I am a widow/single mom and sometimes it’s difficult to find the time to get an oil change with kids. This location, went above and beyond. They have a little kids section to keep them entertained, the guys were very polite. They were kind enough to gladly help when I asked them if they could change the language on the screen back to English after my kids somehow changed it. I felt very safe and welcomed at Grease Monkey and will be coming back for future work on my Jeep.

I used Grease Monkey for the first time and am so impressed with their service. This will now be my go to place for oil changes and any other auto service. They were so nice, knowledgeable and quick. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back.

Very good customer service. Engine light (low tire pressure light) did not get resolved, but the staff was straight up about what they could and could not do, unlike my experiences at some such vendors who pretend to be mechanics.Excellent free car wash with clothes and spray wipe provided along with the oil change.

I dread jiffy lube, was just hoping Grease Monkey would be a good change. I was so pleased. I was greeted quickly, spacious and clean waiting room, very professional and smiling young man that quickly walked me through their array of available services .... WITHOUT the significant pressure, and guilt I got at other places. They were quick, available coupon online... and a coupon for a free car wash at the end. I will be making them my new go-to oil change place, for all 3 of my cars. They set a high standard for my first visit, I hope thats the standard they always have. Thank you!

Never had a bad experience at grease monkey. Beyond their oil and state services, they have vacuums and a car wash. Vacuums are free and they give out free car washes with every service. Service is great and already well priced. Throw in the free car wash and vacuum for added value.

My wife and I took our cars in at different times and we both agreed this was the best experience we’ve ever had at any shop. I went in as recent as 08.31.21 and I was in and out. They took care of me, gave me honest recommendations to keep an eye on for even though it wasn’t absolutely necessary at that point in time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest. Best believe I’m bringing pizza for my next oil change.

She doesn’t drive much but it had been a while so I took her car back in here to be serviced. The wonderful grease monkey checked her oil and said it was in great condition and did not need to be changed.This guy’s integrity is what makes me love these guys. Instead of just doing the service and charging for it, he was honest and sent me on my way.

I dont usually complete all the surveys I receive post purchase. But these guys are awesome. Most recently I took a car in for an oil change and emissions check. I mentioned this as a byline on a survey response. The next day I received a call from Dakota at the South Jordan District location. On top of everything they credited me the $40 dollars. This place is great. They dont pressure you to buy anything and just talk you through whatever they notice about your car. Highly recommended.I can also confidently say that the owners will go to great lengths and do the right thing if any issues do arise. I did have an issue when visiting last time and they were very reasonable to deal with and covered every base (and every cost!) to make sure they were fair with me.

I was having car troubles on a Saturday and a hard time finding a mechanic. Although, mechanical isnt this locations specialty, they welcomed me in to take a look at it and get me in touch with a mechanic. After all of their kindness, they even threw in a complimentary car wash. I would highly recommend and will surely be back for my next car wash, oil change, etc.

As a Maint. Manager, I was super impressed with the level of detail all of the team members played. From the way they organized how the cars were being brought into the shop vs when they arrived to straightening the lobby chairs, taking out the trash and wiping down the counters, greeting the customers and keeping the shop clean, it was a very impressive scene. It was very clear to me that every technician cared for the shop and each other as a whole and not just what their job role may have been. I talked with 3 different techs and all were consistent in their approach and response. It put my mind at ease knowing that I was in good hands and 100% will be back!

The 1st question from the gentleman that I 1st dealt with was not the typical, How may a help up you, but, How is your day going so far? That is the 1st WOW experience. Then within 1 minute, my write-up was done. 1 minute..another WOW. 10 seconds later a screen popped displaying all my Mercedes vitals. WOW This made me feel comfortable that their team had the data needed for my specific vehicle. The shop was very clean, including the restroom. May I repeat, including the RESTROOM! The entire oil change / tire rotation service was done within 30 minutes. When checking out (different guy), the first question was not, This is what we did and you owe us $x xx, but, So, how is your day going so far?. This made me feel that he cared about me. It made me feel part of the family . He did explained to me actually what they did and did not do, but there was no need to because they already had built up my trust. I can some it up in one sentence: This company (The Grease Monkey) is in the business of fixed broken lives, not broken cars. I suspect there is a reason they have a 4 9 Google score with over 1500 reviews.
