Excellent service! Walk-in and immediate start. Had acrylic nails removed, French tips added, and dip-powder fake nails done. Classic French tip nails turned out beautifully! Will definitely return for all my fills and touch-ups.

I went in for a new set and came out with nothing liked I asked for. Paid $63.00 for my nails and looks like my 8yr old did the design on them. THE FIRST PICTURE IS WHAT I ASKED FOR AND THE SECOND PICTURE IS WHAT I GOT. I CHOSE THE COLOR BUT IT IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR AND THIS IS THE RIGHT LOCATION

This is one of the best salons in the metroplex. My colleagues and I went together for pedicures, and Ive been a customer ever since. Their menu offers manicures and pedicures of various lengths, each using different ingredients and techniques. I always opt for the ones with extended massage.I love getting my nails dipped here as well. Its much easier on my nails and doesnt start peeling off from the base after a mere 12 days like gel did (done at other salons -- Ive never had gel done here). The dips last me four weeks. They wear like iron. I only have to come back when my nails grow out!The nail techs here (Anny is my favorite) can recommend certain color combinations if you have an idea for a nail dip color thats not on one of their nail color boards. For instance, the ever-popular Lincoln Park After Dark is no longer offered, so she was able to mix a certain black and purple powders (in separate layers) to get that exact color combo. I really appreciate their experience and knowledge of the products.I always make appointments several hours in advance, and I never have to wait. I like to go around 5:30pm after work. Its very clean, reliable, they offer beverages, and the staff is quite hospitable.

We all know that nail salons can seriously be a hit or miss but with Grand Nail Spa, honestly I have always had fairly fast service for the volume of customers present and the nail techs are talented with shaping, Ombre, etc. I really prefer coming here over other salons in the area. Not to mention their happy hour deal is great :)

Got carried away with pumice stone on soft skin during pedicure,now fighting to keep infection away! Cut my friend’s toe nail too short and hurt her the entire time. Not a relaxing experience!

The people here are very nice and the customer service was great.I was very disappointed with my services though.After one week 4 of my tips have come off and two of my other nails have cracked. I have never had this happen before and I get dip done every 2 to 3 weeks.Not all of my previous Dip powder had been removed before the actual service and think that might have been the problem.

I’m not going to leave a drawn out story, so here’s my experience in list form:Customer service was great, but their work is POOR!So many things wrong i wouldn’t return!1. There was a toenail left on the pedicure chair from previous customer2. Pedicure lady barely did anything to my feet.3. Nail tech rushed my nails. Instead of soaking my nails which would’ve taken less time she drilled all dip off4. Charged me extra for a shape & length my nails were in before i came5. Didn’t tell me until i got the final bill.6. I still have access dip under my nails & on the side.7. Literally my nails so big they look like giant pills!Honestly i wouldn’t bother with this particular nail shop. The Manager was nice & tried to fix it but honestly i just wanted my nails fixed.

I love this place! We don’t live in Texas but when I’m in town, I try to fit an appointment in.Their work is very detail oriented and top notch. And the experience is incredible. I’m always seated quickly and offered something to drink. Plus I always love the end product!Highly recommend.

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 4 years. Every now and then I will try a new place, but I have found no better service than Gran Nail Spa - Southlake. Bryan does my nails and they are always perfect! Someone mentioned in a review their Gel should have lasted 5 weeks????? Thats a bit extreme and I would never go that long. This is the best place in the area!

I love this place! Michelle does my nails and I am so happy . I had a dip manicure and she did a perfect job and made sure that I was pleased. I also had a pedicure work done and it was top notch.

Several members of my family & I have been going here since they first opened. It is the only salon we will use now. They are very clean, friendly, and they have complimentary beverages. Excellent massage chairs, very open & comfortable. The owner is always there and is very attentive to cleanliness and the quality of your experience. They use bags in tubs for each pedicure similar to a giant shower cap. The regular & gel color selection is huge. They are also great at nail art.Update July 2017: We have continued to go exclusively to Grand Nail Spa for pedicures. We also have eyebrow waxing, which is always great. They are consistently on time for appointments, clean, attentive, and do a great job on polish. We get the deluxe pedicure. It includes hot towels, hot stone massage, paraffin, and regular massage. For what all is included, it is a worth the price. I have paid a few dollars less other places for a basic pedicure that includes a few minutes of hurried massage and none of the other things I mentioned. Im not sure where the negative reviewers had their experience & wonder if maybe they behaved poorly or had a visiting tech or something. If you ever have a problem, tell the owner, his wife, or his uncle. One of them is always there & will immediately handle any issues you may have. Please talk to them as they do not tolerate anything less than excellence. I have personally seen them take care of concerns people had right then. We go 1-2 times a month every month, and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, the service is great, and we are greeted by our names when we come in. I continue to highly recommend Grand Nail Spa.

By far one of the best Manicures ever. The staff is so friendly and they will not let you walk away with nails (a French gel manicure in my case) that they dont think is done right. The lovely lady doing my manicure quickly redid one part of the gel on one of my fingers (without me even having to ask) because she said it was not to her standard. I walked away with perfect nails.

