Riverton Chevrolet is excellent!! One of my tires was running low. They checked it out and reset a tire pressure sensor. There was no charge, and they didnt give me some unnecessary repair suggestion or cost! Having a trustworthy mechanic, makes all the difference!! Well done Riverton Chevy... well done!

Id went there because our car salesman Allen Saur, wanted to do a photo shoot with the car he sold me, a 2018 SS Camero Hot Wheels 50th Edition Camero,because the Chevrolet Corporation sent me a actual hot wheels cast car of my car, along with the hot wheels cast car of the very first hot wheels Camero which was in 1967, along with a authentication ( metal card) that has production number (they only made 500 hot wheels 50 th Cameros) Im very proud and happy to own this car

Very unpleasant experience while getting a vehicle serviced at this dealership. The service receptionist was unfathomable rude and unprofessional, she should be expelled from her position at this location. She was comically crass and *very* audibly laughed when she discovered my warranty didn’t cover a repair. Additionally, when she explained the warranty coverage, she basically shouted it so the entire service department can hear it like a form of social harassment or humiliation. This is the second time I’ve interacted with this person and it was much more severe the second time. Hopefully few Chevrolet customers have to interact with this person and there surreal antics; and if so, they probably wound not want to visit this location again. Because of this terrible experience, I will NEVER come to or purchase any services or items from this dealership ever again.Update 1 (15 minutes after leaving)I just looked over the car and the charge port door is complete missing; additionally, the door mechanism is broken. When I arrived at the dealer for service, the door was intact and functional. I’m reaching out to the service department now to see if this conflict can be remedied.Update 2I called both the service department and the service manager, Troy Francis. I was able to get a hold of the service department; however, Troy was unavailable at the moment so I left a message. A service department member informed me that I should return to the dealership so they can assess the damage. When I arrived they looked over this door and said they would order a new part and replace it free of charge. Furthermore, the said they would call me to reschedule another time to come in and install the part.I must note that the review score is based off of the negative interactions Ive had with the aforementioned service receptionist and other service technicians/managers/receptionists and the accidental removal and breakage of the door, not the warranty coverage of my vehicle.Update 3 (3 hours after leaving)I received a follow up phone call from the service manager, Troy Francis, regarding my experience at the service department. We discussed my interactions with the previously mentioned service receptionist and if there was anything that can be done to improve my visit and Google review. I told him about the crude and strangely combative behavior of his employee and how the rest of the service at his department was for the most part, fine. He informed me that he would speak to the service receptionist and that for future services with the department I would not have to interact with her as the point of contact.Update 4 (3 days after leaving)I arrived at the dealership and they installed the new part. I didnt interact with the aforementioned service receptionist and service was fairly quick.Update 5 (5 minutes after leaving the 2nd time)I looked at the charge port door and notice the trim piece around the charge port door was missing, so I drove back to the dealership. Unfortunately, when I arrived the aforementioned service receptionist was there and I had to explain to her the situation. Again, she was rather combative. She informed me that the trim piece probably wasnt there when arrived there that afternoon or that it wasnt included with my cars model year, blaming me for the cars absent trim piece. I showed her a picture of the trim piece and she reluctantly had one of the service technicians take the car back and look at it; once again, it was a very cacophonous experience. Unsurprisingly, the service technician who installed the part earlier discovered that he simple didnt install the trim piece. After the part was reinstalled, I took delivery of the car and left.2020 UpdateThe rude receptionist from before isnt there anymore; however, the individuals I briefly spoke with were also rude and combative, consequently, this just must be the company culture there. Theres a reason why their schedule is so open there, no one wants to visit this location. Consequently, I wont be visiting this location ever again.

We had some issues that we were able to work out the best we could. Scott Wilde the general sales manager is a good guy who was able to explain a few things we were having trouble understanding and we were able to come to a resolution the best we could.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION! Had my Chevy Cruze in a couple years ago because I stripped my oil plug. I was told the whole oil pan needed replaced and it was $500. Fast forward to today my car is at the dealership in AF and they tell me the seal on the oil pan is leaking and they want to replace it. I said the dealer in Riverton replaced it just a couple years ago. I brought up that I could maybe do that myself and he said it was a 10 hour job. When Riverton “replaced” my oil pan they did it in 45 min. I know this because I have a device in my car that sends me notifications when the car is started. Riverton Chevrolet did not change my oil pan but charged me for changing it. Do not bring your car here for service if you do not want to be lied to.

Took my truck for an oil change. They made sure multipoint inspection was performed and emailed me a copy of the diagnosis. They threw in a tire rotation, amd washed my truck too. The representatives were incredibly professional. Keep up the good work.

