I went in a couple of days ago but I am finally having the chance to make a review. When I walked it it was already a bad start to my visit both ladies up in the front which I later found out was named Emily and Bianca were chatting with a gentleman dressed in hustler attire they did not greet me at all I was the only person in the store also I ventured my way to the back room where a associate greeted me she helped about the room finding a great toy for me that I have used and feels amazing. She also helped me pick out a great lube and cleaner for my toy. I ventured back up to the clothes to pick out a new outfit the two ladies at the front stayed talking with the gentleman and never came to help me out not once I actually had to venture back to Julie and ask her for assistance with clothes she gladly obliged after looking to the front desk. She helped me through the whole store to pick out a new outfit for me which fits amazing. I asked her if she was a manager she said no that Bianca and Emily were the managers then asked if there was anything she could do to assist me again I told her no I just wanted to let them know you were the best worker I have ever had in here. She smiled said thank you then escorted me to check out where they finally greeted me and rang me out. If it wasnt for Julie I never would have bought anything I was very shocked that the managers were not the ones that gave me the best experience ever that it was just an associate. If I was the main manager at this store I would demote them and make Julie a manager. The store is great and worth your while only if Julie is working.

I went with 1 of my pretend business & the ladies working there basically ignored us other than a quick finding everything...as the y walked by or restocked something. What I didnt like was the minute my pretend was spotted by himself one lady working who had completely ignored him & myself earlier beeline him with all sorts of friendly advice & recommendations on the type of service swing he should get.....although I was the one footing the bill. Dont try n spark up convinced with a man u clearly see is with someone at that moment

Horrible experience, we went to look at a specific item of clothing. My wife wanted to try it on real quick and then purchase it. One lady said sure no problem and an older lady chimed with attitude and said no the dressing rooms are closed. We close in 8 minutes. I said but your not closed then she says well the dressing rooms close 15 minutes before closing. Another employee looked at her like what are you talking about. I checked my phone and it was actually just turn 14 minutes before close. So when conversation was started it was before her rule of 15 minutes before close. I brought this to her attention and she still said no. I asked how do you expect us to buy something without trying it on. She says you dont have to buy anything from here at all. I said yep youre right and that we will never be back. Spend your money elsewhere or fire the old bitter lady that isnt good with customer service or care about selling items at a shop.Wow over 3 weeks and no response from the manager or owner

Terrible return policy. Their toys broke easily and there is no way to exchange or refund. Very cheap stuff that you can get off of wish or geek easily for a fraction of the cost.

The SA TX location is awesome, only been there twice now and have definitely become a fan. The staff are always phenomenal and the selection is great. I have to say this time though, Miss Bliss took the cake on customer service. Shes straightforward, very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Ill for sure be taking her advice on some future purchases when I return

Went in last night (Saturday august 14) and got a nice greeting from two girls up in the front both short one with red hair and one with a short wavy dirty blonde color hair, the store was packed so I was very surprised that they came out to help customers but also very pleased I walked around and found them to be very helpful another work (pardon my description) short heavy set lady with short dirty blonde hair was already out walking the floor and hanging up clothes infront of customers completely blocking our views of seeing things and also completely ignoring us, the red haired one called out for her and said she needed her in the front so she went up helped her with one customer out of the eight she had in line then went back to blocking our view of clothing items. Me and my partner got frustrated with his to the point that we just took the one outfit the wavy haired girl helped up pick out and left but as we were leaving the heavy set one started raising her voice slightly in front of everyone to the red haired one. The entire thing made us very uncomfortable if it were for that one worker we would have loved our time in the store but it just takes one person to make people not want to stay and she was that one person. I wont be staying in the store if I see her again I will just leave and come back another time when she isnt there.

I love this store, its brightly lit, clean and spacious. I havent ever gotten a creepy vibe there. On this trip I had a question and the associate was familiar with the product and directed me to the right items immediately. I love Hustler Hollywood! Every time Ive gone in they are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable. They have a great selection of clothing, lingerie, and entertainer outfits that are just beautiful. They also have a good selection of shoes! They have their toys and similar items separate in the back, and its organized very nicely by item and needs. I only wish the store was a little bigger so they could put more things, but as it is, its pretty big and the selection is better than a lot of other similar shops in SA. Pricing is affordable and its easy to get to off the access road.

Last night I showed up needing an emergency pair of high heels for my wife who was at an event and couldnt come herself. Their policy is all shoe sales are final but the manager heard my predicament and said that if the size I got was the wrong size if I brought them back promptly she would take care of me.I gave her the size, picked out a heel and the manager CORRECTLY explained that this particular brand ran small so she adjusted the size appropriately.Got the shoes back to my wife and they fit like a dream.Knowledgeable about their products and willing to take care of their customers. Thats an invaluable asset in customer service.They earned a customer for life last night.

Another reviewer mentioned you might find cheaper prices online for some items. That might be true. But, sometimes I prefer shopping offline especially when purchasing something new. I was able to see, touch, and feel products and get my questions answered in real-time before purchasing anything. It’s nice to support a local business too. I also found some fun items on sale that I had not expected to purchase! I left the store laughing with the store employees. All-in-all, it was a great shopping experience!

Fantastic place great people will go back

Im assuming distribution has been low for a lot of retailers like this, some of the shelves were pretty sparse but I guess thats done for a loss prevention reason to be able to see all the way across the store when it looks like theres only one employee working. It would have been nice to have somebody approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, I know this industry Shoppers tend to be solo, but I was looking for something specifically.

I needed a specific costume for a party, and the only 1 they had left was on the mannequin in the window. They pulled all the employees together that werent with other customers to take it off the mannequin and back in the original packaging. They were wonderful!

This place is awesome, love it! They have everything and a good selection of everything. Much better location than both of the Adult Megaplexxxs, cleaner, and staff is way more friendly. They had employees walking the floor seeing if they can help you. This IS the Megaplex alternative and should be your first choice like it is mine. This store lacks fashion/clothing/underwear for men but that is more specialty items in my opinion anyway.

Small selection for queen-size but I did find one outfit. There shoe selection was very small(about ten shoes and they were 7-8inches tall no 6 in pleasers and they didnt have any shoes my size 8 only 9 or higher they were cute just my expectations were a little higher since they are a huge store 👍

The store is always clean and well lit. The staff is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very professional. They provide military and dancer discounts and have a reward program. Tikira(I hope I spelled that right), helped us today and was very relatable and helpful. Shirley checked us out and has always been present when we visit. I believe she is a manager.
