40 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting. I ask how much longer and I don’t even get an answer and no apology for the wait. Guess my 25 minute drive to a more efficient salon is worth it. Waste of time.

My fiancé and her bridesmaids went here for all of their nails before our wedding. They made an appointment for 1 oclock and told the nail techs that they had to be gone by 330 to be able to get to the wedding rehearsal on time. Long story short: overpriced and she was an hour late to the rehearsal and now we are going to the wedding without having rehearsed at all.

This business deserves 10 stars just for Amy & mai alone, they are the most personable people and they never make you feel rushed plus they always offer a good laugh. The salon is always super clean, and the services they offer are prices you can’t beat ! Amy is phenomenal at always giving you the look you want, even if you don’t know what you want 😂. Awesome place !

You wont find anyone fussier about nails than me, especially when it comes to cleanliness. Organic Nail Spa has good reviews on Google and Yelp so I decided to give them a try. I called for an appointment and they fit me in the very next day. I really prefer appointments to walk-in, I dont want to have to sit around waiting for availability like at some overcrowded places.Im very impressed by Mai and the other nail tech (whose name I have sadly forgotten already). They were so patient with me as I changed my mind several times on which service I wanted. But when I found my favorite color of all time on the rack (with an amazing amount of choices!) I knew just what I wanted. They did a great job removing gel nails that had been done elsewhere and gave me a wonderful manicure. My nails look beautiful! Everything was very clean throughout the shop. I made an appointment to go back for a mani/pedi in a few weeks.I watched them do a mani/pedi on another client while I was there and was impressed with what I saw and heard.I understand theyll be moving just a bit up the road by the end of the year, but it will still be very easy to get to (on Spring Hill Drive).I am so relieved that I found a great place to have my nails done!Edited: Went back and had an amazing pedicure. I now know the other tech is Amy, and she does incredible nail art.
