I have visited this location many times and they are ALWAYS very quick with my car! Also theyre nice and professional and polite.

Went in for emissions and it was done in 10 minutes, plus got new tags and they even replaced my headlight for free! Friendly and great service. Will be returning.

The technicians were friendly and very efficient. I barely had time to sit down in their waiting room before they had finished my emissions check. I was able to pay for the service as well as registration for my car right then and there, which was really convenient. I even received a flower at the end of my visit! My only complaint was the price. The emissions inspection was pricey at $40 plus another $10 for the registration sticker.

Went to get my oil changed here, and I mentioned my power steering to them since it sounded a little off. They were done in what seemed like 10-15 minutes (very quick!!), and afterwards, my car drove so smooth and there were no concerns with my power steering! I have been here multiple times and love it every time.

I like this location because theyve always been courteous and professional. I like that I usually dont have to wait long. I always come here for oil changes and for our DMV renewals.

Best service i think i have ever had! The manager was extremely friendly and helpful with servicing my vehicle. i was in and out in 15 minutes but they were extremely thorough in my visit going over everything and making sure my car was safe to drive! definitely will be recommending this place and will be back again for my next service!

Came in at 8 am for emissions, and it was done super quick. The staff are super friendly and nice. The guy who helped us, I didnt catch his name, he gave my mom one of the carnations they had by the register.

I called around a little just after talking to Blake on the phone to service my VW. They tend to be more expensive then some of the other oil changes because my car takes euro full synthetic. This is why I called around.Anyways, these guys were all really nice. They werent pushy at all. They did bring my air-filters to me and explained their condition. Mine, werent perfect but not bad enough that I needed them replaced. The guys gave me the costs and recommend that I take care of it in 1 or 2 more oil changes.They did a good job, got through my car quickly and I felt like that they were profesional and honest. Id definitely be comfortable referring my friends and family to these guys.If I didnt, I wouldnt be writing this review.

Really good experience! so right away I noticed that the employees were not only very courteous but also very knowledgeable and was able to communicate with me very simply for me( as a person who doesnt know cars at all) tell me about all my options and explain them so I could understand while offering what felt like very fair and competitive prices. also their timing was great within less than 5 min of the time they told me my car would be done, they gave me the notice that everything was ready and good to go! definitely will be a returning customer for regular oil changes and check ups for regular car upkeep!

I came here for a full service oil change, this includes a basic inspection of all your fluid levels, wiper blades, belts, and battery. They even clean your exterior windows! I was in and out in less than ten minutes! There was no wait at 3pm on a Thursday. They have wifi, coffee, and popcorn (the popcorn cannot be served due to COVID though). The staff is extremely friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. They showed me my engine air filter and explained the condition of it. I was handed a hard copy of my car inspection and they also emailed me a digital copy. I left feeling happy and confident in my vehicle. Im going to come here for now on!

I just would like to thank Preston for the professional service I received from him. From the moment I got there he was very nice to me which made me feel very comfortable talking to him. I was happy with the cost of the oil change and was finished sooner then what I expected. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend grease monkey, and Preston particularly to any of my friends or family.

Grease Monkey (South Jordan) performed a full-synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Everyone there was very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I noticed a small leak afterwards, but they identified the issue and fixed it quickly (bad oil filter gasket). Overall, very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

We all know how much we hate going to the DMV. I needed my registration and emissions done and I literally had THE WORST experience at two different DMVs yesterday and ended up here today. Preston and Koda were nothing shy of incredible. insanely fast (i’m talking i barely sat down before they came in to tell me they were done), super professional, gave me a 5 dollar coupon i didn’t know about, replaced my stickers for me, and even gave me a flower! cute touch. great service. quality employees. is it just me or do they need a raise? i think so :)

Service is always friendly and fast. I can drop off my car, pick a few things up at the store and they are done when I get back. They are not expensive which I love and tell me what I need, not what they need to make their numbers. We took the car to get registered and figured we would do an oil change because it has been a few months. They checked and said we didnt need the oil change yet. I love that!

I went to get my emmissions done at the last minute. I hate being that person. I did call before hand to see if they had time. They said it would take about 10 minutes. I barely had time to sit down and look at my phone before the tech came in and said it was done. He was very friendly and professional!

These guys always do a great job no matter what I need them for. I use them for oil changes, emissions, check engine light, etc. They are always honest and helpful. I never feel pressured to have extra services done that aren’t necessary. They always leave a little flower on the dashboard which is a nice touch!! I just wanna leave this here.This is a fantastic oil shop to go to! I was running a lil short on time but still decided to stop by and see what the wait was with about 4 cars ahead of me, I pull up to the front garage doors and was greeted by Kolby! He came out fast with a positive smile on his face and told me it would take about 30-35 min cause of the cars in front of me, which was no problem to me next thing I know, 20 minutes later there all finished!! the manager Preston was so nice and in a positive mood! he seemed to genuinely care about me and my vehicle!(he also let me snag a flower to give to my wife for brownie points!) my Oil was full and clean, tires got set to the proper psi, windows were clean! Kolby also let me know what condition my brakes and air filters were at and let me know i still had some life on them instead of trying to “sell, sell, sell” To say the least I was very impressed by there work,I will definitley be recommending them to my friends and family and plan on having all my future oil changes here! I have never had such a great experience with getting my oil changed as I did at this Grease Monkey location! I had gone in to get my oil changed (obviously) and was told that my oil was only at 63% and that I didn’t need to change it for a while. WHAT?!?! So honest, knowledgeable and friend. Dakota & Blake went above and beyond to check my tires, etc. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed!!

I came in to the grease monkey by smiths and got and oil change, I’ve previously gone to jiffy lube and had terrible experiences so I figured I’d try grease monkey, my family members have been going there and raves about the amazing manager boun, when I went boun no longer worked there, they have a new manager named Jacob. He seemed nice but when he was explaining about oils and my cars health he had no idea what he was talking about. I told my mechanic friend what he said and my friend told me that he should not be in the automotive business and that he is not knowledgeable on the things he thinks he is.

We needed a safety inspection for a rebuilt title. They were very helpful, professional, and thorough. We were in and out quickly on a busy day.

After getting an oil change and being satisfied with the experience, I drove away happy. Shortly after my car started acting up and became hard to drive. I got it back to Grease Monkey and because the timing of the event, it seemed like the problem could be related to the oil change. They took me very seriously and were very courteous. They spent time checking over their work for errors and looking up information about the error code they retrieved. They also found out that my car was still under warranty from the manufacturer, which I did not realize as I had bought it second hand. I was able to have it towed to the dealership and repaired there. Im happy to inform the problem and needed repair had nothing to do with the services of Grease Monkey. As such it would have been very easy for Grease Monkey to say not my problem but they didnt do that. They were very diligent and spent over an hour helping us out. And I mean all the guys were helping, about 5 of them. They even got our contact information to follow up with us later. I will continue to use Grease Monkey and recommend their business to others. They went above and beyond for us.

Short, successful experience. I went there to get an oil change. It only took about a half an hour and they had a small, nice waiting room with a move playing while I waited. I only spoke with the mechanic for a few minutes while he ringed me up, but he was respectful and they honored the coupon I brought in. They left a cute flower in my car too. I liked that.

Very honest and great gesture on their part! They got my AC recharge done in 45 mins and I was out the door happy with the service and overall experience! Great shop and team at this location!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Their unlimited wash is the cheapest around for better quality and convenience than Ive experienced anywhere else. Super friendly staff. Fun waiting room. Excellent customer service. I cant say enough :)
