Great place. They always have enough staff to get a walk-in appointment right away (within 15 minutes, usually much less, is my experience). The polish they use for gel nails cures hard and lasts a long.

This place is amazing. My only complaint is that theyre sooo busy, theres a significant wait, even with an appt. That said, they do a phenomenal job and if youre willing to be there awhile, its worth it

I needed someone good and not far from home. I asked my bride where she went because her nails were perfect, and she said they were never painful. So far Ive been their twice. She was right

They charged $48 for a Full set with 2 nails having a snake painted on. My daughter left there with 6 - YES 6 crooked nails ! She had Katie -On the upside when I called they offered for her to come back to fix but after the horrible work I rather take her somewhere else -She knew they looked bad why would you let her walk out of there looking like that uuug - she is a teenager so she didn’t want to disrespect a adult by addressing the workI would not recommend at all

I go here every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done, I usually never have a problem yesterday I when in to get 3 nails repaired and the guys that my nails was one of the rudest nail tech ever keep hurting and didn’t say anything just keep going! Also he did a totally different shape then my other hand so disappointed! We Pay what we do so the can do ours nails how we ask but he seriously didn’t even say a word to me or asked what i wanted I have my nail tech that does my nails there every time I go and his one of the best (Dang) he was busy yesterday so I understand but I seriously don’t know if I wanna go back after yesterday!

In general this is an amazing place. However I have noticed lately that certain ladies are incredibly rough.

I came in for my birthday 🥳!! I never go to the nail salon, like never. That being said my feet and hands are pretty bad she did nothing for my rough heal there was still dirt under my toes and finger nails she never used any nail polish remover to get the old polish of barley filed, my nails are still jagged! Remind you this costed me 83 dollars! Not cool! The only reason my toes even look good is because u can’t see the dirt u see them since there paint!

Super rude, selections for regular nail polish is very limited and all I wanted was light pink. Honestly, the worst pedicure experience I have ever had 👎👎

The guy I had do my nails was actually pretty effecient with his work. He made no mess ups. I originally tried 2 other places... But they were not for me. Definitely coming here again

I have been with Foxy Nails for nearly 30 years and not once have I had problems with products, services or otherwise. They offer a huge variety of services and Every technician is highly trained. The owner, Stephanie, is a lash wizard! Every facet of this business is excellent! After testing a few other similar businesses I can positively state that they are the best I have ever worked with and I highly recommend Foxy Nails to one and all.

This is my third experience at Foxy, every time except this has been lovely. Once girl was doing my nails then traded me off to another guy so she could do nail art. When he was finishing shaping my nails he was filing them so quickly and aggressively he cut my fingers, put nail glue on the cut and kept going like nothing happened. He also drilled my cuticles off, which also drilled the skin on my actual finger off, which hurt so bad. I love Foxy, but only go to a nail technician you know, otherwise you might get an awful and painful experience.

We called ahead to make sure they could take us, but when we showed up we had to wait over 30 minutes for them to even start a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. For the pedicure, the worker criticized my friend for cutting her toenails herself. For the manicure, the lady was very rushed. She didn’t even take all of the old polish off my nails, so when she was done, there was old blue polish showing through the new pink. Also, they now require you to pay $3 for a set of files and buffs for you to bring back to be used only on your nails supposedly to prevent infection. This doesn’t make any sense as they take almost no other COVID precautions- no one is wearing a mask, even when they are close to other people. They should also be using brand new nail files and buffs for each client anyway! On top of all this, the lady used her own (clearly used) nail file on my nails as well.

Not long wait for walkin & staff is SUPER nice!! I definitely recommend!! Did a fabulous job on my nails!!

The nail technician who sits in spot 11 had a little bit of an attitude today. I wasn’t the only one that she snapped at. When I asked her to file my nails ballerina style nails she didn’t acknowledge that I said anything so when I asked for the second time she looked at me and said “I know” in a snarky tone.. And then as she was filing them six times she burned me with the drill and actually made me bleed on my thumb. Her nail art is beautiful but the pain and the attitude or not worth it.

