They hurt my nails didn’t take time they messed up the nail at they missed spots my acrylic is so bumpy it’s awful my hands hurt want to rip the them off I wish I could get my money back the cow spots are all smeared because she didn’t let them fully dry

Did exactly what I wanted with the matte black, the length, and shape. They were really nice and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process.

I got a dip done I was at the mall and decided whatever I’ll get my nails done real quick and they got the dip under my finger nail and I asked them to get it off and he started clipping my skin to get the paint off. Then I asked to a simple simple star like the most basic star you can draw and they couldn’t even do it.. never ever again not recommend. Go to Valentinos in the valley

Far from impressed with this place. Went in to get my old nails soaked off and new ones on and instead she literally ripped my old nails off and ruined my entire nail bed and then filed it down some more, very very painful. I even called in and made an appointment before hand and when I walked in saying I had an appointment they all looked at one another confused like this was the first time ever hearing about it. I just called them right now to see if they had any openings for me to come in to get my nails done and I accidentally got the ladies name wrong and before I could say “oh I’m sorry I meant so and so” she hung the phone up on me without a moments notice. Idk how things are done where there from but here it’s very rude to hang the phone up on a customer. So I called a different salon and will be going elsewhere for note on to get my nails done. You guys they’re just not worth it.

Worst pedi I’ve ever had. She rushed through. Did a terrible job. Pulled out my cuticle, made me bleed ALL DAY. It still hurts the next day. Their “scheduling” is a joke. You’ll wait, no matter what. I’ll never go back.

I enjoy my spa time, the way they know how i like my nails shaped, my colors and my drink. I love everyone here. the staff is very attentive and they know what i like, i will keep coming back!!

I went to the valley one after a bad experience with a newer salon. Nina helped me she was awesome!! She totally fixed the thickness and lumpyness and the uneven nails that the other newer salon did. Vivian does the best job around. I have had my nails done for years. She makes them look fantastic and last a long time.

I got pink/white done here with clear and the next day my nails got a lot of small clear bubbles and some fine white lines. They said theyd fix them when I called but when I went in they insisted it was normal to have bubbles in the clear acrylic which its not and theydid not want to redo them. My nails should be very clear but they look cloudy bc of the bubbles and she insisted that she didnt see anything wrong with them..

I dont understand why they leave their customers in the middle of the service to attend other customers. Then they dont go back anymore, like what kind of service is that???? We left without getting done due to really being ignore! So disappointed!

The woman who did my nails was excellent. She took her time and the result was great. Ill definitely be a return customer.

My nails were ground down so much with a drill it was painful putting on the gels 😭Now I can’t do anything with my nails or they tear.

Went in heard it was a good place...nails are diffrent shape than i wanted and look lifted up also they dont look the same or even similar to my other nails...not going back again...wish i slent my money elsewhere!

Im not usually one for posting reviews, especially if i have a bad experience. I like to give people, especially in the service industry, the benefit of the doubt. But this was such a bad experience, I had to share.First of all, the woman doing my nails took an hour and 45 minutes to do a basic dip manicure. Ive gotten dip at least 10 times before, and never once has it taken more than an hour. I get there are a lot of steps and it takes care and precision. But almost 2 hours is ridiculous. I had a chiropractor appointment down the street for 1:15 minutes after my nail appointment. I called while I was in the chair to say I would be late and the woman doing my nails clearly heard me. She proceeded to go at the same slow pace. The chiropractor was only 5 minutes away and I ended up getting there 40 minutes late!!!Also, the technique used on my nails was horrible! I had dip on before and instead of soaking it off by wrapping my nails in tin foil and cotton, the woman just picked it off and filed it down. This was damaging to my nails and so painful!! After she finally put the dip color on my nails (about an hour after I sat down!) she filed the dip powder to smooth it. This left the color uneven and splotchy, but I knew this was part of the process. Plus. I expected her to put another coat on top, like basic procedure calls for. She did not! I had to ask her to do it and she seemed shocked when I did.COVID safety was an actual joke. Two women walked into the store without masks. Even though there were signs up everywhere and masks for customers, none of the staff said anything!!! They still let the women sit down and get their nails done. I was appalled. Then, after I had already been there for an hour and a half, a staff member went around and took everyones temperature. At this point my nails were pretty much done. If I had had a high temperature, what would they have done?! The damage would have already been done!Long story short, do not go here. A waste of money and time. This is experience was the opposite of relaxing.

