Normally going to Walmart is a nightmare that nobody looks forward too. However it was 7PM, my tire was flat and that work was calling the next day. I pulled up at closing and the two young men there fit me in and was constantly communicating with me while they were fixing it, making sure the expense would be okay and the repair was what I wanted. They made me visit pleasant and willing to drive to this specific Walmart for Auto needs.

The have cheap prices however 2 stars is because of the lack of customer service. I dropped off my car for an oil change and was told it would be an hour. I waited patiently for almost 2 hours and then I finally went back to the auto center they said they couldn’t do the oil change. I’m sure they knew that within the first 30 min of having my car and yet they never called me to tell me anything at all. I wonder how long my car would have sat there if I didn’t go back.

Sign and website said opens at 7am. Arrived at 7:05 and was not open. Waited until 7:25 still no one showed up. Waste of my time.

Placed order for tires. Never got ordered. Had to try it online 10 days later. 3 tires out of 4 got delivered. Still dont have my 4th tire. Its been abt a month since I started on this trail. Never will try them again.

Got a good oil change at a decent price

Saved me when I had a flat and was out of town over labor day weekend.

The tires I wanted showed in inventory, but they couldnt physically find them. Steee-rike!

They changed the radio station in my car. They took air out of all my tires to the point they were reading low. They drove my car up front and saw the reading to inflat the tires and left it. I pulled into the tire bay and asked to add air and they had no reason why they lowered the pressure. I won’t be going back.

Was really only there for some window washer fluid & oil. The selection was really good, and it was a great price on the washer fluid! I had to knock off a star, because the cashier walked away, and seemed to have taken FOREVER to come back! Not bad Walmart auto center... not too shabby.

Asked to have 2 tires mounted. Got it back and they only charged me for mount. Returned to asked about balancing (as it is required). They checked and it was done but not charged. Difference in price is $5 so I wanted to pay that amount for lifetime balance. They charged me $25 instead. I explained difference was only $5 but they said $25. I did not argue. Wheels vibrated. I took to Firestone and paid a much higher price for balance but they are as smooth as could me. Tires were off by about 3 ounces. Id _highly_ recommend you dont have work done on your expensive vehicle at Walmart (at least this location). They just cannot get it right.

I visited this location first thing in the morning before going to work. Purchased 4 new tires. Associates were prompt, courteous and listened to my concern of being in a hurry to be to work ontime. They were able to get my car finished quickly. I appreciate your help today! Great work guys!

I know the people who work here try to do their best. But when it comes to my vehicle or even having a key made, Id prefer a person who knows hands down what theyre doing. And the wait time is like a 60s doctor visit. Sorry guys/gals

Cant be in there

We just came in to get a oil change. Said it was gonna be 2 hours for 3 cars ahead of us. We been here 4 hours and there still not done. They put 2 more cars ahead of us that came after us. Horrible communication skills and we asked multiple times why we keep getting skipped and nothing is being done about the issue. Ill never come here again

Good prices but it tool 3 hours to change a tire and oil. This is the third time I have been here and had the same waot everytime. I will not be returning

Some of the most rude and unhelpful staff I have ever delt with at a Walmart. Anytime you go here after 5 they make some excuse why they cant help you. They claim to be busy but I stood waiting watching them just talk in the back shop for a good 30 min not working on cars. I am officially never coming back here again. You have lost my business for life.

Horrible experience! They left early (before 7pm) w/o giving me my keys back after the oil change so I had to get a sporting goods employee to track down my keys & check me out. Then discovered the next day my vehicle was leaking oil (which its never done b4). (They also left their filter wrench inside my engine compartment.) Took it back couple wks later (when still leaking!) only to have an employee be incredibly unhelpful & basically tell me to go away, nothing they could do! Worst auto shop Ive EVER been to! The ONLY saving grace to this place is the manager Aaron that was actually awesome in helping me get the drain plug tightened back up to stop the leak. He is incredibly helpful & professional, but apparently has no employees on staff who are competent. Stay away from this place til they get staffed up decently...

Plan on standing in front of the counter for at least 10 minutes before the people behind the counter even acknowledge your existence.

Zach did a great job in the auto center to get me on road fast.

The workers were kind. Thank you to the manager Cody for making this right on the mishap. The front desk was telling customers to come in and was overbooking the auto shop. Thanks for the discount. Thats why I only use Walmart for my lube and oil changes. Thanks again.

This place completely blows. Ive been here several times, since I lived right around the corner and it seemed convenient to have done while I shopped. I kept thinking it would get better, thinking this kind of crap service cant continue to last, but it never improved. The last time I just wanted a standard oil change and tire rotation. There was no cars in front of me and it still took them an hour, and they never got the tire rotation finished. I was there with my 2 young boys and an hour is plenty long enough to be in a walmart so I left without the tire rotation. Finished with giving them any more chances. I wish I wouldve bought my tires elsewhere as well. Only go here if you expect crap service and incredibly long wait times.

Terrible. They opened 20 minutes late and acted as if this is normal. Rude and careless employees. Id recommend you go to Big O tires and lube instead. I did, and Ill NEVER go back to any WalMart.

The lady with the red hair is vary rude. Was yelling and so frustrated.

I have been here about 4 times and no more. They take way too long, they try to talk you into several other things you didnt ask for, and if you say yes they take even longer. I was there today for a standard oil change. They talked me into an injector cleaning for $8 and then they finished the oil change without doing it. When they figured out their mistake they took another 45 minutes to get that done. I was there nearly 90 minutes.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I WOULD!! First of all what kinds place has an elderly man sitting out in the sun all day while rest stay cool? Secondly I waited nearly TWO hours when they said my car would be done in forty minutes for an oil changeN, considering there was only one car in front of mine. Noone would give me answers while they repeatedly walked by me and ignored my questions till I finally had to get loud with the manager and tell them to give me my car back and not to touch a thing on it cuz who knows how long itd take at that point. Still not a single word from anyone, just tucking their heads down and continuing to ignore me. I will NEVER be returning to this location and if anyone with any common sense YOU WILL NEVER USED THIS LOCATION EITHER! Rather spend more to save time then EVER lose that to this horrible place ever again!

Was told a hour and a half to get tires mounted got there at 1pm took them till 5:30pm the kid working on my car was a newb i wonder if it was his first day there they pulled 5 other cars in and got them completed whilst I had to wait for this kid to take a hour per tire I told them 2 hours in they should have another tech help the kid my foose rims are all scratched scuffed never will go here again

Walmart typically does a good job, but I am giving them 3 stars because they were lazy and didnt bother to put the milage on the sticker for the next service.