Front desk guy was nice. Lady who did my nails was super rude, impatient, just felt like I was an inconvenience. For paying them to do my nails. Then get a pedicure. Super rough, didn’t cut toe nails super rushed. I’m just super upset with the service o got allAround for a business that’s credited so highly in Spokane I’ll never go again. I only came here cause Jonathan’s was full up for the day. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Its a brave new world with COVID. They are talking all precautions. Everyone is masked, they have you wash your hands, take your temperature and there are plastic barriers everywhere. They really are going above and beyond! Much appreciated 💚

Awful experience! Lady that did my toes, I just wanted a color only, she kept telling me I needed a pedi.. and wanted me to change to a darker color!! And charged me $65 for a fill and color!! Will not go back!!

Pretty good place. Except I wish they could do better on the painting of the nails. And maybe when doing the nails wouldnt answer their phones.

I called ahead of time knowing that most nail salon are busy on Saturdays. I asked how long for two pedicures and they said 30 minutes (4pm appt), took my name and I arrived at 4:03. I came in saying I had an appointment for 2 under my name at 4 and an employee said 30 minutes, you wait. I clarified again that I had an appointment and without any ounce of politeness said 30 minutes wait. I was looking forward to trying their service but guaranteed I will not come back and try again.

They do alright nails and have a wide variety of colors. Did have a bad experience when there the gentleman was real nice and was had no sympathy to when I said it hurt. That was my experience at least

I used to go to foxy nails all the time and I would always ask for Steven because he was the only person who could do my nails and make them look good. The last time I went to foxy nails the lady messed them up so bad and wouldn’t listen when I asked for something fixed so Steven offered to fix them the next day. I started going to a different nail salon that always got my nails perfect.I went back to foxy nails because it’s closer to me now and I asked for almond nails but more of a rounded tip and they were so lopsided and just looked wonky with weird curves everywhere. the lady didn’t listen to me when I told her they were crooked or not symmetrical it was just a mess. One side of the nail was straight the other side looked like half a circle. Anyway I told her so many times what to fix that eventually I just said F it and let her finish them paid and left. My nails look like a toddler did them and I don’t think I will go back to them again because they never end good.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They are so very rough... they cut me too many times to count I would keep telling them they are hurting me and they just would not be gentle... nails and tonsils were nothing how I wanted, very poor business and the workers are so disrespectful. Disappointed!

Foxy Nails and Spa was very excellent! They took great care of me with wonderful service and nails. I cant wait to go back!

I’ve been to Foxy Nails a number of times in the past. I’ve had great service. This time, not at all. The pedicurist was very unhappy he got stuck with me. He rushed my pedicure and polish and treated me poorly. I was very disappointed.

The staff is very soft spoken. The inside of the salon is a bit cramped. Am I pleased with the services for the amount of money I spent there? Not really.

The lady who did my nails was very sloppy and rude rushed me and yelled at me because I didn’t want to pay $5 extra for gel when I asked for a regular manicure. Do not recommend.

Not great. Got charged over 100$ for basic gel pedi and mani..... no design or anything so not sure how it was that expensive. Will just go to my regular place next time. Vanity nails on pines is BEST place in spokane and have never been charged that much at that location even for a much better quality job.

I do not usually post reviews and do not post negative reviews by any means however, my experience with this nail salon today was horrible. I do not know if I just happen to have went in on the wrong day and I want to give the benefit of the doubt but it was the worst experience I have had at a nail salon.I called ahead and was scheduled for two fills and one full set. The full set my friend got ended up looking horrible, my other friends fill didnt even get started until almost both of us were done with our nails which is pretty frustrating when you schedule to all get them done at the same time while half the staff is hanging out in the back.My fill was the most painful fill I have ever gotten. She was incredibly mean to me, yelling at me multiple times, to not watch her work, to quit moving, to not be on my phone, etc. While she is hurting me by jamming her fingernail into the sides of my nail, ultimately making me bleed, shes telling me to relax and not move. I tell her shes hurting me and her response was it should hurt a bit but actually no it shouldnt. She was making me bleed and wanted me to relax at this point I was shaking and in turn getting told to quit shaking. She was rude, unprofessional, in a hurry, and overall painful. But hey, the nails turned out good.