I will absolutely never go back and I recommend no one else does! I went the first time and got my nails done and it was ok but the when I went back to get a fill, the lady couldnt get my nails off since there were a couple broken, so she handed me off to some other guy, he got the nails off but when he finished not only were all of the uneven diff shaped and he filed down the sides so thin that the very next day I had three broken,after a 60$ fill.NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SCAM ME FOR MY MONEY DONT DO IT PEOPLE.

I rarely get my nails done but wanted to treat myself for my birthday. I told them that I wanted just a manicure and showed them the color I liked. The employee told me that color was pricey and it would only be $5 do to acrylic nails so I agreed. Big mistake. The employee filed my nails over and over again and also filed into the skin on my fingers causing it to be raw and painful. After gluing on the nails I had asked if they could be cut shorter and the employee said they needed to stay at the length they cut them to. At the end I realized that a lot of the nails were filed so the nails were crooked and uneven. The polish was also very thick. I left with raw fingers and uneven nails which didnt even fill my whole nail.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. She clipped the base of my cuticles and cut me, did not clip the sides of my cuticles or hang nails, no cuticle oil and I had to ask twice for hand lotion. She told me to wait 15 minutes while my polish dried and never checked back.

At first I gave it a good rating seeing as it was in the mall and it seemed good at the time except for the nail artist who wasnt paying attention and Im assuming accidentally took the nail sander off my nail and to skin, It didnt cause blood so I let it pass. But I went to another nail place and this one was not in the mall, this one was less pricier, better quality like for example they payed attention the lady at the mall did not pay attention to that I didnt want acrylic. Also the place I went to put the nail closer to the cuticle but of course not on it. And I will mention the nails from the mall already started to fall off but the one from the other place has not. So Im sorry to say but dont think I will ever go back to Q nails again.

Called ahead, asked the price for full set acrylic. Got there, price on the board said the same, THEN my daughter says she wants coffin shape and just a basic colora suddenly its 15 dollars more!!! Are you kidding me!!! Its flat out LYING! I would have went back but NOT now, they lost a future customer so they could make an extra 15 bucks today.... Bad business!!!They gave my daughter back $5 because they werent bad long as he thought they were going to be... So Im changing my rating to a 3 because no appreciate their attempt at making it better.

Cut my big toe nails back so much they hurt to the touch! They seriously gave me 4 ingrown nails in a half hour.

Not shaped correctly, paint leaking on sides, not professional at all!! And when I went back the next day to get it fixed, they said I had to pay. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I wouldn’t recommend going here I payed 60 dollars for a certain color I didn’t even get but they had it as an option. Not ever getting my nails done here ever again. Waste of time and money and it’s bad quality

Not only were they really rough with my hands (a little roughness to be expected but this was over there top) but an accelerated nail POPPED OFF only a week later. All I was doing was putting on my jacket. My friends nails were poor quality as well. Hers arent attached to the nails at the tip and you can see where they left brush hair in a few if the nails. Way overpriced got such low quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was nervous about visiting after reading some of the reviews, but my fiancée got me a gift certificate for Valentine’s Day so I went. I made an appointment and they were extremely fast at getting me in on time, and did a great job. I got a full set and deluxe pedicure, and they really took their time and truly pampered me! It ended up costing a little more than the gift certificate because I chose an upgrade on the pedicure, but I didn’t mind paying extra with such good service. My nails look great. The lady who did my full set did make a few mistakes but instantly fixed them without me having to ask or point it out. Highly recommend.

My first experience with Q nails and I was disappointed. The lady literally did my manicure (gel) in FIVE minutes!! The sides and the root of my nails were not done ( looked like they were grown out) In the end, my nails lasted two days and started peeling👎

We went in to get our current nails soaked off. One if us got soaked the other clipped and pried off, that actually took longer. While we were there they sat another client in the next chair of another client... no social distancing, even after I said something.

