I absolutely love Natalie and everyone who works with her, they are all so kind, passionate and funny. They do great work every time I go in. If you are considering them for mani, pedi, or acrylics you really cannot go wrong!

I took my 88yr old client in to get a manicure. First time for her at Spa Jonathan. It is a family run business. The lady (unfortunately, I dont recall her name) that did her manicure was super nice and friendly. She mixed colors to come up with one that was perfect for my client. She even did her nails at no extra charge. Nice atmosphere and we both sat in a massage chair. Pleasant experience. Ill be taken her back!!

Spa Jonathan did an amazing job with my 88-year-old mom! I wanted a special treat for Mom and Natalie made her feel like a queen while giving her beautiful toes and nails...I havent seen Mom this happy and pleased in weeks. Thank you!!

Natalie always does an amazing job and is always so friendly and talkative. We often go here in small groups for pedicures and I go every month to get my nails filled. Would definitely recommend over any salon in Spokane for nails, toes, fills, etc. Almost everyone Ive met there is regular to her salon because she does such a fantastic job ❤️

This place is so amazing they are all very sweet and make you feel at home and comfortable! they have done a terrific job on my nails every time i have gone! words can’t explain how dedicated they are to taking there time and making sure you love the out come! you 100% pay for what you get and it’s a great steal.

Took my mom to go get her nails and a pedicure done on April 2nd, and my mom being a nail tech is super picky, but she was willing to give this place a try. We have no regrets. We absolutely love this place and will be going back. It’s now May 9th, even with my ridiculous amount of grow out I have, my nails are still on!!! I live two hours away or I would have a standing appointment with the folks of Spa Jonathan. The entire time they talk to YOU!!! We absolutely love these guys and I can’t wait to go see them again.

The best place Ive ever gotten my nails done! The technician who did my nails was super nice and funny, and was able to do a custom design I wanted from a picture I found. The price is a little high but its worth it!

There are no signs posted containing the prices of their services. So, you never know for what and how much you are being charged. I was always charged more than the other customers for what appeared to be the same services others received. They only want cash payment, which is very suspicious, and even have an ATM to which they steer customers. Of course there is an ATM fee. I usually had to wait past my set appointment time. My fingernail cuticles were always ripped and were sore after a fill. After getting a pedicure the lady put bleach into the water before I could get clear of the droplets. My $50 black pants were ruined and she did not care. Cleanliness is an issue especially on the tables.

I’ve been to many places all over spokane (north side, valley, south hill, etc) and none of them have been as good as Spa Jonathan. They’re consistently good and worth their value. They take time on your nails to make sure you like them, and really have the skill to do whatever you want... ombre, gems, designs...My friend even went here for her wedding nails.

My favorite nail salon to go to! Natalie is so sweet and puts effort into forming relationships with her clients. I always look forward to going to see her for my acrylics! Really quality product and work done here. Highly recommend!

Got just what I wanted and everyone is so nice and funny!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my visit. The main nail tech was very sweet and personable, but the services were less than satisfactory. Just a quick rub down my legs was their version of a massage during my pedicure and my nail tech rushed through my shellac manicure leaving me with a thick and uneven polish application. I was also disappointed when she filed down my nail length beyond my wishes. FYI, they are CASH/CHECK ONLY if you decide to visit.

By far - the best nail salon I have ever used in 30 years of getting my nails done in different parts of the country. As previous reviews have stated, the service is EXCELLENT. My nails look great every time. Doing nails well is something of an artistic skill; not everyone who does nails has great technique. It may be more expensive, but the QUALITY of their work is fabulous. My nails look beautiful every time - and they last longer than when I go to less expensive salons. Bonus: Jonathan is a hoot. Its obvious he loves people - he creates a relationship with his customers. Go and enjoy. Youll be glad you did!

I always love my nails when I go to Jonathan’s. They pay attention to detail and customers are treated like family. After going to a few nail salons around town I found Jonathans. I won’t go anywhere else now. The salon is always clean and they offer so many options for nails.

