I am so beyond disappointed with the service. I called earlier today to book a 4:30pm nail appointment. The woman who answered asked me to come in at 4pm. I left work early and arrived 5 minutes early. The same woman told me I was taking too long picking a color and the nail tech had another appointment, which I could not understand since she chose my appointment time. I set down with the nail tech and asked for acrylic stiletto nails. I even showed a picture (twice). She proceeded to round my nails so I politely explained the picture to her. Instead of fixing her mistake, she grabbed my hand aggressively. She was visibly aggravated. I did not say anything else until I realized that my nails were not the same length. My nails are very poorly done. I am so unsatisfied. I did not want to cause a scene so I left and called the woman who always answers the phone. She was not helpful. She did not offer an apology or offer to fix my nails. Needless to say, this was my last visit. Im more upset with their attitudes than how poorly my nails were done.

I was a walk-in and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I cannot remember the name of my nail technician/artist, but she was a young lady who did an excellent job on my French mani/pedi! Small place, but overall very professional, clean, and skillful at nails. I highly recommend. Thanks again, ladies!

We called for 3 pedicures last minute, they accommodated us even though we didnt have an appointment. they were great even with our young son. It was his and I first time. I am on my feet all day and after our treatment my feet feel fantastic.

I had to sanitize my hands as soon as I walked in. They have plastic dividers at all the nail stations as well as the pedicure chairs. It was very clean! Rosita did a great job with my manicure and gel polish. Everyone there was very friendly as well. I will definitely go again!

Two separate incidents: appointments were made with a requested employee and I still had to wait, come back in an hour or reschedule my appointment for another day. Ridiculous! They need someone else to make their appointments. Just saying!!

They are good but they could work on customer sirve when I went the girl working there told the other girl “I don’t want her “ so rude and disrespectful.

I just went to Top Nails today. My nails were a mess and I have been going to Dawn Doucet for years...God rest her soul. I considered just giving up, but took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. I am a traditionalist pink and white french. The owner did an amazing job! I felt welcomed and left super happy. Thanks Top Nails!

Great place to get your nails done. Very clean and nails come out great. You will not be disappointed!!

These ladies do a fabulous job. You can call ahead and make an appointment or most of the time just walk in. There are always ample people working and wait times rarely exceed 15 minutes. All of the ladies are sweet and I can go usually four weeks with my regular nail polish pedi looking pretty damn good! Def a rec!

If you want the best..without paying the most you want to go to Top Nails. Great to customers and comfortable atmosphere. The owner Orn makes everyone feel special.

Great little hometown - walk in service, the staff is friendly, nails and pedicures are done with perfection. The main down side is the place is very small, avoid popular times if you want a little space.