I went to this place to get my nails done 3 days ago. I was already in the mall and there wasnt a line or appointment needed. The sign says its $30 for a full set of acrylics. Which is about $15 less then where I normally go. Big BIG mistake. First i showed them a picture of what i wanted. Hot coral pink with white ombre coffin nail not very long. 3 people later and they couldnt figure out what color to use. I could literally see it on the shelf and pointed it out. They kept saying no. So I became very frustrated. Okay so I showed them a different picture with different colors. Light blue with lavender ombre Matte. They grabbed blue and white. I told them no purple. Finally they got the colors. The lady didnt even file or clip my natural nails down. They were pretty short but there was a few that needed it beforehand. She started gluing the nail tips on. Then cutting them. I told her to go shorter. She told me they would get filed down and be shorter. Okay.... this was only the second time Ive ever had acrylics in my life so Im not 100% on the process. So then she started cutting the nail tips to coffin shape and she was pushing down on the corners of my skin hurt so bad. Then a guy came over to finish my nails. He didnt file the nail down anymore so these nails were way way longer than I wanted. He didnt do the ombre the way I showed in the picture so u cant even tell theres 2 colors. They just look blue. He also was filing the nails on my pinky and cut me I was bleeding pretty bad and it still hurts. The nails are already popping off Im assuming because she didnt file my natural nails down first and glue them down enough. And I had to clip them shorter myself when I got home because they were way way too long. Not to mention. They charged me $50 and I told them the sign says 30$ and the lady says you like your nails dont you.... no lady actually I dont. And they didnt do MATTE which I told the guy more than once. He did gloss. They did do anything I asked for then was rude. AND they had a sign up when u walk in that says to sign in and get ur temperature taken. They didnt take my temperature or have me sign until halfway thru getting my nails done. Way to follow state rules lol.. dont go here.

Worst place ever!!! The girl there did my nails wrong I showed her a picture I wanted to do she acted like she couldn’t do it so I said I’ll pick another one that is easier and so I picked pink and white powder she started painting them pink with pink polish and took white polish and started painting it on for white tip and I said no that’s not right. She had another guy there take it all off and so I just did black with silver glitter never ever going there again!!!!

This is absolutely the worst pedicure I have had. I came asked for a pedicure when I asked to pick out my toe color I was forced to choose gel. Okay not a problem. There are two different types of pedicures the European treatment and the deluxe pedicure. I asked for the deluxe pedicure to include the paraffin wax. Well I did not receive the paraffin wax and was still expected to pay the for the deluxe and gel.

Worst experience ever. My fiance and I had to go to the mall so I asked him to take our son to the play place while I got my nails polished. Went in asked if they could clip, file, and polish my nails. The Polish was horrible they didnt polish the entire nail and they didnt file them at all. When I told them there were bubbles all over in the Polish they were very rude about it. She said it was $25 for just regular polish. I told them to take it off; there is now polish all over my hands and on my white sweater. This trip wound up costing me a new sweater and they were not professional at all. This is what I get for not going to my usual nail salon. Save yourself the time and headache. Just go ANYWHERE else!!!

I was not happy with how long it took for a full set approx 2 hours. the owner said 30 then add 5 for special polish then charged 45 . my nails were uneven and extremely thick under the back side and ended up with weird dips in top where they painted the tips. Oh boy let me start from the beginning. I dont do reviews and this will be my first, so keep in mind that this had me so mad I actually felt the need to type this up as a warning.Let me start by saying I have never gotten nails. I have only ever had natural nails, but have a problem with biting because I have very bad anxiety. I had NO IDEA about this place and should have read the reviews ahead of time, but I happen to have been around and said Sure, why not? AND NOW I KNOW WHY NOT.I thought the procedure is going to be short and simple. I dont know how long regular places take, but they took around 2 hours to do the entire set. They have 0 idea what theyre doing and I think part of the reason is that theyre distracted. There are kids running and screaming and climbing over furniture the whole way through and I had to clarify several times what I wanted.They drilled a bunch of the skin off the side of my natural nail when buffing them and I bled. A lot. This should have been the red flag that made me reconsider but I believe in giving people a chance and that it was an honest mistake. I am not a smart person. I cleaned them off and went back to it but I was in pain. It wasnt until later when things got worse that I realized they were using tools they hadnt cleaned properly.The lady squeezed my hand, twisted my wrist and dug into me with her own nails so hard throughout the entire process I almost opened my mouth to say something but Im really afraid of confrontation. When I tried to be gentle about it, she brushed me off and just kinda seemed irritated.My nails were uneven and lumpy in some places. They barely filed the bottom and left a bunch of extra hang nail that drove me crazy. They failed to tell me that there was special polish that cost extra and it wasnt even worth it because that too was uneven, bubbled and they missed many of the sides of each nail. There were people hovering over her shoulder to watch (which made me EXTREMELY NERVOUS) and they didnt say a word. They just stared. They didnt point out any mistakes. Im now realizing this is probably the way they treat all of their customers and they somehow dont see the error in that.By the time they were done, my fingers felt like they were throbbing and had only just then really stopped bleeding. When I realized how much I had been charged, I got mad. They didnt care.I decided that I simply wouldnt go back there. 3 weeks later my fingers had healed and it had become a stupid story I would laugh about. It wasnt.I was playing with my dog in the yard when I nicked it JUST hard enough and one nail ripped off. It left two deep cuts; one in my natural nail (which blood seeped through) and one just on my finger which I considered going to have looked at. It stripped off the entire top of my natural nail, making them EXTREMELY thin. The sides and underside of my nail bled along with the cuts themselves. My entire finger felt irritated. I was in a lot of pain. Now two other nails are feeling irritated and I can even see blood clotting underneath the fake nail where they missed polishing on the complete opposite hand. I didnt hit that one or anything, so I dont know how it got damaged. Im going to have another nail tech take them off today so I can determine what to do about it. (Edit: the nail with the blood clotting underneath? My natural nail split in half.)Please please please do NOT go here. They will overcharge you for ruining and damaging your nails and the skin around them. The entire business is a safety hazard and I hope that anyone else who went there doesnt go through something like this again.