This place is incredible, the owner is super funny, I dont think Ive ever laughed so much at a nail salon and he really cares about his customers. The other gal that was working there too had a awesome sense of humor as well. The shop was very clean and very welcoming. As a former nail technician I can confidently tell you, this place is terrible.I had to stop the technician from using the dremel tool on my toenails. There is NO reason someone should ever use a dremel tool on natural nails, other than laziness. She also dropped a tool on the floor and picked it up and continued using it. My gel polish pedicure lasted two weeks. I’ve given and received gel pedicures that lasted months.There was no cuticle work done on my manicure. My acrylic nails were too thick, uneven, and poorly shaped. I should have taken pictures first, but I took a file to them as soon as I got home. When I pointed out to the tech that one thumb nail was noticeably longer than the other, she argued with me. When I got home, I noticed two other fingernails were noticeably longer than those on the other hand. The acrylics were lifting after a week.They had obviously over scheduled themselves, and by the end of our appointments the two techs were juggling me, my mother, and 3 other people. The manicure tables weren’t wiped down and covered in nail dust and clippings. They ran bleach water in the jets for less than a minute after our pedicures (it takes 20 minutes with bleach water for jets to be properly sanitized.) The whole thing was rushed. I’ll never go back.

Ive been coming here since Jonathan opened this salon. Its the only place I come to as they know my nails and do a great job every time. Jonathan and Natalie are always friendly, and I always leave having had a good laugh. I recommended Jonathans to all my friends, and am always getting compliments on my nails. Always can expect great service and great looking nails.The experience was and always is great.

Let me be honest about this place. Jonathan is a very honest business owner who takes pride in his work for obvious reasons. He treats clients like family and makes sure everyone gets what they want. It was my first time in and he gave me exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be back to get them redone. This place is fantastic! I have never had a good experience at any other salon in the past. .. I came to Jonathans and am thrilled about what a great experience it was! By far the cleanest nail spa I have ever seen. I am beyond satisfied with my gorgeous nails. I would highly recommend this place!

The finished result was ok. But the lady was either on the phone or talking to someone the WHOLE time. She was very distracted and was hardly paying attention to what she was doing. She was to call her other customers in, instead of paying attention to the one thats already there. Also, I got over charged. They changed me $10 extra just for a top coat to make my nails shiny. It took way too long because she was too busy talking so I was late for work. Not impressed with this place at all.

Natalie is the best brow artist I’ve ever been to, just a simple waxing but she makes my eyebrows look amazing. I’ve had many bad waxing experiences with other salons around town but once I started going here a year ago I’ll never get my eyebrows waxed anywhere else! Even more expensive places don’t do it this good. I’m going back in today and I’m so excited!

The newest and greatest in technique and finish is what you will get from Jonathans Nails. Ravy and Jonathan are so particular to detail and will make sure you are happy with your nails or pedicure before you walk out the door. My nails last a whole month before I need a fill and I am very hard on my nails. Whatever the holiday or special occasion my nails look amazing.

Jonathans is hands down the best salon in Spokane. Meticulous with his work, funny and welcoming and he will try to get you in no matter what.Do not expect mall prices at Jonathans but do not expect mall quality either. He wont let you leave until you are satisfied with the results.My nails can easily go 4-5 weeks between visits and even more. A broken nail is not a problem; just show up and he will fix it.No other salon in town gets my business; only Jonathans!This is The Cuban, Jonathan!

I went to Jonathans to get a gel manicure prior to my wedding as a trial of sorts to see how long it would last for me and get a feel for the design I wanted. I dont know if it was just the luck of the draw with the girl who did my nails but I did not have a good experience. I asked for American tips and the girl had to ask another employee about what that was. The other employee said they didnt have the right nail polish to do American tips but they could do French. So I picked out a nail polish color that I thought was going to be the base for the French tips. I asked for half a flower, starting on the bottom left of the nail, and offered to show a picture but the girl wasnt interested in seeing. So I figured she knew what I was asking for.Now when I am getting a manicure I want more than just a manicure. I want attentiveness and a pampered feeling. I did not feel pampered. I do not want to have to tell the manicurist that she only filed the nails on one of my hands.I walked out of the place with no French tips, just a plain base and a whole flower that was very sloppily done where my French tips should have been. I have been to salons that charged half this amount and ended up with very nicely done flowers complete with leaves and color variation. These were basically white dots with a blue gem in the middle with tiny white sloppy dots around them. I wish I could share a picture. My hands were also super dry and didnt look any better after the manicure. I expect a little cuticle oil or at least lotion when Im paying $45 for a manicure.Needless to say, I will not be returning to have my bridal nails done here.

