Had my nail done using dip power on Monday and by Friday the dip power lifted off my nails. Ive tried going to this place several times using different technician but the results were still not good. I also have burns on my cuticles from the electric nail file. I would not recommend going to this nail shop.

The cleanliness is the only reason why they didnt get a 1 star. The level of work quality and care that goes into the tech that did my daughters first full set was awful. This man sat and did a full set of nails in less than 30 minutes and the work was sloppy and he didnt even use the colors that she asked for. Folks are spending their hard earned money not to be rushed or given moot.Disappointed and dissatisfied at its best, to say the least.

1. I went to the salon for a pedicure with gel polish twice and I have no complaints. The second time was better because Ann took the time and massaged my feet as well !2. Shop was clean, staff relatively friendly.3. Willing to fix issue free of charge4. Great pricesCons2 weeks ago I got a full set acrylic with gel polish. It wasnt until after I left that I noticed how poorly the job was done. The application and polish job was sloppy. Some nails shaped poorly.I called and went in to get them atleast repolished. I was able to live with them being repolished. Now the polish has started to chip off.Based on the other reviews left, I will not be returning . This service is too expensive to not be happy with the results!

First time getting a pedicure at this salon and was grateful that they took me last minute on a Sunday. This is the only reason I gave a 2 and not a 1. Upon first look the salon looks ok but observing during my service I was highly disappointed. I did sign a waiver upon entering which was the most minimal waiver I have signed in salons due to Covid. My temperature was taken and she did not look at the result so I asked for it and was told 95.0. Thats hypothermic levels so their thermometer is not accurate and temperature was not recorded. The chair I sat it had smudges all over the arm rest so I requested for it to be wiped down. The pedicure service was subpar at that. I had to request oil or cuticle cream to not cut them dry and was asked if I like my whole toe nail cut? Who just cuts the front? Then she told me to relax which was the whole point of coming in for a service. A young girl left from getting her pedicure next to me and I watched the lack of cleaning after her service reassured me why there was smudges all over the seat. The materials used for her service were put back in the bag and put in a draw? I hope they will be disinfected. I spoke to the owner and she just said sorry Ill talk to her. There should be a standard of quality service and sanitary practice. I will not be returning and do no recommend anyone to come here. Oh and she asked if I wanted the blade to exfoliate which I was under the impression is illegal in the state of NJ.

New place. Its big pretty lots of space but it only had four workers. Went for a manicure to enjoy and relax to treat myself. It was not like that sloppy job she did a quicky job on manicure. She filed one of my nails crooked plus no cuticle oil now I have dried up cuticles. The polish was the topping to a bad manicure. Im a Mom I was looking for a great manicure. This is not the place. Looks great on the outside but the work is sloppy.😠

I read the reviews under me and had a complete opposite experience ... besides having to wait a couple minutes I would say that this is probably the BEST set i’ve ever gotten. The lady is so sweet as well!! I’m definitely going to be a regular customer💯

I went yesterday to get a gel manicure and km really not satisfied at all. Im not over exaggerating but I could have done it better myself. There is polish all over my fingers even after I asked the woman to removed some of the polish on my fingers, which of course was very difficult since I got a gel manicure and not a normal manicure. I also felt like the lady who did my nails(older lady with big glasses) didnt see good and thats the reason why my nails came out the way they did. The reason I still give 2 stars and not only one is because the people working there were nice.

Horrible... She put gel polish on my toes n hands and all I ask for was a basic pedicure and manicure with yellow polish instead of her telling me all she had was gel yellow..she said not one word. Horrible No stars for this horrible place

My gel manicure looks like I did it myself. There is polish all over my fingers even after the woman removed some. There was leftover glue inside the nail dryer that stick to my finger and they had to file and cut the glue off.

The owner is very unprofessional. She need some customer service manner; on top of that she take more appointments than she can handle. Never again.