I brought in a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like (ombre with 3 colors, on short nails!). Loc went above and beyond my expectation of matching my nails to it. He was gentle, no cuts or burns, and I am SO happy with how they turned out. I found my permanent nail tech! I would recommend Loc to any person who is picky and has high expectations. :)

Stop please dont go here!!!! Cold water to soak your hands. Nothing but a nail cut then very bad paint job. No file no massage no lotion. Took 6 min for my nails!! The polish was see through and had bumpy bubbles all over it. The top coat was flaking off while it was under dryer. I requested for a repaint and now I sit here ignored as many folks get nails done and some walk out. 3 repaints going on as I type.

This place used to be one of my favorites. However, I feel like it has become very unprofessional. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and they didn’t do several steps of a usual deluxe pedicure ... they didn’t have the color I chose which was ok but then they also didn’t have the color the lady next to be chose.. the staff just goofed around the whole time and walked off many times during my pedicure and when all said and done they charged me 60... the deluxe pedicure was 45 and gel is + 10 and I just felt the service was so poor I felt the price was a joke... this really did use to be my favorite place to get my nails done but after today I will never go here again ...

Worse nail salon I have ever gone to. I went in for a fill and to fix my pinkie nail that had been broken so I knew I would be paying for a fill and a fix. The guy somehow thought I wanted a new full set when I had specified a fill several times. He then broke the nail off my index finger, next to my broken pinkie nail that needed to be fixed when I told him again that I did not want a new set, I wanted a fill. He then started on my left hand with the machine to file down my nails a bit which he then cut me with it. He tried to play it off but then I started bleeding a lot and it began to hurt. I told him I need to wash my hands which he told me no. He grabbed a blue solution which I did not know what it was and he told me that would fix the bleeding which I told him no I need to wash my hands because I do not want to get an infection (you could tell he had not washed his tools since they sat me in the same seat seconds after he was done fixing another ladies nails). He told me no again and then I told him again that no, I need to wash my hands now and asked where the bathroom was which was where he began to role his eyes at me as if giving me attitude. Mind you, although I was mad, I did not raise my voice at him. After that, he put a napkin on my pinkie to stop the bleeding but he kept pressing on it so hard that I pulled my hand back because he was hurting me. He then began trying to take off the nail he had broken on my index finger where he hurt me even more and broke my real nail and proceeded to peal it off although some of the nail was attached to my skin which was hurting me even more. I told him about 7-10 times that he was hurting me on several occasions. At the end, he charged me for the nail he had broken and I asked if I could get a discount since he kept hurting me and made me bleed (a lot) which I was told no because accidents happen. I did not stick around to get my nails painted since I felt like I would cause a scene because of how mad I was so i just paid and left and told them if I got an infection i would be back. That was on 1.20.19 and it still hurts more today and my finger is very red and swollen. Never going back and do not recommend to anyone.

Worst and longest pedicure ever! He spent more time rubbing my calf then on my feet, they were not smooth at all. He cut me twice and didnt seem to care. I was hit my flying nails for the chair next to me and they just smiled. Looking around there were nails all over the place.