I absolutely love going to Natalie to get my nails done. My sister and I get them done every month. Natalie recognizes ​my sisters voice on the phone before my sister can tell say her name. The designs are beautiful and exactly what we ask for. The price is a little more but you get what you pay for. I took my 8 year old niece and my 10 and 12 year old nephews here to get their first pedicures and they had a great time. I usually get bored with fake nails after about 3 months but with designs Natalie and Jonathan do Ive been getting my nails done for almost a year.

I absolutely loved the ladies here and would recommend this spa to anyone. My nail tech was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Which, I personally feel is very rare at nail salons.. moving forward she was very proficient. Love my nails.The one thing that I did expect thigh, was for my cuiticals to be cut, when I paid for not only nail extension and gel polish, but a mani as well, and part of a mani is getting your cuiticals and nails cut. I should have spoke up, but didnt, so I guess thats kind of on me, but I did pay $65 so.. that was my only disappointment.

UNBELIEVABLE service. Its sad to say but most nail techs dont take the time to really listen to what you want. Jonathan Nails is seriously the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I didnt feel rushed at all, and they talked with me the whole way through the manicure. I hadnt had gel or acrylic in over 10 years so I didnt really know what I was doing. Jonathan and his staff were not only helpful...they were excited! He knew every person that came in by name and cracked me up with his stories and witty personality. They are a little more expensive than other salons but believe me...its worth it. He said if ANYTHING goes wrong with my nails or if I decide I dont like them, just give him a call and hed fix it.I wish more people would write reviews....because this place got PACKED. It felt like a family in there. He was makin everyone laugh. I love supporting people who love what they do and do it well! I will never go to another nail salon in Spokane. JONATHAN is it.

I am really surprised this nail salon is rated as high as it is.... I have to admit I was impressed when I walked in, however, the longer, 4 hours, I was there, the worse it got. We were there for a wedding and it was very unorganized. I later found out that the owner owns another salon in which I was very Surprised he did not close and have ALL STAFF at this location. There were approximately 12 girls plus the mother of the bride, in which she was made to wait until the end of day... I was told my existing nails were horrible and that they needed to come off. My existing nails were not horrible, given that I had just had them done prior to traveling to Spokane. I paid..,194.00 for me and my friend for full sets and pedicures....I was told Jonathan nails last 3 weeks and this is NOT the case....I had my nails done on June 17, 2016 and it is now June 27, 2016 and I am heading to Dallas tomorrow and begging my step mom to get me in a nail salon....10 days..... I truly believe that he is in it for the money only....and not the client....The icing on the cake.... He scolded the Bride for bringing in to many people.... And I asked if I could leave a tip on the credit card.... The young lady said I could not but there was an ATM down the street and I could bring cash back....WHAT THE F.......

I went with my daughters on Mothers Day... Never thought Id be spending 4 hours there!!! We were way overcharged. The prices posted were no where near what we were charged. The acrylic nails and the pedicure were the worst Ive ever had. Sure he says he guarantees his work and will fix them... But after the 4 hours Im not willing to give him anymore of my time. If the first time going there they were this bad what would it be like going to have things fixed. Hes rude to his customers... Talking about them while they are still in his salon. He is by far not the best in Spokane... Hes close to the worst.

