Rose and Ryan were amazing! Rose did my nails and she definitely has me ready for the fall! She took her time and made sure they were perfect. She even helped me make sure the colors were right for my skin! Ryan did my pedicure abd when he got done I did not want to move! I give them both a 100% AMAZING SERVICE!! This place is awesome! 100% recommend. They were friendly, attentive to our wants and needs. I asked for a specific shape and they exceeded my expectations and they have wide variety of colors to choose from if you get dip. They did an amazing job on my eyebrows as well. All around very happy and will be coming back!

Clean establishment and nice decor. But I had an appointment and was still waiting and also, a lady named Kim did my nails and she rushed and didnt even clean off any residue from my old nails and to top it off she didnt even put lotion on my hands the guy that was next to her that was doing my daughter nails had to do it. She was off to the next one with no regards. I was referred by someone to come to this place and it definitely wasnt a good experience. But, the guy that did my daughters nails did give me my military discount!!

Top shelf service, the staff is super friendly and do what every you would like. We came with a large and they were able to accommodate all requests. The beverage service is the best of any salon. Kathy is the BEST.

I have been to Bally’s a few times now and just LOVE them. They have the nicest employees and they really value your business. They sponsor the teachers at Carroll and go out of their way to offer the best service. I have had the manager bring me snacks before with my drink just to be nice! Kim does my nails and she makes them perfect every time. She is easy to talk to and gave me a Christmas present on my way out today completely unexpected. They have a huge selection of colors and their prices are very affordable. This place is just the nicest! Could not recommend more.

Kim never disappointments!! I I can always count on her to execute thedesigns and creativity when it comes to my nails. She has the attention to detail and constant consistency when it comes to always giving me the perfect shaped almond nails with a slight point. I show her my ideas and not only makes them better but always adds that missing wow factor while still keeping them true to what I show her. I’ve been using Bally’s Nail Bar quite some time . I’ve tried other salons but this Bar has very friendly nail techs and they go above and beyond to make sure I’m a satisfied customer. I had my nails done and 2 days later decided I didn’t like the way they looked, went back and they completely changed them for free.Kim is an excellent nail tech and even suggested the shape change to give me a more appealing look and I love it❣️ Keeping up.. you all are the best I’ve experienced!

Wow I just came from getting my nails done at Ballys and Im so impressed. It seems Ive always been on the hunt for the perfect nail salon, but none has ever truly delivered. Ive lived in Keller for 3 years and I wish I had come here sooner. The service is top notch! They really cater to your every need and strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I was also offered a drink from their bar! I was treated to a delicious sex on the beach cocktail while watching HGTV lol. Shout out to Kim who did an amazing job on my nails. The cherry on top is that the prices are quite reasonable. I also love that they are veteran owned as we are a prior military family. I give Ballys Nail Bar a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be back!

I received my first manicure/pedicure and eyebrow wax of 2020 and was a little apprehensive given Covid-19. However, my qualms were laid to rest very quickly. Every chair was clean and sanitized, and all employees and patrons were masked. My manicure from Rose and pedicure from Kim were very high quality. I recommend!

First time at this salon today and what a wonderful calm salon. Everyone was so nice and my nails look fantastic. They even have a daily happy hour from 9:30-2pm on Mon-Thu with 20% off a service. Was so happy to see Kathy as the manager who I have known from other salons. Found my NEW place!

We called ahead and were told that even though they closed at 7:30 it would be okay to come in after 7 for pedicures for my two sons and me. (Moms if you haven’t done this with your teenaged boys I highly recommend it!). The staff was warm and kind even! They made the boys, especially my youngest, feel right at home, asking questions about their school activities, all while also offering very sound advice on foot care. Friendliest pedicure I have ever had.

I have been going here for a few months now and I love this place. I use Danny for my pedicures, he is amazing. He really takes his time and is very very sweet. I use Rose for my nails, I always get dip. She is so gentle but is very fast at the same time. She also does an amazing job with brows. I highly recommend this place! I can’t go anywhere else! 💗

I wanted to love this place. I just moved here and it’s two minutes from our house. My daughter and I went for a manicure and pedicure. The same lady that was doing my pedicure did my manicure. It took 25 minutes to do BOTH of them. Total time. It was so rushed and she was so rough that it was uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. Then the same lady who did my nails and toes quickly went to do my daughter’s dip manicure. We were out of there in 45 minutes!! And again, the same lady did my pedicure, my manicure and my daughter’s dip nails. It was the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever had. Sadly, it was a terrible experience and we will not be back.