I paid to have DVD players installed in the head rest and ended up with damage to the ceiling behind the rear view mirror where the wires are.I took my car in again because there was an error in the car recognizing it was in park. Picked it up today and there are multiple scratches in the paint getting in the driver side door.I am so disappointed and terrified to take my car or any other car in for service! If I could give a negative star rating I would.

Ive been to a couple of dealers and there are definitely crazies out there. But this is by far the friendliest. I went looking for a specific used car and they listened to what I wanted. Even though I didnt end up buying a car They were very helpful. Not pushy at all. If I had a question about the car... They did their very best to find out for me. Even put the car on a lift so I could inspect the underneath. Tyson and Scott were fabulous. I would come back to sales people like this. Thank you it just wasnt the right car for me at that time.

Took my car in for to have the software updated on the computer (paid service since way out of warranty) they got me in quickly and got the car done that day. Picked it up that night and the airbag light was on. Got busy and didn’t take it back for way too long so I made another appointment to pay again to have them fix the airbag light they set off, asked them to look at a lighting issue I had as well. Service advisor called the morning I dropped the car off and said they fixed the airbag issue and that I had 2 burned out headlights.... I questioned them about it and ended up picking the car up without having them swap the bulbs, tried new bulbs still no headlights, turns out there was a wire rubbed through in the wiring harness causing the issue.

I can not even get a abs problem fixed it has been in and out of there for a month now and they tell me now to pull the transmission to find the wiring problem DONT take your car there if you have a wiring or computer problem. It was advised to get a new abs module at $1200 and run a new wire for $285 and now pull the transmission.

Took the time to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Arrived at the dealership and waited in my truck for about 14 minutes. Someone finally approached me and let me know how long it was going to take. Come to find out, scheduling an appointment has no bearing on priority of service. I was told there would be a 2 hour+ wait. Tried to use Thanksgiving as an excuse, but if I recall, Thanksgiving happens literally every year. If you see a spike in customers prior to a holiday how about staffing more techs for that time? Business practices aside, if you value your time, avoid this service department. Ended up cancelling and am finding another dealership to do the service.

No one likes going to a dealer for service unless you have a warranty. I thought I had to get work done on my 2004 Chevy Suburban that only the dealer could do (computer program flashing). When I showed up the staff was extremely courteous and professional! What?!?!? The place was really clean and way nicer than any other dealership Ive ever been too. Big screen TVs, nice couches to wait on, free drinks and hot chocolate. I was honestly impressed and surprised with how nice and clean everything was (I guess it makes me want to buy a Chevy?) Sadly, I didnt need a computer program flashed and needed something repaired that cost lots more $$$$, but they worked with me and fixed the repair quickly. I still wont choose to go to a dealer for service repairs, but if I have to then this is where Id pick. Almost does make me want to buy a new Chevy from them...

DONT RECOMMEND......Bought a car there a year ago. Right after I bought it the check engine light came on. I took it back and at that point the light was off. I tried telling the service guy about it. But he didnt believe anything I said. I even had the code written down. Guess its because Im a girl. Anyway. I know have all these codes going off and now Im going to fork out all this money. That I shouldnt have too.

Ask for Carla! Ive had great experiences working with Carla on the service of some of my vehicles. I have been thrilled with each interaction. they are very busy so i recommend making an appointment and planning to be without a car but they are great to communicate status and costs. I bought my tires here last time also and they were great prices and matched another local tire shop that had the tires cheaper. Not all my cars are Chevy but I really like this dealer so more in the future might be. Give Carla a raise Riverton because she is awesome.

They do fine work at the expected dealership premium price. I go here because its near my workplace. The front desk people are “doin time and not real excited about their jobs. During multiple visits Ive stood around waiting, while there appear to be plenty of staff milling around ignoring me. Taking off 1 star for that. And another star off for charging $125 for a plugin-a-cable-push-a-button software update; Which they didn’t know if it would even resolve the intermittent problem.

They had my truck for a week, threw $1100 in parts and labor at it and still couldnt clear the poor def quality light. They wanted me to spend another $3900 to replace the dpf. Ended up taking the truck to local diesel shop and they had it fixed in a half day. Said all it needed was an ecm update and a regen. Seems like something the dealership should have checked first. Soooooo long story short if youre vehicle is under warranty take it in and let them struggle to fix it, and if its not take it somewhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I made an appointment for a tire change and 2 and a half hours after arriving I was still waiting for it to be done. Additionally they quoted $150 but failed to tell me that they would add road hazard and other fees so I ended up paying $70 more than the quote - they didn’t notify me. Very unsatisfied.
