Clay did a great job on the taxes, dont get me wrong. But the 2 stars is because we called in advance to ask about whether they follow COVID precautions, wear masks, etc. They assured me when I made my appt that they do...however, when we (my husband and I) got there, we quickly realized that wasnt totally true. The first receptionist on the first floor was wearing a mask fine, but then she directed us upstairs to Clays office and Clay beckoned us into his office with no mask on. I hesitated and he continued to tell us to come in while holding a mask in his hand but not putting it on. I had to stand at the very back wall of his office, refusing to sit down, before he finally put it on. Then it kept slipping off his nose the whole time and hed take forever to pull it back up. Being in a small, enclosed office space with someone who obviously doesnt take masks seriously wasnt a great experience. Lastly, when we finally left, the receptionist in front of his office wasnt wearing a mask at all and we had to pass within 6 feet of her to leave. She never even tried to put it on as we were leaving. Now, before all you anti-maskers get upset, the reason Im putting the 2 stars is because I was ASSURED when making my appt that they would follow COVID precautions and wear masks the whole time because I specifically asked. Im rating them on their honesty (or lack thereof). So, for those of you who dont care about following the precautions, great! Disregard this review. However, for those of us trying to stay safe and for those of you who may have underlying conditions or have high-risk people at home, just wanted you to be aware.

Natalie was phenomenal. She helped us so much last year and again this year. She Id phenomenal. This is the first person that we have filed taxes with that we actually enjoy going to. Is that possible to actually enjoy taxes? Yes, yes it is, with her. She is really fast and helps us make sure to remember to get all the stuff we are able to claim and deduct. She even gives tips to help you for the following year. I cant believe we went to other people for so many years before finding her. She is a life saver and you will be satisfied with her doing your taxes. Well worth every penny!

How do I leave zero Stars? Horrible experience. Went to Dan, he did our taxes and we got back a return from one state but owned on another since we moved partially through the year. I understood and was fine with it. One state wont release our funds because they are missing documents and the other state we owe keeps telling us we are missing the same docs the other state is missing. I called Dan to get this resolved. This has been going on Since I filed my taxes in April. It is now December and I am still fighting both states. Dan assured me he has been trying to sort it out but both states are telling me they have STILL NOT received the required items to fix the errors and issues. I am going back and forth with the state. I even asked if I should file an amended return and they told me this is Dans responsibility to fix the docs he has given. I am tired of fighting on this. This isnt fair to me to have to deal with this. Now I am going into another year of returns and I am praying I dont owe more!

I have been going to Chris for my taxes for 10 years now, hes the best accountant anybody could ask for… Personal and business… I now run my own business and he does everything for me, Im EVEN out of state at this point and he MAILS me my documents EVERY QUARTER that need to be signed (including Federal and State Unemployment Funds to keep me up to code and income statements), and he does everything for me to stay in the lines and pay low taxes. Chris and his team are AMAZING
