Did a pedicure for the first time ever. Was the only guy there getting one, felt a little out of place at first, but after I sat on the chair and got the message going I felt more at ease. The place is clean. The staff was friendly and nice. I would definitely do it again.

This was a terrible experience for me. I went for a pedicure 7/9/2021 she used the same foot utensils as the 2 previous clients onme!!! Also I had gel polish on my toes and told her ahead so they could be soaking, but she took some tool and ripped the old gel polish off!! It was very painful. Then charged me $5.00 for removing the old polish!! Very unprofessional and rude...if anyone knows how to report them I would love to know!

Wonderful job but I always find it rude to speak in another language in front of me when you know no one around you can understand it makes me think Im being talked about

I have been going there since 2001 and I went yesterday to get a fill in. But I will find some where else to go from now on because they were extremely rude. Some one thats been going for 20 they souls appreciate instead of being RUDE!!!!!

Friendly staff. Never a loud atmosphere. Very calming. So if your wanting a spa day, to be peaceful and tranquil, and unwind from hectic life. This is your place.

I will not be going back been going for years I will go to another place for a fill in very rude june19 2021 they said dont come back I will not I will also tell my friends that say my nails are so pretty not to go do a fill in! 😡

Changing my review loved it when I went in the first time when I went back for a fill in they tried to charge me 30$ a full set is 30$ nothing special no nail polish or cut down just a normal fill in and the girls all 30$ I said what I thought a fill in is 23$ she says yes but for you 30$ excuse me and I say but I didnt get anything other than a fill and now Im getting upset so she looks at the man and he gives her the let it go look and then shes ok 23$ nope I will find a new nail salon for the next one

Lady was very rude, all my daughter wanted was her nails painted. The lady kept shaking her head at us telling me that she couldn’t do it. I was one very angry momma. I will never do business there again. To give you all a preference we was there about 2:30 and they don’t even close until 7 on Saturday.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, and try it again after I found them VERY rude the first couple times. And the only reason I went back today was because the young girl, (who I’m pretty sure is in high school still) done my nails last time, was so sweet and done a great job. The owners are insanely RUDE. They rush the whole time and do not try to do what you want to your nails. 10/10 do not recommend this place. Just watching how they interact with other customers, I don’t see how they have an business.

I picked the color I wanted and handed the two colors I wanted to the man and when the other person started on my nails it was the wrong two colors. She was very rude and blamed me for taking to long to select the color I wanted as being the reason that they picked up the wrong colors. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEIR NAIL SALON FOR ANY REASON!!!! This is twice they have been ridiculously rude to me.

Seemed nice at first. Applied tips but twisted my finger during cutting resulting in crooked tips. When placing hands to dry they were rough and bumped my nail on the machine then told me that I needed to be careful next time. When graciously giving a tip after they were rude AND messed up my nails, I handed her money and she Ridley just slammed it on the table and continued to play on her ipad.... With out even a gesture.... First....and last time going there

I started getting my nails done 30 years ago when they still formed them. When I moved to Somerset I went to 3 different places and Sometset Nail was the best. They have cleanest shop I have ever seen. I have been going there for 12 years and have never had a bad experience nor have I been there longer than 2 hours. That includes the wait if they have one plus always a full set and pedicure.

I have gone to this salon since they opened and over the years the professional service has deteriorated. I would continue to go back hoping it would be better the next time but it wasnt and then they started letting the little girls do my nails when school was not in session. Rush and sloppy job. I will not use their services.Ann

I went to this place because my regular was super busy and I had to get them done quick. Instead of taking them off with remover and soaking, they put a plastic tip nail and pried my old ones off. It hurt so bad. My friend had the same nails I did and they soaked hers to take them off. They rushed us when we were picking colors, though no one else was there. And I left with a cut, undoubtedly from where they pried my old nail off. When I left a poor tip and told her how my nails were so sore, she said that it was “normal to be sore.” I have never hurt when I left any salon before. Definitely never been cut.

