I have been going to the salon for quite a while now. I go every two weeks and have been a good customer. Ive not had any issues. When I called yesterday to see about making an appointment, the man on the phone said that he would not make an appointment for me if I was unsure if I could make the time that was available. I told him I would call him right back and let him know, as I had another appointment at that time and I was going to see what I could make work. He said he would still not make an appointment for me. I understand this, as Im sure they have many people make appointments and then not show up. I was very politely trying to explain to him that I understood and that would be fine I would just call back, but he continued to talk over me while raising his voice and then just hung up the phone on me. It was very bizarre and rude. I tried to call back to schedule an appointment for a time that I was sure would work for me and he wouldnt answer the phone. I then went into the salon in person and explained that I understood his policy and felt like he was rude on the phone and I didnt appreciate it. He continued to be dismissive and when I asked if I could make an appointment he said he would not make an appointment for their salon. As someone who has been a good customer there and someone who was not being rude or confrontational I was completely surprised at how incredibly rude and dismissive he was. Based off my experience yesterday, I will not be returning nor will the other multiple people that Ive referred to their salon. Its important to give support to businesses that care about customers. Clearly this Salon does not.

We went here so that my daughter could get her nails done. She is 10 years old. I dont really do that sort of thing but you know I respect people that choose to have claws on their hands. You do you, you know? Having weapons on the ends of your fingers isnt really a bad thing in this day and age. *Finger guns*Any who... The woman that did my daughters nails was very polite and though very quiet she made my daughter feel comfortable. And my daughter was very happy with what she got. My daughter wanted an ombre. Meaning she wanted purple flowing into a natural color on her nails which kind of confused me a little because thats basically my hair...but okay, you know, a little bit flattered but also a little bit confused.... 🤔Anyway I digress. Its not easy to make a shy 10 year old feel comfortable in a salon situation and they did and did it with ease. So thanks for that you guys did well, so well definitely be going back.

I had the worst experience that left me, literally, holding back tearsI went with a new friend to get pedicures. I havent had one in years. I needed a pedicure badly after spending 2 months landscaping and putting in flooring at my house. I was already embarrassed and apologized before she started. When she started, she made a very unprofessional comment. The entire pedicure, the ladies coworker stared at my feet while talking to the woman doing mine. It made me so incredibly uncomfortable and anxious.When the quick and lazy pedicure was done, she took my payment and closely watched me the entire time I filled it out. She didnt deserve a tip but, her clearly pressuring me by hovering, made it even weirder.If I hadnt been there with a friend, I would have walked out on the first rude comment. It was beyond embarrassing.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. So rude and demanding. Begged us to go get cash at the bank and rolled their eyes when we asked if you could use card not cash. They rolled their eyes at the amount of the tip we left which was more than enough. My friends card chip did not work and she said make your friend pay and figure it out later. They closed in over 1 hour not one person was there but us and another lady asked for a mani and they just looked at her and completely ignored her. They also took it upon themselves to add more Gratuity then what was put on the Receipt. I will never go back here again.

I called today to make an appointment for a pedicure. I asked the man who answered about pricing and what was included with the service since I had never gone there before.. He then told me to go somewhere else to get a pedicure so I would know what a pedicure was like then go back to his buisness later. I informed him that I have had a pedicure before and wanted to know the cost and any options. He told me he would not make me an appointment until I go somewhere else. So I asked again, you are not going to let me do business there? and he said no. I told him he was very rude and I hung up. I will tell my friends and anyone who asks to not do business at Jessis!

Went in here with my mom to get pedicures. We were told we needed an appointment, because they were too full. No big deal at all, I totally understand. So we went to make an appointment for four days away and were told they only schedule for three days out, and that Id have to call the following day for an appointment. We ended up going a block away to CHI nails and got right in. Between the hassle of a three day window for scheduling and the insistence on cash only tips, I wont be coming back here.

The first time me and my friend went it was great, but this last time I feel like it was rushed 30 min pedicures and a day later my gel polish is coming off. Thought this was going to be my new spot but unfortunately I feel like its all about how many clients they can fit into a day .

I have always given Jessi Nails a Five Star. I have always appreciated and enjoyed my time with Jessica for the last 15 + years. Today her husband yelled at me and my mom for being 2 minutes late for our appointment. I did not engage other than saying we are only 2 minutes late and there was traffic. When my mom and I were done with our fills and pedicures, we paid and went to make our normal Established 3 week appointment. Jessica would normally have the book out in advance to schedule an appointment with us but instead just looked at me when I tried to book our appointment. Her husband said You call later... we asked again what?? You call later. Basically they no longer want our business for no reason. Im very sadden to be treated this way for only being 2 minutes late after all these years .

