Tina was great!! She treated me so well and added in some jokes too, which made the experience even better! I loved that I did not have to wait and that they got me in and out in a good amount of time! I’m from out of town, but if I lived in there area, Tina would be my go to girl!

I had such a wonderful experience at Signature Nail Salon! I came in later in the evening and they were so accommodating. I got a full set with Chelsea and she was amazing!! She really listened to what I wanted and took her time to ensure the shape was just right. Also, she was just very warm and provided great customer service in general, which is super important to me. I will 100% go back!

We called to make an appointment my sister specifically said 3 ADULTS and 2 KIDS its not our fault you didn’t understand what we said. Then we got there I showed the picture to UT and she said to go look for the color and I specifically said I wanted matte nails. Then we showed the picture to the guy and he said he had the color so I was going back to sit down then UT literally raised her voice and said go pick the color so I went and I ended up taking a picture of the color I wanted and but the box back. Then the owner came to do my nails and she was in a huge rush for no reason and Im assuming Ut was talking about me because UT looked at the owner and said something then the owner looked at me and said why didn’t you go pick the color you wanted. Also with the pink color it isn’t even the pink I asked for, you didn’t asked me if that color pink was fine till after you finished my nails. So I didn’t appreciate it. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this place one bit! Also for our friend she wasn’t the one in a rush they were under staffed. She was also going to do her own nails because she didn’t want them looking ugly. She said she would do it herself because the owner had told someone else she would be able to do her nails in 15 minutes but took about 30-40 to get to her. Not just that the owner also told us to hold on to go do someone’s waxing. Which wasn’t fair to us because we had set an appointment

I often have trouble finding a consistent nail salon but this is my new go to. Chelsea is always very hospitable and her timing is impeccable. I come before work and she takes care of me quickly but efficiently, leaving me extra time to relax before going into work. Def recommend.

So came in and paid for the honky pedicure it’s $55 and I was expecting it to be a good foot massage and a good scrub and nails! And my friend also went in with me and she did the same but my nails are uneven I got no massage at all! It was not worth the $55 I should’ve gone somewhere else…. I also got my dip done which turned out great … but the pedicure was awful just get the basic because the 55$ one is not worth the money!!

We used to come to Signature regularly but have been trying out various other nail salons that have opened in the area the last couple years. After unsatisfactory experiences at two other salons, we came back to Signature today and were so glad we did!Not only was the facility clean and staff friendly, but the Signature pedicure was better than some other more pricey pedicures I had received elsewhere! My feet and legs felt silky smooth and incredibly relaxed. They took their time on both my toes and fingers and it showed. No gaps, spaces, rough spots or uneven nails. Exactly what you would expect, and yet so often not what we’ve received at other salons.Signature has our business from now on!

I’ve tried several nail salons, in the Southlake area, over the last several years and Signature Nail Salon is by far my favorite! The salon is always exceptionally clean and the nail technicians go above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience and beautiful results.

This salon is professional and relaxing. It’s a wonderful place! I have been coming here for over a year- they are consistent. I highly recommend!

This is my first time at this location and I even made an appointment to be taken care of! If they didn’t have enough staff they could have told me and we would have gone to our usual location. (For those wondering we came to this location because it was the closest place to meet for everyone coming from different locations.) My friend didn’t even get her nails done because they got to her after they finished ours, so she waited for nothing. This salon does not belong in the area it is placed at. The lady who attended me was Ut or Jt couldn’t see her name tag that well. All I can say is that I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could zero stars I would

I came in here to get my nails done for the very first time and had a very relaxing good time my nails came out great I loved them and was excited to come back two weeks later. Coming in for my second set a different lady did my nails and cut my fingers multiple times with the nail drill and ripped the skin off one of my fingers so deeply it leaked with blood so she put acetone on it which made it BURN. I asked her not to touch my skin on the other hand but she asked me to stop being sensitive and cut fingers on the other hand. Will not waste my money and time coming back here to be injured while paying them $65 to leave more unrelaxed then when I came in.

I’m a college student and I still drive 3 hours home to get my nails done! Chelsea is so friendly and professional (she is my go-to when it comes to nails!) She also works very fast and effectively! Ive rediscovered Signature Nails and have loved coming here over the past 6 months. This week I had Cindy and Louis for pedicure and manicure. Both were friendly and did an excellent job. Louis went above and beyond with the best back and shoulder massage Ive ever had at a nail salon!! My neck was stiff and sore before and he really helped it feel better. Definitely recommend!!

