I went in wanting a regular pedicure and a dip manicure with a small line design (which I had photos of). However, I was ignored when voicing this and was given a gel pedicure with a different color than I had asked for. While the pedicure ended up looking ok, it still was not what I wanted and asked for. Then, when getting my finger nails done I expressed this was my first time doing dip nails and I wanted a small design. The employees looked stressed at the mention of a design and scrabbled to find someone new to work on my nails. After finding someone new for the manicure I was told to pick a new dip color and then watched as new colors for my dip and design were picked. I was assured these colors were the same that I had picked, however they very much are not. The dip was supposed to be a nude pink and ended up being more of a purple-white. The design colors I picked were lighter and regular polish, I was given a design with darker gel polish. When getting the design the employee barely looked at the inspiration photo. She also only used the nail brush that comes with the polish, not a brush for smaller strokes. I was barely able to look at or speak up about my design, and I could only get a clear view of them once I was in my car. The design is not clean or straight and is nothing like my inspiration picture. Had someone said they couldn’t do designs or that my photo is not a design they could recreate I would have been ok with just a dip manicure. However, not a single employee spoke up about their inability to do nail art or the choices they were making FOR ME without discussion. Along with these series of disappointing events, my nail beds were cut multiple times. Overall, I am left with ugly nails, beat up nail beds, and $100 less in my wallet. Disappointed is how I feel about this entire experience.

They took me very quickly and did an amazing job. BOTH Technicians that I interacted with were friendly and cared if I was happy with the Fina product. My nails look beautiful.

Selveth is so sweet and friendly. I love that she’s personable and not conversing in her native tongue to colleagues instead of focusing on me. The quality of her work is great and she’s gentle.

I personally adore this place and love everything about it. The nail techs were absolutely kind and did a phenomenal job on my nails. I did get a regular gel manicure, and the experience was amazing. Today was my first ever gel manicure, and I loved it. The nail technician was very consistent about her work on my nails. I can’t rave about this place enough, and I will definitely be coming back. 🙃

I love Lillys nails. They have very talented nail techs. They are always accommodating and very polite. There was a mix up with my regular nail tech but the staff was able to get me in to see someone else, who also did a very good job and was very pleasant. Im a little sad my favorite nail tech is leaving but Id definitely still go to Lilys nails for pedicures.

They did a really wonderful professional job. The outside parking lot area looks a little sketchy with the smoke shop next door, but inside is beautiful and calm. They took my friend and I in as walk-ins and treated us so well. Clearly they were busy and I appreciated them squeezing us in since we didnt even think to make an appointment.

Relaxing and friendly environment. The salons big windows give it a light airy feeling as well as the muted colors and open floor plan. I was put at ease the minute I walked in. They were very busy being a Saturday morning but I only waited a few minutes. Average prices but definitely above average service.

Today was my second time at this salon. I am pleased. The atmosphere is nice; the salon is clean, bright and airy. The technicians who helped me on my 2 visits were friendly and did a nice job on my nails. I like that they paid attention to details. Im very happy, and plan on going back soon.

I’ve been using Lily’s for all my nail needs since they opened over a year ago. The girls are friendly and engaging, the surroundings pretty and immaculate. They take good care of me!

Very disappointing visit, for the second time. Made an appointment at 6:00 a week in advance for a pedicure and dip. Waited half an hour and was seen at 6:30. The nail tech did mediocre at best as she was clearly in a major rush. I pointed out my toes and nails were completely different colors, and the female owner explained that it was a defect by OPI but never offered to correct them. Within a week, two nails broke (as I told the nail tech my nails were to square on corners and they would break) and one nail peeled. I called to get my nails fixed, and the nail tech was very rude when I returned and repeatedly stated “I should have said something” until I reminded her how much of a rush she was in and not everyone has time to keep coming back to sit at a salon. The nail tech turnover is very sad, as this salon once has very talented techs along with a nice renovation. I and many friends with similar experiences will be taking our business elsewhere as there are many salons in the area and for $70 the service should be much better.

Absolutely amazing, my nails have never looked so beautiful in my life! I have never seen a nail salon so clean and sanitary! I had Maria, she was so sweet took her time and paid very close attention to detail and wasnt letting me walk out of there unless I loved my nails!

Great place, they are very friendly! They took me right in on the day of my wedding and did a great job! They even did my 5 year olds nails! Highly recommend

I used to go to nails on first and switched over to Lilies once the nail technicians switched over. I have been several time hoping each time would have been better. Each time ive waited 45minutes to an hour after my designated appointment time. In addition, I would get acrylic nails and within 2 days the nails would break or chip and within 4 days the nails would have completely come off. They are over priced for the service they offer. I highly do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with getting my nails done at Lilly’s and a couple of my friends can say the same. First off, my friends and I called and made an appointment for 5:00pm. They offered us 5:30pm, no big deal. We came in a little early to beat the time and we were still waiting an extra 20 mins. When we were called, I asked for acrylic nails with an almond shape. I showed her a picture just to give her an idea. It was nothing close to what I expected $42.00 nails to be. The whole time I felt like we were being rushed and my nails arent even! Don’t give out appointments if you aren’t going to give at least a try. Once I got home I had to file them a different shape. I am not one to complain but I’m just appalled that Mink would allow me out of the salon like that....sorry but I will not recommend anyone here.

The ladies provided a very good service and were very accommodating. I wish the spa was in better condition, electric cords strewn under the Mani station, Mani station dusty, old Christmas decorations on the window sill, etc. With a little attention to the facility this salon could be really enjoyable.

I just moved here from Las Vegas and I called for a last minute appointment on Saturday. Not only did they fit me in but I got Nika (I hope Im getting her name right). She was extremely gentle, informative(because I dont know the area) and a perfectionist. My nails never looked better. I dont know why anyone in this neighborhood would go anywhere else.

HORRIBLE! got my names done here monday and three of my acrylic nails are gone! do not recommend people are rude and don’t make customer feel comfortable!!!!!! Waste of 35 dollars so done......

I had a busy day ahead of me and made an appintment to get my nails done a week in advance. Arrived a few minutes early but still sat for about fifteen minutes. No one told me there was going to be a wait (which most nails salons do), I saw someone come in five minutes after me and go straight to a chair. If I hadnt been on a tight schedule, MAYBE I would have waited a bit longer but honestly Ive never had to wait that long at any other nail salon. Staff was not very friendly either. I was able to go somewhere else and be seen right away. Lilys was just a waste of time and I wont be trying them again. If its going to be a wait, at least tell someone or dont book the appointment.

The best most professional place Ive ever visited

I have been 2 times for a gel fill. Both times my nails have peeled! That never happened to me before. Itmaybe because the dont clean the dust off of my nails or let me wash them before they put the color on.

After two day my nails started fallen off, she filed my nails so thin and it hurt. I got a tips with dip and now I have no tips and no dip.