I used to really like this place and their work, but now the man there is SO RUDE that I will never be back! Also, don’t have a walk-ins welcome sign on if you don’t take walk ins. Please ladies, spare the trouble and find a better place with people that appreciate your business!

I am sad I have to leave this poor review but we had an awful experience. The staff were rude. They hurried through the pedicures. My daughters menand I went for a relaxing fun time but it was anything but!My manicure was rushed and nails were not filed properly. We will not be coming back. This site is frustrating as well. It is difficult to even type accurately!

My two sisters and mother made appointments for 5pm on a Saturday. When we arrived they were extremely rude and rushed the entire process. Did not have us wash our hands at all while getting our fills/full sets, did not correctly do my moms pedicure, and were extremely rude/pushy the entire time. My nail broke not even two days after being done and the lady flooded my cuticles, so some of my nails are already lifting. None of our nails turned out how we wanted or how we asked. We will NOT be coming back ever again. Unprofessional, rude, and rushed us out the door to close early.

One of the guys here did my pedicure and he did a wonderful job and then I got a full set the lady was rude she nicked every single one of my fingers and then when I was checking out she got all rude with me because I didn’t want to tip because she literally made all of my fingers bleed I will not be coming back people are rude nails aren’t even that good.

I am VERY impressed with the cleanliness of Jessi Nails. Before Covid they were my favorite nail salon. They‘ve exceeded all expectations during Covid, with taking every precaution to maintain a safe environment with, sanitizing before checking in, taking temperatures, social distancing reminders and plexiglass between nail techs and receptionist. Wife and I went in for a mani and pedi. Im simple and really just needed callus removal. The person that attended me wasnt very thorough and missed a large section behind both heels. My wife got a gel manicure which started to crack and pop off within 48hrs. The place itself was clean and spaced out well for the pandemic with sanitization rules, so we appreciated that, but the staff were a bit on the cold side. We left a tip, but we noticed that a lady ahead of us did not. We noticed this because there was a level of expectation set by the cashier who gave the woman a hard time about not leaving one. Overall, it wasnt a bad experience, just not a good one either. Also, a bit on the pricey side for the quality of service received. We will likely try again, but not until after the pandemic.

Jessi Nails has always been very friendly and prompt. I use Anna and she has been amazing. She listens to what you want done and is diligent in making your nails look great!

I am so saddened to write a bad review. Jessi has been doing my nails for about 3 years. She does a fantastic job. That being said, her husband incorrectly wrote my next appointment down wrong on their books, when he wrote it down, I questioned him and made it clear the time I needed to come in. When I showed up for that appointment Jessi fit me in. However, when I went to make my next appointment, her husband said I was no longer able to do so because I was late. When it was HIM who was in error. It astonishes me that I bring the 3 years worth of continued business and he thinks it is okay to treat a customer like that.I won’t go back.

I have come here for years and have always been super happy with the service and how friendly they are however today when checking out and writing out my tip I was very rudely questioned about the amount I was leaving Katie. I was in such shock I said excuse me and she questioned the amount again. I told her my daughter still had to pay so she would be leaving a tip as well. As my daughter was checking out we were questioned again about the tip. I will not be going back there again......time to find a place!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went in here. I asked for a pedicure and the lady was rude and really rough. She didnt even use lotion. I paid 50 dollars for a nail change. She even asked about a tip at the end and I said not today. She threw my card down and walked off. Ill never be back and I am a big tipper normally!! This was the worst pedi Ive ever had.

I had taken my cousin in for a pedicure and manicure she is 75 and the lady was very rude and very rough with her. got after her for moving her feet, (she does have Parkinson’s )and was not friendly and then she had to ask to have some clear coatover her polish Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. We will never go back there again.

The gal made my nails bumpy, uneven and very poor. Not only that she was very rude. I noticed they reuse the same file and brushes on every customer and DO NOT switch them out.... very disgusting especially during this pandemic. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Tried to charge me for paint when I didnt even have them painted. Then proceeded to tell me its cheaper to pay that today and get them painted tomorrow. I was going to go back. Not after she rolled her eyes at me when I didnt leave a tip.

Quality depends on who does your nails, they dont like having their work critiqued. They dont tell you prices until the end. They clump polish on and charge extra of you use a card. Im extremely unhappy with my service and will not return or recommend

Lady was rude about the tip. She TOLD me I needed to borrow money from my friend to tip with cash. Her tone is what got me to do a review. The guy was excellent. Did a great pedicure and was kind.

