I have never written a review before but this was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon… I was there for 45 minutes, passed between two technicians. The second was rushing and very rough on my nails and completely disregarded what I wanted and when I tried to express that she said “wait I will get someone else to come help you” (in an extremely rude way) after waiting 15 minutes for the third person I got up and left with my nails looking like this…I will not be returning. I’m shocked at the experience.

I called around 10:30 and asked if they could take me at 11am for acrylic nails and a pedicure. Hailey was kind enough to let me come at 11am, and she was very attentive, kind, and welcoming. She did an amazing job on my nails and feet, and the massage was great! I’m visiting from Texas, but if I lived in the area I definitely would make this my go-to spot for manicures and pedicures. Thank you Hailey!

Quality of service received depends on the person. Not consistent.

This was my first time and I really enjoyed it! They were very clean, friendly, professional, and Selena did an amazing job on my nails! Will definitely be back.

Great service! Provided a beverage option of coffee, tea or mimosa which was nice while getting a pedicure. Felt the massage was great along with the massage chair. Love that they use paraffin wax! All in all a great experience! Will be back!

Went there on September 3, 2021. I always had my friend do my nails but i wanted to try the builtmore because it was closer.. but never again. For acrylics coming down too the sizing of your nails and the quality, it doesn’t match up. They are definitely not worth the price for what you get at the end. And yes beauty isn’t cheap but you should be paying for what your getting.

Such a horrible job on my dip.Bumpy nails and around cuticle were not smooth. Also when I asked for what I liked they still didn’t do it. I will never go back.

Kim is a fantastic technician. She is pleasant to work with, knows her job very well. She has a great personality. I would recommend Kim for all of your needs.

They survive because of the look inside but it does not worth the price, the pedicure and manicure are not even relaxing they use half a spoon of the scrub for two legs, everything else pay more..... I WONT SAY DO NOT GO HERE!! BUT I WILL SAY, DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU! It is horrible, I would rather drive an hour for the best relaxing experience than 5 minutes drive for a worse experience. I WARN YOU!!

Went twice both times poor quality of work not worth $94 more like $30 and the Ala Cart is a joke just more money for poor quality of work. I will not return to this nail shop.

I got my nails done over there yesterday and they did an excellent job on my white tip nails.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Had a mimosa and got the BEST pedicure of my life. Lea was not only very talkative and funny, she also gave the absolute best foot massage. I really enjoyed my experience and I will 100% come back for Lea! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had the worst mani i have ever had at this place. If I could have given them zero I would have. I paid extra for some special polish that was supposed to stay shiny and last longer, peeled off in one day. The man that did my nails did a really bad job. Have never had a mano with ice cold water. Visitor from out of town and I will never go back there when I am in town which is pretty often. Dont waste your money at this establishment. Over priced and poor nail techs.

If you request the vip room they dont require you to wear masks. Ive seen anti mask Karens posting publicly on social media about it. Dont go here.

Beautiful atmosphere, but the lady doing my nails didnt give me the shape I asked for, and they just arent very pretty. She was also impatient with me when I couldnt understand what she was saying. If Im going to pay $60 for a manicure, I would have expected more than this. I wont be coming back.

Poor customer service. The gel manicure I got was very messy and it chipped 4 days later. I called and the manager said that she would refund the gel portion of the manicure after I sent her photos. She even admitted Yeah, she probably didnt let the gel dry properly and thats why it chipped. I came to California for a couple of months so couldnt go in and get it fixed, so she said shed refund me 20 bucks for the gel polish but not for the manicure portion of the service. Amy did a fantastic job on my dip mani! The salon is beautiful and they did really well with spacing customers out (the facility is huge), wearing masks, and keeping everything safe during COVID

Lea is the best!! She really pays attention to detail when doing beautiful nails. Shes a meticulous artist!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and the beautiful salon/spa! I will be a regular for sure!

Today I stopped by for the first time at this nail salon and I fell in love with this place! I also met my new nail lady Lea! She was so sweet and did the BEST job EVER! My nails are flawless and she took her time and made sure they were perfect and made me feel so welcomed! I would give Lea 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!

I called and asked how much a spa pedicure would cost. they told me $30. when i came for my pedicure, they gave me a pamphlet with prices for me. A spa pedicure for men is $40. i was irritated that i was being charged $10 more, despite calling ahead to check. they also asked if i wanted water or wine. i asked for water. they brought me a glass of wine. probably should have double checked to make sure they heard me correctly. im in AA. i dont really want to be given a cup of wine when im trying to relax. not a great experience. and the cutting of the cuticles was painful. overpriced, will go elsewhere next time.

If your are looking for Powder/ Dipped Manicure I suggest going Elsewhere. For one they advertise SNS which they do not actually carry and what they have is very cheap and poor quality. For which I didn’t realize this until they had already removed my SNS and brought the product over. Their establishment has great curb appeal (which is what persuaded me) however cheap products to use on you!

Only VIP dont have to wear a mask during pandemic.Reported to Health Department.

Had SNS last week and already peeling out. I was washing my hair and hair is getting stuck in the SNS part, it was painful! I couldnt believe its only been 6 days since I got them... I had a feeling the job was not done right, called Amy manager and told her about it, she said she would look into it, but nothing was done. I paid over the regular normal price regular salons charge thinking its a better service unfortunately it was not despite them being overpriced!

Had the most miserable nail experience in my entire life. I went to get acrylics and they shaped them wrong, ruined my nail beds to the point that they were raw and bleeding. When I asked them to fix them, they were not accommodating to help. So I asked them to take them off, and did not offer any assistance when I told them my concern. They did not care after I paid an overpriced amount for my misshaped coffin nails. They, in addition, had unexperienced eyebrow waxers working. I will never recommend this place to anyone as they are rude, unprofessional, and terrible at what they do.If you want your nails ruined and to be mis-treated you should go here.
