Went to Hawaiian Nail Bar with my mother this afternoon. The owner was super friendly and welcomed us with a big smile. Our nail techs were kind and engaging. They did a fantastic job massaging and got deep to relieve and pain and pressure. Their polish selection is large and has a beautiful range of colors. The salon was clean and welcoming and has a wonderful atmosphere. We have our new nail salon and will definitely be back soon!

I was recommended to go here because my normal nail tech was out with a family issue. I wont be going back. I may be spoiled by my normal tech at Vince Nail Spa but I was not pleased with my pedicure. He did not make sure the old dip was taken off. He left my nail rough and you could see it in the paint. My nails were not shaped nor trimmed.On a good note: They were nice.

This salon is one of my favorite places to get my nails done! The staff are friendly and very friendly, they love to talk to you and joke around! My favorite nail technician is LINDA; if you have an ingrown toe nail (no matter how severe) she can get it out within 30 seconds. It hurts but she’s super fast and gets all of it out! If I could rate it higher I would, I’ve been going here for a few years and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail salon!

In and out fast! My nail tech was so awesome and sweet... Prices are reasonable and they are open late! Went to VIP Nails off Basswood earlier this week did not like the experience or my nails! Hawaiian Nail Bar removed the mess they did and got me right! New nail salon for sure!

Got a manicure, the tech cut my cuticles basically dry with no cuticle cream or anything to make them soft, so of course they bled. The polish job was nice but I felt like she was rushing to get me out of there.

I was not happy with their customer service, my polished applied on my toe nail & fingers was very thick, I requested the lady to get me the new polish she ignored and continued to finish, since she wanted to grab another customer.

Literally the worst. I was so excited to come in for my birthday nails. I had always seen this place and wanted to try it. I wasn’t too impressed with the staff. It’s like they were too important to even talk to me. I wasn’t even offered a drink. The lady left my nails so thick that as soon as they are growing, they are pulling my hair out. I just got them done around aug 17th (my bday). Just terrible. I’m sad Bc I had high hopes for this place. The decorations were beautiful. I loved the inside decorations.

I have been coming here for a over a year!!! I absolutely love this nail salon. Everything about it screams outstanding customer service. I do call ahead and ask for Tina everytime. She is amazing on the shape and quality. I never break on of my nails and they lasy longer than expected. All the ladies here are great. The atmosphere makes you feel extremely relaxed.

These people were amazing by far the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had . I got a rose petal pedicure and a gel acrylic manicure and they came out great . They were all so nice they took their time even though we called about 45 min before they closed they stayed open and treated us exceptionally. I will definitely be back .

I will say its over priced! I paid $45 for solid black gel nails and $38 for a basic honey pedicure, with tip, well over $100. I wasnt even offered anything to drink at that. I cant say its the best experience as I still have calluses on my feet, but overall they both did a decent job. The gentlemen who completed my pedicure was very sweet and kind. He is the main reason I am giving this location 4 stars. As for the lady completing my nails, not as friendly.

The pedicure was the very best one I have ever had. So relaxing with the hot stone calf & foot message. My toenails looked really pretty with shellac polish.For the manicure I had nail tips put on with the dipped nails. They also turned out beautifully & shaped perfectly. Tina did both pedicure & manicure. SHe is a very professional & talented technician. Also, the receptionist greeted me when I walked in & helped me choose polish colors. This will definitely be my new nail salon thanks to the great service from everyone there as well as the friendly atmosphere. Thank you all for a super nail experience!!!! Hawaiian nail bar is the best.

$38 pedicure, up charge of $20 to do gel. I still had calluses on my feet and toes. Polish ran over onto the cuticle, therefore it peeled up in a couple of days. I’ve never left a nail salon angry! Most expensive pedicure I’ve paid for and the worst service. Not to mention, when getting a pedicure, my lady dropped the nail brush you use to clean up the cuticle, TWO TIMES and dipped it back in to the acetone. Note: this is during Covid-19 when we are supposed to be extra sanitary!