The acrylics are pretty but the pedicures are either great or not good. I visited because I really needed a pedicure. I should have waited for my regular shop. I keep getting a person that cuts my toenails too short.

You dont always get what you asked for, also they rush sometimes but its sometimes pretty good and its a good price. Like this last time they did great, they were $40, shaped good, paint was even and i love them. Its been like 3 weeks so thats why they are grown out. There is also a picture of them when i first got them and my friends nails when she got them done.

They make you buy the files and buffer and claims that it’s so there’s no sharing of the buffer and files because of COVID but they shouldn’t have been sharing any files in the first place, you don’t go to a hair salon and be expected to buy scissors so why make us buy them. I suggest my usual place vanity or Valentino nails in the valley.

Foxy nails is my go-to place for a fast and beautiful manicure and pedicure. I have never been disappointed with the quality and efficiency. The staff are all great and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic place! My Fiancee and I had Pedicures done together. The sisters, Tina and Jenny, did a great job! My feet feel AWESOME Jenny, Thank you! . . . Tina did a wonderful job putting polish on my Fiancees toes and fingernails.

Was always good until it wasnt. Went there for three years strait, always the same pointy gel nails excellently done for $35-$40. Today a girl talked me taking taking them off and plain gel mani, $35 for short boring nails, this is where you lose a customer🤔

Was disappointed in the extra charges. My nails were not what I asked for. I asked for almond shape, got round tip. Asked for dip powder and got acrylic dip. Having to pay for a bag of files and buffers just for it not to be taken out of the services. I will definitely not be going back next time I come visit.

They are super rude here. My son likes to have a manicure when he comes with me to a salon. I see nothing wrong with a child wanting their nails cleaned. They refused because he was a boy. This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to! The woman who was assigned to do my nails was clearly not wanting to be at work today! She talked to her coworkers in their own language (not English) while she was putting on her apron and preparing to work for better than 5 minutes. When she finally sat down to work on my nails she didn’t acknowledge me or even ask what I wanted done. She grabbed my hand and was going to start working before I had told her what I wanted and asked her how much the service would cost. She then told me a fill was $30. The sign out front says a fill is $19.99. I asked her why the disparity, it’s because I previously had gel polish on my nails. Then she said it was an additional $5.00 for shaping. And another $8.00 if I wanted flowers.All in all she was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I got up and left. I will never darken their door again.

Its the only place I go to get my eye brows waxed. They just pay close attention to detail every time. I usually NEVER have to wait.

Christina is a saint...feet total winter horror show and she did an amazing job with my pedicure! Wanted to leave her a fifty dollar tip because she was so effective, efficient and didnt flinch when I pulled out my wolverine feet. Scotty is also amazing and personable. My companion had great work done too!

Last time I was their one lady did my sisters acrylic nails all wrong they did not look nice and shiny but more like shiny and lumpy. Other than that my nails looked amazing!

The person that did my nails was named Daniel. He has rude and extremely rough. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10yrs and have never had it hurt the way it did when he did them. They need to get more friendly people that know how to treat customers.

Im disabled and they are very respectful, nice and helpful to me. They always give me a great pedicure. Oh forgot to mention they are very friendly and all around good people.

I am extremely disappointed in the service i received at Foxy Nails. I got a pedicure and it was very rushed and painful to say the least and overpriced for the services I received. I will not be back.

The good news is they are reasonably priced and have good setup... floor plan. I recently went to get waxed, was sent back to the room. After waiting 5 mins i left. No one noticed. I will only go back if i cant find somewhere else to go

They used to be great. Now when you go in they rush you. I sat for half an hour at a station while the woman took lunch. The. She was rude and did a horrible job. Ive never had this happen here. Theyre usually great, though today I left so upset and they look terrible. Even the polish has chipped away. So I wont be going back.

