Absolutely do NOT go here!! I’ve gotten my nails done twice at this salon and both times I have left with 5 or more nails bleeding. Each time I went my nails looked thick and uneven! After one week of having white nails the color turned orange! The gentleman that did my nails should not being doing nails!! I will never be back.

My first visit was good had pedicure and powder nail put on. A little more expensive then I wanted to pay - but they looked nice.

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. If I could rate as a zero I would. Staff had their children there running naked and wild thru the salon. After a 2 1/2 hour wait I received substandard service. The gel polish I paid $40 for was poorly done and 1/2 of the polish on the thumb washed off the next day. Only parts of the manicure were completed. There was food and roaches on the floor. Plz don’t go here. It’s a total waste of time and money.

Friendly staff great service clean environment and many techniques and colors to choose from.

Me and my best friend went, we called before hand and asked if they had space for two walk ins they told us yes, we get there and we wait about an hour, 5 other people walk in after us and they let them go first. terrible experience.

Very disappointed. I called them before I went and got a manicure and asked how much it was for a full set of acrylic nails. The woman said $35. So I get there and wait my turn. A lady starts doing my nails and asked what shape and length I wanted and I told her coffin shape and medium/long and I just got them painted plain white. After she had them glued on, she then proceeded to tell me that it will now cost $65 because of the shape and length I chose. Which I didnt even understand because the nails were already coffin shaped (I guess they can buy them that way), she didnt have to file them to shape them or anything. All she had to do was glue them on and cut the excess off. I didnt say anything, however, because they were already glued on so I figured Id just pay the $65. The nails looked good and the staff were very friendly so I do appreciate that. I stopped myself from leaving a bad review after I left the business because of that. I decided to leave one today, though, because 3 days after I got them done 2 of the nails broke. I wasnt doing anything that shouldve caused that to happen, I actually didnt even feel them break. I just noticed when I looked down. And now, a third one has broken. They havent even grown out enough for a fill in and 3 are broken. I know they suggest getting the gel because it makes them stronger, but I was already paying almost double what I was told over the phone just because of the shape and length. I can only imagine what they charge for gel. I usually go to a salon in Russell Springs but didnt want to make the drive that day. But they only charge $55 for medium/long coffin shaped gel nails so I guess next time Ill just drive the extra miles to avoid this from happening again. Waste of money.

I love it there, great services and super clean. They are excellent my nails always look great and last longer than any where else. Definitely won my business!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon, we were there for over 3 hours, I got a pedicure and acrylic nails, and first off they half painted my toenails, they left places that weren’t painted on almost every toenail, they cut and filed my acrylic nails down way to short, after a few days my color on my nails started wearing off and looking like they needed a fill in and after one week one of my nails fell off and they said they would fix it for 3.00, when I already paid them enough the way it is! Don’t recommend at all!

Loved getting my pedi here!! Will be come back for future service for my feet & hands

I got here at 11:45 for a 12:00 appointment for full acrylic set and spa pedicures. When we got here we sat waiting for a while. A tech then sat us in pedi chairs and we waited for over 20 minutes for one of us to be attended to. They worked on one at a time (three people for pedis). Asked for them not to cut nails and they cut anyway. My pedi was done and I moved to the chair for full set of acrylic. I waited longer for my wife to get her pedi finished. I still waited. I was then told that only one tech could do acrylics and we would have to wait. It was after2 at this time. Still waited as they started working on people that came in after us and got their nails started and finished before we were started. When I asked the owner why we waited and she pretty well shrugged me off. As I’m writing this, my wife is getting hers done and the nails are crooked and owner isn’t fixing them. It is now 3:40 PM, almost four hours after our appointment and there is no reason for this. One tech to do all acrylic ON A SATURDAY.