I love love love getting my nails done here. My roommate and I both get our nails done here somewhere between once and twice a month for over a year. I have never had a bad experience. Im always offered a drink. Sometimes it takes a long time but its because theyre doing a great job!!! Anna is a sweetheart and does an awesome French Ombré!

I came here with my mom thinking it would be fun to get our nails done late on a Saturday night. Right away the employees were not very friendly, they insisted on starting my nails even though I told them several times I was waiting for my mom to get there. My nails were fine but when they did the pedicure the guy had my big toes pouring blood from “cutting the ingrown toenail” I’ve had this done several times and never had it hurt or bleed like that. He then covered my foot with a towel so I could not see the blood and left for a few minutes. When he came back he put my bleeding toe directly into the water. Then my mom mentioned to the lady doing her nails that they seemed a lot shorter than she asked for them to be. The lady said “no that’s how you wanted them” and kept working. After a few minutes my mom told her again that they were too short and she just wanted them taken off. The nail technician argued with her and said if she had to take them off it would be a waste of her time. My mom then asked if they would just give her the acetone and she wouldTake them off herself and the lady said “no I’ll take them off and start over” my mom did not want her to start over but she insisted. She took the nails off and started completely over. When she was finally done, the nails looked awful and were super thick so my mom again asked to have them taken off. They took the nails off but still tried to charge her. The whole ordeal took around 4 hours. We will not be returning to this nail salon.

When I sat down in the pedicure hair the nail tech took the cuticle nippers and cut something off her heel and then put the nippers back into her box. I watched it like a hawk to make sure she didn’t use them on me also. SHE DID!!!!!! I brought friends for a birthday celebration and they haven’t brought us the wine we were offered. This place cannot be open for much longer. It’s not professional and everyone looks depressed!

I normally love this place, but today I came alone (i’m 20) and was treated like a child. I was the only one in there and they started by making a joke that they were out of a color when they were not (i didn’t catch on), then they chose to not speak one word to me but spoke to other customers around me. The water was cold for my feet as well. My toe lady did well but my nail lady left dip around my nails and hang nails everywhere, she didn’t do the full manicure with lotion, she shaped them horribly and left a ton of junk under my nails and didn’t even completely cover each nail. I felt like she was in a rush even though no one was there. I am not happy with today’s service at all.

Trimmed my toenails too short on the sides and caused two ingrown toenails. Everything else was good... Just not a great experience since Im in major pain now. Will not be coming back

I cant sing their praises enough! Hawaiian Nail Bar was recommended to me by some friends, so I took my daughter there for her very first pedicure (and my umpteenth). And wow, what a place!The entire location is decorated in a really cute Hawaiian theme. Its clean, colorful, and trendy, all rolled into one. We didnt have to wait, and after picking colors, they seated us right away.Tons of treatments to choose from, and all have an exotic flair. You wont be disappointed with anything you pick. Highly recommend the aloe pedicure. Divine!Upon walking in, my daughter tells the entire place that its her birthday. It was a adorable. After seating her, they came with leis to put one on her head, and around her neck. Now, Im not exaggerating, but out of nowhere, a man came out of the back with a saxophone and began playing Happy Birthday for my daughter. So cute! She and I loved every second. The staff gathered around, and clapped, and then wished my little lady a Happy Birthday. I cant help but smile thinking about it. They gave her a yummy little slushy drink, and gave me an ice water. Just the R&R we needed! The only thing missing was the beach sand... and ocean... and real palm trees. Kidding!Now, the pedicures and manicures. Both of ours came out adorable! Our polish didnt stay on long that week, but it was cute while it lasted. Pricing was great, and they gave us a birthday discount. Well definitely be back, as they made us feel like Hawaiian royalty!

