Wow! This was the best pedicure I have ever gotten! The salon was clean and the staff was incredibly polite and nice. They use great products. I got a pedicure with a callus treatment and they did an amazing job, when most other places just give you a quick scrub and move on. I actually feel like what I paid for was very worth it and left happy, which doesnt happen frequently. I will dbefinitely be returning and telling everyone I know in the area about the amazing service!

This place is always amazing. It’s the best pedicure in this area. Every person from the moment you walk in is super welcoming and professional. There is a lot of color choices for regular Polish and gel. I highly recommend.

I had booked an online appt with the other Luxi Nails location by accident but luckily the owner was so kind and penciled me in for an appt that day & even called the other location to cancel.The salon is beautiful! They have so many color options for both dip powder and gel, which is a definite plus.I came in for a dip service, but the manicurist talked me into a full gel set saying it would be more natural (and more expensive). I showed her a picture of what I wanted [see below].However, the finished product was not what I asked for, so she went back and tried to fix it but, to be honest, it was still uneven [see photo], not the natural look that I was hoping for, and I have cuts above my nails from the nail file/buffer. For a $100 full gel set, I had pretty high expectations, so needless to say, I am pretty disappointed.Overall, I will probably come back and try again but it wasnt the best first experience.

While the quality of work is very good. The customer service provided by their booking staff, specifically the owners wife, is questionable and shady. They take NO responsibility for misinformation and miscommunication regarding appointments which I personally find unacceptable. I will continue to post negative comments until I receive a call from the owner with an apology for his wifes behavior.In response to the owners comments, while your business may rely on customer feedback you do not appreciate valued customers.The owner did call to apologize, but it really should have been his wife. Her behavior represented very poor customer services skills for which I received no apology. I only received an excuse that she did not represent the customer service side of the business. That response says it all.

I have been going here for years and I have to say they are by far the best in the area in all aspects. I recently moved away but found myself traveling back recently for an appointment because I cannot find a salon that compares. The place is always very clean and well organized. They use high quality products and the service is always impeccable starting from your call-in to make your appointment. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and that your appointment is going well. I always feel very pampered when I go and I feel my money is very well spent. The girls that work there are so sweet, work hard, and take their time to do a really good job on the service. The owner and his wife have done a wonderful job making this a top notch salon!

Clean salon with a lot of nail polishes. Opi and Essie. They use liners in the pedicure stations, throw away files and scented lotion and scrubs.

I am here temporarily in the area and needed a nail salon while in NJ. They are great at this location! Rosa has done my nails the last 2 visits and I have zero complaints. I do not feel rushed at all and am relaxed when I leave every time.

I went to the Hyundai dealer in South Brunswick, NJ to trade my car in. The salesman that was assigned to me is Gaurav Chauhan who was very professional and courteous. We reviewed estimated rates on a Hyundai Tuscon. I explained to him I wanted to think about the price before purchasing the car. After checking the Hyundai dealer on Route 22 in Bridgewater it was a waste of time. I went back the Hyundai dealer in South Brunswick where I purchased a Hyundai Tuscon Sport model.I think it was important to let the Iwer and Gaurav is exceptional and his customer skills are great. He is an asset to the company and should be rewarded for his hard work and contribution to the company. Great job Gaurav.

First time here and had great service from both lady’s who did my nails.

Last week I got my nails done and was charged 120.00 for a basic style in my opinion . And no other place has charged me like this ... honestly the nails are chunky and not sharp enough, for 120.00 . Even more mad because my nail just popped off and it’s only been a week .

Came here for the first time ever yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday for one of their (many) spa pedicure offerings and WOW!!! We had such a relaxing experience that he fell asleep during his massage.I have to commend the friendly staff on how nice and clean the salon was, and for their COVID protocol as well.Their online appointment booking is a huge plus as opposed to having to call into a busy salon and try and make an appointment over the phone.I’ve never been one to frequent nail salons, but I’ll definitely be back here more often.

I’m back for my second pedicure, and I will be back for more. Clean, friendly, affordable. Scheduling an appointment is easy, when you arrive they are very accommodating. The pedicures are excellent I haven’t gone beyond the basic, but I will. I particularly love the foot massage, but it’s all great. I have gone to Maria, and she has been excellent. I recommend coming to this location.

I reached out to Jeff in March to ask about setting up manicures and pedicures for my bridal party the day before my wedding in July. For the months leading up to the day Jeff was wonderful at answering all my questions including having the specific colors ready for the girls, noting the services each wanted to receive, and allowing us to have a space set set aside for our food and drink. The day of the event Luxi was prepared to accommodate my party of 9 right away. Jeff was friendly and efficient. He made sure we had everything we needed. All of our nails turned out amazing and all my friends said I made the right choice selecting Luxi V. It was a great way to start off my wedding weekend and I would highly recommend Luxi V to anyone! I will certainly be back!

