I went and got dip nails with tips and they look AMAZING I didn’t think they would fit me in because it was so last minute but they did and did a great job. Definitely will go back again!

I went to 3 other places they all turned me down stating it was too late. This place let me in. Did my manicure and pedicure. They look awesome didn’t rush and we had a great time! I look forward to going back again next time

Finally found a place that can do my nails the way I want. I usually do Pink & White SNS but they make mine thin which I really like. I did not give 5 stars only because there was confusion one day...maybe it was me 🤷‍♀️

Great service, as soon as I walked in they asked what I needed help with and served me a drink. they did my nails amazingly and they look perfect. the technicians are amazing and worked with me to get my nails to look how I wanted them to. will be going back soon.

I took my 79 year old mom to get her nails done, i told the lady she is getting her nails dipped and thats it, they sat me at a different station, when I checked on my mom, the lady gave her nail tips and said she wanted it, but that is not what i told her to do!!!!! i feel she took advantage of an elderly woman who didnt understand what she was asking her, i feel that was unprofessional to do something different than what I told her to do

I will never come here again! I called yesterday to schedule a nail appointment and was scheduled for 6 pm . I got there on time and waited outside for a while then they let me come in . I had a mask on they told me to wash my hands . I then went to sit in the waiting area and sat there for an HOUR and a half! No one said a single thing about how much longer it would take. . After sitting there so long I finally just left . I wasted an hour and a half sitting there but I figured I would rather not do business with someone that treats customers like that. I have never been to a nail salon like this in my life . Why schedule an appointment and then make someone wait that long ?! It was just rude and the fact no one said a single thing to me. Very disappointed and upset waited so long for nothing. I’ll be going to GM Nails tomorrow.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 3 years. Compared to the more pricey salons in Franklin I prefer this one. The prices are great, the staff have always been courteous, and professional. I am always happy with the outcome. I have even returned when I did not allow my nails dry and they have fixes free of charge even though it was my fault. I love this place!

I went for the first time yesterday. The staff was very friendly. The shop was very clean and the wait was short . Sam did my nails and I was very impressed. He did them to perfection and that is not easy to come by at all. He was very meticulous and my nails were flawless!!!! On top of that he was very friendly and personable!! Best nail shop experience I’ve had in years!! I will be getting my nails done regularly again after taking a year off.

Convenient location, but usually quite busy. I had to cancel/reschedule my appointment twice because they over booked and I couldnt wait that long. Had two appointments with the same guy, who was very pleasant and very detailed, however, after both visits, my nails begin chipping after 10 days. Will not be going back again.

First time here and last time here. I just moved up here and wanted to find a place that does great pedicures. So I looked around and saw that this place had 4 stars. Well I will not be back. I paid 55.00 dollars for a wax pedicure and he barely even massaged my feet nor legs. I told him I needed the skin around my toe nails tended too. Nope didnt really do that. Then I sat there waiting for my nail polish to dry. He never once removed the paper towel between my toes!!! Not worth my money or time. I will NOT be going back!!!

My 16 yr old Daughter tried to take her mom there and when she called they said they didnt do appointments to just show up. When she showed up they said appt only then were rude to her on the phone.

Ask for Sam! He’s got a great personality and makes even better conversation. Very personable and will fix anything you’re not 100% happy with. The service and quality he delivers EVERY time is comparable to all of the other fancy, over-priced salons in Franklin! I get the dip power on my nails. I’m sure the rest of their technicians are just as wonderful though! I had been going to a DIFFERENT local nail salon for a few months strictly for Sam’s services. If he wasn’t there, I wouldn’t get any service due to other bad nail experiences with their staff. So when he moved to Nothing But Nails, so did I! I’ve never been to this salon before today so I wasn’t sure what to expect other than him doing a great job as always. All of the other staff members were SO much nicer than my previous salon. The atmosphere was a lot quieter and relaxing. For sure give them a try!

I’ve never been more disappointed in a manicure and pedicure in my life. The girl made fun of my toe nails the entire time she was doing my feet. Then, without asking, cut all my finger nails off. I will never go back.