Jonathan Nail Salon & Spa uses the best products and it is always a fun experience. I have tried numerous nail salons and break a nail within a week. I have been going to Jonathans for several years. I drive from Republic to get my nails done. They dont only look great but they last and I have no problems with breaking. I have watched Johnathon work on grandmothers, mothers and daughters. I believe three generations returning for service speaks for its self. There are so many colors to choose from and the product he uses is the best.

It was my first time at this salon. Pedicures cost $20 at all express nail salons, this place charges $32. I figured it must be much nicer. The owner was joking that all positive Facebook reviews were given $5 off, now actually think he wasnt kidding. Horrible sevice. Your $32 pedicure is basically a nail polish change and youll have to ask for base coat. They didnt understand why would I ask for base coat. Pedicure lasted max 15 minutes, no work done on your feet. None. I think all the 5 star reviews are fake. Theres no way people actually go back to this place.

I called JONATHAN nails in SPOKANE WASHINGTON to see about getting 4 pedicures for my birthday with my sisters and mom, he said word for word hold on I have someone more important and proceeds to talk to some customers saying oh you like your nail, you pay a lot of money!!!! then says Ok hello, I said I had been there before for a pedicure for my sisters wedding (even with a reservation we were not able to sit together or get our pedicures at the same time) I wanted to know we would be able to all be seen at the same time if I made a reservation and if they offered add-ons like hot stones or a deluxe pedicure, he said, if you have been here before you should know what we offer!!! He was so rude and abrupt with me I am super offended and will never step foot in there again, That is not how you treat customers!

I have not been to your salon in years but after reading the reviews I must say I think you are not only amazing but you have a true gift for caring about your business and product....I say this as I just had a terrible experience at regal nail salon I went in and asked for gel nail polish the lady cut my nails off they were so short I was in tears I dont like acrylic nails...I was hoping if they painted them they would look better but that just wasnt the case when done I told her I had no problem paying for my daughters but I didnt feel I should have to pay for mine she told me she did a service and I had to pay and the polish bubbled and she said its ok I can fix that but she cant make my nails long again....needless to say I paid but will never be back and shared with all my friends. When I got in touch with the Corprate office they talked to the owner who did not want to reach out to me personally and offered $10 off I was seriously offended they can keep there $10.....Im so happy to see how you handle your business! Im just sorry we didnt come to your place!!!! We will be seeing you in the future and the best part is its based off how you handle complaints not the 5 star reviews! I love to see honest people doing honest work!

I went to Jonathans on Mothers Day with my mom and sister. Bad choice. This was the most expensive, worst quality pedicure and acrylic fill Ive ever had. My mom and sister both got colored acrylic and were unhappy with theirs as well. The corner of my thumbnail broke off the next day and the designs got ruined the next day, too. The pedicure I got lasted only 10-15 minutes and my heels were rough the very same day. I went back 2 days later to get my nail fixed and Jonathan didnt remember me. We were at his salon for FOUR HOURS on Mothers Day (we even had an appointment!!) and spent a total of $265!! When I came back Jonathan gave me a hard time, saying that hes never seen a nail break there in all of his 18 years experience. I work on a computer so Im not hard on my nails at all. The nail broke due to his poor craftsmanship. I will never return to Jonathans Nail Salon. I was very disappointed because the reviews I read were so good.

Best nail salon in Spokane and the best quality acrylics I have ever had.

This was my first time coming to the salon over the weekend and other than the staff being able to get me in without an appointment, I wasnt impressed to say the least. I wanted gell on my nails and toes, but found it difficult to choose a color because there werent many to pick from. During all pedicures Ive received in the past Im use to being given different types to choose from I wasnt here. I normally at other places choose the delux so I can get the full experience of relaxing. However here I wasnt relaxed I was probably in and out of the pedi chair in less than 10 mins (without toes painted) the lady painted my toes as she sat on the ground under her nail desk while my finger nails were drying. I thought this was very odd and asked if she would like for me to go sit in the pedi chair to make it easier on her, but she replied No youre fine here. Once at home I noticed the bottoms of my feet were still rough and I had pink polish on the sides of my feet (not smudged from my toes)However, the staff was very friendly so Thank You for that!
