I love these girls at Spa Nails. Katherine has been doing my nails for almost 6 years and never disappoints me. I have had Claudia do my nails before and loved them. She did the best autism awareness puzzle pieces, Leticia did my nails last time and that was the first time she did mine. I love them. She did an amazing job on my daisy.

Terrible!!! The customer service was bad. The attitude from the female employee was terrible as well. Unable to do a rainbow design for a six year old. I understand why the shop was completely empty. Please work on how to treat paying customers.

Great customer service and amazing attention to detail when doing your nails. Had my nails for the first time Tuesday and today four nails that I had done with a gold detailed started to chip away. Very disappointed

I had to wait an hour... for a pedicure that took 1 & 1/2 hours. I wont go back.

They were super nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. I asked for a pretty intricate design and while they werent able to do it they tried for almost an hour and were super patient with me as I made up my mind. Great place that cares about their clients :)

It was my first time here. I went for a pedi. They didn’t have many staff, So one of them at first asked me to come back in an hour but then the other said that no they could get me in. I waited maybe 10 minutes max. The guy who did my pedi did a wonderful job, very careful, spent plenty of time on me, and the calf massage felt amazing. Only $28 for the basic with plain polish, excellent value.

I had the most wonderful manicure from here. My nail tech took her time and paid attention to what she was doing and my needs. She didnt make me feel like I was just a number. I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend this place.

I been here twice. First time was okay. Their prices are a little higher than what Im use to. The second time I received a rush job. Im new to the area and trying to find a good nail tech. The place was dirty. My nail tech was very ghetto. I will not be going back

The technician product dried up 3 times, but with her experience, she had plan B. She executed my nails in a good way. If Im ever in town again, I will be back..

I received a pedicure today. It came out amazing. They did a great job and my swollen feet felt so much better, me being 8 months pregnant smudged my toes getting in the car. I went back inside and they fixed it with no problem. I will be going back to get my nails done. My friend also loved the service. Deff recommend this nail salon.

2nd visit that i drive 45 minutes to. Worth it for me and i dont mind tipping. Claudia i think is her name. Exceptional cleansing of the nail bed, both toes and fingers. I only got a mani and pedi. I dont do the other stuff on my nails so i cant speak for it.

Spa Nails, welcomes everyone ! I just wanted to let current and future clients know, that we are continue to go through different splurges of salon competition with another salon. There are many fake profiles via web that are being created to slander our business. But, there might be some legitimate reviews as well. I just wanted to make all clients aware of this.

Katherine is the only person who does my nails with the exception of her going out of town for an emergency and then her sister T did them and they Always turn out great!!!!! They are Super nice the place is super clean and we just sit and vibe....Katherine runs her salon very professional and customer service is always 100%%%

I went by the ratings when I selected this nail salon. HUGE MISTAKE! I paid $71 for a manicure and a pedicure and they will not stand behind their services! I have air bubbles and some kind of fibers in the polish on my finger nails. The pedicure was great except for the application of the polish...It looks awful!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

The people were really friendly and the place appeared clean. The wait was not long and the person who did my pedi took their time. My only complaint is that the polish didnt look good. There was polish all over my cuticles and huge air bubbles in the top coat making it look like specs in my polish on several of my toes (especially the big toes). I appreciated that nobody tried to upsell me. Overall a decent experience, just wish the end product looked as good as it felt. It is a little more expensive than typical salons in the area, so I would expect that the polish looked better. I really wanted to get a gel mani too, but after seeing the polish on my toes, I am not so sure that I want that look for my fingers.

Still my favorite nail salon- wouldn’t go anywhere else! Never had a bad experience, and my nails look great and last until my next appointment.

My experience there was horrible I waited for like 10 minutes and noticed that only like two employees working there were attending other people so I asked one of them hey how much longer till you get to us and she said oh itll be a minute then another employee turns around and says itll be 30 minutes So I said wow thats a long time so then that same employee turns around and says well you can go and look at other salons that are open so basically she was kicking me out very unprofessional very rude and I dont understand how the salon has a higher rating it was the most unprofessional Salon I have ever stepped into do not even go in there dont waste your time theres only like three people that work there and a room full of chairs makes no sense so unprofessional and definitely needs a low rating

Expensive. Very friendly staff, but only the lady knows anything. I had dipping powder on my nails and the man tried to grind them all off without soaking them. It hurt SO bad. The woman did them, but the top coat is still really tacky 3 days later and has already chipped. My last set didn’t chip AT all from another place.Cost me $42 versus most places only costing $30. Will not go back.

Honestly the woman who did my toenails did a great job but my surroundings wasnt all that great.Some of the employees/owner made u feel not welcomed,rushed and even turned people away when there wasnt even alot of people in there.After a week my daughters nails started popping off.Wouldnt be a place Id recommend or be returning 2.