My mom used to go there all the time and they used to do amazing jobs. When she decided to get back into getting her nails done again she decided to go back to q nails again, and she took me. One time when we went the young lady helping me wouldnt listen to what I wanted and gave me a normal manicure, instead of acrylics like I wanted. Then she charged me for acrylics instead of a manicure. I went today a year later. And was this time helped by a middle aged gentleman. He was very rough with the filing and my fingers are sore from him tugging and aggressively filing. Also, I got black French tip acrylic nails but he didnt clean the base of my nail where there was still black and now its visible through the clear part and looks incredibly sloppy. Not to mention, at one point he got a small cut on his finger, because he was smearing small amounts of blood on my hands. It was revolting and unsanitary. Plus they over charge for everything, their sign says $25 for a full set but I was charged like $40. I will not be going back there.

This was the worst place I have ever went to get my nails done! Charged me 70$ for a fill and pedicure and they charged my sister in-law 50$ for a full set, they lie to there customers on pricing and wait time! Worst experience I’ve ever had! Don’t waste your money on them!

Lady doing my pedicure was away doing something else more than she was working on me. Did not file my nails and asked me about 10 times if I wanted a manicure. She didnt allow my nail polish to dry and it smeared. She spent less than 15 minutes on my $35 pedicure then didnt give me the correct change back. Dont go there. Had had better service elsewhere.

Paid $35 for the sloppiest French manicure-gel. The White was not painted solid, my hands didnt soak very long in the smallest amount of water, with both hands shoved in the bowl for less than 1 minute. I did not see that tools had been sanitized. They were in a pencil box with some sort of nail dust or powder in the bottom. Had to trim my cuticles back the same day, myself. I was visiting Spokane or I would go back and ask for my money back!

This place is terrible! Please save your money. I spent 25 dollars on a pedi care and she didn’t even trim my nails!! She didn’t even use the scrub brush. She spent 10 mins doing nothing. She acted like it was as her first time ever doing a pedicure. I’m honestly so disappointed. They are rude and don’t care about their customers! Save your money!

The only reason I’m even giving 1 star is because I can’t give a negative review..The only reason I came here was because my original place wasn’t open yet and I had to be at work and desperately needed a fill. She removes one nail that needed to be removed and said it would be $35 even though on the board it says fills were $20. She acted brand new the entire time doing my nails.. and everyone else that worked in the salon kept coming by to look over her shoulder.. I have been getting my nails done consistently every 2 weeks for over a year and not once has someone cut me... she cut me on 4 different fingers and then continued to squeeze my fingers with her sharp finger nails.. not only that but when she went to reapply the acrylic she completely missed a corner of my nail and in order to fix it she had to file it down so much it’s a completely different shape than the rest of my nails.I came in an hour and 45 min before my shift and it took her over an hour to do a fill!!I was charged way too much money for how bad my nails look and for how bad they hurt! I should have read the reviews before even coming into this place...I guess it was a lesson learned.. I will never again be impatient when it comes to getting my nails done!

I have never posted an online review because there has never been a place that has really made me annoyed enough to waste the energy. However, this is one or the worst nail salons Ive been to. Right off the bat, my manicurist was eating at her station, which I found unsanitary. That alone led to me having my head on a swivel, noticing the grime around the salon. I had three layers of glitter nail polish on my hands and because of the waiting customers, I would assume, she seemed annoyed to have to take extra time to remove my polish and did not remove it all the way. The hand massage was nonexistent and she just painted over the existing nail polish that she did not remove all the way. Im honestly not one to nitpick but goodness, $14 for a manicure? Ive gotten amazing service for $9 elsewhere. I will add that they did not have a great selection of traditional nail polish, as compared to other places Ive been to around Spokane. Not a happy customer today.

Will never go back they chewed up my fingers with the drills. Really sloppy painting job. The lady kept falling asleep while filing my nails. And she pretty much forced me to get a color when all I wanted was just my colored tips to stay the way they were. Worst experience ever!!!

I came in pretty late about 6:45 and the evening and was out of there with a full set done and dried and ready to go by 7:30, that young lady that helps me was very fast polite and spoke good English she understood what I wanted and didnt try to tell me I wanted something different which always seems to happen at a lot of nail shops.

This was by far the worst experience at a nail salon. The acrylic was so far down my nail I could hav easily gotten a fill, the nail shape wasnt what I asked for, the polish was sloppy and I have spaces that dont have polish at all, and the nails were extremely thick. When I went in for them to fix it the lady that did my nails tried to file my nails basically on top of her current client. Honestly giving them a one star is a compliment for them.

