Not impressed with how our experience went with Indra. My wife and I were constantly told “you are wrong, you don’t know what this means ect and had an attitude toward us the entire time. Once she realized that we were fed up with her constantly telling us how dumb we were, her attitude changed. Would not recommend, will happily return to another location.

Ive never had a bad experience with any of my tax preparers and this year is the best yet.

Went into H&R to get help with filing online. And the woman completely changed the information I had already entered. Messing up the amount that was owed to me. Deleting information, and than tells me she did not do anything to mess up the return amount. Super unprofessional and disappointing. The worker was named Indra or something.

Kristy is very knowledgeable, and all the staff is very friendly. She did everything possible to get me the best return.

It is always nice to have the same tax representative every year. Kristi does a great job.

We have been clients for years. We showed up and the employee canceled due to being sick. There was no back up or anyone that could take over. Just s.o.l. Thankfully we could get into another office that was willing to be helpful and problem solve.

I love seeing my tax girl, Kristy. Ive been seeing her for the last 4 years and shes awesome. Great service, super fast, answers all your questions and very informative.

I went in to File my taxes and I got Juvene Brown. All I had was is a W-2 and a 1099. She had absolutely no idea how to fill out the 1099 and had to keep asking for help. She looked lost and flustered and her coworker could clearly see that she didn’t know how to do it, and did not step in to take over. I get that I wasn’t her client in that moment, but it just goes the type of environment this H&R Block is. Last year I went to the H&R Block in Lehi and it was a great experience. So disappointed I had to pay almost $300 and I honestly feel like I have to go to a different tax establishment to make sure that they were done correctly. I would not recommend this H&R Block.

Kristie was very helpful and explained everything to me and gave me suggestions on how to lower my taxes. She is was awesome. I was referred to her, and I am glad I listened to the referral .

I have been stressing over this letter for weeks and having issues with finding an open office. But luckily for me I had an area Manager who I called (over SLC, Utah) who signed me up for a time that worked for me and I was able to walk in, 45 minutes before the appointment, and get finished in time to do other plans for that evening. The lady who helped me was awesome, and very knowledgeable in the things I needed. And worked promptly!

Taralyn Marshall has been my CPA for several years because she is extremely knowledgeable, and when its time to come in and sign everything, she is ALWAYS fun and has answers to any questions.

We have been going to H&R Block for years. The second year we met Tara, shes the best nobody does my taxes but Tara. She is very special.

I had an amazing experience. My tax pro Taralyn did a great job getting me my maximum refund and was very prompt in getting my taxes completed. I felt as though I was treated as a friend and not just another assignment or task. My tax experience had never been easier or less stressful.

AWFUL! The only reason Im giving two stars is because the man who did our taxes was a nice person. Other than that what a TOTAL rip off. $50 a form. I would have been better off just owing a little more money to the IRS than paying $300 for someone to enter all the information for me and have us still owe. They did not do much better on Saving you money than Turbo Tax. I went because I needed help with my small business portion of our taxes, however in hindsight it would have been better to just pay the higher taxes and go through turbo tax. While the gentleman who helped us was nice, he typed so slowly. I could have entered our taxes 3 times over in the amount of time it took him to do it. Remember Im paying $50 PER form for him to peck away at the keyboard and waste my time and money. The only way HR block saved us money was because of my small business write offs. I would have been better off just doing it myself and I will NEVER use them again, nor will I EVER recommend their services.

Taralyn from the South Jordan Utah office has been doing my taxes for the last 6 years and I absolutely love her. I feel like shes a part of my family now. As long as shes available to do my taxes I will continue to go to H&R block.

My tax professional i-s...t-h-e...BEST!!! She is knowledgeable and knows my tax situation. She remembers the little details about me like the purchase of my motor home, my business, my kids, and even my family life. This personalizes the appointment and shows me that she cares; I do not feel like I am just a name and number scheduled for an hour of her time.

Professionalism - worked with Ms. Rose for several years now. This is first year shes done my personal returns. Shouldnt have waited so long. VERY thorough - trust her with my mothers taxes, my business taxes and now my personal taxes.

Some changes make for a move. Tara Marshall was great and were happy that the taxes are completed.

It cost $250.00 and when I did the online work for the social security number protection, the screen only wanted information for 2017 to protect info for 2018 which is obviously a year too late.

I have been coming to Tara for at least 8 years, and referred several friends to her service. She makes my husband and I feel at ease and is knowledge in areas were are no, which is very comforting.

I understand some concerns some people have been having, but look at the pictures I took from inside the place. There are 6 tax analysts working at this place and people are complaining about specific ones. In my case, I worked with Indra Needlameggham, she attended me in a very professional matter and I was in and out within minutes. The place is accredited by the IRS and Im pretty sure they can get the job done, at least from personal experience.

We absolutely love Tara! she always gets us back the best refund possible and makes us feel like family!