I came here with my mom thinking it would be fun to get our nails done late on a New Year Eve. Right away the employees were very friendly, they offered me a pina colada while I I was waiting for my mom to get there. My nails were beautiful and my pedicure was great. Benben did my nails and Joey did the pedicure. I paid for a feet doctor $500 to get my ingrown but today Joey cut the ingrown toenail at $0 cost. His reflexology skill was awesome and I feel so relaxed. We will be returning to this nail salon. Recommended!

There is a younger woman who is very good... but this place is a mess. Horrible customer service. So blatantly rude. They make up prices on the spot, even though their prices are listed different on their ‘menu’ my nails have been messed up both times I’ve been there. The most recent time, the nail tech blamed the shape of my hand on the way my nails turned out (all I asked for was coffin shaped nails and they were all sorts of shapes ) the same visit I left with cuts and my hands bleeding ..Unacceptable.

Im not sure if Im sold on this salon. More nail techs than anywhere else Ive been, but there was still a wait & service wasnt particularly fast. They do offer extended hours which is nice when needed. I will probably give them another try sometime.

After being tired from moving all day, I decided to relax by getting my nails done. I made a last minute late night appointment here! Needless to say I was greeted with enthusiasm and warmth! Anna (young lady) did my nails and they are amazing! She is a perfectionist and makes sure they look good and neat! I did red ombre for the first time and while it was her first time with red ombre she did an amazing job! We had great conversation and I am happy to know that I have a nail salon that has everything! My feet came out amazing and I had a great relaxing time! Not sure of the negative comments because I had such an incredible experience 😍

I will never go anywhere else. Tony and Hannah are the best. I get gel manicures and they last for more than 2-3 weeks and look perfect. Owner is friendly and the place is always clean. Best part is that they are open till midnight on friday and Saturday nights.

Very Nice! Tony did an excellent Job! I love the different fresh fruits and herbs they use. Make sure you let them know if its your birthday, theyll give you a special serenade ;-)

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now. Tina did my dip this time and she did a phenomenal job. She is sweet and gentle. I will definitely go back to her. Last time I went, Lynda did a gel manicure and she was awesome as well. Also, they serve free drinks (pina colada, strawberry, wine). If you stick to Tony, Tina, Loan, Linda, and there is one more girl that does a great job, I just cant remember her name but she is younger and real cute(sorry I know that doesnt really help) you should be happy. Great job Hawaian Nails Team👏👏👏

It’s a pretty good option for a date night since they stay open on a weekend until midnight unlike most of the other shops nearby. The atmosphere is also very different than the typical nail salon which offers an interesting change, but not sure most will appreciate the Hawaiian theme. The prices are okay, and the service seems similar to most any other shop - I wouldn’t say it’s anything notable so don’t get your feelings hurt if people don’t smile or treat you special.

Really fun to get pampered here! Expensive, but they do a great job with pedicures. They gave me, my mother, and my grandmother, mani/pedis and did a great job! One of the pedicurists played the saxophone for us while we were getting worked on. Ive even gotten a pedicure there with my husband. Its just a relaxing place.

Ive been here before and Ive had an alright experience, I went today and got a full set. When they removed my existing set they did not soak them off, they broke my nails off. It hurt a lot but Im just not one to cause a scene so I let him use a finger nail trimmer to peel off my old acrylics. I felt like he was rushing the entire time and I have 3 fingers that have sores around the cuticles. My nails look good over all, but I was in pain the entire experience.

Tina did a fantastic job even though they were very busy and we were there after everyone left.

Almost every time I went there I had the worst experience from dealing with them being very rude, including the manager guy and never keeping an appointment. I switched to Grand Nail Spa just minutes away and they know good customer service.

Service is fairly inconsistent. Two friends and I all got the same pedicure, yet the length of service was totally different for all three of us based on the woman giving it to us. Two days after my pedicure was chipping.

Ive been here multiple times but this was by far the worst time after messing up multiple times and refunding me the manager offered to fix my nails but proceeded to try and charge me. Spent a total of 3 and a half hours here and was still not completely satisfied with my nails. Thank you to anna for fixing them but management should really learn how to actually please his customers!!!

