The nail tech cut my skin on several fingers and made me bleed. On at least four fingers, there are very clear marks that show broken, red, and irritated skin. My skin/nails hurt doing everything things like showering, putting any facial products on, etc.

They do okay nails but are over priced for a basic nail shop. They charge &3 if you have coffin shaped nails as if they have to put in extra work filling when the shape has already been formed

I was a regular at this shop from the time everything reopened for Covid. They usually did a very nice job on my nails as I am very picky, but the customer service is rude. Never again

Best nail place on the north shore hands down! They can do any design, color, type, length, or shape you can think of. They also do all the new trends like 3D glitter and art, glow in the dark, glass nails, and ombre. Ive been and Vincent has done my nails 3 times now and the quality and look has been beyond my expectations. I will definitely be a client here so long as I live on the north shore!

While doing my nails they kept cutting me, did a quick job and didn’t take they’re time also the shaping for my nails are horrible and crooked. They were not consistent with anything and kept switching between people to do different tasks to complete my nails. After a week my nails are just coming off. All I got was a set with acrylic and gel.

I tried about 3 other nail salons in town before I found Crystal Salon. I am a regular customer there now. My nails always come out great and I am always happy with the service there. Highly recommend!

They speak English. Great LOCAL Americsn Lady who owns the place. She is right there working along side her employees. Friendly employees who talk to you and not in another language between them. GREAT Service to young and old.

Best nail salon I have EVER been to!!! And mind you, I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my nails being exactly what I want. They are the best at being innovative and constantly learning and perfecting new techniques and designs. They are so skilled at what they do, they even blend their own colors to accommodate a color that you want if they dont already have it. They have a huge selection of signature and marble nails to choose from and their ombre nails are done so perfectly with any color you want as well! Theyre the ONLY nail salon Ive been able to find that does the acrylic dip, which I LOVE. They defiantly baby my nails and NEVER use a scraping tool to remove gel polish or acrylic dip. They may take a little longer than other salons but I like that the nail techs never make my manicure feel rushed and I get A++ service, my nails are treated with care, and I walk out with EXACTLY what I want. I live in New Orleans and come all the way here because I have been to countless upscale salons and never got the kind of service or options crystal nails gives from anywhere else. The man sat there and told me to give him a second while he was playing fornite on his phone and the lady hovered over me until I picked a nail color. I would not recommend this place to anybody and she tried to over charge me for a simple full set.

Worst Salon ever. Horribly rude. Makes your nails bleed, crooked nails, uneven shaped, wrong shapes, if youre a bit picky or have a nail idea in mind DONT COME HERE. They dont care about your opinion, they do things THEIR way. Oh you dont like the style? Its their style too bad. Over heard the owner saying he actually will accidentally hurt a customer, (make cuticles bleed, accidentally cut too far, etc) if he doesnt like you. The nail salon is awful looking too and they use cheap products, Polish is dried. Wish I could give 0 stars.
