The customer service was great. Your able to sit in your vehicle as the oil change is being done. You can trust them, some places you go to the employees are not trust worthy and have gone through your car. This place is in a great location its next to a nice car wash. Which we needed also. The neighborhood is good

There was never any inclination of trying to up sell me on anything. I was in and out with a full service oil change in under 20 mins.Incredibly run oil service

I dread taking my company car to get the oil changed… The “Jiffy-Lube” experience is the WORST and they were NEVER fast nor were they ever trustworthy from my own experiences over the last 13 years driving a company-owned vehicle.This Valvoline Instant Oil Change service team and location is A W E S O M E ! ! !These guys are great! The three-man team that performed the service on my car were an efficient and hard-working and friendly.I liked that I was able to stay in my car. This benefit is great for parents that don’t want to chase their kids around a waiting area.It’s a drive getting to this location from where I live but it’s my new spot.

Quick and thorough service. I was able to stay in my car during the servicing, This was nice and convenient. I wasn’t pressured into buying filters and wiper blades like other establishments. They were friendly and kind about addressing any outstanding issues. I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change and possibly other services that come up.

2 minutes agoI called to confirm this Sandy location accepts the coupon being sold on Groupon for a full-synthetic oil change & an 18 point maintenance check for $55.Gary confirmed they accept the Groupon. He gave me 6pm as their closing time and I asked him what time is the latest time theyll accept a customer and he said to arrive by 5:50pm.I arrived on a Tuesday, around 5:45pm.They took me right in, I stayed in my car the entire 10 minutes I was there.Austyn, Fred, and Gary worked on my car.Fred was in the pit underneath my car doing the oil change.Gary was friendly as he checked the fluids.Austyn was also friendly as he checked me in and took my payment. I have to say he was the star of the visit because he spent a few minutes blowing the windshield fluid lines clear so my windows could be cleaned.I really appreciate the effort he exerted into helping me.They couldnt change my cars rear & right brake lights because there was tape over them (previous mechanic placed duct tape on them for some reason). I asked Austyn who could help me and he sent me to OReillys on 7th East (& they did help me replace both burnt out bulbs).$55 seems like a lot of money to pay for an oil change.But I can see the value for people lacking available time in their schedule and/or for people who dont want to/cannot get out of their car.Thank you Austyn for your extra efforts!

Terrible customer service at this location. The manager is unprofessional. The Sandy location is head and shoulders above this one.

Best Valvoline I have been to in the country. Didn’t skip anything. Showed me how to get a coupon online. Introduced me to all the staff. And told me what was happening throughout my service!