Its nice and all but the nail lady i got wouldnt let me explain that she was hurting me and the design i got painted on my acrylics is cracking off and honestly looks gross

Went to this place because my normal nail place was closed. very disappointed.they made us (me and my friends) pick a dip color in a minute. multiple times they were mixing up my color, and i had to repeatedly correct them. there was 2 workers helping all 3 of us. i waited with acetone on my nails for 30 minutes, before one of the workers was done with my friends nails. in the end they were both done before me, and had to sit there for 40 minutes. and to add, my friends nails were super clumpy and not smooth at all. they then made me move seats 3 times away from my friends. the worker rushed to do my nails. and they were CLEAR. they look like i just added topcoat that was tinted pink, and my color was purple. i took a photo after and the swatch and my nails looked COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT. my worker smelled heavily of smoke and drinks and wax were being prepared in the same place. and lastly, my nails costed 10 dollars more at this place then my normal. yes, i will be getting them redone tomorrow.

First and last time here! My sister kept bragging about this place and I was excited to be actually going to a Hawaiian Nail Bar. Walked in, they have 60 dips to choose from and I was rushed to pick one in 2 minutes. 😏 We were the only 2 people in there at 1030am! The oldest man in there was very kind but was horrible with dip. He cut me with the drill multiple times, didnt shape my nails, and the dip was super thick. My sister got the manager who took 30% off because he too saw it was bad. Then Linda tried to fix my nails, that went horrible as well because instead of starting over she tried to work untop of the mess made before her. I began to CRY as she admitted to not knowing how to use dip. I told the manager we were not paying for this service! He voided the ticket and as we were leaving Anna came in to fix my nails, the finished product is decent which even Anna said they are not perfect but fixed. As we were leaving the manger tried to make me pay for twice fixed nails! I said no but would leave Anna a $20 tip for fixing them he insisted I pay $40. Anna comprised and said just pay half so her $20 tip turned into payment for the service. I FELT LIKE MY NAILS WERE GOING THROUGH SURGEY, worst experience (3 hours due to fixings) EVER and Ive been getting my nails done since I was 13.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to!!! The lady that greeted us was so rude and then the lady that started my nails stopped doing mine to greet another person that had just walked in and started her nails AND finished them before ever coming back to mine. On top of that, my nails look so bad. And I asked for a margarita and they wouldnt serve me because I didnt have my wallet when Im CLEARLY 35 years old. I will never be back. Horrible customer service. And another lady doing nails was talking bad about her previous customers to her current customers, very unprofessional.I wish I could give no stars!!!!!

The service I received here was horrible. My plan was to get a mani and pedi, but after my experience with the gentleman who did my pedi I decided to opt out of the mani. The gentleman was very rough when doing my pedicure I asked him twice to be more gentle and its like he completely ignored my request. The whole time I felt like he was in a rush mind you it was only two customers in the salon. Not sure if I came when he shift was close to ending or what. I definitely wont be coming back again.

I decided to go here because it was close and I got a dip powder nail manicure. In less than 2 weeks one fell off and several were starting to come off as well. I went back and the guy told me dip color only lasts 2 weeks which is bs bc dip nails last me AT LEAST a month. They fixed it but acted like it was an inconvenience, it’s frustrating since they treated me like I was dumb when I have been getting my nails done for years and I know how long a manicure will last me. I paid extra for these things to stay on!

Went here on 11/15/15. I felt very rushed threw my pedi and my fill.Unless u pay for more services or a higher dollar service then expect a quick service. My pedi was done poorly i still have rough feet which I normally dont after a nice 45 min pedi for the same price as a 20 min that cost 25 bucks. My nails are ok. I paid for the same price as a new full set than a fill. I regret spending my money there. Its great if u dont get the guy I got. Didnt catch his name either.