Ive been to Luxi V several times now and I will continue to go... I dont know what they do differently but my pedicures from Luxi V last longer than any other. The experience is unlike any other! I got hooked with their pedicure services on day one!! Theyre clean, they give amazing leg rubs along with the pedicure itself, and to top it all off, the back rubs that they give you while your toes are drying, are the icing on the cake!!

Great service. The owner was super sweet and gave me a wedding specific email to contact for a group appointment. The place is clean, great selection of colors and they even gave a shoulder massage when our nails were drying. Love it here so glad I saw it!

Ive been coming here for a while now for my pedicures and gel manicures. I always make my appointments with Luisa because she does an amazing job and is consistent in her work. Shes very neat, meticulous and is also very helpful when it comes to picking colors out that best fit what youre looking for. Shes also very friendly and efficient. The facility is really clean and I enjoy the soothing background music they always play. For pedicures they give you a choice of scent for everything, Green Tea or Lavender, which is very nice. They end your service with a nice back massage which I love! Jeff, the manager, is very professional, friendly and makes making an appointment a breeze! They also have a great rewards card that you build up points and eventually get $10 off your next service. Whenever I’m back in Jersey, this is where I come to get my nails done. Their price range is on par with other local salons but the quality of the service is so much better. It’s a clean and relaxing environment. I never feel like my manicure/pedicure is rushed, even though it’s usually pretty busy. The owner is very welcoming and overall the staff is great.

I came to this nail salon for the first time, after reading the rave reviews online about the friendly and attentive staff and cleanliness of the space.My nail appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm and I arrived there about 15 minutes late. Be prompt, lol. Seriously. If you are coming from work, squeeze in a quick last minute appointment. Appointments can be made online through an outside app connected to the business or you can call ahead of time and schedule.Appointments are not totally guaranteed but they also do encourage walk-ins, I believe. Staff will also call you to remind you or your appointment time and usually if you are running late. This was the case with me as I went directly from work.My first impression of Luxi Nails & Spa V was the elegant sleek and clean design. The space is brightly lit and you can tell that the furnishings were newer and of high quality. The decor is modern but not completely minimalist. There are soft colors throughout the space and there are mounted TVs that have slideshows of placid imagery. Think dolphins swimming in the water. Additionally, you will be greeted by the sound of lilting jazz music. Quite lovely.I ordered an acrylic French manicure and eyebrow wax. It cost me $30 of course gel and color French manicure and powder ones cost more. Waxing options can also be pricier depending on what you are waxing. They display prices on the website once you schedule what you want done. The app is also easy to navigate.Jeff, the owner, was so polite and accommodating once I arrived. He immediately set about getting me prepped with the waxing technician and she did a great job of my eyebrows. It should be noted that staff members were masked.Oh! Also, Jeff will gently encourage you to sanitize your hands prior to being pampered during your appointment and he will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. It was this simple but health-conscious action that really impressed me. They really highlight keeping their staff safe and it shows.My nail technician, Milly did a great job on my manicure. She was extremely thorough and checked with me to see how I liked her progress and if my nails were done to my liking. The only downside is that due to COVID, there are no drying stations in operation. They will not use any portable ones at their station either as it is a health risk.Due to this aforementioned point, you will be encouraged to pay at the time of service PRIOR to getting your nails done. It was my first time here so I didnt realize this, but I will tell any new customers to please tip at the time of payment..I stupidly waited until the end, messed up my nails, and had to fix it. So I could not tip. I felt horrible about that because the staff are lovely.Obviously I will not do this again as my lesson has been learned. Anyway, I would highly encourage anyone to come to this location. There is another one on Elizabeth Ave. It is located in the plaza next to the CVS Pharmacy and should be near La Bonbonniere Bakery if Im not mistaken. I have no visited that location so I am not sure how their service differs. According to the reviews, even though the businesses are the same company, they are under different ownership. Bear that in mind.Luxi Nails & Spa succeeds in providing a calming environment and emphasizes proper hygiene and health practices in an uncertain time. They do not skimp on the high quality care to your skin and nails and facial and body hair (🤭) and they do so with genuine pleasure and delicate care. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and support this business! 💜

This has been the place to come since the change in management. The salon is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and their services are done just wonderfully. I went to many salons in the area, but was never satisfied. I have always been a customer of Luxi but have been disappointed in the past, but now I cannot ask for more. Today, I saw the staff deep clean their entire pedicure area, and this is not the first time I witnessed this. I will say that there is not another salon in the area that does this.
