Vanna is a perfectionist, she took my appointment and stayed late to take care of my service. This was my first time at this salon and I will absolutely be back! Everyone is so friendly and they had so many dip colors. I would absolutely recommend!

Definitely recommend this place if you want to get your nails done. The people that work there are so sweet and kind. They make you feel like a million bucks. Not to mention the amount of work they put into your nails. Overall, would definitely come back and get my nails done here. They are amazing.

The service is always excellent! From manicures - pedicures I’ve never had a bad experience and I always leave with exactly what I wanted. Annie does my nails and she’s the absolute best. Basically anything I show her she can do and she always exceeds my expectations! Everyone is so friendly and I love that the staff know their customers. I highly recommend this nail salon. Annie did a dip manicure for me and added extensions! It was the best job I have ever had done on my nails! She took her time and was attentive and made sure each mail was perfect!! I literally only go to highland when I come home! I have never been disappointed!

Van is the best. My daughter wanted her nails done a very specific way for prom. They turned out perfect. So perfect I was jealous and returned a few days later to get a dip manicure for myself! Salon is spotless and I’ve never seen a more extensive collection of colors for every service.

This is hands down the best nail salon in DFW. Every time I leave I am so impressed with how great my nails look. Annie does a phenomenal job. She shapes and makes the edges of my nails look perfect! Other places in the area seem to be in such a rush to get you in and out.I would suggest calling to make an appointment because sometimes they are pretty busy :)

Got off a plane from JFK and googled nail salons in Southlake. Highland came up with 5 stars so I decided to give it a try. AWESOME experience! Sam and Mandy did great mani pedi and took away all the stress from traveling. I highly recommend this salon!

I took my daughter here for her birthday to get a mani an pedi. The owner, a man, filled the water and my daughters feet couldnt touch. shes 6. the ladies asked the man to fill it up some more. he came over, turned it on a little longer, and said something rude in vietnamese and walked away. the folks didnt know, i speak vietnamese, but i didnt say anything since i didnt want to ruin my daughters bday. after a couple minutes of my daughter touching just her toes, i asked him to fill up the water some more. he came over, filled it a little more, and said something rude again. if it wasnt my daughters birthday, i would have lit it up. fortunately, my daughter doesnt speak vietnamese, so i let it go. i wont ever go back. if you dont like customer service, dont do it.

I have been here multiple times and they Are usually very good but last time I went there I got in infection and I have had it for over 2 weeks and my grandma went with me and her gel nails where originally purple and know they are mostly white and have air bubbles and my dipped nails started to chip a couple of days after I got them

I live in Little Elm and I drive all the way to Southlake because I’m very particular. They make the drive very worth it.

They are so friendly and the place is clean. Vanna did my nails and took her time to make sure every nails was even and looked just the way I wanted. I showed her a picture and she followed it perfectly. Highly recommend this place and I will be back.
