Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time coming to Castle Nails in Southlake, we just moved to the area. I came in with quite a detailed request to do a different design on every nail. I was paired with Lindsey and she was amazing. She helped me pick out the colors, was super friendly, and helped suggest different details. She also didnt buff down too hard on my real nails and I dont feel like my nail beds are damaged. I LOVE these. Will definitely be returning!

I decided to give this business a 2nd chance considering my first experience wasn’t great. Well, I’m never coming here again. I got my nails done on the 23rd, today is the 30th and 3 nails have already came almost completely off and all my other nails are already lifting! Plus, AGAIN the nail tech did not put the acrylic/gel nails close to my cuticles (which I cut myself so that any nail tech can put the nails where I cut my cuticle)I’m for sure going back to going to nail technicians who work from home! My nails will literally last for a whole month with no lifting!

I got a full set here on Saturday. I walked in with no appointment and spoke with the lady at the front desk about my past bad experiences with my nails at salons. I asked if she could put me with the best technician hoping for the best. Well, I got an amazing tech. Her name is Mai(my) and she did an amazing job on my nails. I got a full set and they turned out amazing. Mai was very attentive to my needs and very patient. She also is very funny. I am so glad that I stopped by and tried again. I am very happy with my nails and loved my service. I have already made my next appointment for my fill with Mai.

They’re so friendly!! I’ve been around to many places, and it’s hard to find people who are as kind as they are from start to finish. I also did their most basic services (removed my dipping power nails, basic mani/pedi) and they still treated me nicely and respectfully- often times places won’t treat you well unless you’re spending a lot of money. Will definitely be coming back again :)

This is the BEST place for manicures, pedicures and whatever you want. We drive almost an hour every time just for them. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

Great prices for pedicure! I loved my lavender pedicure procedure. The nail polish was applied nicely and they use some kind of top that makes the nail polish dry faster and I was out quickly! Will come back!

I tired Castle Nail fir the first time a few weeks ago after my regular nail salon provided several disappointing services. The dip set last over 3 weeks and still looked great! They have great customer service and do an amazing job! This is definitely my new nail place!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Customer service, friendly, accommodating, the BEST massage chairs and pedicures. Lindsey was my nail tech for my pedicure and she spent extra time and took extra care to make sure my ingrowns were taken out and that I walked out pain-free. I called ahead to book a spa day for my daughters - a “sister spa day”. I requested massages (with female mousses) and a manicure and pedicure for each daughter. The nails weren’t done correctly and they said they “forgot” about the massages. My daughters were so disappointed. One daughter lives out of state, so it was going to be a special time for them. No spa day for my girls! I called to complain, first they said they forgot. Then they said they thought we meant leg massages with our pedicures. The guy was rude and didn’t care that we were upset. Don’t use this business. There are other places nearby that offer the same services and will no doubt provide better customer service. If I could rate it a zero, I would.

I haven’t been to a nail salon in 5 years - it’s just not really my thing but after camping and hiking for a week, my feet needed some help. I was served and sat immediately, and helped by Angie, who is very sweet! Everything was clean, it was a nice atmosphere, and my toes and feet are happy. I will be coming back again!

He did the perfect amount of talking to me and letting me relax, helped me pick out a nail color, and told me what the price was before so I did not waste my money. The place is also very pretty, and they are very good on time management and keep a professional and clean environment!

Love this salon! Lori was recommended to me years ago and I haven’t had anyone else do my nails since. She is top notch! Everyone is exceptionally friendly and talented. I tend to be indecisive but they are always willing to help and know me well enough I never end up with something that isn’t my style. When I take my daughter they go out of their way to treat her like a little princess!

I showed up right before close and Lindsay took care of me and stayed after close to finish up my nails for a festival! They were all very friendly and considerate! 10 out of 10 highly recommend:)

I LOVE Castle Nail Spa in Southlake! I have been twice now and both times have exceeded my expectations. Yesterday, I had Lindsey for a dip manicure and Cindy for the Sunkist pedicure. Lindsey is very detailed and made my nails look amazing! She suggested an almond shape instead of the rounded I usually go for and she hit the nail on the head. I will be using an almond shape from now on. Cindy gave me the best pedicure I think I have ever had and made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Cindy matched the color on my toes exactly to the dip on my fingernails, which I appreciate. The manager is very friendly and hospitable and I feel very much at home at Castle Nail Spa. I could not recommend enough. I have found my new go to nail spa!

Okaye.. When they say go to Lindsey SERIOUSLY go to Lindsey!! Im sure all the nail techs are great, but I went to this salon for the first time and got her.. Omgshhhh I am completely blown away!! Not only are they the coolest nails, but they have lasted me over two weeks without a single chip. Im a bartender so I am EXTREMELY rough on my nails, handle cleaning products without gloves all day, and I just love having long coffin tipped nails despite all that.. She totally hooked it up. Do not rush her, let her take her time, budget two hours and youll have the best nails in the entire metroplex 💕

My daughter and I had never been here before but oh man was it a fabulous experience!!! Tina took care of my 8 year old and in the middle of getting her toes done my daughter stated “this is my favorite nail place that I have been to” and she’s been to a couple so that’s saying something!! Lindsey took care of me and my VERY pregnant feet (2 days from due date) and worked wonders with her massage and painting!! They were all so friendly and welcoming and even though it was a Saturday, we were in and out in 45 minutes AND we both got manicures and pedicures! They also made sure to separate us for social distancing and had plexiglass for their technicians! Very safety conscience and I appreciated it! Will definitely be visiting again!