We will be reporting it to the Better business bureau. My wife had her nail done and they use some illegal glue or powder for her nails and almost 4 weeks later they still wont come of. Her nails are braking cause we have to pull the fake nail off hard. Dont go there.

Ive been twice. both times was around 7pm. first time the nails looked ok. second time she ripped my old nails off to put new ones on it hasnt even been 24 hours and I hate them. the older lady did mine last night. my fingers hurt really bad. they are uneven they look terrible sloppy sloppy nails. I paid 48 dollars to have crap on my hands.... not happy at all.... but my nails hurt too bad to go back and ask them to be redone..... not going to go here again.

Poor customer service and dude charged me $20 extra because he put gel polish on after I said just regular polish(come to find out gel polish is only supposed to be $15!). If I could give 0 stars I would.

They were awful to my kids over charged them and then when they complained about the bad job they were very rude and disrespectful. Refused to give them the name of the manager or owner told them that they needed to leave. Also had another customer in the store screaming at my kids. Will never go back to this place. My son even went to get security and he was told needed to contact the owner. So no help there.

Absolutely love this place! Never walk out disappointed. Vivian is my all time favorite

Love this place, but seems to be there always rushing to get my nails done when I come in. Felt like I almost had my finger nail ripped off. I got black acrylic tips and paid $40. Thought that was pretty expensive for basic nails. Plus they really want tips buuuuuut for what work? They need to be more detailed and pay a little more attention to your customer its your job not a hobby. been coming here for a couple years but dont know if Ill be back this time

Wish that I could give this nail salon 0 Stars! I have never been to this salon before. I stopped in for a new set while there on a business trip. Instead of soaking my nails they ripped off my nails! I did not look up their reviews ahead of time, I wish I did! They were rude, and a very aggressive while handling my hands. I was in pain most of the time having to keep telling them that they were hurting me!! I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Does ok nails but they rip u off and over charge u. Some of the ladys dont even speak English and they do what they want and dont listen or fix what u ask them. Only good person there is v. Go to Visa nails way better cheaper and way bigger selection of colors.

My French tips look really nice but there is a stain on one of the white things and it hurt so bad. Its also really pricy also the person who did my nails was kinda rude. She hurt me so bad and it made me start crying. So what did she do? She laughed at me and made everyone else laugh.

Worse place I have ever gone to have pedi!!! They have sign saying 20.00 which included a nail polish change only to have anything extra you have to pay!! They will hand you a sheet of paper for the extras and act pissed if you dont want anything extra!!! Very rude and impossible to understand!!! Also watch your credit card they will charge you double!! My bank taking action!! Please do not go there!! Go anyplace but not there. They are after your money and will steal from you if you dont catch it!!! Watch your credit card!!

I normally get threaded at brow arch, but they were Mia. Waxing is always a bad experience with me but this was terrible. She waxed the same place three times, giving me a herpes like wound. Lol I had to ask her for a tweezer cause she was too old to see the small hairs. I feel like she waxed around my mouth, and on my chin cause thats all she knows. It wasnt like she actually looked where my hair was 😂 I dont have a beard yet.

Worst experience Ive had. The acrylic set looks so ridiculous that I got done yesterday and they over charged me! It said $30 on their sign which I also paid for my sister getting her eyebrows done that was $10 so it should have totaled to a little over $40 after tax but got charged $55! thanks for stealing and giving yourself a tip without my permission. Also would like to add in that my sister was supposed to pay for her own waxing but they automatically it on my bill without asking first. They just looked at me like I was stupid so I walked out.

45$ for a set and color. Loac did a really nice job but some of the edges are still pretty sharp. I didnt want to go back so I filed them myself.

Really impressed with how great my nails are but my moms pedicure was aweful.. the lady was rude and rough

Was ok. Little thicker than I prefer & the tips were quite a bit wider than my actual nails. I probably wont go back.

Just got mani pedi, polish all over, no shaping, or filing and paid 65.00. I would have paid 35 at my usual for an awesome job. I should of waited. I always regret going here.

If there was a zero star I would. Had my nails done at q nails. Honestly my nails look better before I went in then the results after.

Went in on a whim to get a pedicure, was talked in to paying more for gels because they would last longer less than 24 hours later one toe is already naked. I live out of town and refuse to drive back to get it fixed. They would not even do a partial refund. Never going back!