The salon is very nice and the staff is very friendly. UT did an amazing job on my nails. I recently moved here and I have been to several nail shops but no one could get my nail shape right. I wear the cut out shape dip nails and most places don’t get it right! UT exceeded my expectations she offered suggestions was very patient and meticulous about getting my nails just perfect and she nailed it! I have found a new favorite nail tech!

The manager Chelsea is super sweet and understanding.. I usually feel weird when I go in salons but she made me feel right at home !And Tony does perfect nails and pretty shape !Im super excited to come back 💛

Love signature nails so much! It’s the only salon I’ll go to, the staff is full and all amazing so there’s rarely any wait time. Chelsea is the new manager and did my dipped nails with tips and was so patient and friendly. She works so quickly and her work is still perfection, she really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with your nails! Loved my experience with her.

Ive been coming here for years and Ive never had a bad experience. UT is so sweet and professional and did an amazing job on my nails. She was careful, gentle and kept checking to see if I Was happy with the way they looked.

What I love is the music and customer service. It is peaceful and you don’t feel like you are being “processed”. Some of us go to relax while getting our medical and pedi....we do not want to hear loud obnoxious. This is a great place.

Linda is the best! I love this place, it is the only salon I get dip nails at! I have never had a bad experience with Linda there, and they’re overall great and super friendly. Also they offer great pedicures and other manicure options!

Very disappointed. I just left there and the guy who did my toes was super aggressive and didn’t even do a good job, I even upgraded on the pedi. It was not relaxing at all. The color of my nails are not the color I thought they were going to be. I was uncomfortable and frustrated and it was NOT a good experience at all. Definitely not coming back.

0 stars if I could.. came in to get dip nails and the lady named UT came to do my nails, the whole time she kept trying to pressure me to do more I said No I just wanted dip nails. She then proceeded to say 5$ dollars more for this and 5$ more for that. I said I only wanted dip nails on my nails nothing more added but she wouldn’t stop! Then the manager Chelsea came over and I couldn’t understand her and felt she was being pushy as well .. they are so unprofessional I told her I didn’t want anything extra done .. I felt so pressured and uncomfortable so I decided to leave..This is not how you run a business! People come in set on what they want and not want to feel pressured into more. Please look at their prices and make sure you’re getting what you’re paying for. I’ve been here several times and Every time I always end up being up charged for something I didn’t want ! Please beware! There are plenty of salons to choose from . Don’t come here

Very rude and did half of what was expected. They also kept trying pressure us to spend more money. Louis was very rude and seemed to not put effort into doing his job.

Couldn’t be happier.... and that’s rare. UT did my pedicure last week with two built to top acrylic toes, eyebrows, and Tina completed a manicure with an extra 10 minute shoulder massage.I came back this week to have a basic manicure because I’m working on growing my natural nails.Couldn’t be happier. Toes look so good I’m not even having to touch up until next week.

Side note, this friend destroyed my nails.😭😭😭😭😭😭Came to Signature Nails in Southlake, Uyen was my nail tech. She is a gift from God!!! Not only did she SLAY my nails! She explained in details of what exactly this friend did to destroy my nails, how we can repair the damage and gave a realistic time frame.I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! I went there to get my nails done for my bachelorette party in Mexico.... the lady that did my toes was great, but my nails look awful. The worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I got powder with tips.... None of them are even, they are gloppy and huge. When I mentioned it to the girl she argued and said it was the color’ fault not hers ... will not be back.

High points: seems clean, spacious, good locationLow points: everything elseWent in for a manicure and to get my shellac removed. Took them a few minutes to want to help me (lots of folks in the back not helping customers, but not ready to actually do my nails? I dont know). This should have been my sign that I should leave. I blame myself for the rest of the experience from this point on.I wanted to have my shellac removed properly so I didnt ruin my nails, but she filed the shellac down so hard it hurt - and ruined my nails. I mentioned the pain to her, she simply didnt want to deal with me. She seemed to dislike me so intensely. Then she did a quick and terrible manicure which refused to dry for over an hour..looks awful already (looked awful as I was walking out). Two out of 10 nails were only painted halfway (what??).I paid $19, I did not tip, and I RAN out of that place. Im one who tips well, and Ive never wanted to be away from an establishment faster. Never again. Too many great places in the area to choose from. I just feel bad for cheating on my regular salon.

This is the first place Ive gotten my nails done at in years without my cuticles bleeding. They also saved the day on the morning of my wedding when the manicure I had done at another place chipped.