Really impressed and will definitely be back. I had accrylic with gel polish and my nails look beautiful. Also I have been to many different salons in the past and the pricing is very reasonable here.

I got acrylic nails and when I told them how old I was and they started to make fun of me in there language. I’m fine with them speaking their own language but when they talk bad about you it’s not ok. Also the nail job was terrible, they weren’t smooth and nice like they should be they were not good. They were all scratched up by the end of the week

I went in for a pedi and mani today. Overall Holly Mai did a great job. The most disturbing part was when she pointed out that my tip was not sufficient for her personally. She proceeded to point to the tip amount. I found that extremely rude. Not only did they charge to use a card but then continued to tell me to tip more. Don’t plan to come in if you don’t plan to tip more than $10.

They just lost a long-term customer along with all of the business I have referred to them over the years. Today, my husband went in for a pedicure with me. My pedicure was $10 more than last time and his was more expensive as well. No big deal, I understand prices change. However, when we left a tip she tells my husband thats all you want to leave for 3 people? He then DOUBLES it at her request and she STILL was not happy. She raised it another dollar because it will be easier to divide amongst 3 people and says, Im going to put this, okay?. Im sorry, since when are tips a requirement and since when do they get to CHOOSE how much you get?? SOOO tacky and bad business. No exaggeration or false information whatsoever, that is EXACTLY word for word what happened. Will be warning everyone of this!

Very clean! The nail techs use tub liners, wear gloves, and use freshly opened tools for pedicures. The staff is very friendly, and prices very reasonable. I didnt have an appointment and didnt have to wait at all.

I dont know if I will return to Jessi nails. I didnt get what I wanted, I got what the tech said everyone else liked. I have had my nails done for the last 8-10 years and I know what I like but,she wouldnt hear me. I can barely type our this review cuz my nails are way to long. If you can do things with 1/2 inch nails.....more power to you.

First and last time going there. My daughter and I went for pedicures. My daughters experience was horrible. They didnt clip or file her toe nails. They rubbed soap on them, then lotion and painted her toe nails. When I saw her toes I was disappointed. There was polish on her skin that they didnt remove, the polish was lumpy, not even across her nail, and her toe nail was chipped because they didnt file it. When I asked for them to clean it up they were not happy. She removed all polish and very roughly and rudely redid my daughters nails. Still not very good afterwards. My gel polish I received was ok. The pedicure was nothing special. I have had much better experiences other places. When I left a tip they said this is all? I have NEVER had such rudeness at a nail place as this one. NEVER AGAIN.

First time we went here for pedicures, they were great. They treat my mother with respect and did a good job on her diabetic feet. The rest of us really enjoyed their attention, we left feeling this was a great place for a pedicure. We had a friend visiting from out of town who wanted to have a girls day so we made an appointment, we were embarrassed since we sung high praises of the place and then got less than stellar treatment. The guy who did moms feet acted like he didnt really want to touch them, didnt do half what the lady previously did. The rest of us felt hurried through. When the techs sit there and talk in their language to each other instead of their customers, I feel its rude! All of us left feeling blahs about the visit.

Went in on my lunch hour & they got me right it knowing I had 50 minutes. Jessica did a fabulous job with my nails. I am extremely maticulous, and she got every nail perfect! Shape, thickness & polish amazing and I am very happy. I will be going back!

We loved this place! My 6 yr old and I went in after being rudely turned away from Nail Spa 2000 up north. We walked in, it was clean, inviting, and we were served right away! The finished Job was amazing! The only thing I didnt like was they didnt let you tip on your card, luckily I had cash. amazing

I had several great experiences at this salon. However this last time I had my nails done in a French gel and the tips discolored and I had several nails chipping within 1 week. I went back into their salon to get this fixed and repaired and they refused to help me. They added a top coat to the chipped and discolored stated we dont fix this if we dont know why and then they went to the point of accusing me to be a hair stylist (Im a financial coordinator) and stating that is why they are discolored and chipped. I asked about there sigh that states they fix anything and he stated that sign is old and we dont do that anymore. I am extremely unhappy and will not be back to this salon.

This was my first experience here. I went there today with my daughter for her 6th birthday. We got 2 pedis. They sat us at the same time. They ran water for me but not my daughter. She waited about 25 minutes before they even got her water in the tub. She was so bored, I felt horrible because this was supposed to be her special day of pampering. By the time they actually started her pedi mine was 80% done. They didnt scrub my feet, but they did do hers. I will admit they did give her free flowers on her nails but when we paid I paid for the pedis and then I gave my daughter the tip to hand to them. The man looked at me and said no tip? I said is that not enough? 3$ per person is what we gave them. He then said this for both? With a terrible look on his face. I couldnt believe that this is how they treated us. HINT JESSI NAILS When you provide a quality product in a timely fashion you will get better tips. WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I give a 5 star for Katie and Ming, but a 0 Star for the owner. He is very rude and doesnt listen. I had a few appts missed, but were because of personal reasons. Forgot to call on a couple of them. He would not let me make anymore appts. Thats ok. I found a much better place to get my nails done.