I got my nails done yesterday (gel with a mani) it was terrible. My cuticles weren’t cleaned up, the gel was lumpy. I told the tech and he buffed down all my nails and re polished which only caused sensitivity and to make matters worse the gel is already chipping off. I literally got them done yesterday. Deff wasn’t work the 40$

Love my Nails, Huy T recently did my nails and I couldnt be happier. I love the dip, and he did a fantastic job, cutting, filing and shaping the nail. I have gone to other nail bars, but Grand Nail Spa is by far my favorite.

Gel polish on toes did not last even 3 weeks. Always lasts 5 weeks from other salons. Manicure was very good with massage. The price for the pedicure with massage is not worth it.

This is the ONLY place I trust do my nails. Everyone else always screws it up. But not this place. I always get amazing service.Even when I come in last minute and my favorite person is busy and I’m feeling patient and don’t mind waiting for a while, they take me way before I expect them too. But they never make me feel rushed.I even got a minor cuticle infection one time and they were incredibly kind. I called to calmly inform them about the infection because I don’t know what their protocol is. I was not upset. I did have a different person than normal and I had a broken cuticle BEFORE I came in that day. Which is where the infection occurred.They were kind enough to offer to pay for my antibiotics. I even forgot to go get said refund for a few weeks and they had switched owners already. I didn’t expect them to honor it, and they did.I was very impressed.As long I live in the DFW metroplex, I will never go anywhere else to have my nails done.The dip manicures are flawless, the pedicures are refreshing and relaxing, and the eyebrow waxing is precise and quick.

I have gotten powder dip sets done here several times and was unlucky enough to get Linsey as my tech twice. She tried to over charge me by $15 both times. Every time I came in and worked with several different people and paid the same amount each time unless it was her. Its ridiculous and theft honestly. If you do go to this salon I would recommend Brian he did beautiful work and was very friendly.

Great pedicure!! My cousin/ BFF & I went in here to get our feet ready for summer shoes. We get them done a few times a year, and we have not had great luck the last couple times. The personnel were really personable and funny! It was definitely the best time weve had in a nail salon. Matthew was working on the lady next to me, but he was so hilarious! Kavin did my pedicure, and he did a great job! I dont remember the name of the lady who did my cousins pedicure, but she was also great! The other patrons we were around were all pleasant, which isnt always the case. It was a great experience! If your feet arent ready to be seen, give them a shot!

I would give negative stars if i could. the lady doing my nails rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude when i questioned the price. they charged me $55 for the UGLIEST nails i have ever had. -10/10. my sister and i had the same length of nails but i got charged an extra $5 bc mine were (in the nail tech’s words) “way longer.” not worth the money they charge or the giant headache they cause.

Margaritas while you get a pedi and nextgen at the same time? Enough said! Both of my nail techs were friendly, I was able to hold a conversation with them which I enjoyed. I was having a hard time choosing nail colors and didnt feel pressured to hurry it up. I had a terrible pedi in Ecuador, they were able to make my toes pretty again. I loved watching HGTV and football together. Price-wise a bit up there but I did elect for the most expensive pedi option. In my opinion Ill pay a few more dollars to thoroughly enjoy my experience. I am 3 weeks post visit and my nails are still holding strong. I wont be going anywhere else after the great experience I had here.

Although the colors are gorgeous, the service here is not great. They are very sloppy with their work, do not listen to customer requests, and may even say no to a simple request. During my last visit, not only were my requests ignored but I witnessed other customers not getting what they asked for. I wont be coming back again.

BEWARE of this place. Went in for a pedicure and my tech cut me on my toe with the nail clippers. It was upsetting, but I was forgiving because we are all humans, until I realized the tools they were using on me were not autoclaved properly! I brought it up to two employees and they brushed me off, I brought it up to a third employee and he confessed some of the people they hire are there just for one day. I took a picture of their inspection report and one of their faults is that not all of their employees have licenses. I’m scared now about getting an infection. I will be reporting them to the Texas Department of License and Regulation.

Walked in today, asked for a full set, the guys was rude, and said dip, I said no acrylic which he then got mad about, then said have you done “our” dip I said no he said well if you do acrylic it’s $50.... he clearly didn’t want to work or do acrylic. I then said no worries. Horrible experience. If you have so much work you don’t need my business well I will take my money somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences Ive had at a salon. The management and the service were very rude and my friends and I were rushed in and out and, not to mention, my manicure was not very good at all and most of my nails chipped the next day. Our mani and pedis took less than an hour, which tells me that they care more about getting people in and out so they can make the most money rather than delivering the best service; however, we sat around for nearly two hours, waiting for our nails to dry and they were still not dry even after three hours. The management kept giving us dirty looks while we waited as if we were taking up space.The pedicures are over-priced for what they give you and the manicures look as if I could do them myself. My friends and I will not be going back.