My girlfriend went here to get a gel manicure, and roughly 3 hours later one nail had already peeled off. The next morning, another nail peeled off. The manicure felt rushed and the texture of all nails looked bubbly when finished. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I felt rushed. I came for a pedicure and the employee raced through the process with zero interaction with me. I asked for a basic manicure as well, no gel, nothing but taking care of my nails and cuticles. It was done at the pedicure station, my nails were clipped, very roughly filed, minimal cuticle care and I had to ask twice for clear nail polish. She was going to leave them unpolished. I have had to file my own nails at home to get them smooth. I wont be returning

A friend and I went in to get a fill. The first guy who did it, was very friendly, did a decent job...It was my fault for not asking to get my acrylics shortened...I also did not like the color that I had chosen. I went back in about 30 minutes later and asked for my nails to be shortened and re-painted and the lady who ended up shortening my nails...(another lady shortened 2 of them and then got up and left without a word and I never saw her again) was probably one of the snottiest ladies that has ever done my nails. Once she was done shortening them up, she grabbed the same nail polish color I already had on, and before she started painting, I asked if i could chose a different color. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me the rudest look I have ever received. Personally, I didnt think that it would be such a big deal. Me being the person I am, not wanting conflict, told her never mind, that the color was fine. She then started painting my nails with no hesitation. I will not be coming back, and I highly do NOT recommend Foxy Nails to anyone.

Very disappointed with my experience at Foxy nails. Made an appointment for 1 gel manicure and one regular manicure. Waste of time making an appointment because multiple walk ins got to go ahead of me. I said several times that my cousin didnt get gel nails, and they did it anyways. Both of our gel manicures had fuzz in them, and were very bumpy. After a few days they are already cracking. AND I she out purple on my nails when I picked out a light pink. She did not changed it when I said it wasnt right. A waste on $60. Wish I could get a refund.

This place is horrible! The guy that did my manicure was super rough and cut my finger not to mention while he was filing it down with the electric file thing it felt like it was burning. Definitely WILL NOT be going back to this place.

Danny has no idea what he’s doing, I’d say gel and he does just nail polish. I wanted to keep my length but he said “okay okay” and filed it way to much, my nails aren’t long anymore, and he filed them unevenly. It looks like a five year old did my nails. It’s bumpy and and looks like I need a fill. The biggest part that bugs me is the fact that my nails are not the same length.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! This place deserves negative 5 stars! Came in with my wife to get us a pedicure, and the guy at the front desk rushed us to be seated. The seats were uncomfortable and the lady seemed to not care. There stuff you can tell is not getting sanitized or even clean. The lady did my feet and barely scrubbed the bottom. When they were doing the rubbing they never used any lotion and moved there hands up and down SUPER FAST seeming like to hurry us up and move on like we were just a number. When done I nicely explained that we were unhappy with the fact that this pedicure was not EVER a pedicure and all the things that were not done, and asked for the manager, told her and she said that we are trying to SCAM THEM! THANKS, AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF WAS THREATENING TO CALL THE POLICE ON US! REALLY???? I would seriously reconsider making this decision as this is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO SIT THERE AND BLAMES THE CUSTOMER IS JUST WRONG. I will be REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

As a lifelong wearer of acrilic nails I have been to several salons over the years and foxy nails is the best in Spokane! Stephanie and Quinn are the best and they always fit my elderly mother and I in at the same time.

I went there yesterday to get my nails done and I love them!!! Tonight at our school, is Prom and Im so happy that I went there to get my nails done, they arent over-priced at all. And they make sure that what your getting is what you want... Im glad I got told about this place and this is where Im definitely going in the future next time I need them done.😍😍😘😆

Went in to get my eye brows waxed and the service was very smooth and welcoming. I decided to get my lip done as well and was surprised to pay only $13 for my eye brows and lip! Such great service and prices. I highly recommend!