I personally wouldnt go again, I got a mani pedi, the pedicure was ok but the manicure was not what I wanted, I tried to explain as best as I could what I wanted but they kept telling me I wouldnt like my nails that way. There is a language barrier, so I understand there can be miscommunication but I have been able to get what I want from other places with the same issue. The lady was really rough with my hands, whatever she was doing kind of hurt and if I flinched she would pull my hand back and tell me to stop moving so much. When I went to pay, even though I was not very satisfied, I was still going to leave a 15% tip because I understand that is someones livelihood, but she watched me fill out the tip and asked if I could do more because that isnt very much and it was already almost a $15 tip. If you ask me that is more then fair considering I was not satisfied and her customer service was not great. I will typically do 20%-30% if I am satisfied.

My sister and I come here every weekend for our pedicures and we love it to death the same people do our nails and we never have a complaint ☺️

They tricked me into getting a pedicure by a man, which grossed me out. I dont even know why I sat through it. They also gave me a fungus on my acrylics. Go to Jonathan salon...hes gold.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This was the worst service i havd had at any nail salon. The lady who did my acrylics hardly spoke english and rushed through the entire process. I had 2 nails come off and several others lifted to the point my nails were hurting. I will NEVER go back

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I flew into town to see my mom, and we spontaneously decided to get a pedicure. We had been here before and had ok service(they cut my nails so short they hurt, and also ripped a hangnail off that bled a lot, then ignored it), but the girls were pretty sweet. We pop in, write our name down on the waitlist, and my mom says we are just curious on what the wait time is like, any ideas? and the owner BARKED at us and told us no appointment no service, buh bye. He then flipped his chair around and shook his head. One of the sweet girls tried to explain it was going to be about 15 min(which my mom and I were totally fine with) and the owner cut her off and told us to leave. So so rude. Not worth it! Go to Jonathons Nails! They are AWESOME.

I have been going here for 4 years now, seemed as if the owners were not present. I walked in, they all looked at me I smiled, no one said anything so I proceeded over to the polish. Decided I wanted French tip so I sat down to wait. After 10 minutes no one came up to me, one taller slender gal was texting at the podium I approached her as she was rudely texting she turned her back and walked back to her station. Someone said something (of course they talk in their language) she came back asked what I wanted I told her mani/pedi she said “Sit down wait your turn” I went and sat down, 20 mins pass another lady walks in, no one greets her, I told her I’ve waited about 30 mins now, you can have my spot and I left.I will no longer return after RUDE service like that and you bet I will tell all my friends and family that have ever stepped foot in there to not go, Foxy Nails has WAY better costumer service.The least they could have done was allow me to soak my feet while I wait. And to that slender gal, YOU ARE AT WORK PUT YOUR DAMN PHONE AWAY!

I went in today to get acrylic nails put on. I had to tell the technician 3 times I wanted a full set, not just a manicure. She was visibally annoyed by the third time, but she finally understood. I understood the language barrier and moved on. I asked for an almond shape nail instead of the square, she laughed but said she understood. When the time came to file them down she made the first one way too pointed and asked if it was okay, I said just a little more round on the top. She then proceeded to file the nail down to hard points. I said that I wanted them rounder and she nodded. I decided to stop interveining as she was becoming annoyed. Shes a professional, she knows what shes doing. She continued to file and it began to hurt. By the time the first hand was done, my nails were raw and she had gone down so far on thesides my actual nail was shaved down to the skin. I asked her again, please not so sharp and pointed on the next hand. I let her do her thing. But when it was done they were the same as the other hand. My fingers are so sore right now it hurts to type. Any pressure on the sides is excruciating. I think had I been a little more clear in the beginning things had gone differently. But she had to know that this would be painful for me. I now have throbbing fingers and cat claws. half a fingernail on one had that completely broke off the same day. Over all a frustrating experience.

Holly is my absolute favorite, have been coming here for almost 2 years and won’t go anywhere else.

I asked for a full set with gel and was told it would be 32 dollars. My nails were filed down so thin they began to bleed, and the acrylic was put on way too thick. I ended up being charged 47 dollars for a very sub par experience. Wouldnt recommend.