Unfortunately my experience at this Salon was not a good one! I was really hoping it would be since I finally convinced my 86 year old mother to get a manicure for the very first time!! Her nails were done well and she had no complaints....But she did just have a simple manicure...However, the daughter of the owner did my nails (SNS) and they turned out to look like I tried to do them at home by myself with 2 left hands without my contacts in!My long nails were cut off without her stopping once to pause to ask me if the length of the first nail was what I wanted them all to be...so before I could stop her she cut my nails to the point where you can’t even see them from the other side of my hands.She did not give me the shape I asked for which was flat with the pointed edges slightly rounded. Well they were so short that couldn’t have been done at the end regardless.She didn’t have me rinse the dust and nail debris off before applying the SNS, at which point, I even asked her about that but she just kept going which gave the nails an unfinished grainy look.I asked her to remove the sticky debris under my nails and she said she couldn’t. And when I asked her at the end if she could at THE VERY LEAST MAKE THEM ALL THE SAME LENGTH she said she could not since they were my natural nails.... because she cut off all of the nail extensions down to skin.Even after all of this she never once apologized or said that she was sorry that I was obviously disappointed.....NOTHING!! She charged me out and that was it!!So I guess before my job interview I will have to pay the very nice Lady in Lexington at the Salon ‘Beauty Nails’ and pray that I don’t have an interview until they grow out enough to glue on the false ones to give me some length back so that they don’t bind to my fingertips!!! 50.00 down the drain!!! Don’t go there!!If look at the pictures posted on this site they were taken in 2019!! I am guessing that’s when the person who did those left!!Find someplace else even if you have to drive a ways!!!!

Arrived at 11:45 am for an appointment at 12:00pm for a mani and pedi it’s now 3:00pm and my nails have not even been started on people who Do not have an appointment and arrived approximately 30 minutes ago are having their nails already doneWhen I asked why I was waiting when people have come in after me I was given attitude

They always do an amazing job... always busy so you might have to wait but its usually worth it 😄

We waited for At least an hr we went get manicures for 3 2 pedicures and one nail fixed fot another one of us they sat us in a pedicure chair all 5 told them we wanted a manicure so we waited and they came and done pedicures on all of us one went over to get 1 nail fixed she had them done in Tennessee last wk still looking good the man ended up taking all her nails off all she needed and wanted was one nail fixed he ended up doing tips and she told him no but off they came he did French? Nail tips Where that came from we do not know told them exactly what we wanted ended up spending A lot of money for things that was their fault we will not be going back there they confuse and then do what they want and then blame the customer I’ve never been to a place that has ever done me like this review I am so disappointed in how our service went do not recommend it to any one but my guests who went with me was very much a blessing no good recommendation

They are the best nail place I’ve ever been, and I love that they are great quality nails at a very good price, They don’t take long and if you do have an appointment there always on time.

Had appt at 10 and when I arrived there were 4 others with same time slot.. They are doing 4 customers at a time so that means my appt would be pushed back for about 2 hours.. Workers never came outside to say anything to any of us.. I wont go back and they just lost 6 unhappy customers

I love this place. I took my wife to that nail salon and they did an excellent job. The workers are very nice as well. Would definitely come back to this place.

Seating guests elbow-to-elbow in the middle of the pandemic. Children of owners not wearing masks. No temperature checks despite the sign saying they would. Not enforcing no inside waiting area.

The tech was on the phone the entire time she was doing my pedicure. She was going to use a file on my feet that would have brought blood had I let her use this on my feet. It was the worst experience in a nail salon in Somerset I have had. I will never return there & will tell everyone I I know.

I’m giving this salon a one star rating because of the following:* When I left four of my nail beds were literally bleeding because the nail tech was obviously a little too rough. She seemed like she was just in a rush and hurried so she could get through to the next client.*i also got a pedicure and I still have a ton of “dry skin” on my heels* If I’m paying $40 for a pedicure and I still have dry feet, and half of my toes are painted meaning there was a centimeter to a centimeter and a half of toe nail showing on each toe.I left the salon laying $70 in total and was highly HIGHLY upset.