Paid for a super deluxe pedicure and Ive never felt more rushed during a pedicure in all my life when they were working on my feet. But when they were not working on my feet they were working on someone elses which I found really frustrating to have to wait only to feel rushed. My girl circled about 4 times between myself and another client. There was no base coat and the paint job is really sloppy and already looking blotchy. So going to take the Polish off myself when I get home. It was just disappointing because I was splurging on this pedicure and anticipated it to last at least a week or two. Also there was no massage. Just really fast rubbing to get the lotions and oils in. Wasnt relaxing at all.

I love this place! They do such Beautiful work! Worth me driving in from out of town to get them done!

The worst service Ive ever encountered for nails, and all I had was gel removal. The tech did not file the top of my nail before adding the dry cotton balls for the wrap(I did mention that they could use some more acetone, but they insisted that it was wet enough), I sat there for almost an hour, for them to take the foil off, file my nail, put the foil back on, and add acetone, and sit for longer. During the take off of the gel, they filed well passed the gel which made my nails look horrible. No oil was added when finished. Then still tried to charge full price. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Took my fiancée here for a pre valentines date, scheduled an appointment. Her pedicure was good but the manicure wasn’t as good, the guy left a lot of hang nails didn’t clean up the fingers at all. They were running out of the nail color she picked and they only threw one coat of it on, and it didn’t look that good. Had to drive back to get the nails done the correct way. A little over priced sitting at about 60 dollars for the basic pedicure manicure combo

So I went for a mani/pedi yesterday finished about 4:30pm! Seriously a 5 year old could do better than this! Polish so poorly applied with bits and pieces of dust in them and so thick that I even woke up this morning with marks on the nails because they would not dry. Cant believe I paid hard earned money for this!! If I could give less than one star I would.

I previously had a good experience at this salon but last week I got a new guy that did a bad job on a gel mani and pedi. Did not use sterilized instruments! Did not push back my cuticles. Did the gel mani and pedi in 45 minutes. Now a week later I need a re-do.

Oh Lord, what a terrible experience. First of all, the guy that was doing my pedi/mani was way more interested in his cell phone than my nails. Then, he supposedly ran out of color when it came time to do my nails, he said he’d match them.....apparently he is color blind. I should have just thrown that $80 right out the window. AWFUL

Didn’t like this salon at all. Went on a Thursday mid day and took at least two hours. Service was bad, workers rude. RIDICULOUSLY expensive. I asked for the basic mani pedi French tip specifically said no gel. He put gel on and it was $75. My feet are also now peeling and there is an itchy ring on my big toe. To say the least I will never be going back or recommending nothing but nails.

Posting under my husbands account, but the review is still the same about my visit at nothing but nails.Im sad to say it was a huge disappointing experience all around. I went for a pedicure and manicure with my sister as a Mothers Day/pre labor thing. Like this was a big deal for me. It needed to go right. Any who so I went in with my sister whose pedicure tips are totally crooked even though she asked them about to twice they just ignored her. So the tips are on the damage is done. My sister now has crooked big toe nails.I proceeded to get a pedicure and a manicure and the pedicure looks great but my manicure was just awful! It was clumpy and sloppy and just wrong. I mentioned it. Guy did nothing to correct it. So we insisted they redo it and they charged us twice for it! We asked to speak to a manager but there obviously was none and we were told oh well.So needless to say $77 and three hours of my time later and Im not the happiest customer on the planet. we will not be back again.

Cindy does my nails . Never have chipping ornpeeling unless inwait more than 3 or 4 weeks and they always look great! Shes fast and friendly too! Ive been to every nail salon in Spring Hill and they all had gross foot baths, sinks and floors except these guys....and trust me, I pay attention! Rings or film in your foot bath before you start is not a godo thing! And if their floor has hair and debris settled around the base of things, then how well did they really clean anything else. They are great!

My wife went alone to get a mani/pedi after going to Salon blonde next door and she came home glowing. Thank you for taking care of her and giving her a nice relaxing few hours.

NOT HAPPY AT ALLI had an appointment for pedicure and they made me wait for more than an hour,when I asked one of the guys if anyone was going to help me the only thing he did was laugh and started talking to the other guys in their languagebut they were helping other customers with no appointments right away.On top of that the guy who did my pedi didnt have an idea what he was doing and was to worried about his cellphone (making a lots of phone calls)