Great service and very spacious and clean. Relaxing . Loved it! Will definitely come again!

If I could rate them no stars I would. My wife and her sister went there and it was very unsanitary the woman never changed the water or washed her hands in between pedicures. She only painted their toenails halfway down it didn’t go all the way down to the cuticle and she didn’t want to remove the old toe nail polish, she was going to paint over it and they had to tell the lady to please take the old toenail polish off then apply the new just a horrible experience all the way around.

Don’t go to this place workers are disrespectful and the one lady put nails on my hands and ripped them off. I said that was rude and the one hurt and she didn’t care she turned off her light and walked away. And then her and all the other workers started to talk. Like for one your jobs to do nails and do them the right way not how you want to do them! How the customers ask for you to do them! I don’t recommend this place at all to anyone!

It was an awful wait (2 hours) and wasn’t even busy and they were so rude!! I paid $65 for white nails and the paint is already chipping off I haven’t even had them a week and not to mention the nails are barely even painted because she was to sloppy. NEVER going to this place again!!

Employees were pleasant and price was fair.... Except that my gel manicure didnt even last one week. They are supposed to last at least two weeks, sometimes longer. My last gel manicure, which I got while out of state, was still going strong at 3 weeks; I only changed it because my nails grew out.

They are very rude and charged me $40 for a pedicure that lasted 20 minutes. So ridiculous!

Not bad at doing nails, although the acrylics tend to lift on the edges within about a week of application.The owners/employees are rude and get snippy when asked questions. If you have seen the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld, you will have some idea of what it is like to to there--you walk the front door and you are greeted with What you want? Not, may I help you or even Hello.They say they have been in the U.S. for nearly 20 years and yet speak very fractured English.I do not recommend.

Rude staff, argued about prices that were told to me over the phone. Waited an hour and a half to even see colors, and did whatever they wanted to do to my nails and wouldn’t listen to me. Worst pricing in town worst service in town. Do not go.

Talk about my first experience in 20 years ! I hadnt had nail since I was 19.They were rude and the lady manager was telling this older lady that we shouldn’t all come in on a Friday !!! Well like I told her a lot of people work and that just happen to be a day when they could come in. They don’t know who came in when. Need to hand out numbers or something to help with that. Took me 2 hours to get my nails done. I will not return.

I am really tired of making this place work. This is not a pampering experience. And forget trying to tell them what you want...only one person spoke English when I was trying to say I did not want square nails. The tech then argued in Vietnamese with the one person who tried to tell him what I wanted. I have square nails that are jagged and snaggy. I am done. So tired of the status quo here...all factory no pampering.

By far, the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. I was sitting at the nail dryer place when one of the ladies came over and told my nephew who was sitting next to me to get up and turned my dryer off and signal me to get up when I wasnt done drying my nails. I felt like she was kicking us out. I could understand if there were people waiting but there was me and 2 other girls drying our nails. For sure the last time I go to this place.

Cost is too much, tell you on sign one price and when you chose what you want it is double the price. They ignored my friend to the point she left and received NO service.

I have went there 3 times and all three times, employees were rude. I paid extra to get designs on my nails and never got them! Staff tried to charge me an extra 5$ to do my designs after I had already paid 30$. OUTRAGEOUS. I have repeatedly asked for organic nails the last 2 times I’ve went in and was told it was organic and in reality it was acrylic. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I am never going back. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke. It wasn’t. I don’t care how cheap they are. It’s still not worth it.

I went and got gel polish on my nails and that night I noticed one hand wasn’t shiny and the other hand was so I politely called and told them that I thought they accidentally forgot to put top coat on my left hand and they said to come in and they’d fix it and when I got there the lady yelled at me saying it was all my fault I didn’t put my hand in the gel nail dryer properly and I said I’ve gotten gel nails 100 times before I know how to put my hand in the dryer she rolled her eyes at me and walked away yelling in another language I will not be back I wasn’t mad about my nails I was very polite she was very rude and has zero customer service skills
